Abstract

This research aims to develop interactive multimedia as teaching materials specifically designed to improve language skills in early childhood. The development method used follows the R&D approach. This study used a sample size divided into two groups. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and written tests. Data was analyzed using average scores, percentages, and t-tests. where the results of the t-test research that has been carried out are 8.551, then the t-count > t-table value where the t-count is 8.551 from the t-table 2.048. This can be interpreted as significant. The research results show that the interactive multimedia developed is suitable for use in improving language skills in early childhood. This conclusion is based on the results of limited and extensive tests. This development model has proven effective in significantly improving children's language skills. From this research, the researcher concludes that the advantages of developing media in the form of animations, videos, and sound make it more engaging, flexible, and usable online through provided links, and it can also be operated offline using a disk. It also employs attractive cartoon animations that are easy to operate and will be more readily understood by students. Interactive multimedia can capture students' attention and enhance motivation in the teaching and learning process, resulting in improved language skills in learning. This interactive multimedia is equipped with user-operated control tools, allowing users to choose what they desire for the learning process. Additionally, multimedia can also be used to present material using both words and images, where "words" refer to the presentation of the content in a verbal or textual form

This research aims to find out how the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is implemented as an implementation of the independent curriculum at the Lubuklinggau Nation Primary School for Boys and Girls. The method used in this research is qualitative. The research subjects consisted of 1 school principal, 2 teachers and 2 students. The research location is Putra Putri Bangsa Elementary School, Lubuklinggau City. The research results show that Putra Putri Bangsa Elementary School has implemented an independent curriculum since 2022, currently, Putra Putri Bangsa Elementary School is in the Freedom to Change category. Putra Putri Bangsa Elementary School has implemented project-based learning and inquiry learning before the implementation of the independent curriculum, where these two methods are methods that must be used in the independent curriculum. So that Putra Putri Bangsa Elementary School does not have difficulties and obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum. The project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students has been carried out in the form of student performance. Student performance is an annual routine agenda that has long been carried out by SD Putra Putri Bangsa. Student performance activities are carried out in even semesters. In 2023, the theme of student performance activities is traditional art. This project has proven successful in the planning, implementation, and assessment stages showing the six dimensions of the Pancasila profile

Abstract

This study aimed to enhance mathematics learning outcomes by implementing the Quizizz-assisted Problem-Based Learning teaching approach. The research focused on ten first-grade students at SD Negeri 12 Bengkulu City. It employed a classroom action research design consisting of two cycles, each comprising four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation, and (4) reflection. Research tools included observation sheets and learning achievement tests. Data analysis involved calculating averages, highest and lowest scores, score differences, and the range for each criterion using the observation sheets. Test data were analyzed by determining average scores and the percentage of students meeting the set learning criteria. The findings demonstrated an improvement in learning outcomes in each cycle. In the first cycle, the students achieved an average score of 69.44, 70% of which met the learning criteria. There was a significant enhancement in the second cycle, with an average score of 86.11 and 90% of students meeting the learning criteria. The Quizizz-assisted Problem-Based Learning model effectively enhanced student learning outcomes in mathematics for first-grade students at SD Negeri 12 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the idea of an autonomous learning curriculum at Elementary Schools in Bengkulu City, including everything from planning and implementation to challenges and solutions. This study employs a qualitative methodology. Through observation, documentation, and interviews, data was gathered. Interactive data analysis techniques, as developed by Miles Huberman, were used to analyze the data. Abstract

This study provides an in-depth description of the principal’s role in enhancing teachers’ digital literacy through the application of transformational leadership at SMP Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau. Digital literacy in this research encompasses four aspects: digital competence, digital security, digital culture, and digital ethics. A qualitative case study was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using reduction, display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the principal consistently applies the four dimensions of transformational leadership. Idealized influence is reflected in role modeling and integrity; inspirational motivation in moral support, digital-based targets, and recognition; intellectual stimulation in training, innovation, and experimentation; and individualized consideration in tailored guidance. These practices improved teachers’ digital literacy, evidenced by diverse digital media use, increased confidence, and collaborative culture. Challenges remain in disparities of competence and low motivation among senior teachers. Recommendations include continuous training, mentoring, improved facilities, and documentation of best practices.

Abstract

In Indonesia, a significant portion of the productive-age population lacks formal secondary education credentials, limiting their employment and further education opportunities. This study employed a qualitative goal-oriented evaluation (Tyler, 1949) to assess the relevance and effectiveness of the C Level Equivalency Program at PKBM Putri Raflesia, using interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that the program’s objectives are highly relevant to learners’ needs for diplomas and skills. The flexible, andragogical approach was effective in improving comprehension and participation, leading to significant impacts on graduates’ self-confidence, employment, and educational mobility. The study concludes that the C Level program is a vital mechanism for socio-economic empowerment, demonstrating that program success hinges more on pedagogical strategies and relevance than on material resources. This research contributes by highlighting the role of community-based non-formal education in addressing educational inequality, providing practical insights for policymakers to strengthen adult learning programs, and offering novelty in applying Tyler’s model to evaluate non-formal education for productive-age learners in Indonesia.
