Abstract

Era Globalisasi mempengaruhi dampak kehidupan manusia dalam aspek pendidikan. Pendidikan berperan penting mengembangkan potensi sumber daya yang lebih berkualitas. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah produk berupa E-modul Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Sarana dan Prasarana. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan E-modul, mengetahui kelayakan E-modul, dan mengetahui perbedaan capaian belajar menggunakan E-modul dan yang tidak menggunakan e-modul. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model dari Borg and Gall yang menyebutkan sepuluh langkah penelitian kemudian dimodifikasi oleh peneliti menjadi sembilan langkah sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lapangan. Hasil produk penelitian ini adalah E-modul yang dilengkapi fitur animasi, gambar dan video youtube yang sudah terintegrasi dan bisa di akses secara online maupun offline. Validasi ahli modul, ahli materi memperoleh nilai dengan kategori sangat layak, dan validasi pengguna memperoleh nilai kategori sangat baik. Sehingga E-modul layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Selain itu, E-modul ini sudah terbukti secara efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol.

Abstract

Riset ini mengaplikasikan model R&D dari Borg dan Gall, untuk menguji validitas dan menghasilkan produk Sparkol Video Scribe. Tahapan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peneliti, yaitu potensi dan permasalahan, pengumpulan data, pengembangan produk awal, validasi ahli, uji coba produk, revisi produk, dan produk masal. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa pengembangan media Sparkol Video Scribe untuk mengoptimalkan hasil belajar. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah angket pakar media, pakar materi, dan angket uji coba kelompok kecil. Hasil pretest rata-rata 60,58, posttest rata-rata 83,27. Hasil uji validasi pakar media diperoleh skor 96%, pakar materi 94%, dan uji coba kelompok kecil skor 92%. Disimpulkan siswa yang memanfaatkan Sparkol Video Scribe terbukti memiliki hasil belajar lebih baik dan meningkat dibanding siswa yang tidak memanfaatkan Sparkol Video Scribe. Media pembelajaran berbasis digital dipandang sebagai alternatif untuk mentransfer konten pendidikan yang sangat membantu mengoptimalkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan adalah upaya yang mendasar dalam pengembangan derajat manusia, dengan cara mendorong aktivitas belajar dengan berbagai sumber informasi dan memfasilitasi kegiatan belajar siswa agar mencapai tujuan secara maksimal. Didalam proses belajar mengajar tentu terjadi sebuah hubungan diantara tenaga pendidik dengan siswa. Bukan hanya kemampuan tenaga pendidik saja, suatu kemajuan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar diduga disokong oleh sarana atau pendukung pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ialah siswa kelas X dan XII jurusan OTKP dan BDP di SMK Ardjuna 2 Malang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, pengujian t dan pengujian F. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuisioner yang diberikan kepada responden untuk diisi. Hasil uji analisis data menyatakan bahwa kompetensi guru dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini sangat meningkat, para guru harus inovatif dalam merancang media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran e-learning berbantuan linktree yang telah diuji validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, uji coba pengguna serta mengetahui efektivitas media melalui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MPLB. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menggunakan sintaks dari model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi peneliti menjadi 9 tahapan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa media pembelajaran e-learning berbantuan linktree untuk mata pelajaran Manajemen Logistik. Berdasarkan hasil validasi produk dari ahli materi dinyatakan sangat layak, ahli media diperoleh kriteria layak, dan pengguna memperoleh kriteria sangat layak. Hasil belajar pada uji coba kelompok besar menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dimana kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran e-learning berbantuan linktree efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Manajemen Logistik dibuktikan dengan uji independent sample t-test.

Abstract

In this disruptive era, all organizations, institutions, or institutions need to make improvements, improvements, and developments in various aspects. Teachers are human resources driving the achievement of school goals and also the nation, namely educating students by transferring knowledge according to their fields of competence, with actions, presenting teaching materials using interesting and innovative media, delivered offline and online. Online teaching materials developed by teachers can be made from Google sites, genially, bookcerator, Visme applications, Sigil, flip PDF and others. While offline or print out teaching materials in the form of textbooks, from each subject that is adjusted to the basic competencies that have been formulated that must be combined or learned by students. According to the results of the presentation of the situation analysis and observations that have been made to the place of partners who are willing to cooperate in the implementation of community service, the problems of partners are formulated as follows: 1) There is still a lack of teachers developing teaching materials made by themselves, to be used for the learning process, 2) Teaching materials used by teachers to teach are still lacking both online and offline-based. To overcome partner problems, the methods that will be implemented in this community service activity are: 1) Providing education on various types of online and offline-based teaching materials. 2) Providing assistance and guidance, making online-based teaching materials, using the Google Sites application and genially and offline by providing innovations in teaching materials, and printed. The results of the delivery of education for making online and offline-based teaching materials are 1) Teachers have never used learning media using the Google Sites application, but are very enthusiastic about making teaching materials using this online media, 2) After being given education and assistance Teachers have immediately been able to make this online-based teaching materials, and the links to teaching materials that have been made, Try to share it with groups of students, for students to learn the material. Teachers should be given education or training on the application of making teaching materials or other interactive teaching media again.

Abstract

Workplace spirituality, self-esteem, and work engagement are things that will shape the intention to stay, including teachers in schools. This study aims to 1) Testing the direct relationship between work spirituality and the intention to remain a teacher of SMK PGRI with the Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 2) testing the relationship of Self-Esteem to the intention to remain a teacher of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 3) Testing the relationship between work engagement and intention to stay, 4) Testing the relationship between work spirituality and work engagement in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri Mojokerto Regency,5) Testing the relationship of self-esteem to work engagement, 6) Testing the relationship of spirituality in the workplace significantly to Intention to Stay through work engagement, 7) Testing the relationship of Self-esteem significantly to Intention to Stay through work engagement.. This type of quantitative research was conducted on teachers of SMK PGRI and Sooko Negeri, Mojokerto Regency, with a total of 74 teachers. The sampling technique used for this study uses simple random sampling because its characteristics are homogeneous. Analysis using path analysis. The results showed that: : 1) descriptive analysis of workplace spirituality variables is included in the category of high, high self-esteem, rather high work engagement and intention to stay is included in the high category, 2) There is a direct influence between work spirituality on intention to stay in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 3) there is an influence of Self-Esteem on intention to stay in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 4) there is an influence between work engagement on intention to stay, 5) there is an influence between work spirituality on work engagement in Teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri Mojokerto Regency, 6) there is an influence of self-esteem on work engagement, 7) workplace spirituality indirectly does not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay through work engagement, 8) Self-esteem indirectly does not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay through work engagement.

Abstract

The role of teachers is very important in education, teachers must be able to combine material, to create effective, efficient and enjoyable learning. Availablity of teaching materials to support the learning process to achieve goals. The aim of this research is to develop teaching materials with the constraints of minimal time allocation in infrastructure in a learning context. The method used uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews, etc. in situations where time and resources are limited an efficient and effective approach is necessary to ensure the availablity of relevant materials and continue learning. This research proposes a development strategy that utilizes technology, curriculum, adjustment and collaboration between teachers and students to overcome these obstacles. The evaluation results show that this approach succeeded in improving the quality of learning despite the existing obstacles. The practical implication of this research is the provision of guidance and resources that can assist education in developing responsive teaching materials, in situations of minimal time allocation and infrastructure.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan Islam, adalah fondasi penting bagi pembangunan bangsa. Dalam pendidikan Islam, terdapat tiga pilar utama yang membentuk dasar pendidikan: tauhid, akhlak, dan ibadah. Pilar tauhid menekankan pemahaman dan keyakinan terhadap keesaan Allah, konsep dasar tentang Tuhan, kenabian, kitab suci, malaikat, dan takdir. Pendidikan tauhid dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga dan diperkuat di institusi pendidikan formal, seperti Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, untuk menanamkan keimanan yang kokoh sejak dini. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang tidak hanya mendidik secara akademis tetapi juga membangun karakter dan nilai-nilai Islam yang kuat pada siswa melalui pendekatan integrasi pilar yang diaplikasikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dengan menelaah berbagai tulisan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ketiga pilar ini dalam pendidikan Islam menciptakan kesatuan yang utuh dalam pembentukan karakter individu. Pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan tauhid, akhlak, dan ibadah menghasilkan siswa yang tidak hanya berpengetahuan tentang ajaran Islam tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang kuat, seimbang, dan mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat mencetak generasi yang siap menghadapi tantangan zaman modern dengan landasan iman, moralitas, dan praktik ibadah yang kokoh.

Abstract

The village is the center of the nation's economic activity. Hence from that implementationdevelopment in stages is the village. The government has begun to prioritize rural development in order to improve and prosper the people. Village development has been regulated in law. The potential of the village is very extraordinary so that it can prosper its citizens, this requires input and reaction from the community, cohesiveness must be built so that all residents benefit. The village is the center of the nation's economic activity. Therefore, the development was carried out in stages, namely the village. The government is currently starting to prioritize village development in order to improve the welfare of residents. This matter has been included in a special law controlling village development. The village has a very good ability for the welfare of the nation, so that this matter needs to be mobilized so that its usefulness can be felt for all residents. The presence of Bumdes illustrates the implementation of Law Number. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, namely what if the community could increase the income of the population by mobilizing the village potential which was decided in a coordination meeting between the community and the village government with the ideas and ideas of the residents. In connection with this, the problem that can be found in this research is how to improve the economy of the population through Bumdes in Pesawahan Village, Tiris District, Probolinggo Regency. This research has the aim of how to improve the economy of the villagers with the existence of bumdes in Pesawahan Village, Tiris District, Probolinggo Regency. This research is a field research which has a descriptive character, which describes some of the findings of information formulated in words. The author takes illustrative information using purposive sampling. Based on the criteria that the authors share, up to 10 illustrations. The equipment the writer needs to get the information is the result of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this research show how the Bumdes governance process for the economic level of residents is tried through the opening of some business units that are very much needed by residents, namely market management and development, management of household productive business units and other service units. Some units can be used as business opportunities for residents to find new jobs. In conclusion, the results of this research, if the presence of Bumdes can and can be an efficient strategy in developing the capacity of the village to improve a prosperous village. With the presence of Bumdes, we can allocate funds according to the wishes of the villagers.

Abstract

Abstrak Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) the number of poor people in Indonesia in March 2019 reached 25,14 million people, or about 9,82% of the total population. The amount is reduced 530 thousand inhabitants compared to the position in September last year and shrink 805 thousand inhabitants compared to the position in March last year. (Viva Budy Kusnandar, 2019). It needs a special attention for the farmers, because the future of the farmers is essential for the continuity of production of farmers as the main meal of the nation of Indonesia. In improving a production of farmers, so the main factor and increased development and welfare for farmers. Farmer groups also require strengthening in order that the farmers can prosper. The number of farmer groups formed can result in many groups of farmers who have been inactive. Each member of the group of farmers can use this institution in the increase of performance for the welfare of the farmers. The role and function of farmer groups have a very important role in mobilizing development in the field of agriculture. The strengthening of institutions that need to be implemented so that it can memotivitasi as well as guidance to the farmers are able to cooperate in the field of economy. The efforts made in the strengthening of the business groups of farmers, namely with the guidance and support to farmers in order to be able to cooperate with well in the economic field. So farmer groups can develop well need to be given venture capital, as well as coaching and training to farmer groups, in order to increase the capacity of human resources, namely by carrying out training and mentoring to all the committee and members. In the process of improving groups of farmers conducted by the instructor in terms of empowerment. Although in terms of coaching and mentoring farmer groups can also invite NGOS and other organizations that are considered to be the professional that will be included on the strengthening and empowerment of farmer groups.
