Abstract

This study examines how adolescents engage in self-presentation on social media. The research employs a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation techniques, specifically method triangulation and source triangulation. The results show that adolescents in Gebangan Village, particularly those from middle-class families, tend to present themselves in roles of social climbing within the realms of motivators and socialites for reasons of happiness, enjoyment, and entertainment, both for themselves and for the media. This behavior is adopted to adapt and avoid feeling left behind, as well as to positively increase followers or friendships. Additionally, it was found that adolescents often use social media as a means to seek social validation and support from peers. This study provides new insights into adolescent behavior on social media and makes a significant contribution to understanding how social media influences the construction of social identity among adolescents. These findings can serve as a basis for further research on the psychological impact of self-presentation on social media and its influence on adolescent identity formation.

Abstract

Peanuts are rich in fat, contain high protein, iron, vitamin E and calcium, vitamin B complex and phosphorus, vitamins A and K, lecithin, choline and calcium. Problems faced by local communities include low peanut production due to poor growth systems due to less than optimal fertilization. This is because the price of chemical fertilizers is high and difficult to obtain. This type of research is experimental research (true experiment research). This research aims to determine the effect of providing bokashi type organic fertilizer on the productivity of peanut plants. One way ANOVA test results obtained: 1) calculated F value of 4.915 with a significant value of 0.019 for the number of fruits, 2) calculated F value of 4.936 with a significant value of 0.019 for gross weight, 3) calculated F value of 6.149 with a significant value of 0.009 for net weight. Based on these data, it is known that the significant value for the number of fruit is 0.019, the gross weight is 0.019, and the net weight is 0.009, which is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the application of bokashi fertilizer has a real effect on the productivity of peanut plants (A hypogaea L.), this shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, then in this case it is necessary to proceed to the Duncan test.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship related to education is very much and can be realized by practitioners in the field of education and academics, so that they can transfer their knowledge to students related to entrepreneurship. One way that can be realized by the school is to apply entrepreneurship-based subjects, by instilling the value of an entrepreneurial spirit, and application by inviting students to practice directly in trying entrepreneurship related to Education, including as a reception service for typing proposals or reports, application or web development services, and can also be as an Education tour planner, become content creators, educational institutions, and others. Based on the description of the situation analysis and observations that have been made to the partner place in the implementation of this community service, the partner's problems are formulated as follows: 1) There is still a lack of understanding of teachers and schools about the importance of edupreneurship applied in learning in schools, and there is still a lack of knowledge about the type of eduprenuership, 2) The need to develop knowledge and practice of digital technology-based eduprenuership to teachers in schools. Based on the results of interviews and discussions with partners, to overcome partner problems, the methods that will be implemented in this community service activity are: 1) Providing education about the importance of edupreneurship applied in learning in schools, and still lack knowledge about the type of eduprenuership, 2) Providing assistance and guidance, edupreneurship practices related to digital technology to teachers. The results of this community service are 1) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Mojokerto teachers can pour creative ideas in entrepreneurship that can be applied by teachers and students in schools and poured into business design, 2) Through the practice and assistance provided, teachers can already practice digital marketing using online applications.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena kurang berkembangnya sarana dan media pembelajaran peserta didik. Pembelajaran secara langsung pada lembaga pendidikan masih menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional dengan sumber belajar yang tidak pasti sehingga berpengaruh pada hasil belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini (1) menghasilkan media pembelajaran barupa E-modul dengan basis REACT (relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, transfering) bagi peserta didik kelas XI mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian; (2) Mengetahui kelayakan E-modul yang dipakai pada pengajaran peserta didik kelas XI dalam mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian; (3) Mengetahui apakah penerapan sumber belajar E-modul dengan bantuan teknologi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar serta mempermudah pengajaran bagi peserta didik kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian. Dengan dikembangkannya media pembelajaran E-modul berbantuan pendekatan REACT, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa maka berpengaruh pada peningkatan hasil belajar. Model penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Dalam kegiatan penelitian ini, penggunaan objeknya yaitu kelas XI program keahlian OTKP yang merupakan kelas uji coba produk. Pada kegiatan meneliti berikut terdapat 8 proses yakni 1) Potensi permasalahan; 2) Mengumpulkan data; 3) Mendesain produk; 4) Validasi desain; 5) Uji coba produk; 6) Uji coba produk; 7) Revisi prooduk; 8) Produk akhir. penelitian menghasilkan sebuah media E-modul berbantuan pendekatan REACT mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian yang siap diterapkan pada siswa kelas XI OTKP 3 di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. Hasil validasi materi, validasi media, serta validasi pengguna erhadap media pembelajaran E-modul benbantuan pendekatan REACT untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mendapatkan nilai dengan kriteria ‘’sangat layak’’.

Abstract

The vision of Indonesia education is to create an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent and has personality through the creation of Pancasila Student. The Driving School Program (PSP) aims to encourage the educational transformation process to increase student learning outcome holistically to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. At the school level, human resource competency is increased through training and mentoring. Accompanying the Data Based Planning (DBP) workshop reflection and positive discipline aims to analyze all workshop activities so that improvements can be made. The reflection was carried out online via Google Meet on January 27 2024. The reflection was attended by 22 participants, namely 4 Supervisor, 6 Principals and 12 PKPs. The result of this activity was the implementation of Positive Discipline instruction by SMP Negeri 1 Kabat, SMP Lazuardi Tursina and SMP Negeri 2 Srono. Internal monitoring has been implemented by all participating school, namely 6 schools. The application of positive discipline is carried out by creating class beliefs that can help students increase self-awareness and motivate students to develop their potential optimally. Positive discipline is also implemented without punishment and rewards. In conclusion, all schools show efforts and commitment to implementing positive discipline and carrying out various activities aimed at improving the quality of education and creating a conducive learning environment.

Abstract

Reforms and decentralization helped to accelerate progress towards achieving progress. Educational autonomy needs to be maximized in balancing the currents of the global climate. The ability of educational institutions to adapt to the global climate is very much needed. So that when faced with the current Covid-19 outbreak, schools can survive and run stably. The key component in the management of education is the curriculum. The role of the curriculum as the brain of the operationalization of the institution can be designed creatively and independently. Achievement-based independent curriculum as a manifestation of educational autonomy. This research focuses on the design and model of achievement-based independent curriculum development. The aim is to find an achievement-based independent curriculum design and model in boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The results of the study found that the curriculum development design at SMA al Hikmah Boarding School was based on the competency standards of shalih, muslih, and optimal academic graduates. Meanwhile, the development step consists of four components, including philosophical construction, strengthening the foundation based on vision-mission-objectives, designing innovation programs, and producing program innovation outputs. Meanwhile, the Al Hikmah Boarding School curriculum model is independent-intergartive. The model by integrating the program into graduate competency standards is in the form of a life proposal and leadership character.

Abstract

Trust to leading, psychological empowerment, and knowledge sharing can give rise to innovative work behavior of workers, especially workers in Batik Tulis MSMEs. Research Objectives: Trust to leading (1) To test the influence of Trust to leading on knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (2) to test the influence of Psychological empowerment on knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (3) the influence of Trust to leading on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (4) to test the influence of Psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (5) to examine the influence of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME Workers, (6) to examine the influence of Trust to leading on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (7) to examine the influence of Psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers. The research is quantitative research with a sample of 75 workers in Batik Tulis MSMEs. The results showed that (1) there is a direct and significant influence of Trust to leading on knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (2) there is a direct and significant influence of Psychological empowerment on knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (3) there is a direct and significant influence of Trust to leading on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (4) there is a direct and significant influence of Psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (5) there is a direct and significant influence of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior in Batik Tulis MSME Workers, (6) there is an indirect influence of Trust to leading on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers, (7) there is an indirect influence of psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing in Batik Tulis MSME workers.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam pada film Tarung Sarung yang mana sumber data penelitian tersebut ialah dari film tarung sarung yang memiliki durasi 1 jam 55 menit diproduksikan oleh starvision. Metode penelitian yang diambil adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data dan mendeskripsikan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menonton film berulang-ulang, menghayati, memahami, mengumpulkan data, menelaah data, mendeskripsikan lalu menyimpulkan data yang telah didapat. Film yang berjudul tarung sarung ini menceritakan sebuah drama religi yang mengisahkan seorang anak yang bernama Deni Ruso (Panji Zoni) yang lahir dari keluarga terkaya di Indonesia, yang beranggapan uang harta sebagai segalanya bahkan ia sampai kehilangan kepercayaan kepada Tuhan karna dia berfikir secara logis akal sendiri lebih percaya dengan uang atas dasar kebahagian dunia. Tarung Sarung adalah sebuah tradisi olah raga yang terdapat di daerah Makassar yang bersuku bugis. Gerakan olahraga Tarung Sarung ini terdapat dua orang didalam sarung yang bertarung seperti pancak silat pada umumnya. Dalam film tersebut terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan agama islam yang dapat menarik untuk dijadikan judul tersebut. Film adalah media audio visual yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada sekelompok orang yang berkumpul di suatu tempat. Karena sifatnya yang audio visual, film juga dianggap sebagai alat yang efektif untuk berkomunikasi dengan populasi yang ditargetkan. Ketika menonton film, penonton merasa seperti mereka dapat memasuki ruang dan waktu yang dapat menceritakan kehidupan dan bahkan mempengaruhi mereka

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang haid dan problem kewanitaan lainnya kepada siswi SMA/MA/SMK, khususnya bagi siswi SMA Islam Gumukmas. Setelah mengikuti sosialisasi ini, siswi diharapkan paham bagaimana cara mengidentifikasi macam macam air yang keluar dari dirinya serta bagaimana cara menyucikannya sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Sebelum kegiatan sosialisasi, kami melakukan observasi dan wawancara agar mengetahui kondisi awal di lapangan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dalam 4 tahap, yaitu pembukaan, penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan penutup.

Abstract

This article discusses the community service activities carried out in Ngusikan Village through training and the implementation of a web-based population application. This activity aims to increase the efficiency of population data management in the village. The program includes training for village officials and launching a user-friendly web-based application designed to simplify the recording and management of population data. The results show that village officials can operate the application well, contributing to the improvement of public services and administrative management in Ngusikan Village.
