Abstract

This study aims to develop an annotated corpus and a deep learning-based Named Entity Recognition (NER) model to identify legal entities in Indonesian corruption court rulings. The corpus was constructed from 450 Supreme Court documents related to the Anti-Corruption Laws (Laws No. 31/1999), collected via web scraping, with semi-automatic annotation (regex) and validation by legal experts. A total of 12,000 entities (Article, Laws, Sanctions) were tagged in IOB format, creating the first specialized dataset for Indonesian corruption laws. The NER model combines the IndoBERT (pre-trained language model) architecture with a CRF layer, fine-tuned to handle legal text complexities such as hierarchical article references (paragraphs, clauses) and amended laws citations (jo.). Evaluation using 10-fold cross-validation revealed that the model achieved an F1-score of 92.3%, outperforming standalone CRF (85.1%) and BiLSTM+CRF (88.7%), particularly in detecting ARTICLE entities (F1: 93.8%). Error analysis highlighted challenges in recognizing SANCTIONS entities (F1: 87.4%) due to sentence structure variability and conjunctions. The model’s implementation could accelerate judicial decision analysis, identify violation patterns, and support sanctions recommendation systems for laws enforcement. This research also provides legal entity annotation guidelines adaptable to other legal domains. Future work should expand to other laws (e.g., ITE Laws, Criminal Code) via transfer learning and integrate knowledge graphs to enhance entity relation detection.

Abstract

Education not only aims to educate, but also to form moral and spiritual character. In the modern era, the challenge of maintaining Islamic values is increasingly greater due to the influence of materialistic and individualistic culture. The implementation of Sufism values in the madrasah environment can be carried out in various ways, such as thematic learning based on spiritual values, habituation of noble morals in daily activities, and examples provided by educators. This study examines the application of Sufism values in building the character of students at MI Khalafiyah Syafi'iyah Zainul Hasan Genggong. With qualitative methods and field research, data was collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the integration of Sufism is carried out through the habituation of noble morals, the example of teachers, and spiritual activities such as dhikr and moral studies. By internalizing the values of Sufism, students are taught to respect morality and ethics, as well as developing a closer relationship with God, so that they grow into responsible and virtuous individuals. This approach has proven to be effective in forming students who are not only academically superior, but also have Islamic morals.

Abstract

Pada kondisi seperti sekarang ini semua pekerja harus memahami tentang teknologi digi- tal. Guru termasuk juga pekerja yang harus paham dengan teknologi digital, yang mana guru pada masa sekarang ini dituntut untuk kreatif dan lebih interaktif dalam penyampaian pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa-siswinya. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan hasil observasi di lapangan, maka permasalahan mitra dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut. (1) Masih seringnya guru-guru menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional dikarenakan kurangnya informasi, pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai beberapa media e-learning. (2) Masih monotonnya metode guru mengajar, tanpa menggunakan media yang lebih kreatif dan interaktif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra maka metode untuk mendukung realisasi program IbM adalah dengan: (1) memberikan workshop edukasi mengenai media e-learning dan praktik media e-learning dan (2) praktik pengaplikasian dan membuat media e-learning menggunakan Genially, Flip PDF, dan I Spring. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini ada SMP Negeri 2 Trawas Kabupaten Mojokerto. Berdasarkan kegiatan workshop yang dilakukan pada guru-guru SMP Negeri 2 Trawas Mojokerto maka diketahui bahwa guru-guru sangat antusias mengikuti workshop edukasi media e-learning kreatif yang dilaksanakan dan banyak dari guru-guru yang mulai mengenal media pembelajaran e-learning, namun masih belum diterapkan di kelas. Guru-guru belajar memasukkan materi mata pelajaran ke dalam media e-learning, baik yang berbentuk PowerPoint, video, dan audio sekaligus akan menerapkan media e-learning dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pelatihan public speaking yang ditujukan kepada para santri putri PP. Assunniyyah Kencong-Jember, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara di depan umum, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, mengatasi rasa gugup dan mendorong agar santri lebih aktif dalam kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan public speaking di lingkungan pesantren. Pelatihan ini juga menghadirkan trainer yaitu Ibu Rizqiyah Ratu Balqis, seorang dosen di Universitas Al-Falah Assunniyyah sekaligus trainer public speaking. Adapun strategi yang dilaksanakan ada tiga tahap yakni pelatihan yang intensif dengan mentor per empat orang, praktik per individu dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini sangat memerlukan koordinasi dengan stakeholder pesantren, sebab santri harus membagi waktu di tengah padatnya kegiatan pesantren. Adapun hasil dari pelatihan ini, santri mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam berkomunikasi di depan umum, yang akan bermanfaat ketika masih di dalam pesantren maupun setelah terjun ke Masyarakat, selain itu dengan bekal wawasan yang telah diberikan, santri lebih termotivasi untuk terus meningkatkan skill-nya melihat tantangan dan kebutuhan di masa depan. Kegiatan ini mampu memberikan dampak positif bagi santri sekaligus menambah kepercayaan wali santri terhadap pesantren dalam peningkatan kualitas skill.

Abstract

Inclusive education provides equal opportunities for children with disabilities to develop according to their potential. However, in practice, many students with special needs still face various obstacles in the learning process, especially if only conventional methods are used. This research aims to empower children with disabilities at MI 2 Jombang, Jember, through creative skills as an innovative learning medium. The modelling method uses ABCD. The results show that creative skills are effective to improve academic understanding, motor skills, as well as self-confidence of children with disabilities. The implementation of this empowerment programme is done through the integration of creative skills in, teacher training, provision of supporting facilities, and cooperation. A creative skills-based approach can have a positive impact on the intellectual and emotional development of children with disabilities. Therefore, support from various parties, including schools, parents and communities, is needed to ensure the sustainability of this programme in improving the quality of inclusive education. Abstract

Aswaja and NU's Education taught in Nahdlatul Ulama educational institutions, especially for junior high school / MTs are directed to maintain, preserve, develop and practice Ahlu al-Sunnah Wal Jama'ah Islam teachings and conduct activities aimed at to create the benefit of society, the progress of the nation and the height of human dignity and dignity that can be understood very in tune with the values of multicultural education. The values of multicultural education include: (1) the value of democracy, equity and justice; (2) the value of humanity, togetherness, and peace; and (3) social attitudes, namely: recognition, acceptance and appreciation to others is very appropriate and all of which are covered in Aswaja and NU's educational content for junior high school / MTs, ie al-ta'awun, al-tawasuth, al-i'tidal, al-tasamuh, al-tawazun, and amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, and ukhuwah baikukhuwah nahdliyah, islamiyah, wathaniyah, basyariyah and then embodied in the form of mabadi 'khaira ummat which originated from al-shidqu norm, al -aahah wa al-wafa bi al-'ahdi, al-'adalah, al-ta'awun and al-istiqamah.Hal affirms that the practice of Aswaja and NU's education is taught in educational institutions within the organization Nahdlatul Ulama very inclusive. Internally, education in Nahdlatul Ulama 'organization has been proven to have introduced multicultural values to its students both in terms of doctrine of the teachings, as well as in terms of the daily life experiences of the students. Externally, these multicultural values are also socialized and made into principles in establishing social relationships with communities and other groups outside Nahdlatul Ulama's educational institutions'. Abstract

Boarding school is an educational institution that is not looking at the social strata and is a religious institution that is synonymous with tafaqquh fid-din to stay on track with its cultural, religious education with the goal that the transfer of knowledge and the transfer of moral and social servitude sincerely. Model that applied by pesantren in education multicultural among the students and mostly depend on the ideas and insights kiai about Islam that is inclusive, moderation, tolerance and harmony to bring the school and his students obtained Islam friendly and rahmatan lil'alamin the cultures that developed around schools. Multicultural education is not specifically granted in the form of subjects or special studies, but through a variety of opportunities and activities in schools.

Abstract

Pesantren has flourished long before the formal educational institutions established in Indonesia. Thus, it has great contribution to the development of this nation. Pesantren as Indonesian indigenous educational system plays important role in enculturation process to shape the positive qualities of culture among generation to generation. As the islamic religius educational institution, it is administrated by kyai as the central figure who has high religius esoteric knowledge and standard of moral and ethics. In pesantren, santri has been taught to rcognise the values of plurality, equality, tolerance and hold in high esteem of humanity based on the basic teaching and ideas of ahlus sunnah wal jama’ah paradigm. And as a sub-culture, pesantren also has firm bearing with local and indonesian culture. It means that pesantren has to formulate itself to civilize the locals as its real potention to maintain the indonesian noble culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan toleransi beragama yang terkandung dalam film Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Film ini dipilih karena memuat isu-isu sosial dan kemanusiaan yang relevan dalam konteks masyarakat multikultural dan multireligius. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan semiotik, khususnya teori semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce, untuk mengidentifikasi tanda, simbol, dialog, dan elemen naratif yang merepresentasikan pesan-pesan tentang kemanusiaan dan toleransi antarumat beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film ini menekankan pentingnya kasih sayang lintas batas agama, empati terhadap sesama, dan penghormatan terhadap perbedaan keyakinan. Tokoh utama, Pawan, ditampilkan sebagai simbol perdamaian yang menjembatani konflik agama atas dasar nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Bajrangi Bhaijaan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media edukatif yang kuat dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai universal yang penting untuk membangun kehidupan masyarakat yang harmonis dan saling menghargai.

Abstract

The transformation of learning systems is a crucial component in shaping excellent generations capable of competing at the global level, particularly amid the dynamics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the demands of 21st-century education. This study aims to identify the driving factors behind changes in learning systems and analyze their impact on educational quality and students’ future readiness. Using a literature review method, this research explores the integration of educational technology, competency-based approaches, 21st-century skills curricula, and the evolving role of teachers. The findings indicate that technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and interactive learning applications enhance accessibility, active student participation, and the effectiveness of self-directed learning. Curricula emphasizing skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving are deemed essential to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex professional world. Moreover, competency-based assessments and the shift in the teacher’s role to facilitator contribute significantly to creating an inclusive and flexible learning environment. Thus, learning system transformation serves as a critical foundation for building adaptive and sustainable education
