Abstract

The quality of education in schools is also largely determined by the ability of the principal in supervising the implementation of learning carried out by teachers, thus the improvements are made from the results of supervision.This study aims to determine: 1) the effectiveness of the principal’s academic supervision in Senior High Schools in Tidore Sub-district, 2) the development of teacher competence in Senior Highschool in Tidore Sub-district, 3) the relationship between the effectiveness of the principal’s academic supervision and the development of teacher competence in senior High Schools in Tidore Sub-district. This study applies quantitative with a correlational type of research. The data collection techniques consist of questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results of the study explain that: 1) the effectiveness of academic supervision is in the good category with a percentage of 83%, 2) teacher competency development is in the very good category with a percentage of 90%, 3) there is a positive relationship between the effectiveness of the principal's academic supervision and teacher competency development. at the level of the correlation coefficient of 0,581 or 58%. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously improve the quality of academic supervision and develop self-quality which can be carried out by expanding knowledge and understanding of academic supervision and teacher competency development.

Abstract

Riset ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran ADERiC efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalahmatematika mahasiswa dapat meningkat. Riset ini memanfaatkan metode berupa eksperimen berbentuk pre experimental designs. Riset ini menggunakan populasi yaitu mahasiswa yang sedang menjalani perkuliahan semester IV pendidikan matematika di Universitas Muhamammadiyah Sorong. Jumlahnya yaitu sebesar 22 mahasiswa. Riset ini menggunakan sampel dari mahasiswa pendidikan matematika Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong sebesar 19 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen. Metode yang dimanfaatkan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu meliputi instrumen tes, dan instrumen non tes. Adapun metode analisis memanfaatkan statistic descripitif, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Riset ini mendapatkan sebuah hasil yaitu kemampuan pemecahan masalah  setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran ADERiC meningkat dibandingkan kemampuan pemecahanmatematika awal mahasiswa dapat ditunjukkan melalui pencapaian indikator diperoleh hasil kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika mahasiswa yaitu 67,1% berada pada kriteria sedang.  Oleh sebab itu pemanfaatan model pembelajaran ADERiC dapat mendorong peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Kata kunci: Efektif; Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah; Model Pembelajaran ADERIC AbstractThis research aims to find out whether the ADERiC learning model is effective in making students' mathematical problem solving skills improve. This research uses an experimental method in the form of pre-experimental designs. This research uses a population, namely students who are undergoing lectures in the fourth semester of mathematics education at the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong. The number is 22 students. This research uses a sample of 19 students of mathematics education at Muhammadiyah University of Sorong as the experimental class. The methods used in collecting data include test instruments and non-test instruments. The analysis method utilizes descriptive statistics, normality test, and hypothesis testing. This research got a result, namely problem solving skills after applying the ADERiC learning model increased compared to students' initial mathematical solving abilities, it can be shown through the achievement of indicators that students' problem solving skills in mathematics were 67.1% in the medium criteria. Abstract

This KKN-PPM Program aims to empower village communities in Panipi Region Batudaa Sub-District, Gorontalo District. The specific purpose to be achieved is (1) empower village communities in Panipi Region in the fisheries development in fresh water, (2) empower village communities in Panipi Region in livestock development (cows and goats), (3) Empowering the community in developing small businesses (making cookies) and handicrafts, (4) develop the potential of the village in Panipi Region in the in the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in order to develop the economy of the village community in the PPM KKN location. Activities devotion of KKN PPM has been carried out by involving fishing communities, breeder, craftsman and all the potential of the village in Panipi Region with the empowerment model. Activities carried out by including Student of KKN PPM participants as many as 30 people through the training method, practice and assistance. In the initial stages, a team with students of KKN PPM participants make observations and identification of the potential possessed by the village in Panipi Region. In this case, include Barakati and Iluta villages which have potential and has almost the same problem. The next step is holding training and empowerment program in the fisheries development in fresh water (hold training and assistance to fishermen in repair of aquaculture techniques and provision of fish feed, and fish processing become processed food ready for consumption by the community), and livestock development (hold a training and counseling about animal health and IB technique (Artificial insemination) and develop the potential of the village through the development of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in KKN PPM location. The results of this activity are: 1) The fishing community has knowledge about aquaculture techniques and the way to make fish feed, 2) Livestock farmers community have knowledge about animal health, able to detect livestock that will be carried out the Artificial Insemination technique (IB), 3) The community able to develop all the potential of the village through the utilization of BUMDes. Training activities accompanied by students of KKN PPM Participants and involving experts from the Fishery office and Livestock office of Gorontalo District and Expert Lecturers from Faculty of Fisheries, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Faculty of Economics, State University of Gorontalo. The final target of this activity is prepare fishing communities and breeders who are able to develop all the potential possessed by the village that becomes a location of KKN PPM, both in the field of freshwater fisheries, livestock, small business development, crafts and other business fields. Abstract

Pembelajaran melalui daring yang dilakukan pada masa new normal karena guru diharuskan untuk berkomunikasi dengan orang tua siswa, guru lain, dan kepala sekolah, jam kerja guru tidak dibatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) persepsi guru atas kondisi stress kerja pada pembelajaran daring di masa new normal, (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi stres guru dalam pembelajaran daring di masa new normal, dan (3) upaya guru dalam mengelola stres kerja dalam pembelajaran daring dimasa new normal. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Miles dan Hubermen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Adanya kondisi stres kerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring dimasa New Normal di SMPN 1 Bintauna yang terlihat dari kelelahan yang cepat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, perasaan tidak senang, sinis dan tidak semangat, penurunan pencapaian kerja dan enggan berkolaborasi dalam bekerja (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi stres guru dalam pembelajaran daring dimasa new normal di SMPN Negeri 1 Bintauna adalah faktor internal kemampuan guru dalam inovasi pembelajaran, komitmen guru yang belum optimal dan manajemen waktu guru yang kurang maksimal. Sementara faktor eksternal adalah faktor siswa yang sulit memahami materi secara konsep dan konteks, lingkungan kerja yang mulai berubah dan beban kerja yang besar, dan (3) upaya guru dalam mengelola stres kerja dalam pembelajaran daring dimasa new normal di SMPN 1 Bintauna yaitu dengan menggunakan fasilitas yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan guru.

Abstract

The learning model is determined and selected by teachers to stimulate students’ learning motivation and responses, which play an important role in the learning process. The purposes of the study are to identify a correlation between students’ learning motivation and their responses o non the implementation of the ADERiC model. The study was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Sorong, involving ten students. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and covariance techniques. The research findings show that based on the questionnaire students’ responses, each item of the implementation of the ADERiC learning model was in the high classification, and the highest was the observation of persistence in learning. Besides that, there is a correlation between students' learning motivation and responses to implementing the ADERiC model. Therefore, implementing the learning model should stimulate and push students’ understanding.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru PAUD sangat penting untuk mewujudkan iklim belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna bagi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis iklim belajar anak usia dini dalam pembelajaran daring berbasis kompetensi guru PAUD di Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini memakai jenis penelitian mix metode dengan pendekatan ekspantori. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 59 guru yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo. Cara untuk mengumpulkan datanya memakai angket, observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasannya efektivitas iklim belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran daring berbasis kompetensi guru PAUD pada masa pasca pandemi covid-19 berada pada tingkatan niai efektif 3.6% dengan nilai frekuensi 35.36% hal tersebut menunjukan kategori sangat rendah pada iklim belajar anak usia dini di Provinsi Gorontalo. Hal ini dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperhatikan iklim belajar dan budaya belajar di sekolah antara siswa PAUD dan guru serta memotivasi belajar siswa anak usia dini di rumah melalui kerjasama orang tua dan anak dalam keluarga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) gambaran perencanaan pembelajaran inklusif di SDN 27 Kota Gorontalo dan SD Laboratorium UNG, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran inklusif di SDN 27 Kota Gorontalo dan SD Laboratorium UNG, (3) Penilaian pembelajaran inklusif di SDN 27 Kota Gorontalo dan SD Laboratorium UNG, (4) Keberlanjutan pembelajaran inklusif di SDN 27 Kota Gorontalo dan SD Laboratorium UNG. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan tiga cara yaitu: (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, (3) studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengelolaan pendidikan inklusif di Sekolah Dasar studi kasus di SD 27 Kota Selatan dan SD Laboratorium UNG adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Perencanaan pembelajaran inklusif dari aspek: (a) identifikasi dan asesmen b) profil peserta didik inklusif. (c) program pendidikan individual siswa inklusif (d) sumber daya guru inklusif terdiri dari guru yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan dan memiliki sertifikat (e) pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan pendanaan yang khusus dialokasikan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran siswa inklusif. (2) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan pendidikan inklusif dilihat dari aspek kurikulum yang sudah dimodifikasi, strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai kebutuhan siswa inklusif dan media pembelajaran yang menunjang pembelajaran dan pembimbingan siswa inklusif. (3) Penilaian pengelolaan pendidikan inklusif di lihat dari karakteristik penilaian siswa inklusif dan laporan hasil belajar. (4) Keberlanjutan pengelolaan pendidikan inklusif dilihat dari peningkatan siswa inklusif yang mendaftar disekolah inklusif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Context Praktek Kerja Industri di SMK se Kota Gorontalo, 2) Input Praktek Kerja Industri di SMK se Kota Gorontalo, 3) Process Praktek Kerja Industri di SMK se Kota Gorontalo, 4) Product Praktek Kerja Industri di SMK se Kota Gorontalo.Penelitian ini menggunakan model Evaluasi CIPP (context, Input, Process, Product). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner pada responden guru dan siswa, serta observasi dan doukementasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 99 orang yang terdiri dari pendidik (guru) 69 orang dan siswa 30 orang. Analisis data yag digunakan yakni kuantitatif deskriptif dan kualitatif model Miles dan Hubermen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Context Praktek Kerja Industri di SMK se Kota Gorontalo sudah baik dengan persentase 84,24%; 2) Input Praktek Kerja Industri di SMK se Kota Gorontalo sudah baik dengan persentase 84,50%; 3) Process Praktek Kerja Industri di SMK se Kota Gorontalo sudah baik dengan persentase 84,02%; 4) Product Praktek Kerja Industri di SMK se Kota Gorontalo sudah baik dengan persentase 84,02%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner, pengambilan keputusan strategis dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) se Kecamatan Kwandang Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 97 responden. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru di SMP se Kecamatan Kwandang Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. (2) Pengambilan keputusan strategis berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP se Kecamatan Kwandang Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. (3) Budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP se Kecamatan Kwandang Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Abstract

This analysis evaluates the financial performance of Islamic Banks in facing global market challenges. The findings show that Islamic banks have demonstrated solid financial performance, with significant asset and revenue growth and effective risk management. Islamic banks have also managed to maintain good financing quality. However, Islamic banks face challenges in the global market, including intense competition with conventional banks, regulatory differences in various countries, and low customer awareness and education. To face this challenge, Islamic banks must improve operational efficiency, develop product and service innovations that suit customer preferences, strengthen marketing and branding, and expand distribution networks. This analysis concludes that Islamic banks have a strong potential to face global market challenges. With solid financial performance, significant asset growth, effective risk management, and adaptive strategies, Islamic banks can remain competitive in a dynamic global market. However, it is essential for Islamic banks to continuously monitor global market developments, manage risk appropriately, and strengthen their strategy to face the ever-evolving challenges.
