Abstract

Abstract : This research is based on the low motivation of learning PPKn students class VII in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is there any significant effect of using Quick On The Draw learning model toward students’ motivation in learning PPKn at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan?". This study aims to determine the effect of using Quick On The Draw learning model toward students’ motivation in learning PPKn at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan in April 2018. This research was a quantitative descriptive study that was experimental. Population in this study were students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan. The sample in this research was taken based on "Random Sampling" technique. Where the class taken into the sample was the students of class VII F (experimental class) who were given the Quick On The Draw learning model, and class VII G (control class) were students who were given the conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and "t" test. Based on the result of research indicated that there wasan effect of learning motivation between student who using Quick On The Draw learning model and conventional method in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan ( > ).Where there was an average increase toward motivation in learning PPKn of experimental class from 20,48  to 24,96 and the average of PPKn learning motivation of control class from 19,23 to 21,56. Thus the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of using Quick On The Draw learning model toward learning motivation of PPKn student at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan, can be accepted. Key Words : Quick On The Draw, Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economic subjects class X IPS SMA country 1 Kelayang. The population in this study were students of class X SMA country 1 Kelayang which amounted to 46 people, the sample was obtained by using saturated sampling method as much as 46 respondents. Data collection is done through documentationLearning Outcome and questionnaire Learning Facilities, Learning Motivation. Data analysis method used ismultiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is (1) the learning facilities have a significant effect on the learning outcomes result which is obtained tcount( 2,800 >ttabel 2,017) and significant value (0,008)<0,05; (2) Learning motivation have a significant impact on student learning outcomes where obtained tcount ( 3,714 ) > ttabel (2,017) and significant value (0,001)< 0,05 ; (3) In silmutan there is a positive or significant influence between learning facilities and learning motivation with learning results, fcount (11,621)> ftabel (3,214) and significant value (0,000) < 0.05. The result of multiple regression research found that the learning facilities and learning motivation have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of 35,1% of the learning outcomes and the rest of 64,9% influenced by other factors outside this study. Multiple regression equation obtained in this research is Y =51,868 + 0,334 X1 + 0, 276 X2.. This means that if the learning facilities (X1) and learning motivation (X2) does not exist then the amount of learning outcomes (Y) of 51,868 and any increase in learning facilities will increase student learning outcomes by 0,334 and any increase in learning motivation it will improve student learning outcomes of 0,275.Keywords: Learning Facilities, Learning Motivation and Learning Outcome

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the low interest of learning PPKn students in SMP Negeri 2Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The formulation of the problem in this research is"Is there any significant effect ofKomidi Putar DiskusiWheel of Fortune learning model toward students’ interest in learning PPKn at SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir?”. This study aims to determine the effect of  Wheel of Fortune learning model toward students’ interest in learning PPKn at SMP Negeri2Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir.This research was conducted at SMP Negeri2Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir in April 2018.  This research was a quantitative descriptive study that was experimental. Population in the study were students of class seven SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The sample in this research was taken based on "Random Sampling" technique. Where the class taken into the sample was students of class VIII.1 (experimental class) given the learning model of Wheel of Fortune, and class VIII.4 (control class) were students who were given the conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and "t" test. Based on the result of research indicated that there was an effect of learning interest between student who using Wheel of Komidi Putar Diskusi learning model and conventional method in SMP Negeri2 Negeri 2 Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir.Where there was an average increase toward interest in learning PPKn of experimental class  from26,43   to 28,06 and the average of PPKn learning interest of control class from25,96   to 26,13. Thus the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of Komidi Putar Diskusiwheel of learning model toward students’ interest in learning PPKn at SMP Negeri2Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, can be accepted. Key Words: Komidi Putar Diskusi, Interest to learning

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of parents job and achievements of craft learning and entrepreneurship on the interest of entrepreneurship in students of SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau. Population in this study were students of class XII that is as many as 159 students and sample of 114 students with a simple random sampling technique. The data collection of this research is documentation techniques. Data analysis used multiple regression linier. The result of this research is the parents job has no effect on significantly to interest of enterpreneurship which obtained tcount -0,106 < ttable 1,658 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05. Craft enterpreneurial learning achievement significantly effect to interest of enterpreneurship which obtained tcount 2,676 > ttable 1,658 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between parents job and craft enterpreneurial learning achievement where obtained value fcount 3,586 > ftable 3,08 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05.multiple linier regression equation obtained in this research is Y = 26,075 – 0,110x1 + 0,274x2. Seen from the calculating 0f R2 (R square change) obtained value of 0,061. This mean that the contribution of the influence of parents job and craft enterpreneurial learning achievement is 6,1%, over 93,9% influenced by other variable outside this research.Keywords: Parents Job, achievements, craft entrepreneurial learning,interest of entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the implementation of the curriculum 2013 and the problems experienced by teachers in implementation of the curriculum 2013 on vocational high schools in Pekanbaru. The subject of this research wass the entire teachers who teach at the accounting and financial expertise on vocational high schools in Pekanbaru with the number of teachers was 22 from 14 schools. The data was collected by using the questionnaire. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative method. The results showed; from 22 respondents who implement the curriculum 2013, 38.95% respondents stated that they were very good in implementation of the curriculum 2013 indicators. And of 47.40% respondents stated that they were good in implementation of the curriculum 2013 indicators. If the respond “very good” and “good” were combined it will be 86.35%. In conclusion, the implementation of the curriculum 2013 on vocational high schools in Pekanbaru is good. The problems which are still experienced by teachers in the implementation of the curriculum 2013 are (1) it is still less of students’ handbook. (2) students are less motivated by teachers. (3) teachers are still not able in managing the classroom (4) teachers do not have well-understanding to the students’ material (5) it is lack of Internet access provided by schools. (6) students have less interest in reading (7) it is less of time for reading in schools. (8) students are still not independence. (9) students cannot be able in scientific problem solving (10) teachers only use one resource (11) it is not only assessment of knowledge but also assessment of spiritual and skills (12) there is still some learners who are less motivated to achieve the competency.Keywords: Implementation the Curriculum 2013

Abstract

Abstract: this study aims to describe the skills and know how the concern of parents toward learning outcomes grade VII in the IPS subjects in SMPN 5 Pekanbaru. The population in this research is the entire students in the class VII of SMPN 5 Pekanbaru of 292 totalling Soweto students. This research uses a simple random sample that the sample population members taking done at random without regard to existing in the population strata with a total of 169 students who made the sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire about the skills explain and attention parents distributed to respondents as well as asking for a list to student learning outcomes. Data analysis data analysis using linear multiple regression test with a significant level of 5%. . In descriptive, describing skills including on the category either (58.0%), attention parents included in the category of less well (49.1%), and the results of the study include enough (52.7%). Based on the research results influence skills explain and attention parents give donations influence on student learning outcomes of 45.8% with the regression equation Y = 47,427 + 0, 432XI + 0, 239X2.Key Words: Skills Explained, The Attention Of The Parents, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstrack : This research is motivated by problems that arise from interviews conducted by researchers that the violations are often done by students is like late, unplug in certain lessons, attribute offense, talking with friends, not making tasks, cheating, trespassing and eating at canteen during school hours , some even caught smoking in the school environment. This study aims to determine the influence of personality competence of civic education teachers on the behavior of high school students in Pekanbaru City. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The instrument used is a questionnaire consisting of 29 statements about teacher personality competence and 20 statements about student behavior. Data were analyzed by using simple linear regression. Thus the hypothesis which states "there is influence between the competence of personality of civic education teachers toward the behavior of high school students in Pekanbaru City" accepted this is proved by simple linear regression test. Counted Fcount of 34.818 and Ftable 3.89 obtained from the study of Ftable distribution list with N = 282, at a significant level of 5% thus can be known Fcount ≥ Ftable or 34.818 ≥ 3.89 then Ho is rejected, so the hypothesis is accepted. In the coefficient of determination test the value of R square 11.1% means, the contribution of Personality Competence of civic education teachers toward the behavior of high school students in Pekanbaru City is 11.1% while 88.9% is influenced by variables not included in this study. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the competence of personality of civic education teachers pertained very good with percentage equal to 93,13%, and for student behavior classified as very good with percentage equal to 90,87%. The better the personality competence of the civic education teachers the better the students' behavior.Keywords : Personality Competence, Student Behavior

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning model number head together (nht) on the economic learning outcomes of XI IPS class students of SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu 2018/2019 academic year. This research is in the form of a quasi-exspremental experiment. The population of this study amounted to 187 students from 6 classes while the study sample amounted to 61 students. For the experimental class there were 31 students and for the control class there were 31 students with sampling using the multystage method. The research instruments used were learning devices (syllabus, RPP, LKPD) and data collection tools (pretest and poststest, observation and documentation sheets). Analysis of the two groups used homogeneity test, t-test and achievement data test (N-GAIN). From the results of the analysis it was found that at the first meeting the average teacher activity was 66.67%, at the second meeting 87.50% and at the third meeting 95.83%. While the average student activity at the first meeting was 58.33%, at the second meeting 66.67% and at the third meeting 83.33%. Furthermore, the results of the homogeneity test found that the Levene Statistic value for both classes was 0.004 and it can be said that the posstest data of the two classes was homogeneous. Then from the results of the t test found at 4.176 and the significance level of P 0.000. These results indicate the poststest level of the two classes is different. To see the effect of cooperative learning model number head together (nht) on the economic learning outcomes of students using the N-GAIN test of the N-GAIN value obtained by 0.40 lies in the score 0.7> gain> 0.3. While the magnitude of the increase in the experimental class learning outcomes was 16.81 (30.70%) and the control class increased by 7.77 (13.77%). It can be concluded that the cooperative learning model number head together (nht) has an effect on the learning outcomes of the experimental class students in the moderate and feasible category to be considered as one of the learning models used in the learning process.Key Words: cooperative learning model number head together (nht), learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, family environment and school environment on learning interest in accounting computer subjects in class X of Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School Pekanbaru. The total population in this study was 65 students from 2 classes X accounting. The sample in this study was taken as much as the population so that this study is a population research. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that students' motivation was still in the low category, the family environment was still in the low category, the school environment was in the low or less optimal category, and the interest in learning was still in the low category. Motivation, family environment and school environment have a significant effect on interest in learning with the regression equation Y = 0.205a + 0,214X1 + 0,221X2 + 0,149X3 and contribute to students' learning interest of 38,8%.Key Words: Motivation, Family Environment, School Environment and Learning Interest

Abstract

Abstract: This research  aims to determine whether the extracurricular activities of the paskibra affect the disciplinary character of students of Pekanbaru 25 Middle School. As for the population, there are 50 paskibra members.By using a saturated sample technique (Total Sampling) obtained 50 students selected to be the sample in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, documentation and questionnaires. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The method is done by processing data whose data results are presented through a percentage of questionnaires that have been filled in by the respondents. In analyzing the data using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an extracurricular effect on paskibra on the disciplinary character of students of Pekanbaru 25 Middle School, this is evidenced by a series of simple linear regression tests between variables X and Y variables, obtained Fcount = 33.934 and Ftable 4.04 obtained from the study of the list of F distributions with N = 50, at a significant level of 5%, thus Fcount> Ftable or 33,934> 4.04, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted as significant, there is the influence of extracurricular paskibra on the disciplinary character of students of Pekanbaru 25 Middle School. Key Words: Influence, Paskibra Extracurricular, Discipline Character
