Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the impact of the reward and punishment on the performance of employees of Rumah Makan Puti Buana Pekanbaru. The population in this study was the entire employee of Rumah Makan Puti Buana Pekanbaru as much as 130 employees. Sample 57 taken using random sampling technique. Data is collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed by multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of reward and punishment to the performance of employees of Rumah Makan Puti Buana Pekanbaru with a donation of 0.579 or 57.9%. With the equation Y =-1,324 + 0.502 + 1.127 X This research advice can be used as a reference to improve the performance of employees through the application of reward and punishment to the performance of employees of the food stalls Puti Buana.Key Words: Reward, Punishment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of taxation knowledge and quality of service tax on the motivation of individual taxpayers in fulfilling the tax obligations in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan. The population in this study is the entire taxpayer of the private person registered in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan ie as many as 169,059 persons taxpayers personally and on this research the sampling used is non probability sampling With incidental sampling techniques. To determine the size or number of samples from the population use the formula Slovin with an error rate of 10%. According to the formula Slovin with an error rate of 10%, if the population in this study amounted to 169,059, then the sample amounted to 100 individual taxpayers. Data is collected using questionnaires on taxation knowledge, quality of tax services, and the motivation of taxpayers distributed to respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression test data analysis. The results concluded that the knowledge of taxation and the quality of tax service has significant effect on the motivation of individual taxpayers in KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan. It is hoped that KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan can consider the quality aspects of tax services and other aspects that are not researched in this to increase the motivation of taxpayers in fulfilling the tax obligations. In the event of an increase in taxpayer motivation, this will have a good impact on increasing the tax revenues that will impact the increase in regional and state revenues.Key Words: knowledge of taxation, quality of service tax, and motivation for taxpayers.

Abstract

Abstract: The research was conducted with the aim to determine the level of participant social care character in students who are blood donors donors at University of Riau, the social care character in students who are not blood donors at the Universiy of Riau and to know the level of differences of social care character in students who are blood donors and not blood donors at the University of Riau. The population in this study amounted to 34.398 people with the sample in this study amounted to 100 people namely blood donors 50 people and not blood donors 50 people sampling using random sampling technique. Technique of data collection is observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation with method uses quantitative descriptive and analyzed using data descriptive analysis and different test two separate samples by SPSS version 21. The results show that the answer is that the social care level of student who are blood donors is very this higt is proven to be as much as 82,2% while the social care level of student who are not blood donors is very higt too is proven to be as much as 79,16%. And the results are based on SPSS version 21 that there is no difference in social care character of students who are blood donors and not blood donors. As evidenced by sgi > 5% (0,152 > 0,5) and t count 1,942 smaller than t table 1,98447.Key Words: Comparative, Social Care

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the benefits of moving class learning systems on student motivation at As-Shofa Islamic High School Pekanbaru. The population in this study were teachers at As-Shofa Islamic High School Pekanbaru as many as 31 people, and the sample was 25 teachers each of the study fields, with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Measurement of data using questionnaires and observations. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and different tests using SPSS. The results of the descriptive research show the benefits of the moving class learning system on students' learning motivation at the singkron As-Shofa Islamic High School between descriptive analysis and Paired Sample T-test analysis, which is significant when the moving class is implemented and before the moving class. Where in the descriptive analysis the majority of the samples chose high and sufficient student motivation at the time before the moving class of 88%, as well as in the SPSS Paired Sample T-test, showed sig-2 (tailed) 0,000 <0,005 where there were significant differences in motivation student learning when moving class and before moving class. For this reason, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted.Key Words: Benefits, Moving class, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to know the effect of teacher,s civics role in building responsibility character to students result in study civics in SMP Negeri 3 Rokan IV Koto. The populations and the simples of this research were 79 studens. This research used sampling jenuh teachique. The techniques of collecting the data used in this research were observation, share the questionnaire, inerview adn document. Here ,the researcher uses Regression Linier analysis as the data analysis technique. The result of this research showed that there is no effect of teachers civics role in building character to students result in study civics in SMP Negeri 3 Rokan IV Koto. Meanwhile, it showed by the experiment of Regression Linier beween Variable X and Variable Y, the result Of Fhitung was 2,482 and the value of F tabel was, 3,97 that from the distribution teble of Fhitung and N= 79, with significant level 5% thus, Fhitung ˂ F tabel or 2,482 ˂ 3,97 it means that HO diterima and HA ditolak, in additional there is no effect between teachers role in building responsibility character to students result in study civics in SMP Negeri 3 Rokan IV Koto. In this case, it is better for techer to improve their role, especially as mediator, facilitator and the students should force themselves to improve their comprehension.Key Words : teachers role, responsibility character, studen result

Abstract

Abstract: the aim of this study to know is there an influence of scout activitiestowards the formation of character of student responsibility in public vocationalsecondary schools 1 Bengkalis in Bengkalis sub-Bengkalis Distric. As for thepopulation and sample this research is all students in public vocational secondaryschools 1 Bengkalis in Bengkalis sub-Bengkalis Distric who participated in scoutactivities as many as 54 students. By using a saturated sampling technique. Datacollection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires and documentation.In analyzing using simple linear regression analysts. The results of this study indicatethat there is the influence of scout activities on the formation of the character ofresponsibility in public vocational secondary schools 1 Bengkalis in Bengkalis sub-Bengkalis Distric. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to knowing the influence of the memory board learning model against the learning outcomes of citizenship education grade VIII students of State junior high school 1 Bungaraya Bungaraya sub-district Bungaraya District. The strategy that uses the blackboard as a tool to make it easier for students to be able to quickly remember the terms and technical definitions that the learning model entails is only to write the term and the definition is explained verbally. Because in this learning model students are required to actively remember technical terms and definitions. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the memory board learning model on the learning outcomes of PKn VIII students at Bungaraya Middle School 1 Bungaraya District, Siak Regency. While the sampling technique used random sampling techniques, namely as many as two classes where students of class VIII.2 as the experimental class were given memory board learning models and class VIII.1 as the control class were students who were given conventional methods. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation, documentation, and tests. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that an increase in student learning outcomes after the memory board model is carried out with the average experimental class (VIII.2) of 77.27% with a variance of 80.47. The average learning outcomes of the control class students (VIII.1) amounted to 64.52% with variance 134, 76. Then this study proved that there was an effect of learning memory board models on the learning outcomes of PKn VIII students at Bungaraya 1ND SMP Bungaraya District, Siak Regency. Key Words: Memory Board, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to examine the influence of Problem Based Learning model on social studies learning outcomes in State Junior High School 13 Pekanbaru Academic Year 2018/2019. This study uses quasi-experimental methods (quasi experiment). The population of this study was the seventh grade students of Pekanbaru State Junior High School 13 which consisted of ten classes with a total of 277 students. The number of samples of this study is one class, namely class VII 2 as many as 31 students obtained by class sample techniques. Data collection uses observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis used is the Paired Samples Test. The results of data analysis showed that there were significant differences in the average value of the class given the treatment of the Problem Based Learning model and the class given the lecture method treatment, where the experimental class was higher than the control class. So that it can be concluded the learning process by using the Problem Based Learning model influences student learning outcomes on social studies subjects. In this study there are several suggestions put forward by the researcher, namely to the teacher that the teacher should multiply the variety of learning models used, so that it fits between the learning model and the subject matter. To Researchers Furthermore, research using Problem Based Learning learning models for other researchers is expected to examine students' interest in learning or motivation in learning by using the learning model.Key Words: Problem based learning, learning outcomes, social studies at junior high school

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the accuracy of the selection of teacher teaching methods and learning motivation of class XI IIS students of SMAN 2 Siak Hulu, and find out how much influence the selection of teacher teaching methods and learning motivation has on the learning outcomes of XI IIS students at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. The research was conducted in November 2018. The population in this study were students of class XI IIS of SMAN 2 Saik Hulu which amounted to 189 students using the Proportional Random Sampling technique which took subjects from each strata or each region. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. This method is done by processing the results data presented through the calculation of the percentage of the questionnaire.Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the multiple linear regression equation is obtained Y = 53,758 + 0,205 (X1) + 0,274 (X2). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) the percentage of contributions contributed to the variable accuracy of the selection of teacher teaching methods and learning motivation towards the economic learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 2 Siak Hulu at 18.2%. It can be concluded that the accuracy of teacher teaching methods and learning motivation has a significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. Key Words: Learning Outcomes, Accuracy of Teaching Method Selection, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the character likes to read students towards the learning interest of PPKn in the Mine 4 Middle School in Tambang District, Kampar Regency. As for the population, there are 322 students in class VIII and 64 students using a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. In analyzing using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are influential characters like reading students towards the learning interest of PPKn in the State Middle School 4 Tambang District of Kampar Regency. This is evidenced by a series of simple linear regression tests between X Variables and Y Variables, obtained Fcount (34.30) > Ftable (4.00) with Sig. (0.000) ˂ (0.05) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The meaning is that the Influence of Characters Like Reading Students Against the Interest in Studying PPKn in SMP Negeri 4 Tambang, Tambang District, Kampar Regency is significant.Key Words: Characters likes to read, interest in learning PPKn
