Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence of learning facility and use of learning resource to result of student learning of class X in entrepreneurship subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The population of this study is all students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru with the number 357 with the sample of 189 people, the sample is taken using the technique of Proportional Random Sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used is Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis processed through SPSS 17 program. For Windows learning tool facilities in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru is very adequate that is 51,85% and use of Learning Resources at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru often used that is 39.15%. Thus it is known that F arithmetic (172,247) > F table (3.045) with Sig. (0,000) <0.05. The meaning is that the means of learning and the use of learning resources together have a significant effect on learning outcomes. Obtained R Square value of 0.649. This means that the percentage of influence of learning facilities and the use of learning resources on learning outcomes is 64.9%. While the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.Keywords : Learning Facilities, use of Learning Resources, learning outcomes

Abstract

The population of this study is all students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Kelayang with the number 90 with the sample that is 48 people, the sample is taken using proportional random sampling technique. Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to know the role of stakeholders the custom in the village and the factors that cause a shift in the role of stakeholders the custom in the village in the village of Banjar Benai the district Benai of Kuantan Singingi. "The population in this study is the village of Banjar Benai the 3767 with 973 the head of the family are scattered in 7 villages with a sample of 97 families. The instrument collection of data and questionnaire consisting of 26 questions and interview, then the data are analyzed with descriptive of a qualitative through a percentage . from the percentage of the answers of respondents obtained answers about the role of stakeholders the custom in the village in the village of Banjar Benai the district Benai of Kuantan Singingi in the category of yes with a percentage of 75,3%, and respondents who answered did not is 24,7 %. the role of holders of the shift is in terms of divorce, the forest land, livestock, field, civil case and criminal . regarding the causes of the role of stakeholders the custom in the village in the village of Banjar Benai the district Benai of Kuantan Singingi in the category of yes with a percentage of 44% and respondents who answered did not is 56%, you know the cause of the role of stakeholders the custom in the village in the village of Banjar Benai the district Benai of Kuantan Singingi of factors: contact with other cultures, the influence of other cultures, public dissatisfaction to the field of certain areas, formal systems of education world, people are heterogeneous, the desire to move forward, increasing the population, tolerance of the action deviated (deviation), which is not an offense, the discovery of the discovery of new and open society (open stratification).Keywords: The Role Of Traditional Authorities

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on some parents who choose the education unit, they are not motivated to entrust their children to public school but choose to leave their children in boarding school. Education is developing the ability in the form of character and civilization of dignified nation in ragka educate the life of the nation. The purpose of this study was to find out how the motivation of parents to choose boarding school as a means of moral coaching in SMA pesantren Babussalam pekanbaru pesantren as well as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research, and the sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This research was conducted by questionnaire to 47 respondents, it is known that the motivation of parents to choose pesantren as a means of moral coaching in SMA Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Pekanbaru is very high with percentage of 77% and 23% with high category. parents motivation to choose pesantren cottage is supported by 2 indicators that is intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. SMA intrinsic motivation parents choose pesantren as a means of moral building in Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Pekanbaru, obtained information that 89% in category is very high, 11% in high category. Then on extrinsic motivation parents choose pesantren as a means of moral coaching in SMA Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Pekanbaru obtained information that 38% in category is very high, 60% in category high, 2% in low category.Keywords: Motivation, Parents, Choosing Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how much influence the cost of personal education on learning outcomes of SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru students on the subjects of entrepreneurship. Learning outcomes SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru student forces 2012 at entrepreneurship subjects showed fluctuating circumstances. Of the 28 program skills, there are only 9 programming skills are increased learning outcomes. From 9 program skills is only one programming skill is listed as a program skill with students who have a personal education supreme. The remaining 8 programming skills is not a student with a personal education supreme. The method used is a simple regression analysis with the cost of personal education as independent variables and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. The results of analysis show that the influence of the cost of personal education on learning outcomes of students SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru is at 16.5%.Key Words: The cost of personal education, learning outcomes, entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of teaching factory (TEFA) & the competence of creative products and entrepreneurship SMKN 4 Pekanbaru. The population in this research is a student of batik craft Program and textile SMKN 4 Pekanbaru as many as 89 people and in this research will be taken as a whole from the population referred to as the saturated samples. Data collected using primary data is a questionnaire about the teaching factory Program, entrepreneurial interests distributed to respondents and secondary data, namely the documentation. Data analysis using path analysis. The results of a descriptive analysis of the study explained that the interest of entrepreneurial students in high category because of teaching factory is implemented in good category and competency of creative product and entrepreneurship as much as 91.2% in category Competent. As for the analysis of the program path of teaching factory directly positively affect the competency of creative products and entrepreneurship of 0.236. The teaching factory Program directly affects the student's entrepreneurial interest of 0.214 and indirectly at 0.066 for a total of 0.280. The competency of creative products and entrepreneurship directly positively affects the entrepreneurial interest of 0.282. The competency of creative products and entrepreneurship directly positively affects the entrepreneurial interest of 0.282. With this research, the school should further improve the existing teaching factory program so that it can improve the competency of students and also can increase the entrepreneurial interest of students.Key Words: Teaching Factory Program, Creative And Entrepreneurial Product Competency, And Entrepreneurship Interest.

Abstract

Abstract : One faktor that affects the quality of learning is the variable performance of teachers. Teachers have a dominant influence on the quality of learning, because the teacher is the one who is responsible for the learning process in the classroom, even as education providers in schools. In carrying out the process of teaching and learning not only to teachers are Civil Servants but applies also to the teachers of Non-Civil Servant. In carrying out the process of teaching and learning not only to teachers are civil servants but applies also to the teachers of Non-Civil Servant. On the fact that the actual performance of the teachers are still not much gets done properly, whether teachers are teachers of Civil Servants had a good performance in accordance with the rules and responsibilities of the Government or are still less well in doing performance teaching, or the performance of the teachers of Non-Civil Servants even better than on the performance of the teacher of Civil Servants. The purpose of this research is to know the difference in performance of teachers with the teachers of Non-Civil Servants and Civil Servants At State Vocational secondary school 7 of Pekanbaru. The data obtained provide a questionnaire to all teachers are Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants who teaches at the school that is as much as 40 respondent. The data analysis techniques are used descriptive analysis and the analysis of the T- test. The results of the research there is a difference between the performance of teachers with teachers of Non Civil Servants and Civil Servants based on T-test test performed show that the significance of the value obtained from the calculation of a Non Parametric Test that is smaller than 0.004 value specified significance 0.05 (p > 0.050). Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there are patterns of socialization influences the religious values of Islam in a religious family against the behavior of children in urban districts Sukajadi Sukajadi pekanbaru city where at this time the rise of children's negative behaviors such as talking dirty to her, speaking disrespectful to parents, fight even stealing. Negative attitudes that made the child can damage the child's personality and disturbing the public. Population and samples in this study were all Moslem community who have children aged 7-13 years who reside in the Village District of Sukajadi Sukajadi totaling 631 households. While sampling techniques using simple random sampling technique ie 63 respondents 63 respondents parents and one child from the parents aged 7-13 years. Data were collected through interview techniques, questionnaires, and literature. In analyzing the data using quantitative deskripstif. Then the data were analyzed using statistical tests with SPSS version 17. Obtained results it can be concluded that the calculated F (5.617) ≥ F table (2.761) with Sig. (0.002) ≤ (0.05). Thus, there is a significant relationship between the variable patterns of socialization religious values of Islam in a religious family and child behavior variables. That is, that whether or not the child's religious behavior is determined or influenced by the application of the socialization patterns of religious values by parents.Keywords: Socialization patterns, Religious Child Behavior

Abstract

Abstract : his study aims to determine the effect of visual learning media with the help of Microsoft Powerpoint on motivation to learn in PPKn lessons at SMA 4 Dumai. This research is motivated by the low motivation of learning PPKn students of SMA 4 Dumai. This research is an experimental descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA 4 Dumai, while the sample in this study were students of class XI IPS 2 (experimental class) and class XI IPS 1 (control class) taken randomly. Then the data were analyzed using t-test tests showing that there was an effect of visual learning media with the help of Microsoft powerpoint at Dumai Public High School 4. (t_ (count = 24.55>) ttable = 1.99) Where there is an increase in the average PPKn learning motivation of the experimental class from 20.14 to 25.62 and the average PPKn learning motivation of the control class from 20.55 to 20 , 72.
