Abstract

Penerapan pemasaran digital pada UMKM keripik pisang tidak hanya mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing, memperluas pasar, dan membangun kesadaran merek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM melalui inovasi kemasan, pemanfaatan media digital, dan peningkatan keterampilan pemilik dan karyawan dalam strategi pemasaran modern. Metode yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi literatur, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan pemilik dan karyawan dalam mengelola media digital dan peningkatan penjualan dari rata-rata 40–50 kg menjadi 65–75 kg per bulan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa digital marketing dapat memperlebar jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan UMKM keripik pisang.

Abstract

The current phenomenon requires companies to adopt green organizational culture and transformational leadership as crucial strategies to foster green organizational citizenship behavior among employees. This study explores employee awareness of green organizational citizenship behavior influenced by Green Organizational Culture, Green Transformational Leadership, and Green Human Resources Management. The method used in data collection uses quantitative purposive sampling. There were 150 respondents from four divisions in a company engaged in the electronics sector. Data analysis used the SEM method with PLS 4 software. The study results concluded that GOC and GTL positively and significantly affect GHRM. GOC, GTL, and GHRM positively and significantly affect G-OCB. GHRM mediates GOC and GTL with G-OCB. The implication is that companies must invest resources in developing and implementing comprehensive GHRM practices.   Keywords: Green Organizational Culture, Green Transformational Leadership, Green Human Resources Management, Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the moderating role of job stress in the relationship between workload, working conditions, and employees’ turnover intentions at Andy Mushroom Bogor. A saturated sampling technique was employed to determine the sample. The findings indicate that workload and job stress have a positive effect on turnover intentions, while working conditions exert a negative influence on employees’ intention to leave. In addition, workload is positively associated with job stress, whereas favorable working conditions are found to reduce job stress. Job stress mediates the positive relationship between workload and turnover intentions and moderates the negative effect of working conditions on turnover intentions. Abstract

Post-pandemic online learning raises the problem of declining character values such as decreased self-confidence, concern for the environment, selfishness, and empathy for others. This makes educational institutions have the tough task to restore the identity of their students. One of the efforts made by the Head of SMKN 1 Turen Malang Regency to minimize the above problems is to carry out character education habituation activities called "Sayber Pancangan Doa". The number of respondents in this study was 1,988 students with 58 parallel classes who were observed 116 times within three months. The results showed that there was a change in anti-bullying behavior with a percentage of 6.53% to 100% and the formation of character values in students with good categories for each indicator of Sayang, Clean, Smart, Beautiful, Handsome, and Do'a. The conclusion is that the habituation activities of "Sayber Pancangan Doa" that have been implemented have a positive effect on changing students' behavior, anti-bullying, and increasing the value of their social and religious character. Abstract

Persaingan industri air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK) yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk mengelola strategi pemasaran secara efektif, khususnya melalui penerapan bauran promosi yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan bauran promosi pada PT. ABC sebagai perusahaan AMDK , dengan fokus pada periklanan, promosi penjualan, pemasaran langsung, dan hubungan masyarakat pada produk galon 19 liter. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, serta survei tanggapan konsumen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. ABC telah menerapkan seluruh elemen bauran promosi, namun efektivitasnya belum optimal. Periklanan digital, promosi penjualan, penjualan personal hubungan masyarakat dan pemasaran langsung belum tersampaikan secara merata kepada konsumen, sehingga menimbulkan kesenjangan antara strategi promosi perusahaan dan persepsi konsumen di lapangan. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan integrasi bauran promosi, optimalisasi media digital, serta peningkatan konsistensi pesan pemasaran guna meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran dan respons konsumen.

Abstract

Budget classification plays a crucial role in planning, management, and budgeting, from implementation to accountability. We create budgets by considering various types of expenditures and funding sources. Each type of expenditure, such as employee salaries, goods, capital, grants, social assistance, subsidies, interest, and non-tax revenue (PNBP) or public service agencies (BLU), has its own set of rules and methods for tracking money. This study aims to demonstrate how budget classification, based on expenditure types and funding sources, is applied in the implementation of the Revenue Budget. This study aims to assess the classification performance of two models, namely the Random Forest Classifier (RFC) and Support Vector Machine (SVM), based on historical data and evaluate the performance of each model. Tests show that the Random Forest model consistently outperforms the SVM model for each data proportion, with a ratio of 90:10 to 60:40. The Random Forest model achieved its best performance at the 80:20 data split, with an accuracy score of 94 percent, a precision score of 94 percent, a recall score of 94 percent, and an F1 score of 87 percent. The average accuracy score of the SVM test results was 80 percent.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the potential for the development of tourist villages in Sukabumi Regency, which has not been fully maximized due to the limited role of social and cultural aspects within the community, as well as the institutional government model for managing the existing tourist destinations in Sukabumi Regency. This study aims to identify the institutional factors that either support or hinder the development of tourist villages in Sukabumi Regency. Employing a descriptive method and a qualitative approach, this research utilizes literature studies related to tourist villages, local wisdom, tourism development, and institutional capacity strengthening. The findings reveal that there are institutional factors that support the development of tourist villages. Several influencing factors include information technology, human resources, and collaboration among various stakeholders in tourism development. The recommendations from this study underscore the need to bolster the institutional capacity of tourist villages by enhancing structures with a focus on Information Technology, expanding and training human resources to cultivate skilled and innovative individuals, and progressively and intensively fostering collaborations with diverse entities, including Entrepreneurs, Academics, Media, Civil Society Organizations/Communities, and the general public.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karier terhadap keterlibatan karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan divisi produksi PT Honoris Industry. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 409 karyawan, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Yamane. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, serta studi literatur. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selanjutnya, kepemimpinan transformasional, pengembangan karier, dan kepuasan kerja juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karier terhadap keterlibatan karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dan program pengembangan karier yang diberikan perusahaan, maka tingkat kepuasan kerja dan keterlibatan karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperkuat praktik kepemimpinan serta menyediakan sistem pengembangan karier yang jelas guna meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Education currently faces significant challenges, including global competition, rapid digital transformation, increasing demands for quality improvement, and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 on quality education. This study aims to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the extent to which influencer leadership affects Islamic performance and dedication, as well as its contribution to the development of ESD-based flagship schools. Additionally, this research explores leadership typologies as an emerging model relevant to 21st-century Islamic educational institutions. This study employed a mixed-method approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) across four ESD-based schools in Malang Regency. Data were collected through a survey involving 100 respondents, including school principals, teachers, and educational staff. A pragmatic model with an expansive design was utilized, combining statistical analysis with qualitative exploration through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that influencer leadership has a positive and significant effect on enhancing Islamic dedication and performance, with a p-value of 0.00, and directly contributes to the establishment of superior schools. Islamic dedication plays a crucial role in strengthening institutional quality, while Islamic performance, although not directly significant (p-value 0.136), supports operational success. Furthermore, two leadership typologies were identified: KITA-ESD (Aswaja Transformational Influencer Leadership) and KIVSA (Aswaja Spiritual Visionary Influencer Leadership). These findings highlight that institutional success depends not only on infrastructure but also on leadership strength, Islamic work culture, and collective commitment.
