Abstract

Melalui penggunaan permainan lari yang menyenangkan, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan fisik anak usia dini dan menanamkan nilai disiplin. Lari kecil adalah contoh aktivitas fisik yang mengoptimalkan perkembangan motorik kasar, koordinasi, dan kebugaran jasmani anak. Di PAUD–TK Karanganyar, TK-PAUD Nurul Iman, program dijalankan dengan mitra kegiatan guru, peserta didik, dan orang tua. Participatory Action Research (PAR) adalah pendekatan yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi kegiatan. Agar anak merasa gembira dan termotivasi untuk bergerak aktif, permainan lari kecil dikemas dengan cara yang menyenangkan untuk belajar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik kasar anak telah ditingkatkan, terutama dalam hal keseimbangan, koordinasi, dan kecepatan reaksi gerak. Selain itu, anak menunjukkan perubahan perilaku yang baik, seperti kesadaran waktu yang lebih baik, keteraturan, dan kedisiplinan dalam melakukan kegiatan. Program ini juga meningkatkan peran orang tua dan guru dalam mengajarkan nilai karakter melalui kegiatan fisik sederhana dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the effect of group guidance services with discussion techniques in increasing self-disclosure among class VIII B students at MTS Baitul Makmur. The study was conducted using an experimental method two group pretest-posttest control design. The population in the study were students of class VIII B MTS Baitul Makmur. The research sample consisted of 30 students, including 15 students from the experimental group and 15 students from the control group, taken using the technique purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that the level of self-disclosure in students before being given group guidance services with discussion techniques was in the low category and the level of self-disclosure of students who were not given treatment was also in the low category. Then, the level of self-disclosure of students after being given group guidance services with discussion techniques was in the medium category, while the level of self-disclosure of students without being given treatment was classified as low. The results of the t-test showed a value of -7.751 which means there is a difference in self-disclosure between students who received group guidance services with discussion techniques and students who did not receive treatment. Thus, the results of the study indicate that there is an influence of group guidance services with discussion techniques to increase the self-disclosure of class VIII B students at MTS Baitul Makmur.

Abstract

Sumbawa cattle play an important role in meeting the needs of local, regional, and national markets. However, the increase in demand has not been balanced with the quality of livestock, management skills, distribution network, and the fulfillment of meat quality standards according to SNI 3932-2008. Farmers still depend on wild feed whose nutrients do not support productivity, thus having an impact on health, fattening, and economic stagnation of livestock groups. This activity aims to identify problems, empower farmers, and formulate training strategies to improve independence and welfare. The output produced is in the form of a manual for processing silage and ammonia feed, utilizing traditional feed ingredients that are abundant during the rainy season and can be stored for 6-12 months. Feed fermentation technology training is expected to be able to increase productivity up to 1.5–2 times compared to before. In addition, the formation of livestock business groups with a good management system is carried out through socialization and workshops related to business management, product packaging, and selling price determination. The program is carried out through three stages: (1) preparation in the form of problem identification, coordination, and socialization with partners of the Keban Jamu Hamlet Hamiri Breeder Group; (2) implementation in the form of socialization, planting grass feed banks, as well as fermented feed training and business management; (3) monitoring and evaluation to assess the improvement of knowledge, skills, and marketing capabilities oriented to long-term livestock growth.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the maternal mortality rate (MMR) remains very high, with approximately 810 women dying from pregnancy- or childbirth-related complications worldwide every day. Efforts to reduce this rate can be made through the provision of continuity of care (COC). This study is a case study that aims to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. S, aged 26 years, G1P0A0, starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, to contraceptive selection. The method used was descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation in the KIA book. It was conducted from August to October 2025. The results of the care showed that Mrs. S had a physiological pregnancy with third trimester complaints that were handled through education and non-pharmacological methods. The delivery was spontaneous, and the baby was born healthy. There were no complaints during the postpartum period. During the contraceptive period, counseling was provided on the selection of postpartum family planning methods to prevent obstetric complications in subsequent pregnancies. In conclusion, the continuity of care approach is effective in detecting, preventing, and managing obstetric problems from pregnancy to postpartum and improving the quality of maternal and infant health services.   Abstrak Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) Angka kematian ibu (AKI) masih sangat tinggi, sekitar 810 wanita meninggal akibat komplikasi terkait kehamilan atau persalinan di seluruh dunia setiap hari. Upaya penurunan angka ini dapat dilakukan melalui pemberian asuhan kebidanan berkesinambungan (Continuity of Care/ COC). Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara menyeluruh kepada Ny. S, usia 26 tahun, G1P0A0, mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir hingga pemilihan kontrasepsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi dalam buku KIA. Dilakukan pada bulan Agustus – Oktober 2025. Hasil asuhan menunjukkan bahwa Ny. S mengalami kehamilan fisiologis dengan keluhan trimester III yang ditangani melalui edukasi dan nonfarmakologis. Persalinan dilakukan secara spontan Bayi lahir sehat. Masa nifas tidak ada keluhan, Pada masa kontrasepsi, dilakukan konseling tentang pemilihan metode KB pasca persalinan untuk mencegah komplikasi obstetri pada kehamilan berikutnya. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan continuity of care efektif dalam mendeteksi, mencegah, dan menangani masalah kebidanan sejak masa kehamilan hingga pasca persalinan serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan bayi.

Abstract

Drying is a critical post-harvest stage for coffee, as it directly determines the final quality, economic value, and ultimately, farmers' income. Most farmers in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah still rely on conventional methods, such as drying coffee directly on tarps or non-standard racks. These practices often result in high moisture content, significant physical defects, and consequently, lower selling prices. This study analyzes the effectiveness of a "Green MSME" drying rack constructed from wood and food-grade mesh in improving coffee quality and farmer income, while also evaluating its alignment with sustainability and circular economy principles. Using a descriptive-comparative quantitative approach, the research involved 30 farmers applying four different drying methods. The results demonstrated that the Green MSME technology yielded the best coffee quality, with an average moisture content of 11.2% and a defect rate of 6.1%, which is superior to tarpaulin drying (12.8% and 11.3%, respectively). The added value for Green MSME coffee reached IDR 77,500 per kg (9.9% higher than the traditional method), leading to an income increase of 1.19% to 13% per 500 kg of dry beans. Furthermore, the Green MSME model supports sustainability through greater energy efficiency, waste reduction, the use of eco-friendly materials, and enhanced potential for quality certification. In conclusion, this innovation has proven to be feasible, economical, and consistent with green production principles, making it a viable model for widespread replication to develop the smallholder coffee agribusiness in Aceh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the difference in the effect of application-based training methods in volleyball on improving overhead passing skills (the effect of pair training and playing) in male athletes aged 15-17 years. 2) Which is better, the effect of pair training and playing on improving overhead passing skills in male athletes aged 15-17 years. The research sample consisted of 30 students. Sampling used a random sampling technique. The research design used a pretest-posttest design. The research data analysis method used a t-test formula calculated using a short formula. The results of the data analysis resulted in the following conclusions: (1) There are differences in the influence of application-based training methods in volleyball on improving overhead passing skills (the influence of pair training and playing) in male athletes aged 15-17 years at the SNJ Jenawi Karanganyar Volleyball Club in 2025. This is proven by the results of the final test calculations for each group, namely thitung = 3.174, which is greater than t tabel = 2.145 with a significance level of 5%. (2) The paired application-based training method has a better effect than the playing application-based training method on improving the overhead passing skills in volleyball games for male athletes aged 15-17 years at the SNJ Jenawi Karanganyar Volleyball Club in 2025. Based on the percentage of results, the improvement in overhead passing skills shows that group 1 (the group that received treatment using the paired application-based training method) was 21.835% > group 2 (the group that received treatment using the playing application-based training method) was 19.688%.

Abstract

Globalization has significantly contributed to economic growth through trade liberalization, technological advancement, and international cooperation. In Indonesia, trade openness and foreign direct investment (FDI) serve as crucial drivers of economic growth, primarily through exports, imports, and technology transfer. However, the relationship between trade, investment, and economic growth is not always linear, as it is shaped by a country’s internal characteristics and economic policies. This study aims to examine both the short-run and long-run relationships among trade, FDI, and economic growth in Indonesia using annual data from 1970 to 2024 and applying the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach. The findings reveal that, based on the Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis, each variable tends to stabilize in response to shocks from itself or other variables in the long run. In the short run, trade and FDI respond positively only to shocks in economic growth, while economic growth increases primarily due to shocks from FDI and trade. Furthermore, the Variance Decomposition (VD) analysis indicates that the most dominant influence on the variability of trade, FDI, and economic growth comes from each respective variable itself. These results highlight the dynamic interdependence among trade, investment, and economic growth, offering valuable insights for policymakers in formulating strategies to enhance Indonesia’s long-term economic performance

Abstract

Strengthening moral education and life skills is an urgent need amidst globalization and advances in digital technology. Education is no longer solely cognitively oriented; it must balance character development, ethics, and life skills. Japan is known for consistently integrating moral education and life skills into its national curriculum through a holistic approach. This study aims to analyze the integration of moral education and life skills in the Japanese education curriculum and compare it with the education curriculum in Indonesia. The research method used is library research by reviewing various scientific sources in the form of journals, books, and relevant education policy documents. The results of the study indicate that the Japanese curriculum is based on a holistic education philosophy (zenshin kyōiku) which emphasizes the balance of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects through the Chi–Toku–Tai principle. Moral education (dōtoku) and life skills are implemented in an integrated manner through learning activities, school culture, and students' daily activities. Compared to Indonesia, the Japanese curriculum is more consistent in building character, discipline, social responsibility, and work ethic from elementary school. These findings encourage the integration of moral education, life skills, positive school culture, and balanced assessment into the national curriculum.

Abstract

Program latihan di pusat kebugaran sering kali belum disesuaikan secara optimal dengan tujuan kebugaran anggota, sehingga hasil latihan kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh senam aero dance dan senam aerobik terhadap peningkatan kapasitas aerobik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ex post Facto dengan Harvard Step Test sebagai alat ukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelompok mengalami peningkatan kemampuan aerobik yang signifikan antara tes awal dan tes akhir. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok senam aero dance, nilai tes akhir mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan tes awal dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9,20. Demikian pula pada kelompok senam aerobik, tes akhir menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan tes awal dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 12,42. Namun, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara efektivitas senam aero dance dan senam aerobik. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar program latihan dirancang dan dilaksanakan secara terencana sesuai dengan tujuan latihan untuk memperoleh hasil yang optimal. Abstract

Kinerja konselor merupakan determinan utama dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di sekolah. Kinerja tersebut tidak hanya dipengaruhi aspek kompetensi personal, tetapi juga faktor eksternal seperti gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan. Kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran yang bertanggung jawab mengoordinasikan program, menciptakan iklim kerja kondusif, serta memberikan pembinaan profesional yang berkelanjutan kepada konselor. Namun, temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi BK di sekolah masih belum optimal, khususnya pada layanan akademik dan pembinaan profesional, sehingga kinerja konselor belum berkembang secara maksimal. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada analisis kondisi nyata di SMPN Kecamatan Bathin VIII, yang menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kepala sekolah lebih berorientasi administratif, komunikasi struktural belum terbangun intensif, dan pelaksanaan supervisi masih terbatas pada pemeriksaan administrasi dokumen BK. Keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung BK dan belum terintegrasinya program BK dengan manajemen sekolah menegaskan perlunya penguatan kepemimpinan dan supervisi sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja konselor. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara empiris pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan supervisi terhadap kinerja konselor sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi peningkatan mutu layanan BK di sekolah.
