Abstract

The study aims to develop and validate a Socio-Scientific Reasoning (SSR) assessment instrument based on local water issues for preservice elementary teachers. The simplified Research and Development (R&D) method from the Borg & Gall model was used in this study. The development process includes three main stages: preliminary study, instrument development and Validation, and limited trials. The instrument was designed around six key dimensions of SSR and consists of 24 extended-response items, contextualized within a conflict over the distribution of Senjoyo springs in Semarang Regency. Content validation was done through expert review using Aiken's V, while empirical validity and reliability were tested using the Rasch model. The results showed that most questions were valid and reliable, with high internal consistency. The instrument trial with 108 preservice elementary school teachers showed that participants' SSR abilities varied, with the highest achievements in the inquiry and context-bound dimensions and the lowest in the skepticism and affordances of science and non-science considerations dimensions. This study emphasizes developing SSR instruments tailored to local contexts to support critical, reflective, and contextually grounded elementary science learning.

Abstract

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education has been demonstrated to effectively enhance the quality of learning. However, the implementation of PBL-STEM in chemistry instruction, particularly on the topic of basic chemical laws, has not been optimally applied. This study aims to analyze the feasibility, effectiveness, and students’ responses toward the use of an electronic student worksheet (E-LKPD). The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology using the 4D model, which includes the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects consisted of 33 tenth-grade students at SMA N 3 Semarang. Data analysis focused on the feasibility, effectiveness, and student feedback. The findings revealed that the PBL-STEM E-LKPD product was deemed valid by both content and media experts, indicating its suitability for educational use. The effectiveness of the E-LKPD was supported by an average N-gain score categorized as moderately effective. Significant improvements in N-gain scores were observed from pretest to posttest across all student groups. These results confirm that the integration of PBL-STEM E-LKPD with differentiated instruction is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes. Furthermore, positive student responses during the implementation of the E-LKPD in classroom settings reinforce its educational value.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) electronic Student Worksheet (e-LKPD) integrated with Ethno-STEM, focusing on global warming in the context of mangrove forests and water hyacinth plants, to enhance students’ chemical literacy. The research subjects consisted of 36 students from class X A (experimental group) and 36 students from class X J (control group) at MAN 2 Semarang. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) design following the 4D procedural model by Thiagarajan (1974), modified into three stages: Define, Design, and Development, as the Dissemination stage was not conducted. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, validation by content and media experts, and chemistry literacy tests. Quantitative analysis was performed using pretest-posttest comparisons and normalized gain (N-gain) calculations. The results indicate that the e-LKPD achieved high validity in both material and media aspects. Small-scale trials showed that the e-LKPD was highly engaging for students, while the N-gain test in the experimental class reached 0.8492, categorized as high. These findings suggest that the Ethno-STEM-integrated PBL e-LKPD is highly suitable as instructional material. It effectively improves chemical literacy by integrating knowledge, context, competence, and attitude, while also providing an interactive and culturally contextualized learning experience. This study demonstrates the potential of culturally integrated STEM-based teaching materials to enhance conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and student engagement in chemistry education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pagu belanja terhadap kinerja serapan anggaran pemerintah daerah provinsi di Indonesia dalam konteks desentralisasi fiskal. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan paradigma positivis, penelitian ini memanfaatkan data panel 38 provinsi selama periode 2015–2024. Kinerja serapan anggaran diukur sebagai rasio antara realisasi belanja dan pagu belanja, sedangkan pagu belanja digunakan sebagai variabel independen utama yang mencerminkan kapasitas perencanaan fiskal daerah.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pagu belanja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja serapan anggaran, meskipun besarnya pengaruh bersifat moderat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan alokasi anggaran belum sepenuhnya diterjemahkan menjadi realisasi belanja yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kebijakan mengenai pentingnya penguatan manajemen pelaksanaan anggaran dan kapasitas institusional pemerintah daerah guna meningkatkan efektivitas belanja publik dalam era desentralisasi fiskal.

Abstract

The limited availability of reading materials that suit the characteristics of students and their environment encourages the need for innovative learning media in elementary schools. Based on these problems, this study aims to develop and produce picture story books based on in-depth learning that are appropriate, interesting, and appropriate to the needs of third-grade elementary school students. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data obtained in the study were then analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The subjects of this study were 22 third-grade students of Kataan Elementary School. Based on the results of the study, the validation test from material experts obtained a score of 94.4% and media experts 88.8%. The results of limited trials from students obtained a score of 97.18% and teachers obtained a score of 90%. Meanwhile, the results of extensive trials from students obtained a score of 86.7% and teachers obtained a score of 90%. Thus, it can be concluded that this picture story book based on in-depth learning is very suitable for use to support literacy activities in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to deconstruct the hegemony of manipulation culture in global and national financial reporting practices occurring over the past decade. It proposes Islamic Ethics as a fundamental antithesis to restore accounting integrity. This research employs a non-positivist paradigm with a critical study approach. Data analysis was conducted using the dialectical method to juxtapose the reality of manipulation (thesis) against Islamic values (antithesis) to generate a new synthesis. The critical analysis identifies three dimensions of the failure of amanah (trust). First, ontologically, modern financial statements have become entrapped in a simulacrum (hyperreality); Islamic ethics deconstructs this through the concepts of al-haqq and the prohibition of tadlis, demanding that financial statements serve as a document of syahadah (testimony). Second, epistemologically, the instrumental rationality of homo economicus has proven ineffective at preventing fraud; Islam offers the epistemology of muraqabah (inherent divine supervision), which dismantles the rationalization of fraud. Third, axiologically, the hegemony of profit maximization is replaced by the synthesis of barakah (blessing) based on maslahah as an indicator of sustainable performance. This research concludes that a shift from horizontal accountability to Transcendental Accountability is necessary. The accounting profession must transform from mere record-keepers into guardians of amanah who hold their integrity accountable to God, transcending mere compliance with formal regulations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning yang terintegrasi science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) pada materi asam basa dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Pendekatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan konsep pemahaman kimia melalui pengetahuan sains, teknologi, rekayasa dan matematika sehingga menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan bagi peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan two group pretest posttest dengan subjek 68 peserta didik di kelas XII-D dan XII-F MAN 2 Semarang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi statistik deskriptif dan uji N-Gain dengan bantuan software SPSS Statistics 25. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda, terdiri dari lima belas soal pretest-posttest sesuai materi asam basa. Hasil pretest menunjukkan seluruh peserta didik berada pada kategori rendah dengan rata-rata skor 59. Setelah penerapan pembelajaran dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada hasil post test kelas eksperimen, dengan rata-rata skor mencapai 83 sedangkan kelas kontrol memiliki rata-rata skor 71. Nilai rata-rata N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,6055 termasuk kategori sedang, dan persentase peningkatan sebesar 60,5 persen tergolong cukup efektif. Pada kelas kontrol rata-rata N-Gain ada pada 0,35 sehingga termasuk kategori tidak efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model problem based learning yang terintegrasi dengan STEM cukup efektif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Integrasi STEM dalam pembelajaran kimia mendukung peningkatan hasil belajar serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih kontekstual, interaktif, dan menarik.

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep yang baik merupakan hal yang harus dimiliki peserta didik setelah mempelajari materi pelajaran. Sehingga diperlukansalahsatunya bahan ajar yang dapat menjadikan peserta didik memiliki pemahaman konsep yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-LKPD berorientasi discovery learning berdiferensiasi yang dapat meningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian eksperimen dengan dua kelas subjek yaitu kelas kontol dan kelas ekperimen yang dipilih secara rendom. Wawancara, tes, angket, serta dokumentasi dilakukan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah ADDIE. E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas media dan materi berturut-turut sebesar 0,867 dan 0,808 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Sehingga, E-LKPD yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan E-LKPD berorientasi discovery learning berdiferensiasi, diperoleh rata-rata posttest 81,0, lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol 69,3. Hasil uji-T menunjukkan thitung (3,195) > ttabel (1,995), sehingga terdapat perbedaan signifikan pemahaman konsep antara kedua kelas. Selain itu, nilai N-gain kelas eksperimen (0,64) juga lebih tinggi dibanding kontrol (0,43), menandakan peningkatan pemahaman konsep yang lebih besar. Dengan demikian, penggunaan E-LKPD berorientasi discovery learning berdiferensiasi berpengaruh positif terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada materi stoikiometri.

Abstract

The author's research aimed to determine and analyze the influence of ability, leadership, motivation, facilities, and rewards, individually and collectively, on the work performance of employees in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality was tested using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The analysis used descriptive and inferential analyses using statistical calculations using multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that ability significantly influenced the work performance of employees in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency. Leadership significantly influenced the work performance of employees in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency. Motivation significantly influenced the work performance of employees in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency. Facilities had no significant effect on the work performance of employees in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency. Rewards significantly influenced the work performance of employees in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency. Ability, leadership, motivation, facilities, and rewards have a significant joint influence on the work performance of employees in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesian periode 2021-2023 menggunakan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasikan melalui website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia idx.co.id. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2021-2023 dilihat dari Risk Profile yaitu dengan menganalisis risiko pembiayaan dengan rasio NPF Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam kategori baik pada tahun 2021 dan sangat baik pada periode 2022-2023. Analisis risiko likuiditas dengan rasio LDR Bank Rakyat Indonesia 2021-2023 cukup baik. Good Corporate Governance dengan hasil baik, Rasio ROA Bank Rakyat Indonesia periode 2021-2023 dalam kategori baik, rasio BOPO Bank Rakyat Indonesia periode 2021-2023 dalam kategori sangat baik, begitupun rasio Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR) dalam kategori sangat baik.
