Abstract

The waning immunity following the COVID-19 vaccination become a significant concern and the immunological dynamics of vaccine-induced antibodies after vaccination need to be explored. The aim of this study was to compare anti-SARS-CoV-2 receptor-binding domain (RBD) antibody levels before and after a booster dose with heterologous COVID-19 vaccine and to identify factors influencing the levels after receiving the booster dose. A cross-sectional study was conducted in which individuals who received primary doses of CoronaVac and a booster dose with an mRNA-based vaccine were recruited using a purposive sampling technique. The titers of anti-SARS-CoV-2 RBD antibodies were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and plausible associated factors were collected using a questionnaire-assisted face-to-face interview. The Wilcoxon test was used to compare the titers before and after the booster dose, while the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests, followed by multivariate linear regression, were used to assess the factors associated with RBD total antibody titers. The results showed that there was a significant increase of anti-SARS-CoV-2 RBD total antibody titers before and after receiving the booster dose (1,558.7 BAU/mL vs 140.6 BAU/mL, p<0.001). The analysis revealed that age (p=0.555), sex (p=0.254), type of vaccine (p=0.914), presence of hypertension (p=0.541), diabetes (p=0.975), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD, p=0.620), and gout (p=0.364) were not associated with anti-SARS-CoV-2 RBD total antibody titers. However, the titers of anti-SARS-CoV-2 RBD total antibody were significantly different between those with and without hyperlipidemia (p=0.021). This study suggests that a booster dose with a heterologous COVID-19 vaccine could significantly enhance immune responses against COVID-19, and therefore, this strategy may be recommended as part of preventive measures to strengthen immunity against COVID-19.

Abstract

Kegiatan Haflatul Imtihan bukan lagi sekedar tradisi dan syukuran, melainkan dapat dijadikan suatu bahan promosi suatu Lembaga Pendidikan, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan hasil penelitian antara lain: Kerjasama team panitia, guru, wali murid, masyarakat, alumni, kemudian acara lomba-lomba, penampilan seni hadroh dan seni cabaret, pengajian umum, dan pesta rakyat, Adapun masyarakat, panitia dan alumni sebagai faktor pendukung di kegiatan ini, dan faktor biaya yang masih terbatas serta ketidakdisiplinan peserta lomba dan baris berbaris saat pawai karnaval.

Abstract

The development of the business world and the industrial world demands more hard skills, creativity and critical thinking from school graduates, including vocational school graduates. One of the efforts to achieve this is by implementing a Merdeka curriculum, where the learning process is constructivism, which means student-centred learning. For this reason, a prospective educator's understanding of the constructivism philosophy contained in the independent learning concept must be improved first. This article will explain the philosophy of constructivism in the concept of independent learning to develop the understanding of prospective educators so they can implement it in learning at vocational schools. The author uses the library research method to explore and collect relevant information and data from various sources. Constructivism is defined as learning that emphasises that knowledge is the formation (construction) of oneself. Constructivism emphasises the process rather than the result and has the principle of student centre learning, the teacher is only a facilitator, and students discover more on their own. This is very much in line with independent learning; students can determine the knowledge they need by emphasising the learning process. Prospective educators have an important role in building the competencies needed by students; these competencies are the 4C abilities (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity). Education that applies the 4C skills and gives the freedom to think critically will form learners with superior and adaptive characteristics.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan tema pendidikan global dalam konteks pendidikan dasar dengan fokus pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip pendidikan global dapat diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum dan praktik pembelajaran di MI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan global memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21, membangun kesadaran akan keberagaman, serta mendorong toleransi di kalangan siswa MI. Artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasi dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas integrasi pendidikan global dalam pendidikan dasar di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence and interpersonal communication on employee performance by considering the mediating role of organizational culture. Intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence and interpersonal communication are very important to instill in every employee. Where it is important for employees to decide on something to do and build good relationships with other employees or customers to grow their self-image in the work environment and the company's image in the eyes of the public. The results of this research show that intellectual intelligence influences employee performance, interpersonal communication influences employee performance. Apart from that, organizational culture does not mediate the influence of intellectual intelligence on employee performance. This shows that employees have self-confidence in solving problems and communicating well to establish working relationships with other employees or customers. And organizational culture has not been able to mediate intellectual intelligence, emotional spirituality and interpersonal communication on employee performance.

Abstract

One type of traditional game is the Snakes and Ladders game, which can significantly impact early childhood numeracy development. This research aimed to explore the implications of the Snakes and Ladders game in stimulating numeracy skills in preschool children. The type of research was descriptive qualitative with the research site at RA Al-Fattah Jangga Baru, and the subjects in this study were group B children, totaling 17 children. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion formulation. This study identified how elements of the Snakes and Ladders game, such as number recognition, step counting, and understanding the concept of sequence, can support the development of children's basic maths skills. The results proved that the Snakes and Ladders game not only teaches numbers and sequences but also develops cognitive skills such as planning and problem-solving, enhancing the intellectual development of children. In addition, the social interactions during the game enrich children's learning experience, improve communication skills, and strengthen the understanding of numerical concepts. The results suggest that the Snakes and Ladders game can improve children's numeracy skills and that the game can also be powerfully incorporated into the early childhood education curriculum as a tool that makes maths more fun and interactive.

Abstract

Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) is a procedure used to map respondents' perceptions or preferences, often utilizing two-dimensional visuals. The significance of MDS analysis lies in its ability to reveal the proximities between various products, which can serve as a foundation for determining the best strategies for market survival. In this study, the proximities of four instant coffee brands (Kopi Gadjah, Kopi Kapten, Kopi Neo, Kopi Obor) were analyzed. The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the positioning or competitive market position among the four instant coffee products based on students' perceptions when considering a purchase of instant coffee, and 2) To identify the most superior instant coffee among the four according to student perceptions. This research used a survey method and was analyzed quantitatively. The sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method, with 42 students from the State Polytechnic of Pontianak as the sample. The MDS method was employed to determine the position of each instant coffee brand. The results of the MDS an  alysis indicated that the distance between Kopi Kapten and Kopi Obor was close, assuming that respondents perceived these two brands to have many similarities. If the proximity of the instant coffee brands reflects the level of competition, Kopi Kapten and Kopi Obor exhibited a high level of competition. In contrast, Kopi Gadjah and Kopi Neo did not directly compete with Kopi Kapten or Kopi Obor. Based on proximity to product attributes, Kopi Gadjah was identified as the most superior instant coffee among the four brands.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar apa yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada suatu restoran atau rumah makan maka dibutuhkan adanya suasana toko yang menarik dan berkualitas, serta pelayanan yg baik, sehingga mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS Statik 25 dengan jumlah sempel sebanyak 185 responden yang pernah membeli dan mengunjungi lawless Burgerbar. dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dan purposive. Hasil penelitian ini Uji t menunjukan bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,5 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,801 > 1,447 dan kualitas pelayanan menunjukan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,812 > t tabel 1,447 berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dan juga diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung dari variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 45,050 > F tabel 3,05 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel store atmosphere dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama- sama mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen secara signifikan. Manfaat penelitian ini bagi lawless Burgerbar adalah sebagai bahan masukan atau evaluasi agar tetap dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan suasana toko dan kualitas pelayanan agar dapat bersaing dengan competitor lainnya.Kata Kunci : Store Atmosphere, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap efektivitas pembelajaran dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning di program studi Manajemen Perkebunan Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian Politeknik Negeri Pontianak sebagai implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka. Saat ini Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar kampus Merdeka belum diterapkan di program studi Manajemen Perkebunan. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya persiapan penerapan metode pembelajaran, mengadaptasi penerapan di beberapa perguruan tinggi vokasi lain yang sudah mendapat hasil yang baik dan bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa dan dosen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di semester VI program studi Manajemen Perkebunan terdiri dari dua kelas pada Mata Kuliah Total Quality Management. Jenis penelitian adalah quasy experiment (eksperimen semu). Masing-masing kelas akan diberikan perlakuan, satu kelas adalah kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas adalah kelas kontrol. Satu kelas diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan metode Project Based Learning dan satu kelas menggunakan metode pembelajaran lain. Pembelajaran dilakukan secara blendid, kombinasi online dan offline dengan dominasi menggunakan online. Pembelajaran online menggunakan googleclassroom. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan uji perbedaan hasil belajar di dua kelas, sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis.

Abstract

Anak usia dini adalah anak usia 0-6 tahun. Pada masa ini menempati tahapan penting yang biasa disebut sebagai "masa keemasan" karena pertumbuhan yang cepat di sejumlah tahap perkembangan. Kemampuan numerasi didasarkan pada kemampuan berhitung, yang meliputi pengelompokan, pemahaman urutan, dan pemahaman angka. Namun, mungkin sulit untuk mengajarkan numerasi kepada anak-anak kecil karena pendekatan pengajaran tradisional cenderung membuat ide-ide abstrak seperti angka menjadi kurang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untu mengeksplorasi kegunaan Asmaul Husna (99 Nama Allah) sebagai alat pengajaran untuk pengembangan numerasi anak usia dini diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RA Anak Shaleh di Kabupaten Pasuruan pada bulan Oktober 2024. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 anak yang berusia antara 5 dan 6 tahun. Dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Setelah data terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik tematik untuk menemukan pola-pola utama dalam data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan Asmaul Husna memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam perkembangan numerasi anak usia dini. Anak-anak tampak bersemangat dan aktif selama proses pembelajaran. Mereka mampu menyebutkan urutan Asmaul Husna dan mengaitkannya dengan konsep angka, meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang urutan angka, dan mempercepat pemahaman konsep perbandingan angka seperti lebih besar atau lebih kecil. Selain itu, hafalan Asmaul Husna juga meningkatkan konsentrasi dan daya ingat anak, serta memudahkan mereka dalam memahami pola angka dan menerapkannya dalam operasi hitung dasar.
