Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with a very high level of disaster vulnerability. In 2020, the National Disaster Management Agency recorded 1,792 disaster events that occurred in Indonesia from the beginning of January to July. Another task of students besides studying is as an agent of change or reform agent, where they are expected to bring positive changes for themselves, their families, and society. As agents of change, students can set an example for the community on how to act appropriately when facing a disaster. In this context, students need to have adequate knowledge about disaster preparedness. Objective: The formation of the Nutritionist Emergency Team as a team that is ready for disaster management at Respati University Yogyakarta. Methods: Disaster preparedness training that focuses on food service and production, namely making complementary foods and public kitchens for disaster survivors. The training is in collaboration with BPBD Sleman Regency and PMI Sleman Regency. The training was held for 3 months with activities held every Saturday and Sunday. The training participants were 15 students who were selected with certain criteria. Results: Increased knowledge and skills about student preparedness in disaster situations. Students can work to manage the MP_ASI kitchen and public kitchen. Conclusion: The Formation of Nutritionist Emergency Team at Respati University Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of riba (usury) from the comparative perspectives of the four major Islamic jurisprudential schools (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, and Hanbali) and its implications on contemporary digital economic systems. The research is motivated by the increasing prevalence of interest-based transactions in digital financial services such as online loans, digital banks, and e-wallets, raising critical legal questions within the framework of Islamic commercial law (fiqh muamalah). Using a qualitative method based on literature review, the study analyzes both classical and contemporary sources related to riba. The findings reveal that all schools unanimously prohibit riba, despite differences in categorization and application. In the context of digital economics, interest and additional gains without a basis in real transactions fall under prohibited riba. This analysis is reinforced by the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah approach, which allows for contextual ijtihad to address challenges posed by digital finance while upholding justice and protection principles. The study concludes that reconstructing the law of riba in a contextual yet sharia-compliant manner is essential to maintain the relevance of Islamic law in modern economic systems.

Abstract

Students' skills in beginning reading are a determining indicator for developing further reading skills, many elementary school students still experience difficulties in beginning reading. This study aims to analyze the reading skills of grade 1 students at MI Ats-Tsauroh. This research used qualitative methods. Data was collected through observation, reading test activities to grade 1 and 2 students of MI Ats-Tsauroh, and interviews with grade 1 and 2 teachers. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in depth regarding the reading ability of phase A students. The results showed that 62% of students could read, indicating that most students have developed basic reading skills. However, 38% of students still cannot read fluently, suggesting that many students may need additional support in their reading development. Then, 70% of students can read independently, which shows that most students have good independent reading skills. However, 30% of students are not fully fluent in independent reading. Internal factors in independent reading obstacles include low student motivation, low intelligence, and poor learning motivation. External factors include the surrounding environment, less supportive parents, and teacher limitations in reaching all students in learning. Therefore, additional efforts are needed from schools, teachers, and parents to improve students' reading skills more evenly.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of school partnerships with external parties as a strategy for improving the quality of education, particularly in Islamic schools that uphold the values of ukhuwah and cooperation. The objective is to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of partnerships aimed at supporting holistic educational quality improvement, encompassing academic, moral, and spiritual aspects. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that schools implement partnerships systematically: planning includes setting objectives, identifying programs, drafting cooperation agreements, and socialization; implementation involves various partners in the areas of health, safety, academics, and Islamic character building; evaluation is carried out through evaluation planning, monitoring obstacles, drafting recommendations, and preparing reports. However, documentation of evaluation results still needs to be improved. This study concludes that structured partnerships, aligned with the principles of mutual cooperation and Islamic values, and evaluated on a regular basis, can serve as an effective strategy to enhance the quality of Islamic education and are worthy of replication while considering local contexts.

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, trend di dunia bisnis menjadi semakin bervariasi. Salah satunya adalah trend digital marketing. Digital marketing adalah suatu kegiatan pemasaran atau promosi sebuah brand atau produk menggunakan media digital atau internet. Tujuan digital marketing adalah untuk menarik konsumen dan calon konsumen secara cepat. Seperti yang kita ketahui, penerimaan teknologi dan internet di masyarakat sangat luas, sehingga tidak heran jika kegiatan pemasaran secara digital dijadikan pilihan utama oleh perusahaan-perusahaan. Akibatnya, perusahaan saling berkompetisi membuat konten yang menarik untuk ditampilkan dalam pemasarannya di dunia maya. Media Sosial telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat, seiring dengan peningkatan kepemilikan telpon genggam atau gawai lainnya. Fenomena ini menjadi peluang bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan penjualan baik itu produk maupun jasa. Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguasaan dalam teknologi informasi khususnya media social marketing. Strategi bisnis yang tidak efektif akan membawa kerugian bagi pelaku bisnis. Hal ini menjadi tantangan besar bagi pelaku UMKM yang menjual produk hanya dari toko fisik. Pendampingan penggunaan Sosial Media bagi UMKM ini membekali peserta pelatihan agar memiliki kemampuan menggunakan Social Media Marketing secara optimal sehingga dapat memasarkan produk maupun jasa secara lebih luas, yang pada akhirnya terjadi peningkatan omset dalam penjualan.

Abstract

The educational environment in Islam plays a strategic role in shaping students' character. This study aims to explore the concept of the academic environment from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith and analyze its implications for the formation of an Islamic generation. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature review method, the research examines various relevant sources. The findings identify three main dimensions of an ideal educational environment: the family, school, and community. These three dimensions are interdependent and work synergistically to shape a generation rooted in faith, knowledge, and noble character. The family serves as the initial foundation for instilling values of faith and morality. The school extends this foundation through structured, formal education, and the community provides a real-life context for practicing these values. This study highlights the lack of integration between family, school, and community roles in current Islamic educational models. It concludes that strengthening the synergy among these three pillars can contribute significantly to building a holistic Islamic education system that is adaptive to contemporary challenges and capable of fostering character education based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Administrasi lembaga pendidikan adalah fondasi utama manajemen yang menjamin kelancaran proses belajar mengajar demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Data administrasi sangat vital bagi semua pelaku pendidikan, mulai dari kepala sekolah dan guru untuk pengelolaan harian, pengawas pendidikan sebagai bahan supervisi, hingga Dinas Pendidikan di berbagai tingkatan (kecamatan sampai provinsi) untuk pelaporan, pembinaan, serta penyusunan rencana dan program pendidikan masa depan. Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan upaya pembinaan anak usia 0-6 tahun melalui rangsangan pendidikan agar siap memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Pos PAUD Bintang Harapan Kelurahan Kramas, Tembalang, Semarang, sebagai salah satu lembaga PAUD, sangat bergantung pada tata kelola administrasi yang tertib dan teratur. Namun, di Pos PAUD Bintang Harapan, ditemukan masalah signifikan: belum tersedianya tenaga administrasi yang kompeten di bidangnya, dan ketersediaan peralatan edukasi yang masih kurang. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan kemampuan serta keterampilan administrasi pada guru dan tenaga administrasi di sana perlu ditingkatkan secara serius. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tata kelola administrasi perkantoran bagi para guru dan tenaga administrasi di Pos PAUD Bintang Harapan. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Diharapkan, peningkatan kemampuan ini akan membawa dampak positif berupa peningkatan efisiensi, mutu, dan perluasan kinerja di dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between lecturers' teaching styles and students' learning motivation in higher education. Teaching style is an external factor significantly influencing student engagement and academic achievement. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The study sample consisted of 120 Elementary Madrasah Teacher Education Study Program students at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, Banten, selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The instruments used included the Teaching Style Inventory and the Academic Motivation Scale, which had been tested for content validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Pearson product-moment correlation test. The results showed a strong positive relationship between lecturers' teaching styles and students' learning motivation (r = 0.672; p 0.001). The Facilitator dimension had the highest correlation (r = 0.701), followed by Personal Model and Expert. This finding is consistent with Self-Determination Theory, which emphasizes the importance of fulfilling the needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness to increase students' intrinsic motivation. These findings recommend that lecturers optimize facilitative approaches, serve as academic role models, and provide constructive feedback. Universities are advised to facilitate ongoing pedagogical training to improve the quality of teaching styles oriented toward student empowerment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kondisi bahwa koperasi syariah menjanjikan suatu sistem operasional yang lebih adil dalam penetapan margin. Khususnya yang ada pada sistem profit loss sharing (bagi hasil) seperti mudharabah. Namun dalam perjalanannya, produk pembiayaan dengan mudharabah ini masih termarginalkan (tersisihkan) dan yang muncul ke permukaan adalah produk simpan minjam seperti murabahah. Yang tentunya masih dikhawatirkan publik sebagai upaya yang belum maksimal dijalankan. Adapun rumusan masalah yang diangkat yakni proses penetapan margin, metode perhitungan margin keuntungan dan nisbah, dan juga faktor apa saja yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam penetapan margin pembiayaan murabahah dan mudharabah dan yang lebih diminati dari pembiayaan murabahah atau mudharabah dilihat dari keunggulan dan kelemahannya di KSPPS BMT NU Artha Berkah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penentuan margin, perhitungan rasio bagi hasil (Profit sharing ratio), metode perhitungan margin murabahah, dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pertimbangan oleh KSPPS BMT NU Artha Berkah dalam menentukan keuntungan dari margin Murabahah dan keuntungan dari rasio bagi hasil Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa metode perhitungan margin murabahah menggunakan metode flat sedangkan perhitungan rasio bagi hasil (Profit Sharing Ratio) menggunakan metode pendapatan. Dan faktor-faktor yang menentukan margin dan rasio bagi hasil adalah proses pembiayaan, jumlah nominal (plafond), jangka waktu, persentase margin murabahah, metode rincian angsuran penetapan margin pembiayaan.
