Abstract

Sleep is a fundamental physiological process for the recovery of body organs and the optimization of children's cognitive function. However, many children experience sleep disorders, which are conditions that disrupt normal sleep patterns, both in terms of duration, quality, and sleep time. One of the triggers is poor sleep hygiene, which is a series of behavioral habits and environmental settings designed to support healthy sleep. This study aims to analyze the relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep disorders in students in grades 5-6 at SDN 11 Telaga Biru. The study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design involving 44 students as a sample (total sampling). Data were collected using the Sleep Hygiene Index (SHI) and Sleep Disturbance Scale For Children (SDSC) questionnaires, then analyzed bivariately using the Fisher's Exact Test. The findings showed that the majority of respondents had moderate hygiene (50%) and experienced severe sleep disorders (59.1%). The results of the statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which proves that there is a significant relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep disorders. The worse the implementation of healthy sleep habits, the higher the risk of children experiencing severe sleep disorders. There is a real link between daily sleep behavior and the appearance of sleep disorders in children.

Abstract

First aid is the initial action given to victims of accidents or emergencies to prevent worsening conditions before receiving further medical treatment. Members of the Youth Red Cross (PMR) act as the frontline in the school environment, providing rapid and appropriate treatment when an incident requires an emergency response. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of PMR students regarding first aid. This study used a descriptive method with a total sampling of 34 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of knowledge of PMR students was categorized as good (23 respondents (67.6%)), fair (8 respondents (23.5%)), and poor (3 respondents (8.8%)). The attitudes of most students were categorized as high (24 respondents (70.6%)), moderate (7 respondents (20.6%)), and low (3 respondents (8.8%)). In conclusion, most PMR members have good knowledge and strong attitudes regarding first aid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Antara Motivasi dan Minat Menulis Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang”. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya partisipasi mahasiswa dalam kegiatan menulis di luar kewajiban akademik, meskipun akses terhadap media digital seperti Kompasiana semakin mudah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan minat menulis serta hubungan keduanya dalam praktik jurnalisme warga di Kompasiana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi, dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi dan minat menulis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap praktik jurnalisme warga. Secara parsial, minat menulis berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dan minat menulis mahasiswa. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan sebesar 67% terhadap praktik jurnalisme warga. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi dan minat menulis memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan secara bersama-sama memengaruhi praktik jurnalisme warga di Kompasiana. Semakin tinggi minat menulis mahasiswa, maka semakin besar keterlibatan mereka dalam kegiatan jurnalisme warga, didukung oleh adanya motivasi sebagai faktor pendorong

Abstract

the development of digital technology has changed the paradigm of health care, including in the practice of Telenurse, where nurses are required to have sufficient digital competence to provide remote services effectively. Purpose: This study purpose to determine the effect of digital technology training on the competence of nurses in Telenurse services. Methods: this study uses quasi-experimental quantitative design with pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 20 purposively selected nurses at Hermina Hospital Pekanbaru. Data were collected using the nurse digital competency questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to determine significant differences in competency before and after training, because the sample size is relatively small and the data is not always normally distributed. Results: the results showed a significant increase in nurse competence after training, with an average pretest value of 60.5 increased to 82.3 on the posttest (p < 0.05). These improvements include aspects of mastering Telenurse applications, digital communication with patients, and technical troubleshooting. Conclusion: digital technology training effectively improves the competence of nurses in Telenurse services, thus enabling more efficient, accurate, and responsive services. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of continuous training programs for nurses to master digital technology, as well as hospital management support in the provision of adequate facilities and Telenourse systems to improve the quality of health services.

Abstract

Waste management remains a recurring issue, particularly in large urban areas. An optimal waste collection route is essential to prevent the problem from becoming more severe and persistent. This study aims to determine the minimum distance and route for waste collection in the Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang, using the Greedy and Simulated Annealing algorithms. The calculations were carried out by dividing the district into four work zones. The results show that, using the Greedy algorithm, the minimum distances and routes for work zones 1 through 4 were 24.655 km, 29.7 km, 22.7 km, and 24.705 km, respectively. Meanwhile, using the Simulated Annealing algorithm, the minimum distances and routes for each work zone were 24.325 km, 32.45 km, 22.5 km, and 22.385 km. On average, SA reduces the total distance traveled by 2.1% compared to Greedy, but it requires a longer computation time due to its iterative process of finding the global optimum. These indicate that both algorithms are equally effective in solving the ACVRP problem, with different advantages. SA's advantage in optimizing more complex routes and Greedy's advantage in computation speed for practical implementation. These findings indicate that the Simulated Annealing Algorithm and the Greedy Algorithm almost the same results in solving the Asymmetric Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem in Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang.

Abstract

Indonesia, with a Generation Z population exceeding 66 million in 2023, represents a significant market segment for the food and beverage (F&B) industry. Generation Z exhibits high consumption of food and beverages, making customer loyalty a critical concern for businesses. This study investigates how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), product quality, service quality, and price fairness affect customer loyalty, while positioning customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data were obtained from 550 purposively selected respondents and processed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that product quality, service quality, and price fairness significantly affect customer satisfaction, which in turn significantly influences customer loyalty. Price fairness not only directly influences customer loyalty but also produces the strongest indirect effect through customer satisfaction (? = 0.189). Meanwhile, CSR significantly affects customer loyalty through a direct path, whereas its impact on customer satisfaction and its indirect influence through satisfaction are not supported. In addition, product quality and service quality do not directly affect customer loyalty but influence it indirectly through customer satisfaction. These findings highlight the role of customer satisfaction as an intervening mechanism linking the key antecedent variables to customer loyalty and provide a context-specific explanation of loyalty formation among Generation Z consumers in the F&B industry.

Abstract

The government conducts land registration throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia to ensure legal certainty. Landowners are also obliged to register their land ownership rights through sporadic land registration or Systematic Land Registration. Sporadic land registration or Systematic Land Registration produces a land title certificate as proof of land rights, issued by the Regency/City Land Office. With the issuance of a land title certificate, a guarantee of legal certainty has been realized for the owner of the land title certificate, including certainty of land title status, certainty of land title subjects, and certainty of land title objects. A guarantee of legal protection is also realized for the owner of the land title certificate, namely the ownership of the land title certificate cannot receive interference or lawsuits from other parties and the land title certificate cannot be withdrawn or cancelled by anyone.   Abstrak Perlindungan Hukum dan Kepastian Hukum Kepemilikan Tanah: Pengabdian Masyarakat di Tambak Kemerakan-Sidoarjo.Pemerintah mengadakan pendaftaran tanah di seluruh wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia dalam rangka menjamin kepastian hukum. Pemilik tanah juga berkewajiban mendaftarkan tanah Hak Miliknya melalui pendaftaran tanah secara sporadik atau Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap. Pendaftaran tanah secara sporadik atau Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap menghasilkan sertipikat hak atas tanah sebagai surat tanda bukti hak atas tanah, yang diterbitkan oleh Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten/Kota. Dengan diterbitkan sertipikat hak atas tanah terwujud jaminan kepastian hukum bagi pemilik sertipikat hak atas tanah, meliputi kepastian status hak atas tanah, kepastian subjek hak atas tanah, dan kepastian objek hak atas tanah. Juga terwujud jaminan perlindungan hukum bagi pemilik sertipikat hak atas tanah, yaitu pemilik sertipikat hak atas tanah tidak mendapatkan gangguan atau gugatan dari siapapun dan sertipikat hak atas tanah tidak dapat dibatalkan oleh siapapun.

Abstract

Perempuan pasca migran kerap menghadapi tantangan adaptasi sosial dan ekonomi setelah kembali ke daerah asal, termasuk dalam pemanfaatan waktu luang yang belum dikelola secara produktif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan waktu luang sebagai strategi awal pemberdayaan perempuan pasca migran di Kota Pekanbaru melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pengabdian dilaksanakan selama empat bulan dengan melibatkan 20 perempuan pasca migran melalui lima tahapan PAR, yaitu to know, to understand, to plan, to act, dan to change. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya perubahan pemaknaan waktu luang dari aktivitas pasif menjadi ruang belajar dan aktivitas bermakna, penguatan agensi perempuan dalam mengelola waktu dan aktivitas sehari-hari, serta integrasi awal aktivitas produktif ke dalam rutinitas domestik. Selain itu, terbentuk pembelajaran kolektif yang mendukung proses pemberdayaan secara bertahap. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemberdayaan perempuan pasca migran tidak semata diukur dari luaran ekonomi, tetapi juga dari perubahan praktik sosial dan cara pandang terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari.
