Abstract

This study aims to analyze various aspects related to work/tasks in Islamic education. The study uses a literature study (library research) approach. The data sources in this study consist of Primary Sources such as the Qur’an and hadith, and Secondary Sources such as books, journal articles, research reports, proceedings, dissertations/theses, as well as relevant academic digital sources. The selection of literature is carried out through a systematic search process in scientific databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. The analysis technique used is content analysis. The analysis results indicate that job analysis is very important and urgently needed to be implemented in schools. Identifying job specifications is crucial for teachers and all staff. The techniques or methods used to conduct a job analysis do not have to be the same in every company or school. It all depends on the organization's own needs. However, what is very important is that the results of the job analysis must be accurate and neatly recorded to serve as a reference in the subsequent human resource management process. The connection between job analysis and the human resource management process or functions is very close. Job analysis is conducted in the human resource management planning process. Then the results can be used in decision-making throughout the entire human resource management process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a quality assurance system based on recognition within educational institutions. This research uses a literature study (library research) approach as a basis for analyzing the concept of a recognition-based quality assurance system. Literature sources were collected through national and international journal databases, such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and other academic portals, with relevant publication ranges. The analysis was conducted using content analysis methods by examining the main ideas, reasoning flow, approaches, and findings from various literature sources. The analysis results indicate that the educational quality assurance system includes time management as a strategic aspect to ensure that the stages of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation are carried out on time for the sustainability of education quality. A structured Internal Quality Assurance System allows for consistent and gradual quality improvement. The main challenges in quality assurance regulations include policy and implementation gaps, a weak quality culture, limited resources, and a lack of regulatory synchronization. Solutions to these issues include developing contextual operational guidelines, enhancing the capacity of the academic community, strengthening monitoring and evaluation, harmonizing regulations, and providing adequate resources to support the effective implementation of quality assurance.

Abstract

This study discusses a human resource management model based on Islamic organisational culture in educational institutions as an effort to realise effective, sustainable human resource management that is in line with Islamic values. The objectives of the study include understanding the application of Islamic values in the human resource management process, such as funding management, training, career development, and strengthening work commitment. The research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach through a review of primary and secondary sources selected purposively. Data analysis was conducted using decontextualisation and recontextualisation techniques to identify the main themes that form the Islamic organisational culture-based HR model. The results show that the application of this model can improve the competence, performance, and job satisfaction of educators and staff through the internalisation of Islamic values, which strengthens organisational commitment and builds a professional and spiritual work environment. These findings contribute to the development of a more holistic and contextual HR management paradigm in Islamic educational institutions. Thus, organisational culture transformation based on Islamic values is an important factor in successful HR management amid the dynamics of contemporary education.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Islamic perspective on workforce (employee) selection. This research uses a literature study approach (library research). Data collection was conducted through academic databases such as Google Scholar and Garuda using the keywords: “workforce selection,” “employee recruitment,” “Islamic education,” “Islamic HR management,” and “Islamic human resource management.” Purposive sampling technique was used to directly select literature that is relevant to the study focus. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques. The analysis results indicate that from the perspective of Islamic teachings, the approach to recruitment and selection emphasizes values such as professional competence, relevant experience, honesty, piety, and noble character, as outlined in the Qur'an and the Prophet's hadiths. The implementation of this process must be conducted with full transparency, objectivity, and free from any form of favoritism or nepotism, in order to produce educators who are not only experts in their fields but also possess high integrity. Furthermore, this article explains that the use of systematic selection criteria, the application of advanced technology, and active participation from various relevant parties are strategic steps to ensure that the recruited educators truly meet the institution's needs

Abstract

Abstract

Recruitment practices in various Islamic educational institutions still face a number of challenges. This study aims to analyze the concept, principles, and implementation of employee recruitment in Islamic educational institutions from the perspective of human resource management based on Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review, drawing data from journals published by google scholar, researchgate, garuda, and sinta, published between 2020-2025, related to Islamic education management. Data collection was conducted throught documentation, and data analysis was conducted using content analysis. The findings indicate that an ideal recruitment process in Islamic education must adhere to the principles of amanah (trustworthiness), justice, professionalism, transparency, and anti-nepotism, as emphasized in QS. Al-Qashash verse 26. The desired employee criteria include professional competence, Islamic personality, spirituality, and social skills. The implementation in various Islamic educational institutions shows that although these Islamic recruitment principles have been applied, challenges remain—such as limited resources, lack of standardized procedures, and minimal utilization of digital technology in the selection process

Abstract

Internal Quality Audit (AMI) is a key instrument in the education quality assurance system, serving to evaluate and continuously improve service quality. This study examines the implementation of AMI at SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung, a leading high school in Dharmasraya Regency, using a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using Kurt Lewin's Total Quality Management and change management theories. The results indicate that the implementation of AMI at this school has been effective, with the formation of an active audit team and follow-up actions based on audit findings. Challenges encountered include limited auditor competency, organizational cultural resistance, and the need to strengthen the use of information technology. AMI has had a positive impact on improving the quality of learning, infrastructure management, and school accreditation. Improvement strategies implemented follow the PDCA cycle, including teacher training, laboratory facility improvements, and the implementation of a digital-based reporting system. This study recommends strengthening auditor capacity, integrating AMI with TQM, and benchmarking with other leading schools to foster a sustainable quality culture in accordance with Islamic values that emphasize continuous evaluation and self-improvement

Abstract

Human resource planning in Islamic education plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability of qualified educational personnel who possess strong competence, integrity, and adherence to Islamic values. This study aims to describe the definition of human resource planning in Islamic educational institutions, identify its strategic objectives, explain the systematic planning process, and present relevant planning models that can be applied effectively. This research employs a literature review method by examining various theoretical and empirical sources related to Islamic educational human resource management and modern HR principles. The results indicate that human resource planning does not only concern quantitative labor fulfillment, but also emphasizes the improvement of pedagogical competence, Islamic character, and adaptability to technological development and changing educational demands. Moreover, Islamic educational institutions must integrate competency-based, performance-based, data driven, and needs-based approaches with spiritual principles in order to achieve organizational sustainability. This study concludes that a comprehensive HR planning strategy will support the transformation of Islamic education to remain high-quality, competitive, and globally relevant.
