Abstract

Pokok permasalahan belum terungkapnya manajemen program Adiwiyata pada SMPN 9 Payakumbuh terutama pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan program Adiwiyata. Tujuannya untuk mengungkap manajemen program Adiwiyata terutama dalam Prencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan program Adiwiyata. Adiwiyata membutuhkan manajemen yang tepat, suatu fungsi manajemen dapat dilakukan dengan baik, maka program kerja akan dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Demikian sebaliknya manajemen program Adiwiyata yang tepat akan berdampak terhadap kegagalan program tersebut. Perencanaan program Adiwiyata di Sekolah Menengah pertama Negeri 9 Payakumbuh, pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 9 Payakumbuh, pengawasan program Adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 9 Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif studi kasus yang berlokasi di SMPN 9 Payakumbuh yang terletak di Jalan Pahlawan No 37 Padang Tiakar Mudik, Kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur, Kota Payakumbuh dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif, kemudian diuraikan serta melakukan klasifikasi terhadap aspek tertentu dan memaparkan melalui kalimat yang efektif. Dari observasi lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukan: Perencanaa program Adiwiyata oleh kepala sekolah, menyusun dan mengembangkan kurikulum terintegrasi, menyusun pelatihan guru dalam mapel. Menyusun kegiatan berwawawsan lingkungan, membentuk kader Adiwiyata, perencanaan pada aspek partisipasi dan kerjasama, Pengorganisasian program Adiwiyata meliputi membentuk kepengurusan tim Adiwiyata, kepengurusan tim Adiwiyata dibentuk selama masa periode satu tahun, pengorganisasian program adiwiyata membagi tugas dengan mengukur kompetensi dan kelayakan susuai dengan tupoksi, Pelaksanaan program adiwiyata meliputi : pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan pada mapel, Penerapan lingkungan bersih pada masyarakat sekitar sekolah, membentuk jejaring kerja dan komukasih, membentuk dan memberdayakan tim Adiwiyata, Pengawasan pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata meliputi pengawasan secara internal dan eksternal. Pengawasan internal yaitu kepala sekolah dengan pengawasan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Pengawasan eksternal dari BLH (Badan Lingkungan Hidup) dan komite sekolah.

Abstract

Modal terbesar dan paling penting adalah sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Agar sumber daya manusia terus berkembang, mereka harus terus diperhatikan. Semua orang yang bekerja di bidang pendidikan harus siap untuk bertransformasi menuju kemajuan institusi dan individu manusianya karena kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.. Untuk menelaah lebih dalam maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature review. Penelitian literature review merupakan mengemukakan bahwa tidak hanya wawancara dan survei tetapi juga bahan tekstual, artefak fisik, dan arsip-arsip dapat berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi dalam studi kualitatif. Buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan laporan terkait semuanya merupakan tempat yang baik untuk mulai mencari literatur. Dalam lembaga pendidikan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia harus melibatkan semua komponennya, mulai dari kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, hingga keamanan sekolah. Untuk mendukung proses pencapaian tujuan lembaga pendidikan, proses pengembangan sumber daya manusia juga harus didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan dan perencanaan yang matang. Sumber daya manusia, yaitu tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang berkualitas, akan dihasilkan melalui proses yang baik dan cermat.

Abstract

Cultural relativism is a view that culture has its own worldview. It can also be defined as a person's perspective (a tribe, religion, nation) in seeing other people's habits (culture) that are firmly entrenched in life and practiced in everyday life. Value is a quality provision that is meaningful for individual human life, society, nation and state. The presence of values ​​in human life can generate actions and reactions, so that humans will accept or reject their presence. As a consequence, values ​​will become life goals that want to be realized in the reality of everyday life. For example, the values ​​of justice and honesty are values ​​that have always been a human concern to be realized in reality. Implementation of education one way is through school education. In the whole process of education in schools teaching and learning activities are the main activities. Learning cannot be separated from teaching, students learn because educators teach and vice versa. One effort to optimize learning outcomes is to improve teaching, which in this case is mostly determined by educators

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the most decisive components in an education system, because of that the curriculum is atool to achieve educational goals and at the same time as a guide in the implementation of teaching at all types and levels of education. The educational goals of a nation or country are determined by the philosophy and outlook on life of that nation or country. Differences in philosophy and outlook on life of a nation or country lead to different goals to be achieved in education and at the same time will affect the country. The Islamic Education Curriculum has a very important position in shaping one's personality. Fact. By understanding the curriculum, educators can select and determine appropriate and appropriate learning objectives, methods, techniques, teaching media and teaching evaluation tools. For this reason, in conducting studies the success of the education system is determined by realistic goals, acceptable to all parties, good facilities and organization, high realistic work intensity and an effective curriculum. Therefore, it is only natural for educators and educational staff in the field of Islamic education to understand the curriculum and try to develop it.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the recruitment system for educators and educational staff at SD IT Ma'arif Padang Panjang. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative design. The subject of this research is the Staff of Wakaf Ma'arif Foundation Padang Panjang. Data collection is conducted through method triangulation, where data in the form of relevant documents obtained from the website and school files, then the accuracy of the documents is checked through interviews. The results of this research indicate that the recruitment, selection, and placement process at SD IT Ma'arif Padang Panjang adopts a one-stop approach. The initial steps involve identifying and analyzing the needs of educators and educational staff, followed by the foundation's announcement of job vacancies, administrative selection, written tests, Quran reading tests, psychological tests, and interviews. Subsequently, the results of the interviews are analyzed, and the announcement of accepted applicants is made. Afterward, the process of job placement, issuance of employment contracts, and a three-month training program are carried out.

Abstract

Management science plays a crucial role in the management of organizations, including educational institutions, which face complex challenges in the era of globalization and technological advancement. In the education sector, the school principal, as both a leader and manager, carries significant responsibility in creating a productive and innovative learning environment. This article examines the application of management science in school leadership at SMA Negeri 3 Padang Panjang, focusing on the planning, organizing, implementation, and control of resources. The study aims to explore how the application of sound managerial principles can improve the quality of education through effective management of human resources, learning programs, and the utilization of information technology. Additionally, this article discusses the importance of communication and collaboration among stakeholders such as teachers, students, parents, and the community to create positive synergy that supports the effectiveness of the learning process. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights into managerial practices that can be implemented by school principals and offer strategic recommendations for improving educational quality at SMA N 3 Padang Panjang and other educational institutions. ABSTRAKIlmu manajemen memiliki peran krusial dalam pengelolaan organisasi, termasuk lembaga pendidikan, yang menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi. Di sektor pendidikan, kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dan pengelola memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang produktif dan inovatif. Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan ilmu manajemen dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri 3 Padang Panjang, dengan fokus pada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajerial yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, program pembelajaran, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas pentingnya komunikasi dan kolaborasi antara pemangku kepentingan, seperti guru, siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat, untuk menciptakan sinergi positif yang mendukung efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan tentang praktik-praktik manajerial yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh kepala sekolah, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMA N 3 Padang Panjang dan lembaga pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to gain an understanding of the knowledge, skills, principles, and attitudes of teachers in completing their assigned tasks. The performance evaluation of teachers and principals is conducted to determine their leading roles, responsibilities, and functions in managing, supervising, and administering schools. Their workplace performance, actions, and achievements are the primary indicators assessed. The research methodology involves performance evaluation through global, result-based, behaviour-based, and focused approaches. Data were collected using a rating scale that measures three main metrics: commitment to tasks, task execution, and achievement of work outcomes. The study results indicate that the performance of teachers and principals can be effectively assessed using these three metrics. Performance evaluations provide a clear picture of their abilities and effectiveness in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This study underscores the importance of comprehensive and objective performance evaluations to enhance the quality of education through the professional development of teachers and principals. Proper implementation of these evaluations will offer constructive feedback and support decision-making related to the management and development of human resources within the school environment.Keywords: Performance Assessment, Islamic EducationAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengetahuan, kemampuan, prinsip, dan sikap seorang guru dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang diberikan. Penilaian kinerja guru dan kepala sekolah dilakukan untuk menentukan peran, tanggung jawab, dan fungsi utama mereka dalam mengelola, mengawasi, dan mengelola sekolah. Penampilan mereka di tempat kerja, tindakan, dan prestasi merupakan indikator utama yang dinilai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan penilaian kinerja melalui pendekatan global, berbasis hasil, berbasis perilaku, dan fokus. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala penilaian yang mengukur tiga metrik utama: komitmen terhadap tugas, pelaksanaan tugas, dan pencapaian hasil kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru dan kepala sekolah dapat dinilai secara efektif menggunakan ketiga metrik tersebut. Evaluasi kinerja memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang kemampuan dan efektivitas mereka dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penilaian kinerja yang komprehensif dan objektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pengembangan profesional guru dan kepala sekolah. Implementasi penilaian yang tepat akan memberikan umpan balik konstruktif dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan sekolah.Kata Kunci: Penilaian Kinerja, Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of human resource (HRM) management in the context of Islamic education and explores the latest techniques in HR management that can be applied effectively. With a focus on the management of educators and education personnel, the author outlines several techniques, from planning to compensation, that aim to support the quality of education and achieve the educational goals that have been set. This study uses a library research approach. The process of collecting information and data from various literature sources such as reference books, similar previous research, articles, notes, and various journals relevant to the problem to be solved. Descriptive analysis is a method that involves collecting data, structuring, or grouping, analyzing, and interpreting data to gain a deep understanding. The results of data analysis show that human resource planning is one of the management functions that is oriented towards developing strategic steps to prepare human resources (employees) in organizations with the number and quality needed. HR planning is a management process to determine the movement of an organization's human resources from the current position to the desired position in the future, using data as a guide for future planning

Abstract

Manpower placement is a series of processes after recruitment and selection to determine positions in accordance with their abilities in order to complete work effectively and efficiently in accordance with what has been determined by the organization. Performance is the achievement of work results charged to employees based on experience, proficiency, sincerity, time, quantity, quality, reliability, attendance, and ability to cooperate. In the placement of manpower, knowledge and experience and ability are needed in carrying out their duties and if they are not experts who do it, there will be destruction or failure, so to achieve success in the right placement according to their expertise is needed. This research is library research and is included in the qualitative research approach. Data collection is carried out directly from various relevant literature including research articles sourced from Google Scholar. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that labor placement affects employee performance. This can be seen from the responsibility of employees to work, the punctuality of coming to work and the responsibility in completing tasks at work

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of a recruitment system based on the concept of Islamic education in the development of human resource management (HR). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach in several organizations that apply Islamic principles in the recruitment process. Data are obtained through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the integration of Islamic values in recruitment criteria had a positive impact on work culture, performance, and organizational alignment with Islamic principles. Training employees on Islamic ethics has also proven effective in strengthening their understanding of the values that should be upheld in the work environment. This research provides practical recommendations for organizations in developing an Islamic-based recruitment system, such as integrating Islamic aspects in performance monitoring and evaluation, as well as organizational commitment to human resource development in accordance with Islamic principles.
