Abstract

Kesejahteraan sosial menjadi perhatian utama dalam berbagai negara, dan identifikasi dan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang masalah ini menjadi penting untuk merancang kebijakan dan program yang lebih efektif. Masalah kesejahteraan sosial seperti kemiskinan, disabilitas, dan ketimpangan sosial menjadi isu yang mendapat perhatian luas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis data penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial dengan mengoptimalkan nilai K berdasarkan Davies Bouldin Index. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Knowledge Discovery in Database dengan algoritma Fuzzy C-Means untuk mengelompokkan data penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial dengan lebih baik. Algoritma ini digunakan karena pengelompokkan datanya berdasarkan dengan derajat keanggotaan sehingga pusat cluster yang dihasilkan dalam  mencapai fungsi sasaran mencari solusi terbaik. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah data penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial di Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Fuzzy C-Means Clustering dapat memberikan pengelompokan data penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial yang lebih akurat dan representatif. Dalam penelitian ini dapat ditemukan nilai Davies Bouldin Index yaitu 0,564 dan nilai K optimal yaitu 4. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, kelompok-kelompok yang memiliki karakteristik dan kebutuhan yang serupa dapat diidentifikasi dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Batasan usia calon presiden dan calon wakil presiden menjadi salah satu isu yang hangat diperbincangkan menjelang Pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden di tahun 2024, terutama di media sosial Twitter. Opini pengguna Twitter tentang isu ini beragam, ada yang positif, negatif, dan netral. Untuk mengetahui sentimen tweet tersebut positif, negatif, atau netral, diperlukan pembelajaran mesin yang dapat mengklasifikasikan tweet dengan cepat. Naive Bayes adalah metode klasifikasi teks yang memiliki kecepatan pemrosesan dan akurasi yang cukup tinggi apabila diterapkan pada data yang banyak, besar, dan beragam. Sebelum data tweet diklasifikasikan, data tersebut harus melalui beberapa proses, seperti scraping data, prepocessing, dan pembobotan kata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan rasio pembagian data yang paling optimal untuk meningkatkan akurasi model klasifikasi naive bayes dalam menganalisis sentimen data tweet. Data tweet didapatkan sebanyak 2023 data dari dua keyword, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sentimen negatif mendominasi dengan persentase 91,5%, diikuti oleh sentimen positif sebesar 5,9%, dan sentimen netral sebesar 2,5%. Dari tiga rasio split data yang diuji, rasio split data 90:10 menghasilkan performa terbaik, yaitu Accuracy 86%, Precission 100%, Recall 66%, dan F1-Score 80%.

Abstract

Toko Daun Indah adalah sebuah usaha yang menjual berbagai pilihan produk kecantikan, tidak semua produk tersebut dimanati pelanggan. Namun data penjualan di Toko Daun Indah belum dikelola dengan baik untuk menentukan produk mana yang paling diminati dan mana yang kurang diminati pelanggan. Akibatnya, data tersebut berfungsi sebagai dokumen arsip dan belum dimanfaatkan untuk strategi pemasaran. Sehingga perlu diterapkannya teknik data mining dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran penjualan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis data penjualan untuk mengetahui cluster terbaik berdasarkan Davies Bouldin Index, iterasi, dan measure type yang menghasilkan K Optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah Cross-Industry Standard Process Model for Data Mining dengan algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan data penjualan berdasarkan karakteristiknya, karena mudah dalam penerapannya, dan relatif cepat. Berdasarkan hasil pengelompokan data penjualan produk dengan metode K-Means diperoleh parameter yang optimal. Dengan melakukan uji dengan jumlah cluster (k= 2-25), hasil metode K-Means menunjukkan nilai DBI paling optimal sebesar -0.149 dengan 2 cluster pada iterasi ke-1 sebanyak 30 iterasi, Measure type Mixed Measures.

Abstract

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a condition characterized by the narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries, which are responsible for supplying oxygen-rich blood to the heart muscle. This condition is primarily caused by the accumulation of atherosclerotic plaque, including cholesterol and other substances, which progressively limits blood flow to the myocardium and may result in chest pain (angina) or even myocardial infarction. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of the Benson relaxation technique as a complementary intervention to reduce pain in patients diagnosed with CAD. This study employs a descriptive case study design, focusing on the nursing care of one patient using the nursing process approach to guide the intervention. The results of the case study indicate that prior to the implementation of Benson relaxation on June 24, 2024, the patient's reported pain level was at a scale of 4. After three consecutive days of applying the Benson relaxation technique, the pain scale decreased to 2. This demonstrates a reduction in perceived pain. However, the findings suggest that while Benson relaxation may contribute to pain reduction, its effectiveness as a standalone intervention is limited. Therefore, it is recommended that Benson relaxation be used as an adjunct to pharmacological therapy in managing pain among CAD patients.

Abstract

The palm oil industry is a significant component of Indonesia’s economy, driven by increasing global demand across various industries. Manual identification of palm oil fruit ripeness is often subjective and labor-intensive, creating a need for a faster and more accurate solution. This study proposes the use of deep learning models based on transfer learning to enhance the classification of palm oil fruit ripeness. Our research evaluates several models, finding that ResNet152V2 achieves the highest performance with superior accuracy and the lowest validation loss. DenseNet201, MobileNet, and InceptionV3 also deliver strong results, each demonstrating an accuracy above 0.99 and a validation loss below 0.04. Cross-validation confirms that ResNet152V2, DenseNet201, and MobileNet maintain high and consistent performance across different folds, showcasing their stability and reliability. This approach provides a promising alternative to manual methods, offering a more efficient and precise means for determining palm oil fruit ripeness, which could significantly benefit the industry by streamlining quality control processes.

Abstract

Utilization of communication and information technology has been widely used in the health sector, especially nursing. As one of the nursing interventions for thalassemia patients and caregivers, genetic counseling is not only done face to face but can use android-based telenursing facilities through the complete features available in the Cyber Gen application. This study aims to measure the usability level of Cyber Gen application as an indirect genetic counseling medium for thalassemia patients. This application was developed with four main services: basic information about diseases, consultation rooms, social support, and direct surveys. This application is built using the Flutter Framework, the Dart programming language, and Cloud Firestore as the database. Usability was measured by using the System Usability Scale in two groups of 30 respondents each with an incidental sampling technique. The usability score shows 81.75 for personal users and 82.25 for counselor users with a 100% readiness level for use. These results indicate that the Cyber Gen application can be used to deliver genetic counseling intervention to thalassemia patients and caregivers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction, and the effect of Customer Value on Customer Satisfaction at CV. Ukhuwah Tasikmalaya. This research includes associative descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and the population of this study is CV.Ukhuwah customers. Ukhuwah as many as 32 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, simple regression test, determination test, hypothesis test, and t (partial) test. Data analysis in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 25.Based on the results of data processing and distribution of questionnaires, it is known that the t count is 5,030 with a sig t count of 000, the significance value is less than 0.05 so Customer Value has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in CV. Ukhuwah Tasikmalaya. The results of the research coefficient of determination is 47.47% while the remaining 52.53% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The ever-evolving digital world has led to digital transformation in the retail and financial industries, leading to changes in consumer spending trends. Currently, e-commerce offers a variety of payment methods, including the Paylater method, to increase consumer convenience. Shoppe has launched a Paylater feature called ShoppePaylater. Shoppepaylater users can get credit without a long creation process. The aim of this research is to find out how Shoppepaylater influences the impulsive buying behavior of e-commerce users in Tasikmalaya, because Shoppepaylater is thought to make Tasikmalaya people impulsive. As stated by Davis (Nenandha, 2020), differences in the context of use of Shoppepaylater are measured by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, intensity of use, and attitudes towards actual use. The indicators of spontaneity, strength, impulse, intensity, excitement, stimulation, and indifference to consequences are used to measure the impulse buying variable proposed by Rook & Fisher (Sari, 2021). This research method is quantitative descriptive analysis and uses data from questionnaires distributed to 186 respondents who met the requirements. From the results of this research, it is known that the impulse buying habits of e-commerce consumers have a 4.2% impact on the ease of use of ShopeePayLater technology in Tasikmalaya. The results of data processing also indicate that consumers in Tasikmalaya have a high level of ShopeePayLater usage and tend to make purchases that do not suit their needs, indicating impulsive behavior in the purchasing process.

Abstract

The research conducted at PT. Media Kotak Pintar highlights the challenges arising from the adoption of Work From Home (WFH) practices, which have not been fully addressed. The company faces difficulties in managing employee data, particularly in the manual and fragmented online leave request process across different platforms. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based system to address these issues. The research methodology employed is Prototyping, involving stages such as needs identification, rapid design, prototype development, testing, and communication with users. Figma is used for designing the website interface, while MySQL serves as the database. The designed employee data management system encompasses attendance records, salary information, and leave requests. The system aims to facilitate employees in efficiently managing their data, expediting the leave request process, and ensuring data consistency. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance the efficiency of the HR department and provide a better experience for employees in managing their data and leave processes. This research is relevant in the context of evolving work dynamics during the pandemic, where WFH has become the norm.

Abstract

Abstract Price discounts are one of the factors that researchers believe can influence consumer purchasing decisions and are even the main factor that consumers take into account, especially for products that are not too much different in quality. Apart from price cuts, researchers also believe that promotional factors can also influence purchasing decisions due to the expanding market share and the increasing number of potential consumers who know about a product. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effect of price discounts on purchasing decisions. Different from previous research, this research adds the Word of Mouth variable as a moderating variable. This research is qualitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from the questionnaire method of 300 Shopee application users consisting of 150 sellers and 150 buyers. The questionnaire is in the form of multiple choices containing the words strongly agree-strongly disagree. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.O method.
