Purpose: This community service activity aims to introduce and enhance the understanding of green accounting among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in aquaculture, particularly fish farmers in Desa Cogreg, Kecamatan Parung, Bogor. The purpose is to increase accounting literacy, integrate environmental aspects into financial recording, promote cost efficiency, and raise awareness of business sustainability. Methodology/approach: The activity used a participatory–educative approach involving 25 fish farmers, with observation and interviews in the preparation stage, followed by counseling, discussions, and distribution of a simple FCR module. Evaluation focused on participants’ responses and their needs for further training and mentoring. Results/findings: The counseling increased participants’ understanding of green accounting. Although unfamiliar, they recognized existing eco-friendly practices—water reuse, feed efficiency, and sludge utilization—as recordable financial activities. Findings revealed a gap between ecological awareness and accounting documentation, emphasizing the need for recording formats Conclusions: The program found that green accounting in MSMEs remains at a pre-integration stage, with environmental awareness present but lacking systematic documentation. The activity improved initial literacy, though sustained mentoring and simple tools are still needed, and the study was limited by a small sample and short observation period. Limitations: This activity was limited by a small sample size, a single location, and a short observation period, which restricted the generalizability and long-term evaluation of the results. Contribution: This program links green accounting theory with MSME aquaculture practices, offering a community service model that supports sustainability and provides a replicable framework for similar future interventions.

AbstrakPada lingkungan akademisi khususnya dosen pasti sudah sangat familiar dengan yang namanya website SINTA dan website BIMA. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk filtering dosen-dosen yang belum memiliki akun SINTA dan BIMA di lingkungan STIE GANESHA kemudian dilakukan pemutakhiran dengan cara updating, upgrading dan syncronzing pada akun-akun tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah metode ceramah dan praktek langsung. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah seluruh dosen telah di buatkan akun BIMA yang nantinya dapat digunakan ketika ingin mengajukan proposal dana hibah penelitian dari KEMENBUDRISTEK, sedangkan untuk akun SINTA, jumlah dosen yang telah memiliki akun adalah sebanyak 34 Dosen dan setelah terselenggarakan kegiatan ini jumlahnya menjadi 44 Dosen yang berarti bertambah 10 Dosen dan juga seluruh dosen yang hadir diberikan workshop tentang bagaimana cara input dan sinkronisasi karya tulis yang telah mereka terbitkan di jurnal nasional maupun internasional kedalam akun SINTA mereka dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan score SINTA.Kata kunci: pelatihan; akun sinta; akun bima; STIE Ganesha AbstractIn the academic environment, especially lecturers, they must be very familiar with the name SINTA website and BIMA website. The purpose of this activity is to filter lecturers who do not yet have SINTA and BIMA accounts within STIE GANESHA with the steps updating, upgrading and syncronzing these accounts. The methods used in this PKM activity are lecture methods and direct practice. The result of this PKM activity is that all lecturers are created a BIMA account which can later be used when they want to submit a research grant proposal from the Ministry of Culture and Technology, while for the SINTA account, the number of lecturers who already have an account is 34 lecturers and after this activity is held the number becomes 44 lecturers which means an increase of 10 lecturers and also all lecturers who attend are given workshops on how to input and synchronization of papers they have published in national and international journals into their SINTA accounts with the aim of obtaining SINTA scores. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the deficiencies in the learning of accounting software at STIE Ganesha. This study will concentrate on factors that potentially hinder the integration of accounting software into the college curriculum. This research started in October 2024. Accounting students at STIE Ganesha are the research subjects. Qualitative research was conducted and data was collected through in-depth interviews. The results showed that learning accounting software has several problems. One of them is the lack of supporting resources and lack of technological infrastructure. In addition, students face difficulties in understanding and accessing accounting software required to meet the needs of the working world. To produce more efficient accounting software learning, this research emphasizes increasing resource capacity and improving supporting infrastructure. This research is expected to help STIE Ganesha develop methods to improve software-based accounting learning.

This study aims to identify the dominant factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of research activities at STIE Ganesha through the application of the Pareto Principle. Variations in research performance among teams, particularly in terms of outputs, timeliness, and resource utilization, serve as the foundation for this analysis. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, involving lecturers participating in research and community service grants during 2024–2025. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires, structured interviews, and documentation reviews. The findings reveal that limited research facilities and inefficient use of funds account for 79.6% of research obstacles, while other factors—including team collaboration, time management, institutional support, and research outputs—contribute minimally. These results highlight the need for strategic prioritization in strengthening research infrastructure, improving financial efficiency, and implementing evidence-based research management. The Pareto Principle proves to be an effective decision-making tool for optimizing research resources and developing more targeted and sustainable institutional research policies.

This community service endeavors to enhance the understanding, awareness, and proficiency in road safety among participants. The employed methods encompass socialization, counseling, lectures, Q&A sessions, presenting traffic case examples, and implementing practical transportation safety materials for 55 lecturers and students at STIE Ganesha. The outcomes of the initiative indicate that PKM activities effectively heightened participants' knowledge of driving safety, encompassing the recognition of institutional roles in the South Tangerang City Traffic Communication Forum. However, there is a need to enhance their comprehension of Law Number 22 of 2009. Successful socialization has augmented comprehension of safety riding, particularly among parents tasked with guiding their families to avert accidents. Preventive measures involve fostering public awareness, upgrading road infrastructure, enforcing traffic laws, and enhancing traffic safety education. This initiative demonstrates an amplified understanding among participants, particularly parents, concerning motorcycle driving safety after exposure to engaging and pertinent material.

The rapid development of social media has fundamentally transformed digital marketing practices, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Among various platforms, TikTok has emerged as a prominent medium due to its strong viral potential, short-form video format, algorithm-driven content distribution, and dynamic trend culture. These characteristics position TikTok as a strategic tool for MSMEs in building and strengthening brand equity. This study aims to explore how MSME entrepreneurs interpret and implement viral TikTok content strategies in their efforts to develop brand equity. Employing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, this research investigates the subjective experiences of MSME actors who actively utilize TikTok as a marketing platform. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and systematic observations of TikTok content produced by MSMEs. The findings reveal that viral TikTok content strategies play a significant role in enhancing brand awareness, shaping positive brand associations, strengthening perceived quality, and fostering consumer brand loyalty. Content that is authentic, aligned with current trends, and delivered consistently is perceived as effective in creating emotional connections between brands and audiences. These results suggest that TikTok functions not only as a promotional channel but also as a strategic medium for constructing brand value among MSMEs. This study contributes to both theoretical discussions on brand equity and practical insights for MSME digital marketing strategies

Mosque-based community economic empowerment activities have significant potential to improve community welfare, particularly for small businesses in the mosque's immediate vicinity. However, implementation is still largely conventional and lacks a data-driven approach, resulting in suboptimal beneficiary identification and activity evaluation. This community service initiative aims to promote a data-driven approach to mosque-based community economic empowerment through sharia bazaar activities. Implementation methods include initial observation, outreach and education for mosque managers and business owners, technical assistance for sharia entrepreneurship, and activity evaluation. The results demonstrate an increased public understanding of the importance of data use in determining beneficiaries, managing bazaar activities, and developing businesses based on sharia economic principles. The outcomes of this initiative include improved data management literacy, a simple data collection format for sharia bazaar activities, and recommendations for developing a mosque-based data collection system. It is hoped that this initiative will be the first step in building a sustainable, transparent, and data-driven community economic empowerment model within the mosque environment.

This study aims to explore the implementation of an organizational culture based on Islamic values at the Manarul Quran El Yadah Islamic Boarding School in Bambu Apus. Islamic organizational culture is understood as a value system that not only shapes collective behavior but also fosters the spiritual and moral character of organizational members. This study uses a qualitative descriptive case study approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results show that values such as trustworthiness, sincerity, discipline, and Islamic brotherhood have been embedded in various aspects of management and social interactions at the Islamic boarding school. The leadership of the kyai, who emphasizes exemplary behavior, deliberation, and honesty, is a key driving factor in maintaining this culture. Senior students are also empowered as agents of internalization of Islamic values in the students' daily lives. Despite challenges such as inconsistent implementation of rules and a low understanding of spiritual values as a whole, the organizational culture at this Islamic boarding school has been proven to support the formation of a religious, orderly, and character-building educational environment. This study recommends strengthening the strategy of internalizing values in a sustainable manner to maintain the continuity of Islamic culture in modern Islamic boarding school educational institutions
