Abstract

In response to the increasingly competitive and uncertain business environment, promotional strategies are crucial for companies to sustain and grow. This study aims to analyze the promotional strategies implemented by TPKU Jombang in facing global competition, with a focus on the application of Islamic business ethics. A qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach was employed, involving data collection through interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that TPKU relies on word-of-mouth promotion as its main strategy, which has proven effective in attracting and retaining customers. However, the company faces challenges in utilizing digital technology to expand its promotional reach, primarily due to limited technological knowledge among its employees. Additionally, the application of Islamic business ethics principles, such as honesty and transparency, plays a crucial role in building consumer trust and maintaining the company's reputation. Therefore, to remain competitive in the global market, TPKU should consider integrating digital technology into its promotional strategies while upholding Islamic ethical principles.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the market dynamics, operational challenges, and competitive strategies of SMEs in the online food delivery sector around STIE Ganesha, with a focus on identifying performance drivers and actionable solutions for business optimization. Methodology/approach: A qualitative descriptive approach was adopted, involving semi-structured interviews with 20 SME owners using GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. Data were collected from December 2024 to February 2025 and analyzed thematically to map operational patterns and market behaviors. Results/findings: Key determinants of customer retention included taste quality (highlighted by 85% of respondents), service speed (70%), and promotional effectiveness (65%). SMEs leverage product differentiation (e.g., hyperlocalized menus) and platform partnerships to sustain their market share. However, challenges persist, such as platform instability (reported by 60% of businesses) and insufficient digital literacy for advanced marketing tactics. Conclusions: The study underscores that SMEs’ competitiveness in campus-centric markets hinges on balancing micromarket responsiveness (e.g., adapting to seasonal demand) with operational agility. The strategic integration of digital tools and collaborative logistics, rather than reliance on third-party platforms alone, has emerged as critical for scalability. Limitations: The findings are context-bound to SMEs near STIE Ganesha and major delivery platforms. Future studies should explore rural and non-campus ecosystems to validate the universality of the proposed strategies. Contribution: Theoretical: Expands the Resource Orchestration Framework by contextualizing SME strategies in hyper-localized digital economies. Introduces a micro market analysis model linking campus-specific demand cycles to operational decision-making.Practical: Provides actionable toolkits, including a Dynamic Pricing Matrix for demand fluctuations and a Partnership Optimization Framework for platform collaboration. Methodology/approach: The study was conducted from December 2024 to February 2025, employing a descriptive qualitative approach. Results/findings: The taste quality, fast service, and effective promotions are crucial for attracting and retaining customers. Although online delivery platforms offer substantial support, respondents highlighted the need for improved platform stability and more consistent promotional efforts. They also expressed the importance of training in digital marketing and operational management to enhance competitiveness. Limitations: This study is limited to SMEs operating around STIE Ganesha and on major online platforms. Broader generalizations require similar studies in different regions with varying business models. The research contributes to the fields of entrepreneurship and business management by providing insights for policymakers, platform providers, and business associations. Contribution: These insights focus on supporting SMEs through training, platform partnerships, and strategic collaborations. The research focused on operational processes, customer service, marketing strategies, and platform support. Novelty : The exploration of how platform partnerships, operational innovation, and digital marketing strategies influence the performance of SMEs in the online food delivery market, a topic that has not been extensively explored in prior research.

Abstract

In the contemporary era, the topic of energy innovation is gaining significant importance. Consumers, as end-users of energy, play a crucial role in propelling advancements in this field. This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on energy innovation from the perspective of consumers. The primary objective is to ascertain how transformational leadership influences energy innovation as perceived by consumers. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, this research focuses on five consumers representing the general public of energy users. Data were collected through literature reviews, interviews, and observations conducted over a two-month period from March to April 2024. The findings indicate that consumers highly value energy innovation, particularly regarding its efficiency, sustainability, and environmental impact. These insights reveal that sustainability not only shapes product perceptions but also drives purchasing decisions and enhances consumer loyalty. Sustainability has become a pivotal factor in consumer buying choices, influencing their perception of value and satisfaction with products. Furthermore, by integrating technological innovation with ethical practices and transparent, effective sustainability policies, companies can secure long-term trust and support from their customers. This research provides critical insights into the intersection of transformational leadership and energy innovation from a consumer standpoint. It offers valuable implications for governments and corporations in formulating strategies that promote sustainable energy innovation. Abstract

Mosque management in Indonesia still faces challenges such as manual administration, lack of financial transparency, fragmented databases, and limited use of technology. This participatory seminar-based community service (PKM) aimed to empower mosque administrators in East Ciputat through integrated technology solutions. Conducted on July 19, 2025, the program included: (1) needs assessment via FGD and surveys, (2) technical training (Zoho Books, QRIS, PWA), (3) solution design workshops, and (4) follow-up mentoring. Ten key issues were identified, including digital resistance among senior administrators (65%) and low youth involvement. Solutions implemented included a cloud-based QRIS accounting system, a youth digital task force for social media, a centralized database with automated notifications, and a digital RKTM template. Results showed a 120% increase in youth donations, a 60% reduction in report preparation time, and a 45% rise in participation among 18–35-year-olds. The mosque’s digital transformation proved effective through gradual adoption and community mentoring. The study recommends forming a digital DKM forum and promoting data-driven collaboration with universities/government as an adoptable model for traditional mosques

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze appropriateness transformation at STIE Ganesha to Graha University Ganesha in frame increase quality education and services education tall to public . Study done for 1 year from January until December 2023 to 25 people consisting of from BPH YPGG, leaders , lecturers , employees and students of STIE Ganesa. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods with a single case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, literature studies and field observations. The research results show that consultation and assistance by the transformation team was very effective in strengthening the process of preparing the strategic plan for the transformation of Graha Ganesha University. The research results show that basic change form become University Graha Ganesha including a) saturation of study programs b) needs World Business And Industry (DUDI) in region South Tangerang city, c) Shape long PTS No or not enough responsive to need public. There are 5 foundations for the transformation of Graha Ganesha University, namely philosophical, sociological, psychological, historical and juridical foundations. The implementation of the education system adapts need provision means And infrastructure physique adequate is need Which very vital And main. Academic, administrative, financial and social aspects of community interest and development is an assessment of the feasibility of STIE Ganesha towards the transformation of Graha Ganesha University. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of higher education in Indonesia and is useful for stakeholders in formulating appropriate policies and strategies to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia. The research has implications for formulating appropriate and contextual higher education transformation policies.

Abstract

The Indo Pacific region is an area rich in natural resources and has great economic potential. However, rapid economic growth and lack of awareness of environmental protection and social sustainability have led to negative impacts on the environment and society in the region. To overcome this problem, the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concept has been widely recognized as a framework for encouraging sustainable economic growth by considering environmental, social and good governance factors. The purpose of this research is to examine how the ESG concept is applied in the development and development of the blue economy in the Indo Pacific Region, especially during Indonesia's tenure as chairman of ASEAN in 2023. In this research, we will identify the concrete steps taken by Indonesia in implementing the concept. ESG and promoting the blue economy in the region. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. Data was processed and collected using questionnaires and library literature. The research object consisted of 50 STIE Ganesha student respondents. By analyzing the policies and initiatives launched by the Indonesian government during their leadership in ASEAN. Relevant data will be collected through literature reviews and official documents. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of Indonesia's efforts to implement ESG concepts and promote the blue economy in the Indo Pacific Region. This research limits the scope by using students' perspectives regarding the ESG concept in developing the blue economy in the Indo Pacific region. This research can also provide insight into the challenges faced and the opportunities that exist in developing a sustainable economy in this region. Relevant policy implications will also be identified to support the future development of the blue economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of energy consumption on economic growth in Indonesia, as well as to investigate stakeholder perceptions and attitudes regarding energy consumption and its impact on economic growth. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature, observation, and media studies involving stakeholders including government officials, experts, academics, and the general people. The study's findings indicate that increased domestic energy use can boost economic growth. Increased energy consumption promotes the expansion of home economic industries. Second, stakeholders have diverse perceptions and attitudes regarding energy usage and its impact on economic growth. Some stakeholders think that energy consumption is vital for economic progress, while others claim that excessive energy consumption has a negative impact on environmental and economic sustainability. The importance of collaborating with all stakeholders to promote energy consumption and Indonesian economic growth. The study focuses on stakeholder views of energy usage, which has an impact on economic growth. The study suggests that more research on energy usage should be conducted in order to broaden and fully improve economic growth. This research also assists to offering insights and true pictures of stakeholders regarding the conditions of energy use and economic growth.

Abstract

Penguatan literasi konsumen di kalangan remaja menjadi isu penting seiring meningkatnya transaksi digital dan risiko penipuan daring. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman hak dan kewajiban konsumen pada siswa SMA Nusantara, Ciputat Timur, melalui edukasi interaktif, praktik lapangan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan, uji coba aplikasi, pendampingan, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Program melibatkan 75 siswa dengan dukungan guru, orang tua, dan pemangku kepentingan lokal. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor siswa naik 67% dan 82% peserta mencapai nilai ≥70. Selain itu, 75% siswa mampu membedakan produk legal dan ilegal, sementara komunitas Gen Cerdas Konsumen terbentuk sebagai agen edukasi sebaya. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan berbasis praktik dan teknologi terbukti efektif membentuk generasi muda yang kritis, bertanggung jawab, dan berperan sebagai agen perubahan literasi konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui systematic literature review terhadap 15 artikel ilmiah yang terbit antara tahun 2019 hingga 2025. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari dorongan pemerintah untuk mempercepat proses digitalisasi nasional serta kebutuhan perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan era ekonomi digital. Dalam konteks tersebut, sistem WT-ERP diposisikan sebagai solusi strategis yang tidak hanya mendukung efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga memperkuat kapasitas organisasi menuju pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi tradisional dan budaya digital. Budaya tradisional yang cenderung hierarkis, birokratis, dan kurang fleksibel sering menjadi hambatan dalam adopsi teknologi baru. Sebaliknya, budaya digital yang berorientasi pada fleksibilitas, kolaborasi lintas fungsi, serta inovasi berkelanjutan terbukti mampu meningkatkan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan, mempercepat siklus inovasi, dan memperkuat daya saing perusahaan di pasar global. Pendorong utama transformasi budaya digital meliputi kemajuan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, serta meningkatnya ekspektasi generasi milenial dan Gen Z yang mendominasi tenaga kerja. Tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup resistensi internal, keterbatasan kompetensi digital, serta kesenjangan antarunit organisasi. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, solusi yang diidentifikasi adalah pelatihan literasi digital, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, dan penerapan kepemimpinan transformatif yang adaptif. Studi kasus di PT Strategic Partner Solutions menegaskan relevansi model perubahan Kurt Lewin sebagai kerangka pengelolaan transisi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan bahwa penguatan SDM dan kepemimpinan adaptif merupakan faktor kunci keberhasilan transformasi budaya digital berbasis WT-ERP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi budaya organisasi Keluarga Mahasiswa Islam Karawang (KMIK) Jakarta dalam menginternalisasi nilai keislaman, keilmuan, dan kekeluargaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode literature review sistematis terhadap 20 jurnal terbitan tahun 2020–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai organisasi diinternalisasi melalui kaderisasi, komunikasi interpersonal, dan keteladanan pimpinan. Budaya organisasi berperan dalam membentuk karakter, memperkuat identitas kolektif, dan meningkatkan loyalitas anggota. Meski begitu, tantangan muncul dari perubahan generasi dan pengaruh budaya digital. KMIK dinilai adaptif dalam menjawab dinamika tersebut melalui inovasi komunikasi dan pelestarian nilai. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan sistem kaderisasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai strategi menjaga budaya organisasi mahasiswa tetap relevan.
