As one of the largest coal mining service companies in Indonesia, PT. RTP is engaged in integrated mining equipment rental services with international standards for mining companies in Tabalong. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of assertive communication (X1) on the performance of PT. RTP (Y), to find out the effect of attached supervision (X2) on the performance of PT. RTP (Y), and to find out the effect of assertive communication (X1) and inherent supervision (X2) together on the performance of PT. RTP (Y). The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The data collection method used in this research is using a questionnaire. The results of this study are Assertive Communication has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. RTP. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the t test for the physical evidence variable because the value of tcount < ttable where -0.809 < 2.447 and the significance value obtained is 0.450 greater than the value of = 0.05. Inherent supervision has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. RTP. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the t test for the physical evidence variable with a value of tcount > ttable where 3.702 > 2.447 and the significance value obtained is 0.010 which is smaller than the value of = 0.05. Assertive communication and inherent supervision together have a significant impact on employee performance of PT. RTP. This is evidenced by the Fcount statistic of 8.030 which is greater than Ftable 4.76, it can be concluded that the independent variable of assertive communication (X₁), attached supervision (X₂) simultaneously has a significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y).

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bagian dari Team Based Project Program Pejuang Muda Kampus Merdeka tahun 2021 yang diselenggarakan Kementrian Sosial berkolaborasi dengan Kemendikbud Ristek dan Kemenag RI. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tangga 15 November hingga 11 Desember 2022 kepada 16 balita dan ibu menyusui dikecamatan Kapuas kabupaten Sanggau provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode kegiatan melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi pencegahan stunting, mendirikan dapur sehat dan pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) bagi balita dan ibu menyusui. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Dapur Sehat dan PMT berdampak positif bagi peserta dan berkesan baik. Hampir 50% peserta mengalami penambahan berat badan, dan 63% peserta mengalami penambahan tinggi badan secara signifikan. Antusiasis dan ketertarikan orangtua peserta sangatbesar, dan berkesan mendalam yang menunjukkan bahwa program ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan orangtua peserta terkait makanan bergizi dan bervariasi (B2SA) dengan memanfaatkan pangan lokal yang terjangkau. Anak balita mengonsumsi makanan dengan hati senang riang gembira, menu makanan yang disajikan penuh kandungan gizi, lezat, sehat, dan praktis karena disajikan dengan bentuk kreatif menarik.

Pests and plant diseases cause suboptimal growth and development of plants. Usually, the cause of plants not growing and developing optimally is due to pests and diseases that attack and disrupt the plant system. Many farmers still depend on chemical pesticides to control pests and diseases. Besides being expensive, chemical pesticides also have many adverse effects on the environment and human health. Often, plants do not bear fruit, and only the leaves grow thicker. To address this issue, Cinta Rahmi from STIE Ganesha Jakarta conducted counseling on the use of natural pesticides made from citronella for the Women's Farmer Group Garuda in Cipayung Ciputat. The counseling method includes water control, leaf reduction, use of manure, sunlight care, and cleanliness of the plant area. This counseling is expected to reduce farmers' dependence on chemical pesticides and increase environmentally friendly crop yields.

This community service aims to assist 25 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ciung Wanara tourist location, Ciamis district, boost their sales turnover in 2022. The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy. This type of business is very stable, not affected by inflation, flexible, and not overly reliant on the macro-financial system. The role of digital marketing facilitates MSME actors' ability to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, raise awareness, and increase sales turnover. MSME actors in Ciung Wanara gain insight as well as depth of understanding into digital marketing as a result of this community service. They already have business Google accounts, Instagram accounts, and other accounts on social media to reach out to a larger viewer.

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate and examine the effects of improved road access on the economy of residents of Pahing Hamlet, Sukadana Village, and Kuningan Regency. Research methodology: The research method used was qualitative, involving data collection through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation . Results: The findings indicate that improved access to the through-road in Sukadana Village significantly enhanced the economic condition of the Pahing Hamlet community. Enhanced road access enables farmers and local traders to reach markets and potential customers more easily, thereby improving accessibility and mobility of goods. This positively affects local income, business growth, and community economic empowerment. Limitations: Although improved road access yields tangible benefits, some limitations of this study should be acknowledged. First, this research is limited to Pahing Hamlet in Sukadana Village; thus, generalizing the results should be approached with caution. Second, the study does not thoroughly examine other factors such as supporting infrastructure and government policies, which also affect community economic improvement. Contribution: This study contributes to a better understanding of the potential advantages of village economic empowerment in rural development and identifies strategies that can be implemented in other rural areas. It recommends that governments and development organizations prioritize supporting village economic empowerment initiatives and collaborate closely with local communities to overcome the challenges and obstacles to implementation.

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) is an essential tool for guarding and monitoring locations. CCTV is an additional tool for security, and is widely used in shops, offices, and even housing. CCTV on campus is also used to prevent, monitor, and improve the performance of lecturers, students and employees. This research aims to explore and reveal the utilization of this media in depth. The research was conducted for 2 months from June to July 2023. This research methodology adopts a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings of this study indicate that the installation of CCTV cameras on the STIE Ganesha campus is effective in carrying out three main functions: preventing, monitoring, and improving the performance of lecturers and students. The installation of CCTV plays a role in supporting lecturers in improving the quality of teaching. The implications of this research provide encouragement to continue exploring innovative ways of utilizing technology to support and enrich the educational experience on campus.

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas proposal hibah penelitian dan pengbdian masyarakat dalam skema Penelitian Dosen Pemula (PDP) dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pemula (PMP) di wilayah Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Wilayah III Jakarta. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 05 April 2023 secara luring dan daring di aula Kihajar Dewantara Gedung LLDIKTI Wilayah III Jakarta. Peserta terdiri dari 40 orang dari 17 perguruan tinggi di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode bimbingan teknis dengan pendekatan terstruktur. Materi bimbingan teknis meliputi pemaparan struktur proposal dan RAB hibah penelitian dan sesi review proposap usulan peserta dan Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan teknis berhasil meningkatkan kualitas dan standar penulisan proposal PDP di wilayah LLDIKTI Wilayah III Jakarta. Peserta terlihat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini. Mereka dapat memahami proses penyusunan proposal dengan baik. Kendala yang dialami yakni kurang pemahaman tentang struktur dasar proposal penelitian dan RAB hibah, serta kesulitan dalam merumuskan masalah penelitian dan menentukan metodologi yang tepat. Luaran dari kegiatan, peserta berhasil mensubmit proposal mereka secara tepat waktu melalui akun Bima. Disarankan peneliti selanjutnya untuk mendorong terbentuknya kolaborasi antarpeneliti dalam menyusun proposal, baik antara peserta bimbingan teknis maupun dengan peneliti lain di bidang terkait, untuk memperluas wawasan dan memperbaiki proposal dan mampu mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi peserta dalam menyusun dan meningkatkan kompetitivitas proposal yang diajukan.

AbstractPoverty is a complex and multidimensional problem that has long been a challenge for Indonesia. Banten Province is one of the provinces that has a high poverty rate, which amounted to 10.37% in 2021. This study aims to analyze the effect of population and unemployment on poverty in Banten Province. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Banten Province. The data used is data on population, unemployment, and poverty in Banten Province in 2020-2022. While the data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. To fulfill the purpose of this study, namely to determine the magnitude of the effect of unemployment on the poverty rate in Banten province, we will use a simple linear regression analyzer using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that the regression results of the influence of the variable population (X1), unemployment (X2), on poverty (Y), then obtained the value of fhitung 0.05. This shows that the two independent variables simultaneously have no significant effect on the dependent variable. The effect of population on the poverty rate in Banten Province The population variable (X1) shows a significance value> α (0.452> 0.05) with a tcount value < ttable (0.766 < 2.080) from these results it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. So it can be said that the population variable is not significant to the poverty rate in Banten Province. The effect of unemployment on the poverty rate in Banten Province The unemployment variable (X2) shows a significant value> α (0.539> 0.05) with a tcount value < ttable (-0.625 < 2.080) from these results it can be concluded that H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. So it can be said that the unemployment variable is not significant to the poverty rate in Banten Province.Keywords: Population, Unemployment, Poverty, Banten Province AbstrakKemiskinan merupakan masalah yang kompleks dan multidimensi yang telah lama menjadi tantangan bagi Indonesia. Provinsi Banten merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki angka kemiskinan yang tinggi, yaitu sebesar 10,37% pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah penduduk dan pengangguran terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Banten. Data yang digunakan adalah data jumlah penduduk, pengangguran, dan kemiskinan di Provinsi Banten tahun 2020-2022. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengangguran terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi banten, akan menggunakan alat analisa regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil regresi pengaruh variabel jumlah penduduk (X1), pengangguran (X2), terhadap kemiskinan (Y), maka diperoleh nilai fhitung 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ke dua variabel bebas secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk Terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan Di Provinsi Banten Variabel jumlah penduduk (X1) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi > α (0,452 > 0,05) dengan nilai thitung < ttabel (0,766 < 2,080) dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Banten. Pengaruh Pengangguran Terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan Di Provinsi Banten Variabel pengangguran (X2) menunjukkan nilai signifikan > α (0,539 > 0,05) dengan nilai thitung < ttabel (-0,625 < 2,080) dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditolak dan H0 diterima. This study aims to determine what are the factors that become community satisfaction in the jaklingko program. DKI Jakarta is an area whose population is growing rapidly, the more the population the more transportation there is. Therefore, the gevornment needs an integrated transportation system, one of which is Jaklingko, one of the programs in DKI Jakarta. The population in this study are people or consumers who use the services of jaklingko transportation, especially city transportation on the Andara-Blok M route. The data collection technique uses the interview method by conducting in-depth interviews with 6 informants with different ages and professions. Anlysis technique used is qualitative method. The result showed a positive effect. Community satisfaction is proven that the use of jaklingko transportation is very helpful, starting from the price to the services provided.
