Waqf has a great conribution, especially when Islam began to develop, without waqf the development of muslims would be more difficult. Waqf is now the door of Islamic economy which is a potential alternative, when it is developed and managed properly, it can accelerate economic growth which ultimately is able to prosper the people. This study aims to analyze the mechanism of the productive waqf management strategy on waqf land in improving the welfare of the community in East Lombok. The research used the descriptive method with qualitative analysis and data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The secondary data collected from documents and texts related to the research topic, be it books, articles journals, or others. The results showed that the productive waqf management strategy on waqf land in East Lombok is through planning objectives, forming a productive waqf management team, fulfilling infrastructure, conducting supervision and evaluation. To empower existing of waqf land, it needs to be managed and productive according to the condition of land, so that the waqf object itself provides benefits and can be improve the welfare of the people. In other words, the more waqf land, the more prosperous the community. The more professional the waqf management nadzir, the more prosperous the community and the greater the level of community economic capacity, the higher level of community welfare.

Three company groups made up of ten Ganesha College of Economics students took part in the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW) Kemdikbud Ristek in 2022. Within the context of higher education, the P2MW program promotes the enhancement and development of students' entrepreneurial skills. This study intends to evaluate the P2MW implementation that took place within STIE Ganesha for 4 months, from August to November 2022. A descriptive qualitative approach is used in this study. Through observation, reading, and interviews, data were gathered and processed. P2MW had a significant favorable effect on universities, instructors, and students, according to the findings. Additionally, because they don't understand the program, supervisors and students may encounter difficulties implementing P2MW's digital reporting mechanisms. The Belmawa Kemdikbud Ristek rules ensure that P2MW STIE Ganesha's deployment is successful. Universities are urged to offer more support to instructors and students in entrepreneurship so that they are better equipped to participate in the next program.

This community service is part of the Team Based Project of the 2021 Independent Campus Young Fighters Program organized by the Ministry of Social Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology and the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The activity was carried out from November 15 to December 11, 2022 to four transmigration community groups consisting of 38 beneficiary families of the Family Hope Program (PKH) Sungai Besar Village, South Matan Hilir District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The activity organizers consisted of 6 lecturers and 3 students of the Ministry of Social Affairs Merdeka Campus Young Fighters from various universities. The activity method is used by socializing pineapple fruit processing, training on marketing strategies for processed pineapple fruit products, pretest and post test and monitoring evaluation. The results showed that based on community service activities, this activity was significantly beneficial to residents. This program has opened up opportunities for residents to develop skills in processing available natural resources, such as pineapple fruit, into marketable products. The participation of Sungai Besar Village residents in the socialization of pineapple fruit processing is very positive and enthusiasm is high for this business development opportunity. Constraints encountered, (1) variations in participants' educational backgrounds and experiences led to differences in their speed and ability to understand the material. (2) Limited access to resources. (3) Use of technical language and terms in the materials. (4) time availability. (5) Concerns about business sustainability and economic risks were also raised. The 4P (Product, Price, Place Promotion) marketing training provided the importance of developing attractive products, appropriate pricing, efficient distribution strategies, and promotions that reach the target audience. This activity not only improves their ability in the technical aspects of product processing, but also in the business and marketing aspects that will help them earn wages or profits. This program not only provides new skills, but also encourages the economic independence of trans people. They become more productive, can utilize local potential, and contribute to the family and community economy. 4 Indicators of the program's success include the ability of residents, Sungai Besar Village becoming a tourist destination icon for pineapple processed souvenirs, increasing community income and utilization of peatlands into pineapple cultivation land

This study aims to identify factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty at UD. Mekar Jaya Buah, a fruit trading company in Tangerang City. As business competition is getting tougher, a deep understanding of customer satisfaction and loyalty is essential to develop effective marketing strategies. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach which was conducted for two months, from June to July 2023. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature. The results revealed that product quality and customer service are the main factors that influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Consumers value high-quality products and positive interactions with service staff. Prices that match the value of the product also contribute to consumer satisfaction. Other factors include ease of access, shopping convenience, and feelings of attachment to the brand. The implication of this research is the need for UD. Mekar Jaya Buah to continuously improve the quality of products and services, and consider the right pricing strategy. A better understanding of consumer preferences and expectations will help companies design more careful marketing strategies. In addition, this research also contributes to further understanding of the dynamics of consumer behavior in the context of the fruit trading industry.

The current less than favorable economic conditions require people to play an active role in fulfilling their daily needs. Empowering women through the MSME sector is expected to help increase income, reduce poverty levels, increase knowledge and quality of human resources and prepare women's communities to become home-based entrepreneurial communities that can help support the family economy and contribute to improving community welfare and the national economy. Economic empowerment/entrepreneurship through women's activity groups such as posyandu groups is a form of effort or process to increase awareness, willingness to improve the economy or family (community) standard of living. The research method used by researchers is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, collection techniques using observation techniques and interview techniques with women members of posyandu in Jombang, South Tangerang. The aim of this research is to describe how interested posyandu members are in entrepreneurship to develop the community economy which has implications for reducing poverty and increasing community welfare. The research results showed that the counseling participants strongly agreed that to improve welfare/reduce poverty, you must open a home business. This is shown by the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the counseling participants and the questions asked regarding how posyandu members/women start home businesses.

Pelatihan olah data penelitian kuantitatif merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akademik dosen dan mahasiswa dalam analisis data. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di STIE Ganesha dengan fokus pada penggunaan aplikasi statistik seperti SPSS, AMOS, JASP, EVIEWS, dan SMART-PLS. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup ceramah interaktif, praktik langsung, diskusi kelompok, serta uji kompetensi guna memastikan pemahaman peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta memahami dasar penggunaan aplikasi statistik, sementara 85% berhasil menyelesaikan studi kasus dengan baik. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah perbedaan tingkat pemahaman peserta dan keterbatasan waktu untuk eksplorasi mendalam pada aplikasi tertentu. Umpan balik peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan menyarankan adanya pelatihan lanjutan dengan fokus yang lebih spesifik. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi analisis data kuantitatif bagi peserta dan diharapkan dapat menjadi program berkelanjutan dalam mendukung kualitas penelitian akademik di STIE Ganesha.

This activity aims to instill noble moral values exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad to the community, as well as increase social care through social services. This program involved participants from representatives of majelis taklim throughout the Pisangan sub-district. Pisangan with a target beneficiary of 1,000 coupons containing basic necessities and other basic needs. Community service activities were carried out on Sunday, January 5 and 12, 2025, at the STIE Ganesha Campus and the Baiturrahman mosque, Pisangan Village. The activity implementation method consists of three main stages: (1) Isra Mi'raj Commemoration which is filled with tausiyah about the morals of the Prophet Muhammad, (2) Distribution of food and drink to the community. morals of the Prophet Muhammad, (2) Distribution of Social Service Coupons, and (3) Distribution of Assistance to People in Need. This activity successfully reached around 250 participants representing mosques and taklim assemblies. Through this program, the community is expected to take lessons from the Prophet's struggle and apply them in everyday life by strengthening solidarity and social care. The results of the activity showed the enthusiasm of the community in participating in the event and positive acceptance of the assistance provided. The implications of this activity are expected to encourage the community to be more active in religious and social activities, as well as strengthen the relationship between STIE Ganesha and the community. between STIE Ganesha and the local community. This study aims to explore the use of the PIECES Method in measuring user satisfaction with academic portals at higher education institutions in South Tangerang City. User satisfaction with academic portals is crucial in enhancing efficiency, service quality, and learning experiences in a higher education environment. The study was conducted over eight months, from February to September 2024, across four higher education institutions in South Tangerang City. Data collection techniques included literature review, interviews, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The findings of this research are expected to serve as a guide for higher education institutions in improving the quality of their academic portal services, thereby enhancing user satisfaction and learning experiences. The results indicate that the academic portals have met user expectations based on the PIECES framework. In terms of performance, the portal was rated as fast and stable, although it encountered challenges during high traffic periods, and e-learning features require further development. The information provided is accurate and up-to-date, while cost and time efficiency are considered good. Users feel they have adequate control over their data, and support services are viewed as responsive. These findings have significant implications for the management and development of academic portals, encouraging service quality improvements and ensuring the effective use of portals in higher education institutions.

The Batch 3 Entrepreneurship Workshop aims to improve participants' entrepreneurial competencies, especially in mastering B2B negotiation skills and affiliate marketing. This workshop was held on November 30, 2024 at STIE Ganesha by the implementation team from LPPM and Ganesha LabPreneur. The method of activity with a PAR approach that includes interactive material delivery, hands-on simulations, and participatory discussions. There were 150 participants from MSME players and students who brought gadget devices. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the material taught, with most participants able to practice negotiation techniques and digital marketing strategies. The implication of this activity is to encourage the development of resilient entrepreneurs who are adaptive to digital market changes and strategic business collaboration. This activity provides a practical reference for future entrepreneurship training.

Padaidi Jaya Cooperative is a cooperative under two foundations namely Graha Ganesha Education Foundation (YPGG) and Aldian Nusantara Foundation (YAN) which consists of STIE Ganesha lecturers and Vocational Tourism teachers. The research aims to a) how the performance of Padaidi Jaya cooperative services to members, b) what economic benefits are received by members, and c) what efforts should be made to improve the welfare of members. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data processing techniques are taken through field observations, interviews, and literature. The research was conducted for five months from January to May 2023 with 100 members of the Padaidi Jaya cooperative. The results showed that the performance of the Padaidi Jaya cooperative management in providing services to members was very good, members were satisfied with the program that had been carried out by the management. Padaidi Jaya cooperative members get many benefits of economic benefits received by children's education funds, and food vouchers every month. In order to improve the welfare of members, the Padaidi Jaya cooperative management holds programs including a) saving and borrowing money with low services, so that members can save money and borrow when there is an urgent need, of course, this is in accordance with the process of administrative terms and conditions that apply in the internal cooperative organization, b) procuring electronic goods needed by members such as laptops and gadgets, c) providing household appliances d) home installment loans (KPR). The limitations of this study are within the scope of Padaidi Jaya cooperative members consisting of two educational foundations located on Legoso Raya Street, Pisangan Village, East Ciputat District, South Tangerang City. This study contributes to the service and program solutions to improve the welfare of members.
