Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) merupakan suatu proses yang mengoptimalkan keterlibatan dalam aktivitas fisik sebagai sebuah upaya untuk membuahkan perubahan yang bersifat menyeluruh dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas individu, yang meliputi dimensi fisik, emosional, dan mental. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani pada komponen kelincahan melalui pembelajaran dengan pendekatan bermain. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan 2 siklus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada peserta didik kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 26 Surabaya yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Illinois Agility Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 1.9 (detik). Dengan demikian, pemberian model pembelajaran dengan pendekatan bermain berupa permainan instruksi sepatu, kucing dan tikus, permainan 1v1 kelincahan, dan estafet bola zig-zag dapat meningkatkan komponen kebugaran jasmani kelincahan pada pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

digital era provides significant opportunities for the development of Islamic preaching (dakwah) through information technology. However, challenges to the competence and capabilities of imams, preachers (dai), and khatibs have also intensified. This study aims to explore the implementation of the certification program for Imams, Dai, and Khatibs in Bandar Lampung City as an effort to optimize dakwah in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study's findings indicate that this certification program not only enhances competence in delivering digital-based dakwah but also promotes professionalism in preaching. Technological support, government regulations, and collaboration with the community are key factors contributing to the success of this program.

Abstract

Masase tradisional merupakan salah satu jenis pijat relaksasi yang memiliki ciri khusus pemijatan dengan menggunakan tangan atau tanpa menggunakan alat bantu. Manfaat penerapan masase tradisional pada tubuh antara lain merelaksasi otot, menurunkan kegelisahan, mengembalikan fungsi gerak otot, dan pengobatan tradisional. Masase tradisional ESAM merupakan metode masase yang dikembangkan sedemikian rupa oleh peneliti untuk memberikan sensasi yang berbeda dari metode masase tradisional pada umumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap masase tradisional “ESAM”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Action Research yang bersifat deskriptif analisis dari hasil tanggapan 30 pasien ESAM Beauty Care. Pada indikator kualitas produk sebesar 59,7% menjawab puas, indikator kualitas pelayanan sebesar 53,7% menjawab puas, indikator kualitas emosional sebesar 62,3% menjawab puas, dan indikator harga sebesar 64% menjawab puas. Kesimpulannya adalah dari 30 responden jawaban didominasi oleh jawaban puas dan sangat puas.

Abstract

This study was conducted due to the low learning outcomes of Pancasila Education among fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Pabedilankaler. The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the Fun Learning method with the assistance of Wordwall media. The study used Kurt Lewin's Classroom Action model, which includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, and was conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques included observation, student response questionnaires, documentation, and learning achievement tests. The results of the study showed that the application of the Fun Learning method with the assistance of Wordwall media was effective in improving student learning outcomes. There was an increase in the number of students achieving mastery, increased active participation in learning activities, and many students gave positive feedback on the use of Wordwall media. Therefore, this method is recommended as an alternative for teachers to create a more enjoyable and meaningful learning environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get an in-depth picture of how the practice of revenue budget gaps in the public sector can occur and the factors that drive it. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews and supported by documentation and direct observation, the informants involved in this study were managers responsible for the revenue budgeting process at each level. The practice of budget gaps is more aimed at avoiding the risk of not achieving the target, this is also because there is no reward and punishment system for achieving revenue targets. The results showed that pseudo-budget participation and information asympization triggered budget gaps. Factors The lack of strict supervision in the budgeting process and access to stagnant information make the budget gap continue to occur. The risk of this gap practice is that the organization does not know the true optimal potential and the loss of potential income from asset utilization.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on the implementation of E-Government. Data for this study were collected through a questionnaire survey on the people of Malang City who have used E-Government services. Structural model analysis was performed using smartPLS. The results showed that intention was the main determinant of the use of E-Government services. The determining factor of intention to use E-Government services is positive attitude towards E-Government. Other factors such as system quality, its ease of use, and quality of information do not affect people’s interest in using E-Government services. In other words, E-Government application developed by the City Government has been deemed not easy enough to be applied and not informative enough to meet the information needs of the community. This is a challenge for the City Government to be able to improve and develop the quality of systems and information from its E-Government services so that people are increasingly interested in applying it, for the realization of Malang as a smart city.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini hanya akan memaparkan tentang Manajemen Kompetensi Profesional guru rumpun Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mutu Pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maarif NU Cipawon 1 Bukateja Purbalingga dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Banyumas.Teknik mengumpulkan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara melakukan observasi di sekolah yang menjadi subjek penelitian, proses wawancara yang dilakukan kepada pendidik di sekolah/madrasah yang menjadi subjek penelitian, serta dilakukan dengan teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasannya antara sekolah atau madrasah yang menjadi subjek penelitian yakni Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maarif Nu Cipawon 1 Bukateja Kabupaten Purbalingga dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Banyumas, berkaitan dengan manajemen profesional guru bahwasannya untuk kedua madrasah tersebut bagi pendidik khususnya dalam rumpun PAI pada saat memulai proses pembelajaran masing-masing pendidik rumpun PAI mempersiapkan dengan langkah yang dapat dikatakan sama. Misalnya saja persiapan pembelajaran dengan membuat RPP. Kemudian, untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran dapat dikatakan hampir sama yaitu dengan berdoa terlebih dahulu sebelum belajar dan melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran sampai pada proses evaluasi. Begitu juga dengan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dapat dikatakan sama yaitu berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

High intellectual and emotional intelligence does not necessarily have good behavior, which is a phenomenon that occurs. The purpose of this study was to find out how the habituation of religious activities to improve the spiritual intelligence of students at SDN Penggung 1 Cirebon. This study investigates the efforts of teachers at SDN Penggung 1 Cirebon to improve students' spiritual intelligence by teaching them to read the Qur'an and pray. In addition, this study also investigates the role of parents and supporting and inhibiting factors in improving students' spiritual intelligence at SDN Penggung 1 Cirebon. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection tools, interviews, observations, and documentation. In this study, the sample was only grades 4 to 6 because other classes had been sent home, the number of interviewees was 5 students, and 1 PAI teacher. This study was conducted at SDN Penggung 1 Cirebon Jln. Jendral Soedirman Gg. School, the research implementation period lasted for 3 months starting from March to June 2025. The results of the study showed that teachers' efforts to improve students' spiritual intelligence through the habit of reading the Qur'an, performing congregational prayers, infaq every Friday, PHBI such as the pesantren kilat ramadhan program, isro mi'raj, and the prophet's birthday. The study also showed that the role of parents is very important in improving children's spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

The development of individual personality in elementary school students tends to have almost the same development because in each student at Kartini 2 Public Elementary School, the educators here have their own approach which has almost the same way. Personality development in each individual student is marked by the students' courage in asking and answering questions that lead to their respective personal realms. This study has a general objective, namely to determine the various characteristics and personality development of students at SDN 2 KARTINI, Cirebon City, with this research the author can understand how students develop in the current era. The method used in this study is to apply a qualitative descriptive method by approaching through observation with interview techniques. From the results of this study, we found that educators strive to support each student's personality development by using character education.

Abstract

Objective This study examines and analyzes the effect of fraud diamond on accounting fraud, with religiosity as the moderator, among management staff in the banking sector of Indonesia.Design/methodology This study uses the primary data taken from a survey conducted on the employees and officials of 82 Regional Development Bank offices in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. This study uses purposive sampling technique and 279 people were selected as respondents. This study applies quantitative method and uses 2 analysis techniques, multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis.Results This study finds that the higher the pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and the capability at the workplace are, the higher the likelihood of accounting fraud to occur. Further, the result of moderation regression analysis indicates that religiosity weakens the effects of pressure and rationalization on accounting fraud, but it does not moderate the influence of opportunity and capability on accounting fraud.Research limitations/implications Company leaders and staff to better understand personal and situational (organizational) factorssuch as pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and capabilitiesthat can affect individuals to avoid accounting fraud behavior.Novelty/Originality This paper presents the cases of accounting fraud caused by internal company parties and accounting fraud problems involving directors, managers, and employees. In this case, the aspects of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and capability can be considered predictors of what affect individuals to commit accounting fraud. This is to reduce accounting fraudulence in the company. This claim is supported by those who are highly religious and are able to suppress fraudulent behaviors.
