Abstract

Promotion is a marketing activity that can increase buying interest or influence someone to buy a product and can be an important part of branding a product. One of the products that needs to be increased in promotion is the product of peep craftsmen in Nyatnyono village. Service activities carried out by conducting outreach about promotions and the use of technology in creating promotional content. The activities that have been carried out show that there is an understanding of promotion and use of smartphones for creating content and carrying out promotional activities on social media.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro JAMARIS Desa Jatijajar Kabupaten Semarang yaitu keterbatasan didalam manaikkan nilai bisnis pada dua jenis bisnis yang dikelola yaitu Aneka Keripik (oleh-oleh khas Desa Jatijajar yang diolah dari singkong) dan Aneka Snack & makanan Catering (untuk acara-acara besar). Pada pasca pandemi Covid 19 permintaan produk berupa snack dan catering mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis yaitu sekitar 60%. Urgensi dari PKM ini yaitu membantu Usaha Mikro JAMARIS agar dapat meningkatkan nilai bisnis melalui solusi pelatihan teknik pemasaran secara digital ,pelatihan pengemasan produk serta produksi. Mitra kegiatan penelitian ini adalah Usaha Mikro JAMARIS yang beralamat dijalan Jalan Begajan No 34 Desa Jatijajar Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan PKM untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Jatijajar, target khusus program ini adalah (1) menjadikan Snack berbahan dasar singkong dan catering menjadi produk unggulan wilayah Desa Jatijajar dan (2) wilayah Desa Jatijajar menjadi salah satu wilayah binaan sebagai penerima hilirisasi produk teknologi tepat guna. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan (1) koordinasi dengan institusi di daerah (kepala desa, kepala dinas perdagangan) untuk memperoleh data potensi wilayah (2) koordinasi dengan mitra untuk merumuskan masalah dan memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi (3) analisis terhadap kebutuhan. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi usaha mikro JAMARIS yang tadinya hanya mencapai 42.9% meningkat menjadi 85.7%.

Abstract

The era of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) present a difficult challenge for the people of Indonesia. Opportunities and competition Faced by its People will be increased exponentially. In this era where the opportunity to get a job will of course also be competitively increased, will create a fairly high unemployment rate. One way to reduce the unemployment is to create an independent business or entrepreneurship. This study aim is to measure the extent to which Islamic entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation and social support have an influence on the interest in entrepreneurship. The type of research used is quantitative research using a sampling technique called simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents with 117 questionnaires used. The Processing Software used in this research are SPSS Version 21.0. Based on the results of statistical tests with multicollinearity analysis, shows that Islamic entrepreneurial knowledge had the highest influence and contribution to the interest of student moslem entrepreneurship at 79.1%, Motivation had an influence and contribution to the interest of student moslem entrepreneurship in Semarang by 69.4% while social support had almost no influence on entrepreneurship interests as it only has a very small contribution of 14.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship education and social media use on students' entrepreneurial interest using the Theory of Planned Behaviour and Social Media Use Theory approaches. This study used a survey method with a quantitative research approach, involving 139 student respondents from Semarang City, Indonesia, through an online questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used were Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicated a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurship education, social media, and students' entrepreneurial intention. Thus, based on the principles of the Theory of Planned Behaviour and Social Media Use Theory, entrepreneurship education provided understanding, skills, and support to consider self-employment as a career. In contrast, social media provides access to information, social interaction, motivation, role model influence, and norms that support entrepreneurship, creating an ecosystem that supports students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at PT Mas Arya Indonesia in Semarang. The motivation of this study is from the observation that there is currently a shortage in OCB among employees in the industrial sector. This study specifically targeted employees of PT. Mas Arya Indonesia, with a sample size consisting of 92 people. This research utilizes Purposive Sampling technique, which is a type of Non-Probability Sampling methodology. This method entails selecting participants based on certain factors or criteria. The data collection procedure requires distributing questionnaires that assess 38 factors using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The test results showed strong and statistically significant relationships between organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational support, and job satisfaction. In addition, it is important to recognize that factors such as organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational support, and job satisfaction have a significant and positive impact on OCB. Job satisfaction serves as a mediator in the relationship between organizational justice, organizational commitment, and organizational support for OCB.

Abstract

This community service is carried out to introduce the brand that has been owned by Bukit Tegal Santun to the wider community. This PKM service activity uses a participatory community empowerment approach or Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which is an in-process approach method. From the activities that have been carried out, the activity participants, namely the managers of Bukit Tegal Santun understand the importance of a brand, namely that a brand is able to distinguish the types of services and services provided by competitors. With a brand that is increasingly known to the wider community, it is hoped that it will increase tourists to Bukit Tegal Santun.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the company's goals that are to generate profits, maximize firm value, and minimize costs. To find out whether or not the company's goals are achieved, it is necessary to know the financial performance of the company. This study uses an investment center assessment based on Return On Investment and Residual income. The type of research used is the descriptive quantitative approach and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The object of the research is PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul, Tbk which is listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data is in the form of financial statements that is balance sheets and profit/loss statements taken from the annual financial statements. In this study, the data collection technique which the researcher used has two methods, that is documentation and literature study. The results show that the company's ability to process ROI is stable because the percentage continues to increase every year. The company's ability to return on investment can be said to be quite good. According to the calculation of Residual Income (RI), the result is negative, which means the company has not been able to generate economic added value for shareholders and its financial performance has not been effective and efficient because RI > 0

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of workload, organizational justice, and work environment on teacher performance (Case Study in PAUD, Kindergarten and Elementary Schools under the Al-Furqon Shade of the Gabus Region in 2022). This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were PAUD, TK and SD school teachers under the Al-Furqon Shade of the Gabus Region. Data retrieval using questionnaire results sheets which were distributed to 80 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the t test has a negative effect on the workloadworkload (X1) on teacher performance, while organizational justice (X2) has a positive influence on teacher performance and work environment (X3) does not have a significant influence on teacher performance (Y). Based on this study that has been tested, there is an R Square value of 0.120 or 12%, while the remaining 0.880 or 88% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study.

Abstract

Unemployment of the productive age population is a big challenge for Indonesia entering the era of free markets and global competition. Creating young entrepreneurs is a solution that can be done to strengthen economic growth. Indonesia produces 700 thousand graduates annually, but many Indonesian students show limited interest in entrepreneurship. A lack of understanding of entrepreneurship makes students more likely to find jobs than create jobs. This research aims to provide an understanding to students regarding the importance of entrepreneurship and stimulate the growth of an entrepreneurial mindset among them. This is achieved by introducing and understanding in depth the Business Model Canvas (BMC), so that students can start and run businesses, so as to be able to transform them into job creators. The research method used is a causal / explanatory survey, using primary data collected through participatory observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to selected public and private universities in Indonesia using convenience / accidental sampling techniques. The questionnaire was distributed to a total of 200 respondents, in accordance with the minimum sample size requirements for the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique, using LISREL software version 8.8. The findings of this study show that customer segments, value proportions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structures are able to increase entrepreneurial interest. Business Model Canvas (BMC) effectively increases students' understanding of entrepreneurship. BMC's simplicity in mapping and presenting business models makes it an effective tool to deepen business understanding. However, BMC is not an instant tool that can necessarily improve students' entrepreneurial mindset. Understanding BMC is the same as other sciences that cannot be taught in a short time and requires a process to learn it. The timeframe available in the study was very short and did not meet the requirements to cultivate a mindset that was truly expected to prepare students to engage fully as entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kualitas, harga dan citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang yang berdampak pada keputusan pembelian handphone samsung yang ada di semarang Data yang digunakan dengan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner di semarang dengan pengambilan sampel 96 orang responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, artinya harga berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, citra merek berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, Keputusan Pembelian berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. untuk intervening menunjukkan hasil harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan berdampak pada Minat Beli Ulang, citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan berdampak pada Minat Beli Ulang.
