Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the independent variables, namely soft skills and work experience on the dependent variable of work readiness through work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study was students in the 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Department of PGRI Semarang University, which amounted to 167 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample. The sample in this study were all students of economics and business class 2018, totaling 167 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.2.9 analysis tool. The results showed that the research model had met the validity and reliability of the construct on the SEM assumption with Smart PLS 3.2.9 so that the model was declared feasible. Abstract

Pengabdian dilakukan dalam rangka peningkatan perilaku kewirasuahaan dan peningkatan kemampuan manajemen yang berdampak pada kinerja BUMDes Usaha Praja. metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitorin dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan adanya peningkatan perilaku kewirausahaan dan manajemen BUMDes yang tentunya diharapkan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja.

Abstract

Objectives: Based on the previous statement, this study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work-life balance, work discipline, and work environment on teacher job satisfaction and teacher performance. The population of this study were elementary school teachers in Tegowanu District. The number of samples in total is 69 respondents. Methodology: The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model) analysis. Research data processing using Smartpls 3.0 tools was conducted. Findings: In accordance with the results above, it shows the results of the direct influence test where the majority have a P-Values value of less than (0.05) meaning that it has the influence of endogenous variables on exogenous variables. However, some are not affected because they have a P-Values value greater than (0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was found that work-life balance had an effect on teacher performance with a P-Value of (0.03). Work discipline has no effect on teacher performance with a P-Value of (0.090). The work environment has an effect on teacher performance with a P-Values of (0.41). Teacher performance has an effect on job satisfaction with P-Values (0.000). Work-life balance has an effect on job satisfaction which is mediated by teacher performance with a P-Value of (0.014). Work discipline has no effect on job satisfaction which is mediated by teacher performance with a P-Value of (0.098)

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of workload, work stress and job training on the performance of Bank BPR BKK Semarang employees. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method with statistical test tools. The measurements in this study used a Likert scale and then processed the data in this study using the IBM SPSS 25 tool. The results of the study show that the workload variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the job training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) on Profitability of Commercial Banks. Persero period 2016-2020. The data used in this study were obtained from the published financial statements of Persero Commercial Banks issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). After doing the purpose sampling stage, 4 banks were obtained that were suitable for use. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, but before testing the hypothesis, the classical assumption test was first carried out. The test results using the t test showed that the variables CAR, NPL, LDR had no effect on bank profitability, NIM had a positive and significant effect on bank profitability, and BOPO had a negative and significant effect on bank profitability.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, persepsi risiko, dan keamanan terhadap minat beli. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna shopee di Desa Karangawen. Sampel terdiri dari 96 responden yang diambil dengan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji hipotesisi. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai thitunh Sebesar 3,420 ttabel sebesar 1,666 dengan nilai probabilitas signifikans sebesar 0,001 0,05, Variabel persepsi risiko berpengarauh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai thitunh Sebesar 4,136 ttabel sebesar 1,666 dengan nilai probabilitas signifikans sebesar 0,000 0,05, Variabel Keamanan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai thitunh Sebesar 4,014 ttabel sebesar 1,666 dengan nilai probabilitas signifikans sebesar 0,000 0,0. Hasil dari hasil uji F diperoleh bahwa variabel Kepercayaan Pelanggan, Persepsi Risiko dan Keamanan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat beli dinyatakan diterima dengan nilai hitung sebesar 194,743 dari Ftabel sebesar 2,70 dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 dibandingkan tingkat alpha 5% atau 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance (2) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performce.This study used a quantitative method approach with the study population being all employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Bombana Regency with a total sample of 30 respondents. Instrument testing in this study used the Validity test and Reliability with SPSS 26.0. The research data analysis with a total 35 respondents technique used the structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the transformational leadership style variable on employee performance as indicated by the t-statistic value of 8,405 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000, while the variable Organizational Commitment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance indicated by the t-value statistic of 0,142 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000.

Abstract

Promotion is a marketing activity that can increase buying interest or influence someone to buy a product and can be an important part of branding a product. One of the products that needs to be increased in promotion is the product of peep craftsmen in Nyatnyono village. Service activities carried out by conducting outreach about promotions and the use of technology in creating promotional content. The activities that have been carried out show that there is an understanding of promotion and use of smartphones for creating content and carrying out promotional activities on social media.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro JAMARIS Desa Jatijajar Kabupaten Semarang yaitu keterbatasan didalam manaikkan nilai bisnis pada dua jenis bisnis yang dikelola yaitu Aneka Keripik (oleh-oleh khas Desa Jatijajar yang diolah dari singkong) dan Aneka Snack & makanan Catering (untuk acara-acara besar). Pada pasca pandemi Covid 19 permintaan produk berupa snack dan catering mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis yaitu sekitar 60%. Urgensi dari PKM ini yaitu membantu Usaha Mikro JAMARIS agar dapat meningkatkan nilai bisnis melalui solusi pelatihan teknik pemasaran secara digital ,pelatihan pengemasan produk serta produksi. Mitra kegiatan penelitian ini adalah Usaha Mikro JAMARIS yang beralamat dijalan Jalan Begajan No 34 Desa Jatijajar Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan PKM untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Jatijajar, target khusus program ini adalah (1) menjadikan Snack berbahan dasar singkong dan catering menjadi produk unggulan wilayah Desa Jatijajar dan (2) wilayah Desa Jatijajar menjadi salah satu wilayah binaan sebagai penerima hilirisasi produk teknologi tepat guna. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan (1) koordinasi dengan institusi di daerah (kepala desa, kepala dinas perdagangan) untuk memperoleh data potensi wilayah (2) koordinasi dengan mitra untuk merumuskan masalah dan memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi (3) analisis terhadap kebutuhan. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi usaha mikro JAMARIS yang tadinya hanya mencapai 42.9% meningkat menjadi 85.7%.

Abstract

The era of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) present a difficult challenge for the people of Indonesia. Opportunities and competition Faced by its People will be increased exponentially. In this era where the opportunity to get a job will of course also be competitively increased, will create a fairly high unemployment rate. One way to reduce the unemployment is to create an independent business or entrepreneurship. This study aim is to measure the extent to which Islamic entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation and social support have an influence on the interest in entrepreneurship. The type of research used is quantitative research using a sampling technique called simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents with 117 questionnaires used. The Processing Software used in this research are SPSS Version 21.0. Based on the results of statistical tests with multicollinearity analysis, shows that Islamic entrepreneurial knowledge had the highest influence and contribution to the interest of student moslem entrepreneurship at 79.1%, Motivation had an influence and contribution to the interest of student moslem entrepreneurship in Semarang by 69.4% while social support had almost no influence on entrepreneurship interests as it only has a very small contribution of 14.3%.
