Abstract

The NU Online app on the Playstore serves the needs of Muslims, especially those in Islamic boarding schools, by providing information and services. Its success is gauged not just by the number of downloads or popularity but by the quality of user interactions and how well it meets user needs. Sentiment analysis of user reviews provides deeper insights into these aspects. This research focused on finding words influencing sentiment from NU online and producing the best performance of artificial neural networks. This study collected user reviews from the NU Online app between February 9, 2021, and May 31, 2024, totalling 12613 reviews. After preprocessing, 8546 reviews remained. Using the Indonesian Sentiment Lexicon (INSET), 66% of the reviews showed positive sentiment, 21% were neutral, and 13% were negative. The words "aplikasi" (application) and "nya" (its) appeared in the top three across all sentiment classes, while "fitur" (feature) was common in both positive and negative sentiments. For neutral sentiments, "nan" was frequently mentioned. The data were split into training and testing sets in an 80:20 ratio, preserving the proportions of each sentiment class. Sentiment analysis was performed using a neural network, with input neurons ranging from the top 10 words from each sentiment class to all words. Accuracy improved as more words were used, peaking at 0.95 for the top 1690 words, compared to 0.71 for the top 10 words. The findings highlight the importance of using a comprehensive set of words to train the ANN. Including more words significantly enhances the model's performance, indicating that a richer vocabulary captures sentiment nuances better.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan digitalisasi administrasi perpajakan di sebuah Kantor Konsultan Pajak (KKP) mitra di Makassar dengan memanfaatkan software Coretax, yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Lapangan Profesi (KKLP) STIE YPUP Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang diintegrasikan dengan kerangka ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), dengan tahapan meliputi persiapan, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan intensif on-the-job training, dan evaluasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi yang signifikan, dimana waktu penyusunan laporan keuangan fiskal berkurang 61% (dari 180 menjadi 70 menit) dan waktu finalisasi perhitungan pajak berkurang 58% (dari 120 menjadi 50 menit). Pemahaman staf terhadap fitur inti Coretax juga meningkat dari 30% (pre) menjadi 85% (post). Disusunnya Prosedur Operasional Standar (SOP) dan komitmen mitra untuk berlangganan lisensi Coretax menjadi indikator keberlanjutan. Simpulan kegiatan adalah model KKLP berbasis PkM tidak hanya berhasil mentransformasi proses kerja mitra melalui digitalisasi, tetapi juga menciptakan ruang belajar bersama yang memberdayakan baik bagi mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan maupun bagi staf KKP, sehingga menjawab tantangan link and match antara dunia pendidikan dan profesi.

Abstract

Zakat plays a crucial role in fostering social welfare and reducing economic inequality. However, its implementation in rural areas, such as Desa Tapen, often faces challenges due to limited access to information and technology. In the digital era, zakat payments can be made more efficiently through QR CODE technology, specifically with the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) system developed by Bank Indonesia. Nevertheless, online zakat payments have not yet been implemented in Desa Tapen due to the community's lack of knowledge about the platform. Therefore, there is a need for socialization regarding the use of QRIS as a modern solution for online zakat payments. It is hoped that this socialization will enhance the community’s understanding of the ease, security, and benefits of QRIS, encouraging the adoption of online zakat payments in Desa Tapen

Abstract

Pendidikan di era digital menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang baru bagi pengelolaan pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas strategi manajemen pendidikan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumbersumber teoritis yang relevan tentang manajemen pendidikan dan teknologi digital dalam konteks pendidikan. Artikel ini menguraikan beberapa strategi manajemen pendidikan yang dapat diterapkan, termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam era digital, pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan dengan teknologi, dan penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan era digital. Artikel ini juga membahas tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan strategi-strategi ini, termasuk pengelolaan perubahan, kebijakan pendidikan yang adaptif, dan pengembangan profesionalisme guru dalam era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literatur, dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber-sumber teoritis yang relevan tentang manajemen pendidikan dan teknologi digital dalam konteks pendidikan. Data dianalisis melalui sintesis literatur yang sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi strategi manajemen pendidikan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Dalam era digital, strategi manajemen pendidikan yang adaptif dan berorientasi pada teknologi menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada era digital, pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan dengan teknologi, dan penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan era digital merupakan langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Namun, tantangan seperti pengelolaan perubahan, kebijakan pendidikan yang adaptif, dan pengembangan profesionalisme guru tetap menjadi fokus penting dalam implementasi strategistrategi ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of patient administration services at Singgani Health Center in Palu City using the five dimensions of SERVQUAL approach (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy). Health centers as primary health care facilities require optimal administrative systems to support smooth health service delivery to the community. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants consisted of administrative staff, head of administration, and patients selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the quality of administrative services has generally been running well with the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy showing positive performance. Administrative staff were assessed as responsive, friendly, meticulous in recording, and able to provide special attention to patients. However, the tangibles dimension still requires improvement, especially regarding the comfort of the waiting room during increased patient volumes. This study recommends optimization of physical infrastructure, enhancement of human resource capacity, development of queue management systems, and strengthening of periodic service monitoring and evaluation

Abstract

This study aims to describe prospective counselors’ perceptions of professional identity concepts in the guidance and counseling field. This study used a qualitative approach with an exploratory, descriptive design. Research data were collected through open questionnaires and focus group discussions. The data sources were fifteen guidance and counseling students from three different classes. Data analysis was carried out by searching for themes and determining the correlation between them to attain interpretation. The results of the study show that professional identity is conceptualized as a typical characteristic or a symbol of professional conduct in the profession of guidance and counseling. Meanwhile, the dimensions of professional identity according to students are categorized into professional competence, personality, personal appearance, knowledge of the profession, and professional ethos. Lastly, for the student, professional identity is something that moves dynamically.

Abstract

Computational Thinking (CT) adalah proses berfikir untuk memformulasikan persoalan dan solusinya. Metode pemecahan masalahnya menerapkan teknik dari ilmu komputer (informatika). Penerapan pendekatan computational thinking dalam proses pembelajaran akan memungkinkan siswa untuk membuat hubungan antara materi pelajaran dan kehidupan mereka di luar kelas. Kegiatan Pengabidan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan dan memberikan pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada sekolah terkait metode computational thinking. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah metode computational thinking (CT) ini dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah, sehingga mendorong siswa untuk berpikir lebih komputasi. Selain itu, diharapkan para guru mampu mempersiapkan siswa untuk berkompetisi di Bebras Challenge Indonesia sebagai kompetisi Computational Thinking. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari pemaparan computational thinking, pembahasan soal menggunakan computational thinking, dan pengenalan Bebras Challenge. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai Computational Thinking serta adanya feedback penilaian bagi fasilitator

Abstract

Fraud is one of the most cyber crime on social media. One of the popular social media in Indonesia is Whatsapp. Cases of fraud through chat on Whatsapp application often occur in Indonesia, its due to lack of information. The research conducted related to the detection of words containing fraud in WhatsApp chat application. The methods in this research applies the literature study method to find secondary data in the references theories and relevant research. The data collection is carried out by collecting chats that lead to fraud cases and then processing them using RapidMiner application with SVM (Support Vector Mechine) method. The results of this research can be concluded that this research succeeded in implementing SVM algorithm for whatsapp fraud chat analysis with an accuracy rate of 84.21%

Abstract

Framework HOT-Fit merupakan salah satu model evaluasi yang digunakan untuk menilai keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan melalui tiga dimensi utama yaitu manusia, organisasi, dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau penerapan framework HOT-Fit dalam evaluasi keberhasilan sistem informasi di rumah sakit. Tinjauan sistematik dilakukan menggunakan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses (PRISMA) dengan pencarian artikel terbitan 2014-2023 pada database PubMed, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect menggunakan kata kunci “Hospital” AND “HOT-Fit” AND “Human Organization Technology-Fit”. Sebanyak sembilan artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dianalisis dalam tinjauan ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa framework HOT-Fit telah diterapkan dalam berbagai jenis sistem informasi seperti EMR, HRIS, CDSS, dan sistem cloud, serta di berbagai negara dengan kondisi geografis dan institusional yang berbeda. Ketiga dimensi HOT-Fit tetap relevan digunakan, meskipun tingkat penekanannya bervariasi tergantung pada konteks lokal dan tujuan evaluasi. Beberapa studi juga mengombinasikan HOT-Fit dengan framework lain seperti TOE, TAM, dan FITT untuk memperluas cakupan analisis. Kesimpulannya, HOT-Fit merupakan framework yang fleksibel, dapat berdiri sendiri maupun dikombinasikan, serta tetap relevan dalam mengevaluasi sistem informasi kesehatan di berbagai konteks pelayanan. Kata Kunci : Teknologi, Pelayanan Kesehatan, Sistem Informasi Kesehatan, Data, Evaluasi Sistem The HOT-Fit framework is one of the evaluation models used to assess the success of health information system implementation through three key dimensions: human, organization, and technology. This study aims to review the application of the HOT-Fit framework in evaluating the success of hospital information systems. A systematic review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method, with articles published between 2014 and 2023 retrieved from the PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases using the keywords “Hospital” AND “HOT-Fit” AND “Human Organization Technology-Fit.” This review includes nine articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results show that the HOT-Fit framework has been applied to various types of information systems, including EMR, HRIS, CDSS, and cloud-based systems, across countries with diverse geographical and institutional contexts. All three dimensions remain relevant, although their emphasis varies depending on local context and evaluation objectives. Several studies also integrated HOT-Fit with other frameworks such as TOE, TAM, and FITT to broaden the scope of analysis. In conclusion, HOT-Fit is a flexible framework that can be applied independently or in combination, and remains relevant in evaluating health information systems across diverse healthcare settings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how teachers’ pedagogical competence influences students’ achievement in Qur’anic memorization (tahfidz) in an Islamic senior high school. Education in Islamic contexts is expected to develop intellectual capacity alongside moral and spiritual integrity, yet learning outcomes in intensive tahfidz programs often vary despite similar institutional settings. Previous studies highlight the importance of teacher competence but provide limited empirical insight into pedagogical practices within Qur’anic memorization education. This research employed a qualitative descriptive design and employed observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using an interactive model that involved reduction, display, and verification. The findings reveal that teachers’ pedagogical competence operates as an integrative instructional framework encompassing learner diagnosis, mastery of learning theories, curriculum development, educative implementation, effective communication, and continuous assessment. Pedagogical competence significantly enhances students’ cognitive accuracy, affective attachment to the Qur’an, and psychomotor precision in recitation. Supportive factors such as qualified teachers, a Qur’anic learning environment, and family support strengthen these outcomes, while weak intrinsic motivation and unstable spiritual intention inhibit learning consistency. This study contributes to Islamic education scholarship by contextualizing pedagogical competence within tahfidz learning and recommends integrating pedagogical training with spiritual mentoring to achieve sustainable memorization outcomes.
