Abstract

Currently, all levels of society everywhere can use social media easily. This convenience makes freedom of expression increasingly out of control, and often results in legal problems. Indonesian people who use social media or social media must be wiser in using social media to express freedom of opinion so as not to get caught in criminal cases. Community service (PKM) is carried out in 2 (two) activities, namely: 1) training on the wise use of social media, and 2) e-court socialization (e-court justice). The aim of the activity is to provide training to the community in Cikarageman Village, Bekasi in terms of wise use of social media to avoid legal entanglements and socialization of e-court implementation in court. Activities carried out face-to-face by providing material on the ITE Law, the role of the ITE Law in social media, ways and tips for using social media wisely so as to avoid legal entanglements, examples of cases of using social media which resulted in legal proceedings and providing material on the application of e -court in Court. The activity was attended by representatives from Cikarageman Village units, Bekasi, namely the PKK Unit, BPD Unit, and local residents. During this activity, discussions and consultations were also held regarding legal issues faced by the residents of Cikarageman Village, Bekasi. In this consultation activity, the material provider answers all legal issues faced by residents, both those directly related to the use of social media, the application of e-court in courts and other legal issues, for example land issues, debts, households and judicial processes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of tornado victims in Ranca Ekek, Sumedang Regency and Cicalengka, Bandung Regency. Empowerment of tornado victims. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes events in locations affected by tornadoes. Data collection techniques were interviews with several victims, RW administrators and RW administrators, observation at the location, photographing the condition of the places and houses of residents affected by the tornado. Literacy studies related to the tornado phenomenon include books and the internet. Conclusion The impact that occurred on the victims resulted in damage to people's houses and sales stalls on the side of the road so that they had no shelter to take shelter in and lost a place to sell. Empowerment of residents affected by tornadoes, consisting of 5 affected sub-districts, namely Rancaekek, Cicalengka and Cileunyi sub-districts, Bandung Regency, as well as Mangunraja and Jatinangor sub-districts, Sumedang Regency. Erected tents for around 121 residents, provided treatment to around 113 residents with minor injuries and 10 moderate injuries. In the future, the Regent of Sumedang and the Regent of Bandung will allocate assistance to the community so they can rebuild houses and kiosks for selling.

Abstract

Keberadaan perajin batik di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan dari segi jumlah perajin, akan tetapi secara kualitas manajemen pengelolaan dan produk batik masih perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius. Hal ini dibuktikan dari data yang menunjukkan bahwa perajin batik di Indonesia masih didominasi oleh perajin dengan skala mikro yang mencapai 1.794 unit usaha dari total industri batik sebanyak 3.159 unit usaha. Tujuan dari program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membuat inovasi pada produk Batik Ciprat yang memiliki ciri khas tertentu dan membuat inovasi pemasaran Batik Ciprat melalui kegiatan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk batik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2023 sampai dengan November 2023 di desa Simbatan, kecamatan Nguntoronadi, kabupaten Magetan Jawa Timur. Kegiatan ini berhasil mewujudkan inovasi produk batik berupa batik kombinasi antara batik tulis dengan gambar ikan kutuk dan bambu dengan batik ciprat. Selain itu, tim juga melakukan kegiatan inovasi pemasaran dengan cara membuat akun toko online di marketplace Shopee dan website profil Batik Ciprat. Tim juga melakukan kegiatan digital marketing, mulai dari melakukan kegiatan foto dan video produk, pengiklanan di media sosial serta membuat video profil yang diuplaod di Youtube. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan adanya strategi branding untuk mengenalkan produk-produk batik ciprat kepada masyarakat luas melalui media sosial. Kegiatan branding ini tentunya perlu dilakukan pendamping dalam bentuk kolaborasi antara pihak akademisi, pemerintah desa dan pelaku usaha batik

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of public awareness of the earthquake victims that occurred in the Cianjur Regency. Want to analyze the educational process of the Cianjur earthquake victims and want to know the empowerment of each volunteer for the earthquake victims. The research method used is qualitative which describes the phenomena that occur in the research location. Data collection techniques in the form of direct observation of the community and environment around the disaster. Interviews with the victim community, officials, and other volunteers who were met at the research location. Documentation studies from various sources, such as the internet, information from fellow volunteers, and various Watch-Ap groups. Conclusion: (1). The implementation of the level of concern from all the people of West Java, Jakarta, and Banten are very enthusiastic to help and assist, as evidenced by the various institutions, communities, and vehicles carrying supplies in the form of funds as well as food and clothing, thronging the earthquake victim area. (2). Implementation of education directed at school-age children in the form of volunteers in the form of Trauma Healing in the form of reading the Koran using the Iqro model, quizzing learning questions, singing, and giving gifts in the form of snacks and textbooks. Community empowerment in the form of Strengthening faith and destiny as to why earthquakes occur, and information about knowledge of how earthquakes occur. Abstract

T The purpose of this research is to (1). Provide education and assistance to the community which includes counseling activities regarding the dangers of free Association for the younger generation (2). Providing services to the community includes consulting services, health services, career guidance, cooperative development services, and entrepreneurial development. This research method uses a qualitative approach, to describe the phenomenon of events in the research field. Data collection technique. Interviews with guidance participants, village officials, and people who are infected with the disease. Field observations to observe events that arise in the local community. Documentation studies in the form of archives in Setu Patok District, Cirebon Regency, and books that are the focus of community service research. Conclusion: Free Association behavior in adolescents because they do not understand Association education, and the rapid development of the era. Factors that cause free Association that can be known that pay attention to and avoid adolescent behavior. The impact of free Association on teenagers damages the future. Need to be given a good and correct understanding of free Association.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of HRD Management, including the following: Human Resource Planning, HR training, and Human Resource development. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques include field observations, in-depth interviews, and studying documentation to complete the data. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The research results in the Implementation of HR Management are not focused on the school principal, but also on the people appointed as a team. are: (1). The HR planning system is carried out by analyzing all work activities that must be carried out by all school components. Then it is stated in the Main Duties and Functions, determining positions and jobs, as well as placing personnel in positions according to capacity, capability, work experience, and example (2). The training and human resource development that is carried out is still a formality, limited to whether the training is successful or not, it is not yet oriented towards the impact of the training carried out in changing organizational behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze human resource management in improving employee performance, and analyze SWOT for management of improving employee performance. The research uses qualitative methods. The subject of this research was the Mita Asrilia Hotel, Tangerang Banten, referring to data collection sources from hotel managers, employees and visitors. The data collection method is through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis used in this research uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The first result of this research is that the hotel employee recruitment process is carried out directly by the hotel owner through file selection and interview tests. Placement of employees according to the positions needed. The employee training and development process is carried out by managers through direction and guidance as well as procedures for serving guests. Meanwhile, the performance assessment process is carried out through assessment measures, namely work quality, cooperation, creativity, discipline and responsibility. When providing compensation, especially in the form of salaries, it is given to employees differently according to the type of work and responsibilities they carry out. Then the second is the results of the SWOT analysis. From these results, weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities for improving employee performance can be identified.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kesejahteraan sekolah atau school well being sangatlah penting untuk dipenuhi untuk memperoleh hasil yang baik. Kesejahteraan sekolah yang meliputi having, loving, being dan health. Well-being menjadi penting di pakai di lingkungan sekolah, karena siswa yang sehat, merasa bahagia dan sejahtera dalam mengikuti pelajaran di kelas, dapat belajar secara efektif dan memberi kontribusi positif pada sekolah dan lebih luas lagi pada komunitas. Hubungan Interpersonal hubungan dari dua orang atau lebih yang saling tergantung satu sama lain dan menggunakan pola interaksi yang konsisten. Pemenuhan kebutuhan dapat dipengaruhi oleh suasana sekolah dan hubungan interpersonal tempat pendidikan itu berlangsung. Tidak tercapainya kesejahteraan sekolah dapat menyebabkan anak didik menjadi stres yang berakibat pada menurunan prestasi sekolah. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interpersonal relationships terhadap school well-being pada mahasiswa ilmu keperawatan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah diskriptip kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi. Sampel mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan ilmu keperawatan. Dari total populasi sampel diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling dan didapatkan hasil sebanyak 231 mahasiswa. Hasil: Hasil Analisis regresi diperoleh dimensi interpersonal relationships terhadap school well being dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,01). Penelitian ini dapat diartikan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dimensi interpersonal relationships terhadap school well-being pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Kesimpilan: Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dimensi interpersonal relationships terhadap school well-being pada mahasiswa keperawatan, faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan mahasiswa di kampus yaitu hubungan sosial yang baik, saling menghargai antar mahasiswa dan antara mahasiswa dan staf kampus, kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap fasilitas yang disediakan kampus dan kegiatan untuk mengembangkan karakter dan ketrampilan. Abstract

Latar belakang: Kecemasan merupakan respon individu terhadap suatu keadaan yang tidak menyenangkan dan dialami oleh semua makhluk hidup dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Skripsi merupakan karya ilmiah yang dibuat mahasiswa S1 sebagai syarat sarjana. Sebagian besar mahasiswa menghadapi kecemasan dalam menyusun skripsi pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 45%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan dalam menyusun skripsi yaitu faktor dari dalam diri maupun faktor dari luar mahasiswa. Relaksasi nafas dalam merupakan sebuah keadaan dimana seseorang terbebas dari tekanan dan kecemasan atau kembalinya keseimbangan. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap kecemasan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi skripsi Metode: Jenis penelitian pre-eksperiment dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan satu kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperiment. Populasi yang digunakan mahasiswa prodi administrasi publik. Sampel diambil sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner kecemasan HARS. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Uji-T Paired Sample Test. Hasil: Didapatkan 30 responden mengalami kecemasan dengan kategori ringan 10,0%, kategori sedang 83,3%, kategori berat 6,7%. Setelah diberikan perlakukan, tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa menurun yaitu dengan kategori normal 13,3%, kategori ringan 73,3% dan kategori sedang 13,3%. Hasil uji SPSS didapatkan Sig (-tailed) 0.000. Simpulan dan Saran: Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam berpengaruh untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa. Disarankan bagi mahasiswa untuk menerapkan terapi relaksasi sebagai jalan alternatif untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan, dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk meneliti/mengukur fisiologisnya dan melihat faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhinya.
