Abstrak Tindak Pidana adalah suatu perbuatan yang pelakunya dapat dikenakan hukuman pidana. Pelaku ini dapat dikatakan merupakan “subyek” tindak pidana. Bahwa pertanggungjawaban pidana diartikan sebagai diteruskannya celaan yang objektif yang ada pada perbuatan pidana dan secara subjektif memenuhi syarat untuk dapat dipidana karena perbuatannya itu. Yang dimaksud dengan kesalahan adalah Kesalahan adalah dasar untuk pertanggungjawaban. Kesalahan merupakan keadaan jiwa dari si pembuat dan hubungan batin antara si pembuat dan perbuatannya. Mengenai keadaan jiwa dari seseorang yang melakukan perbuatan, lazim disebut sebagai kemampuan bertanggung jawab, sedangkan hubungan batin antara si pembuat dan perbuatannya itu merupakan kesengajaan, kealpaan, serta alasan pemaaf.Dengan demikian, untuk menentukan adanya kesalahan, dalam pidana subjek hukum harus memenuhi beberapa unsur, antara lain: Adanya kemampuan bertanggung jawab pada si pelaku, Perbuatannya tersebut berupa kesengajaan (dolus) atau kealpaan (culpa); Tidak adanya alasan penghapus kesalahan atau tidak adanya alasan pemaaf. Pengertian “Sengaja dan Tidak Sengaja” dalam hukum pidana Indonesia adalah Kesengajaan itu adalah “menghendaki” dan “mengetahui” (willens en wetens). Maksudnya adalah seseorang yang melakukan suatu perbuatan dengan sengaja itu, haruslah menghendaki (willens) apa yang ia perbuat dan harus mengetahui pula (wetens) apa yang ia perbuat tersebut beserta akibatnya. Kata Kunci : Kesalahan, kesengajaan, kealpaan Abstract Criminal action is an act for which the perpetrator is subject to criminal penalties. This perpetrator can be said to be the "subject" of a criminal act. Whereas criminal liability is defined as the continuation of an objective reproach that is in the criminal act and subjectively meets the requirements to be convicted of that act. What is meant by error is error is the basis for accountability. Mistakes are the mental state of the maker and the inner connection between the maker and the deeds. Regarding the mental state of a person who does an action, it is commonly referred to as the ability to be responsible, while the mental relationship between the maker and the action is deliberate, negligent, and excuses for forgiveness. Thus, in order to determine an error, a legal subject must fulfill several elements, among others: The ability to be responsible to the perpetrator, the act is in the form of intent (dolus) or negligence (culpa); There is no excuse for erasing mistakes or the absence of excuses for forgiveness. The definition of "Intentional and Unintentional" in Indonesian criminal law is intentional, it means "willing" and "knowing" (willens en wetens). The point is that someone who commits an act deliberately, must will (willens) what he does and must also know (wetens) what he is doing and its consequences.

ABSTRAKManajemen coaching dalam penyelenggaraan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya dalam bimbingan akademik bertujuan mendorong inisiatif, memberikan penghargaan, dan menstimulasi kreativitas mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian: mengetahui efektivitas model manajemen coachingbimbingan akademik terhadap indeks prestasi (IP) mahasiswa. Metode: Desain penelitian quasi experiment. Sampel dipilih dengan tehnik purposive sampling sejumlah 30 orang mahasiswa dari Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Mataram di kelas Mataram sebagai kelompok perlakuan dan 30 orang mahasiswa dari Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Mataram di kelas Bima sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data menggunakan IP semester II dan semester III. Intervensi yang dilakukan ialah pembimbingan akademik berdasarkan manajemen coaching untuk kelompok perlakuan dan metode konvensional untuk kelompok kontrol selama 1 semester. Analisis data untuk menguji perbedaan efektivitas kedua kelas tersebut menggunakan uji independet t-test dengan tingkat kemaknaan α:0,05. Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan efektivitas pencapaian nilai sesudah penerapan model manajemen coaching di kelas Mataram dan metode konvensional di kelas Bima dengan hasil p value 0,000. Diskusi: Manajemen coachingdapat membangun komunikasi yang intens dengan mahasiswa, semakin coach memiliki hubungan yang dekat dengan coachee maka akan timbul kepercayaan sehingga tujuan bersama akan lebih cepat tercapai. Saran: Diharapkan penelitian terkait pembimbingan akademik dengan pendekatan manajemen coaching dapat dilakukan dengan sampel yang lebih besar. Kata Kunci: indeks prestasi, manajemen coaching Effectiveness of Academic Guidance Coaching Management Model on Nursing Department Students' Grade Point Average ABSTRACTCoaching management in implementing the Three Pillars of Higher Education, especially in academic guidance, aims to encourage initiative, provide rewards, and stimulate student creativity. Objective: To identify the effectiveness of the academic guidance coaching management model on students’ grade point average (GPA). Methods: This research employed a quasi-experimental research design. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique, consisting of 30 students from the Nursing Department of Poltekkes Kemenkes Mataram in the Mataram class as the treatment group and 30 students from the Nursing Department of the Poltekkes Kemenkes Mataram in the Bima class as the control group. The data used GPAs from semester II and semester III. The interventions carried out were academic guidance based on coaching management for the treatment group and conventional methods for the control group for 1 semester. Data analysis to test the differences in the effectiveness of the two classes used an independent t-test with a significance level of α:0.05. Results: There was a difference in the effectiveness of attaining grades after applying the management coaching model in the Mataram class and the conventional method in the Bima class with a p-value of 0.000. Discussion: Coaching management can build intense communication with students. The more the coach has a close relationship with the coachee, the more trust will develop so that common goals will be achieved more quickly. Suggestion: It is expected that research on academic guidance with a management coaching approach can be conducted with a larger sample.Keywords: grade point average, management coaching

Kreativitas adalah kemampuan untuk mempergunakan imajenasi dari berbagai kemungkinan yang diperoleh dari interaksi dan ide atau gagasan orang lain untuk membuat koneksi, mendapatkan hasil baru dan bermakna. Oleh karena itu guru perlu mengembangkankreativitas pada saat membuat media pembelajaran. Pelatihan media pembelajaran berbantuan Geo-Gebra guru TK YP Tridaya Mandiri bertujuan memberikan motivasi dan arahan membuat media pembelajaran yang kreatif. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5 Mei terdiri dari 7 orang peserta dalam bentuk workshop. Evaluasi pelatihan dengan memberikan tugas membuat animasi gerak sesuai ide peserta pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh kreativitas guru sangat signifikan. Berdasarkanobservasi pada saat proses pelatihan diperoleh gambaran tentang motivasi dan antusias peserta pelatihan sangat baik.

Stichopus hermanii can be used as a medicinal material, a source of animal protein, and wound healing medicine products. Extracts as raw materials for products must go through a standardization process to ensure pharmaceutical reproducibility, a therapeutic quality, and to ensure a consistent and uniform final composition. The purpose of this research was to determine the test results of the standardization parameters of Stichopus hermanii extract from Pelapis Island, West Kalimantan as raw material for wound healing herbal medicinal preparations. Preparation of extracts using the maceration method with 96% ethanol. The extract was standardized with specific parameters, including organoleptic, water and ethanol soluble content, phytochemical screening, and protein content, and non-specific parameters, including drying shrinkage, water content, ash content, and acid insoluble ash content. The test results obtained were a water-soluble content of 61.89%, ethanol-soluble content of 41.81%, protein content of 7.62%, drying shrinkage of 38.81%, water content of 20.58%, ash content of 37.95%, and acid insoluble ash content of 2.07%.

This research aims to compare the management of Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Integrated Pembina State, and Rabbi Rodiyyah Early Childhood Education, West Bandung Regency. These comparative aspects include comparisons of curriculum management, student management, teaching staff, infrastructure management, and financial management to improve the quality of learning at the two educational institutions. Data sources are teachers and students from both schools. Data collection techniques include observations at research locations at both institutions, mandala interviews with teachers and students, and documentation in the form of meeting notes, archives, and other literature to complement the data. Along with developments in this era of globalization, it is the hope of each individual to look at a bright future with diverse human life conditions by fulfilling various existing needs, Islam is present which offers a concept in growing and developing the communitys economy so as to create social welfare as a whole. This concept does not only apply to Muslims, but also to all individuals on this earth because it is in line with the definition of Islam as a religion that is rahmatan lil alamin, which means Grace to all nature. The emergence of Islamic economics is aimed at building an economic framework based on religious sources so that a state economic order is formed based on justice as well as equality for the birth of a civilized society under the protection of Allah SWT. Every human activity in Islam has a principle with a measurement of the value of his merits and sins. Everything that is done by humans and has the value of worship will get a reward, and everything that contains the value of harm or harms one party will be worth a sin in the eyes of the creator. In life and quality formation of human character, Islam bases economic development on the formation of each individual who is directed to God as controlling every human action in daily mu'amalah. people who prioritize economic changes only with spiritual matters, they still deviate from God's law, each economic actor and government play an important role in creating prosperity in every level of society. Abstrak Lalu lintas merupakan salah satu sarana komunikasi masyarakat yang memegang peranan penting dalam memperlancar pelaksanaan pembangunan nasional. terdapat tiga komponen utama terjadinya lalu lintas yaitu manusia sebagai pengguna, kendaraan dan jalan yang saling berinteraksi dalam pergerakan kendaraan yang memenuhi persyaratan kelayakan dikemudikan oleh pengemudi mengikuti aturan lalu lintas yang ditetapkan berdasarkan peraturan perundangan yang menyangkut lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan melalui jalan yang memenuhi persyaratan geometric. Bagaimanakah upaya penanggulangan pelanggaran Pasal 293 Ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Penelitian hukum yang normatif atau penelitian doktrinal, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan atau ditujukan untuk mengkaji isi peraturan-peraturan yang tertulis atau bahan-bahan hukum lainnya. Faktor pelanggaran Pasal 293 Ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan. Upaya penanggulangan pelanggaran Pasal 293 Ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan. Perlunya dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi yang bersifat menyeluruh dan komprehensif melalui beragam media dengan mengedepankan rasionalitas dan urgensi pentingnya aturan hukum. Perlunya meningkatkan kesadaran bagi masyarakat untuk mengikuti dan menjalankan setiap peraturan yang ada di dalam Undang-Undang No 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan demi kelancaran arus Lalulintas dan keselamatan pengendara. Polisi Lalu Lintas diharapkan agar lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam menangani pelanggaran lalu lintas dan agar lebih memperhatikan kualitas dan kuantitas personil petugas Polisi Lalu-Lintas agar dalam penanggulangan pelanggaran lalu liantas tidak menemui kendala dan berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. It is necessary to carry out comprehensive and comprehensive socialization activities through various media by prioritizing the rationality and urgency of the importance of the rule of law. Burns are one type of wound in which tissue damage occurs due to contact with heat sources such as water, hot fire (liquid), electrical chemicals and radiation. Wound care with natural ingredients has been widely used by the community traditionally. One of the most widely used plants is turmeric, turmeric is used as an anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant antiseptic, anorexia medicine for wounds and liver disorders. Turmeric contains the compound curcumin (Curcuma domestica Val) which can accelerate reepithelialization, cell proliferation, and collagen synthesis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of turmeric extract on wound healing in grade II burns. This study is a true experimental type of research with a post only test design with control group design which will use two groups, namely the treatment group who will be given wound care with turmeric extract and the control group who will be given standard wound care with NaCl compresses. The results showed that the wound granulated 7 days faster than the control group. The results of statistical tests using Man Whitney showed a significant difference in the duration of granulation wounds in the two groups (p = 0.002 < 0.05). The results showed that the epithelial wound was 7 days faster than the control group. The results of statistical tests using Man Whitney showed that there was a significant difference in the length of the epithelial wound in the two groups (p = 0.018 < 0.05). The results showed that there was no significant difference in the duration of wound reorganization in the turmeric extract plaster and NaCl plaster group (p=0.988 > 0.05). The conclusion in this study was that there was a significant difference in the length of the wound to granulate and epithelialize, but in tissue reorganization, the results were not significant between turmeric extract and NaCl.

Telah dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) untuk guru kimia MGMP Kabupaten Gresik. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah melatihkan penyusunan soal berbasis argumentasi. Hal ini dikarenakan berdasarkan hasil angket pra PKM menunjukkan guru belum melakukan penilaian pada keterampilan argumentasi peserta didik. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan mulai tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru peserta pelatihan memberikan respon yang sangat baik terhadap kegiatan pelatihan. Peningkatan kemampuan argumentasi berdasarkan hasil pretes postes dengan perkembangan rendah 15,385%, sedang 23,077% dan tinggi 61,538%. Kemampuan guru dalam menyusun soal berbasis keterampilan argumentasi telah tercapai 100%. Kegiatan ini menjadi Langkah awal bagi para guru untuk melatihkan lebih lanjut ke peserta didiknya mengingat pentingnya kemampuan argumentasi ini
