Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Pawnshop (Persero) UPC Mancasan Yogyakarta. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research that aims to confirm the data obtained. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 100 customers. This research was conducted at PT. Pawnshop (Persero) UPC Mancasan Yogyakarta. The technique of collecting data is using a questionnaire technique. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS version 23. This analysis includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and F test, and coefficient of determination test (R Square). Based on the t-test data analysis conducted in this study, it can be seen that the brand image variable has no partial significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.170 > 0.05, and the service quality variable has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. While the results of the F test can be seen that the variable brand image and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. While the effect of the two variables on customer satisfaction if presented is 62.4% and the remaining 37.6% is explained by other variables that are not included in the statement in this study. Abstract

The purpuse of this research was to find out the level of healthy LKM Ngudi Lestari Girimarto from 2015-2019 that based on the regulation of the deputi field of supervision of the state ministry of cooperative and small and medium enterprise of republic indonesia No. 06/Per/Dep.06/IV/2016. The study was acase study. Subject of the research is the employee in LKM Ngudi Lestari Girimarto in 2015 until 2019. Object of the research is the level of healthy cooperative throught 7 aspect. Data was obtained through interview, observation, and questionare. The data analysis technique used in this research was a comparation technique based on the regulation of the deputi field of supervision of the state ministry of cooperative and small and medium enterprise of republic indonesia No. 06/Per/Dep.06/IV/2016 about the guidelines for the health assessment of cooperatives and units of savings and loans. Based on the analysis, it was found that in 2015 Ngudi Lestari Girimarto was categorized as “Under Supervision”, with total score 57,65. In 2016 was categirized “healthy Enough”, with total score 68,15. In 2017 was categorized “Healthy Enough”, with total score 66,50. In 2018 was categorized “Healthy Enough”, with the total score 67,75. In 2019 was categorized “Healthy Enough”, with total score 70,25. Keywods: Level of saving loan, Perdep 2016.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strong influence of WorkMotivation, Compensation, and Work Environment on EmployeePerformance at PT. Taru Martani 1918 Yogyakarta.This type of research uses quantitative research methods. Thepopulation in this study were all employees of PT. Taru Martani 1918Yogyakarta, namely 206 employees and the sample in this study weresome employees of PT. Taru Martani 1918 Yogyakarta, namely 70employees. This research uses primary data sources by distributingquestionnaires directly where respondents only choose the answersprovided. The analytical tests used in this research are researchinstrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regressionanalysis tests, t and F hypothesis tests, R correlation coefficient tests, andcoefficient of determination tests.The results of the F test show a significant F value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 anda correlation coefficient value of R Square of 0.920. Thus, it can beconcluded that the variables Work Motivation, Compensation and WorkEnvironment have a strong and significant influence on the performance ofPT employees. Taru Martani 1918 Yogyakarta, so H1 is accepted. Basedon the results of the t test, the Work Motivation variable (X1) shows asignificance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, so that the Work Motivation variablehas a significant effect on Employee Performance, so H2 is accepted. TheCompensation Variable (X2) shows a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05,so that the Compensation variable has a significant effect on EmployeePerformance, so H3 is accepted. The Work Environment variable (X3)shows a significance value of 0.007 &lt;0.05, so that the Work Environmentvariable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, so H4 isaccepted. The correlation coefficient R is 0.959, which means that theRayen &amp; Edi - Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi dan LingkunganPage 2independent variable and the dependent variable show a very strongrelationship. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) obtainedan Adjusted R Square value of 0.917 or 91.7% and the remaining 8.3%was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang dapat berpengaruhpada kepuasan dan disiplin kerja karyawan yang ada di PT. PLN (Persero) AREASurakarta. Model penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah modelstruktur berjenjang dan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan digunakan teknikanalisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) yang dioperasikan melalui programSmartPLS 2.0 M3.Berdasarkan hasil Analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa Gayakepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja, Komitmen organisasiberpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja, Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasankerja dengan, dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Modelpengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadapdisiplin kerja menghasilkan nilai R-square yang menunjukkan model baik. Artinyavariabilitas konstruk disiplin kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabilitas konstruk gayakepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Adapun model pengaruhgaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja menghasilkannilai R-square yang menunjukkan model moderat, artinya variabilitas konstrukkepuasan kerja yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabilitas konstruk gaya kepemimpinan,dan komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of using Big Data Analytics on the quality of audits and the time it takes to complete audits in fintech companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022. Using a purposive sampling method, data from 20 companies were analyzed to assess the impact of Big Data Analytics on these factors. The results indicate that using Big Data Analytics reduces the time it takes to complete audits but does not directly impact the quality of audits. Furthermore, research has demonstrated that audit delay has a detrimental effect on the quality of audits, suggesting that extended delays might undermine the results of audits. However, the presence of audit delay does not mediate the effect of Big Data Analytics on audit quality. This implies that the advantages of Big Data Analytics in audit quality are relatively unaffected by delays. These findings highlight the importance of utilizing Big Data Analytics to improve the efficiency of audits. However, the impact on audit quality may be restricted, offering valuable information for improving audit procedures in the fintech sector.

Abstract

Crane Based Well Services (CBWS) is a new technology in oil well maintenance in the oil and gas world. Tately N.V. is one of the marginal oil and gas companies, has implemented several CBWS campaigns in their oil wells. This study examines how the analysis and management of occupational safety risks arising from these activities. In CBWS activities, there are several potential hazards in the stages of its activities, including the danger of gas coming out of the well, the danger of wild sprays, the danger of lifting tools failure, the danger of working at heights, the danger of high pressure release, the danger of pinch points, the danger of irregular material swings and the danger of crane legs collapsing. Activities with these potential hazards have a high to moderate risk of causing work accidents. To reduce the risk of accidents from CBWS activities, Tately N.V. has taken mitigation measures for each potential hazard identified. The results of the study showed that the mitigation measures were quite successful with a decrease in the risk assessment to light, so that activities can be carried out with the mitigation that has been carried out. This study shows that much simpler and more economical CBWS activities can be carried out safely and with zero accidents by implementing the recommended mitigation or prevention measures to reduce existing K3 risks.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah bisnis non-keuangan menghadapi masalah arus kas sebagai akibat dari epidemi COVID-19. Purposive sampling adalah metode pilihan untuk penelitian ini. Penulis menggunakan model Altman Z-Score untuk mengevaluasi tekanan moneter. Variabel current ratio dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap financial distress sebelum pandemi, sedangkan DER (Debt-to-Equity Ratio), Total Asset Turnover, Inflasi, dan Suku Bunga tidak berpengaruh. Sementara profitabilitas, inflasi, dan suku bunga semuanya berkontribusi positif terhadap kesulitan keuangan sebelum dan selama pandemi, DER memiliki dampak sebaliknya. Rasio lancar dan Total Asset Turnover juga ditemukan tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress selama pandemi. Temuan penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk membuat keputusan bisnis di masa depan, karena dapat menjelaskan penyebab kesulitan keuangan yang dialami oleh perusahaan non-keuangan selama wabah COVID-19

Abstract

In this study, it was aimed to determine the pedagogical principles for building functional science literacy of school children in line with the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) by examining the performing countries in PISA. The statistical results of the PISA results reports of China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Estonia were compared with the results of Kazakhstan. It was concluded that students in the top-ranked countries actively participate in scientific activities, enjoy practicing scientific activities, exhibit high-level cognitive skills, test and monitor the results of scientific research, and compete in national and international activities. The economic status of the family, learning environment, discipline, school equipment, and the number of teachers in the school are among the factors affecting children’s science literacy. Teachers’ continuous participation in in-service trainings, keeping their motivation at a high level, choosing different teaching methods, encouraging students to conduct research and activating high-level cognitive skills were considered among the most important reasons for good results in science PISA research. It is recommended that countries that want to rank higher in an international platform such as PISA should implement student-centered activities in their educational reforms and create educational environments where students can test their high-level skills.

Abstract

The use of motorized vehicles in daily life can have a negative impact, namely traffic jams and accidents originating from traffic violations, thus requiring law enforcement efforts. This research aims to find out, analyze and criticize law enforcement regarding traffic violations. This research aims to explore the importance of improving human resources (HR) of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) in implementing electronic traffic fines as an effort to enforce the law against traffic violations. Traffic violations are a common problem in big cities, often caused by the increasing number of motorized vehicles. Electronic fine enforcement, or Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE), utilizes technology such as CCTV cameras to detect violations and increase the transparency and efficiency of the legal process. This research uses an empirical juridical type, namely an approach that aims to examine the extent to which law is implemented and functions in society. which in this research is research that uses literature, which involves collecting data through book review literature, journals and official documents. The data collected aims to analyze the relevance of law enforcement theory and practice in the context of electronic fines. The research results show that electronic fines support more modern and efficient law enforcement while helping to improve road safety and order. However, the success of implementing ETLE is very dependent on the competence of Polri's human resources. Therefore, improving the quality and capacity of Polri's human resources is very important to ensure the sustainability of digital transformation in traffic law enforcement.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Sukawangi terkenal sebagai sentra penghasil kopi terbesar di provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil panen yang tinggi menyebabkan limbah kulit kopi menumpuk di pemukiman warga dan menjadi masalah lingkungan. Solusi dari masalah limbah ini adalah pengolahan menjadi produk minuman fungsional kesehatan. Tim Dosen UHAMKA melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan pengolahan limbah kulit kopi sebagai minuman instan kesehatan, sekaligus bernilai jual ekonomis, serta dapat dapat dikategorikan sebagai produk halal. Tujuan kegiatan meningkatkan hardskill mitra dalam mengolah limbah pasca panen kopi. Mitra merupakan kelompok tani (poktan) yang terdiri dari 25 orang warga desa yang sehari-hari aktivitasnya petani kopi dan peternak. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung kepada mitra tentang manfaat kulit kopi dan proses pembuatan produk hingga kemasan, serta strategi pemasaran secara digital. Kegiatan diikuti dengan antusias dan hasil evaluasi berupa wawancara dan angket yang diberikan, peningkatan keterampilan peserta dibandingkan sebelum mereka mengikuti pelatihan (pemahaman meningkat sebesar 80%).Abstract: Sukawangi Village is known as the largest coffee-producing centre in West Java province. High harvest results in coffee skin waste piling up in residential areas and becoming an environmental problem. The solution to this waste problem is processing it into a functional health drink product. The UHAMKA Lecturer Team through community service activities provides education and training on processing coffee skin waste as an instant health drink, as well as having economic value, and can be categorized as a halal product. The purpose of the activity is to improve the hard skills of partners in processing post-harvest coffee waste. Partners are farmer groups consisting of 25 villagers whose daily activities are coffee farmers and livestock breeders. The activities were carried out using lecture methods and direct practice to partners about the benefits of coffee skin and the process of making products to packaging, as well as digital marketing strategies. The activity was followed enthusiastically and the results of the evaluation in the form of interviews and questionnaires given, increased participant skills compared to before they took the training (understanding increased by 80%).
