Abstract

Latar belakang. Unit sekolah merupakan wadah strategis dimana terdapat populasi remaja yang mengelompok dalam tatanan sekolah. Keberadaan remaja dalam tatanan sekolah sangat efektif diberdayakan guna memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan komprehensif dan terintegrasi dalam wadah posyandu remaja. Posyandu remaja pada tatanan sekolah dalam mendukung memperluas jangkauan puskesmas pelayanan kesehatan peduli remaja dengan mengutamakan pelayanan promotif dan preventif. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah terealisasinya pembentukan posyandu remaja berbasis pemberdayaan sekolah sebagai upaya pelayanan kesehatan peduli remaja di SMP Negeri 7 Kota Semarang. Metode dengan pendekatan pemberdayaan sekolah meliputi rekruitmen kader remaja, pelatihan kader remaja dan simulasi posyandu remaja, launching dan pelaksanaan posyandu remaja, pendampingan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dan pembahasan.  Kegiatan pengabdian diawali koordinasi dengan pihak mitra. Kemudian dilakukan rekruitmen siswa sebagai calon kader yang selanjutnya dilakukan pelatihan kader selama 2 hari. Kader diberikan materi terkait pelaksanaan posyandu remaja, praktek simulasi posyandu remaja, praktek pengukuran tekanan darah, pengukuran lingkar lengan atas, pengukuran berat badan, tinggi badan, lingkar perut, pengisian KMS, pemeriksaan fisik remaja, konseling, pengisian buku posyandu remaja. Kader yang telah dilatih untuk selanjutnya mengikuti simulasi, lounching dan pelaksanaan posyandu remaja.dengan manajemen 5 meja. Kegiatan pengabdian menghasilkan posyandu remaja wadah kesehatan anak muda SMP Negeri 7 Kota Semarang “Posrem Wakanda Spentura”. Posrem Wakanda Spentura sebagai upaya pelayanan kesehatan peduli remaja didukung oleh 54 siswa sebagai kader kesehatan sekolah dari unsur kelas VII, VIII, IX. Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader dalam pelaksanaan posrem mengalami peningkatan rata-rata baik 37%menjadi 87% Simpulan. Posrem Wakanda Spentura menjadi wadah kesehatan peduli remaja dan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta ketrampilan siswa dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan remaja pada tatanan unit sekolah.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Meningkatnya kasus Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) secara signifkan akan menambah beban masyarakat dan pemerintah, karena penanganannya membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sebentar, biaya yang besar dan teknologi tinggi. Peningkatan tren PTM diikuti oleh pergeseran pola penyakit, sebelumnya penyakit jenis ini biasanya dialami oleh kelompok lanjut usia, akan tetapi kini mulai mengancam kelompok usia produktif. Apabila tren PTM usia muda naik, maka upaya Indonesia untuk menghasilkan generasi penerus bangsa yang sehat dan cerdas menuju Indonesia maju pada 2045 mendatang akan sulit tercapai. Untuk mengatasi tingginya PTM, pemerintah telah membuat suatu terobosan program Posbindu PTM sejak tahun 2012. Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan upaya deteksi dini, preventif dan promotif melalui pembentukan Posbindu PTM institusi di wilayah Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang. Posbindu ini merupakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat untuk mencegah penyakit tidak menular dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasinya.Metode: Keberhasilan pembentukan Posbindu PTM di desa belum diimbangi dengan jumlah Posbindu PTM di institusi. Dari sisi manajemen pelaksanaan, implementasi Posbindu PTM institusi sangat memungkinkan karena didukung dengan regulasi, sumber daya manusia/kader yang berpendidikan, partisipan/sasaran yang mengelompok di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang serta waktu pelaksanaan berdasarkan kesepakatan. Hasil: Dengan adanya Posbindu PTM institusi, diharapkan menjadi daya ungkit bagi upaya kesehatan berbasis masyarakat khususnya deteksi dini, pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyakit tidak menular. Terkait dengan beberapa alasan tersebut maka dilakukan progam pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pengembangan Posbindu PTM institusi Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang. Dengan terbentuknya Posbindu PTM institusi maka semakin banyak usia dewasa yang sehat dan produktif melalui deteksi dini faktor risiko PTM dan upaya-upaya pencegahannya sehingga menjadi sumber daya yang tangguh untuk membangun ekonomi bangsa.

Abstract

Currently, digital technology needs to be considered in Oil and Gas (Oil and Gas) companies. The Indonesian government revealed that the digital economy is a national economic recovery. Therefore, all business sectors, including the oil and gas sector, need to pay attention to the important role of technology in stimulating business. Quoted from Bisnis.com, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said that the oil and gas industry contributes investment of US$ 10 billion per year. This paper discusses the impact of technological innovation in the oil and gas industry on productivity and economic welfare. The literature review will outline recent developments in oil and gas technology. The data and methodology used cover a specific time period to understand the relationship between technological innovation and economic development. The results of this analysis provide an in-depth understanding of the contribution of technological innovation to economic growth and societal well-being, providing valuable insights for future policy making

Abstract

Various factors, including changes in commodity prices, domestic production, trade policies, and geopolitical considerations, can impact the value of oil and gas imports and exports. In addition to technological innovation, economic fluctuations can also be influenced by changes in global demand, domestic production, and trade policies. The value of oil and gas imports and exports may experience fluctuations over time and between nations. The Perdag No. 21 of 2019 and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2001 pertaining to oil and natural gas govern export and import regulations, respectively. These documents provide a clear framework for the management of oil and natural gas resources in Indonesia and aim to harmonize regulations in the oil and gas sector. Natural gas, in addition to enhancing industry oversight and transparency, should be subject to scrutiny, as economic development can be influenced by export and import revenues. The government can subsequently manipulate this information to curb inflation, thereby contributing to the preservation of the nation's economic stability.

Abstract

As a solution to overcome the problems in the Cost Recovery Production Sharing Contract system, the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has issued Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 08 Year 2017 on Gross Split Production Sharing Contract. This new regulation was issued due to the decline in the discovery of oil and gas reserves and the decline in non-tax state revenue (PNBP) from the upstream oil and gas sector. The Gross Split Production Sharing Contract scheme also aims to reduce bureaucracy in investment to attract investors to conduct exploration and exploitation in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects related to Gross Split regulations in improving the investment climate in the upstream oil and gas sector, as well as to evaluate the role of the Oil and Gas Special Task Force as an institution responsible for controlling and supervising the activities of the Cooperation Contractor in the Production Sharing Contract.

Abstract

In the digital era which is increasingly developing rapidly, information technology and the internet have revolutionized the way humans communicate. One of the impacts is the emergence of social media as the main platform for interacting and exchanging information. Social media such as Instagram has become an inseparable part of human life. This platform is not only a means of obtaining information, but also a forum for sharing and disseminating information to a wide audience. However, easy access to information on social media, including personal data and privacy, opens up opportunities for abuse. This needs to be taken care of so that interactions on social media are safe and avoid danger. Personal data is an important element of human rights, closely tied to personal rights and the right to privacy. This is confirmed in the 1945 Constitution and human rights principles which guarantee security for every individual. In Indonesia, personal data protection is still weak, the personal data law has just been enacted in Law no. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. as one source of leakage of personal data information due to low awareness of users regarding personal data security. This is made worse by the lack of education and training from Instagram.

Abstract

Security Management is a systematic process for managing and protecting organizational assets from various threats, both internal and external. TikTok Shop is a marketplace that is integrated with the TikTok social media platform, which has experienced rapid growth in the number of users and transactions. However, data security and consumer privacy are still key issues that have a significant influence on consumer behavior. This research aims to analyze how big a role security management plays in consumer behavior among users of the TikTok Shop marketplace based on the values contained in Pancasila. This research uses a qualitative method which is carried out by conducting a literature review of scientific articles, journals and books. The research results show that Pancasila has an important role, which refers to security management having an important role in shaping consumer perceptions and trust in TikTok Shop. The dimensions of data security and privacy, as well as ease of access to security information, are the main factors influencing consumer behavior. There are Pancasila values that play a role in Security Management and influence consumer behavior, such as; Security and Protection, Justice and Welfare, Order and Discipline, as well as Cooperation and Unity. By integrating Pancasila values in creating a better environment for TikTok Shop users. Increasing the transparency of security information and easy access to privacy information can increase consumers' positive perceptions of the platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of oil and gas exports on the Indonesian economy using the national values approach based on the 1945 Constitution. This research is motivated by the strategic role of the oil and gas sector in the national economy and the importance of implementing national values in the management and utilization of the oil and gas sector for the welfare of the people. The methodology used is analysis with data obtained from literature studies related to Indonesia's oil and gas exports. The results showed that oil and gas exports have a significant influence on the Indonesian economy, both in terms of state revenue, trade balance, and contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, the management of the oil and gas sector still faces several challenges, including fluctuations in world oil prices, declining production, and environmental issues. The implementation of national values based on the 1945 Constitution in this analysis includes the principle of benefits for the people of Indonesia, sustainable management of natural resources, and equitable distribution of welfare. This study suggests that Indonesia's oil and gas export policy should be more directed towards strengthening national energy security, economic diversification, as well as implementing the principles of sustainable development and social justice in accordance with the values contained in the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Indonesia in carrying out obligations and daily activities. Both in personal life, social life, and even the wealth that exists on earth. The 1945 Law as a legal basis for the impact of state revenues on oil and gas industry activities in Indonesia is expected to be implemented in aspects of the oil and gas industry. This regulation is contained in Market 3 No. 22 of 2001 which regulates the objectives of implementing the oil and gas industry. State income is a crucial concern in the development and economy of a country as well as in improving the quality of life of citizens as a whole. As a country that has abundant natural resource wealth, especially oil and natural gas, Indonesia relies on oil and natural gas income as a form of income for the development and welfare of the people. The implementation of national values in the 1945 Constitution is reflected in the government's efforts to ensure that oil and gas industry activities contribute maximally to state income, while still paying attention to environmental sustainability and community welfare. The impact of state revenues from the oil and gas industry in Indonesia is greatly influenced by regulations and policies implemented by the government, including in terms of natural resource management, distribution of production results, and tax and royalty revenues. Apart from that, protecting consumer rights and environmental sustainability are also main concerns in implementing national values in the context of the oil and gas industry.

In an effort to reduce economic dependence on the oil and gas sector, the country needs to diversify through various policies such as infrastructure investment, fiscal policies that support non-oil and gas sectors, education and training for skilled labor, research and innovation, export promotion, international partnerships, wise management of natural resources, support for SMEs, public-private partnerships, and continuous evaluation. Economic diversification is considered essential to achieve sustainable economic growth and to be resilient to fluctuations in world oil prices. Oil and gas trade, non-oil and gas exports, and foreign investment play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy. Economic diversification and the development of alternative energy sources are key to mitigating the economic risks associated with oil price fluctuations. Although challenges and constraints exist, the long-term benefits of economic diversification are vital for economic stability and sustainable growth. Oil and gas trade has a significant impact on Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to state revenues but is also vulnerable to fluctuations in oil and gas prices in the global market. Therefore, economic diversification is an important strategy to reduce the economic risks associated with dependence on the oil and gas sector. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of oil and gas trade and its impact on the Indonesian economy.
