Abstract

PLN is a state-owned company which operates in the fields of electricity generation, electricity supply, telecommunications, finance and maintenance services. In accordance with the existing electricity supply law, the Indonesian state-owned company which is given the authority to manage the electricity industry, starting from the industrial, housing, business, government office and public street lighting sectors is PT. PLN. Apart from that, PT. PLN is also obliged to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people by fulfilling electricity needs in accordance with the 5th principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is the literature review journal method. This research is to describe the extent to which national values originating from Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution are implemented in PT's security management strategy. PLN to increase satisfaction with meeting the electricity needs of the Indonesian people. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of security management strategies at PT. PLN is based on national values, namely the 5th principle of Pancasila and Law Number 30 of 2009 concerning Electricity Articles 28a and 28b. PT. PLN as a state-owned business actor which is fully obliged and responsible for its design in accordance with existing laws, must ensure that the security management system implemented by this company covers security and safety aspects in its operations.

Abstract

In the constantly advancing era of digitalisation, ensuring cyber security has become essential in preserving the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of organisational data. The primary focus of this research is to emphasise the importance of cybersecurity awareness in safeguarding systems and information. The 1945 Constitution serves as the primary governing document for the government and legal system. The 1945 Constitution enacts legislation that ensures freedom of expression, a pertinent principle in cyber security. This research aimed to examine the role of security management in enhancing cyber security by applying principles in accordance with the 1945 Constitution. This research identified the factors affecting cyber security awareness and proposed strategies to enhance user awareness through a comprehensive literature review and examined recent findings. Security management is essential for guaranteeing the security of IT systems and infrastructure. Based on a literature review, this study determined the role of security management in assisting organisations in identifying, managing, and addressing security threats effectively. In addition, the hypothesised findings concluded that advancing cyber security in Indonesia is a fundamental aspect of state sovereignty, as stated in the 1945 Constitution and the principle of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). These findings demonstrated the significance of comprehending cyber security for users and organisations and the necessity of international cooperation in the realm of national security in cyber. By gaining a more comprehensive comprehension of the function of security management, it is anticipated that organisations can enhance security protocols and mitigate security vulnerabilities as they confront the challenges of the present digital age.

Abstract

In the context of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the introduction of new technology, workplace safety has become a crucial aspect, especially in the manufacturing sector. In facing these challenges, it is important for the manufacturing industry to integrate proactive and integrated safety strategies. Employee safety and welfare is not only a moral responsibility, but also reflects the company's commitment to protecting human assets, in accordance with the values and principles of the 1945 Constitution. This research aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate picture of strategy implementation safety management at PT Denso Indonesia in achieving Zero Accident, in line with Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety. The research results highlight that most work processes at PT Denso Indonesia have a high level of risk, however, the company has adopted safety management strategies to prevent accidents that are detrimental to employees and the company. In implementing this strategy, PT Denso Indonesia prioritizes national values by considering the principles of the 1945 Constitution. Efforts such as Safety Dojo and SCW are used to improve safety, while technology such as PIR sensors are also applied to prevent accidents. Success in achieving Zero Accident is influenced by consistency, employee participation, and strategy integration into a company culture that is based on national values. Thus, safety in the workplace is not only a goal, but also reflects the spirit of harmony between the interests of the company, employees and the nation, in accordance with the principles of the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

In an era of rapid digital transformation, Indonesia faces major challenges in ensuring security, privacy and compliance are maintained. With increasing cyber threats in the country, BSSN and the Government must be more careful about potential large-scale security breaches and must prioritize building strong defense mechanisms to protect Indonesia's digital assets. Therefore, Cyber Security is the main pillar for the progress and sustainability of Indonesia's digital transformation. Then, legal provisions were issued in the form of Criminal Code Legislation and ITE Law no. 11 of 2008. The research method used in writing this article uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This research aims to provide an explanation regarding the compilation of national values originating from the 1945 Indonesian Constitution (UUD 1945) and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) regarding security management. Specifically, this research examines the role of security management in dealing with cybercrime and strengthening digital defenses. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a reference for further research in increasing readers' insight and knowledge regarding the theme of this article.

Abstract

One of the local food ingredients that can be used as a base for making pastry as an alternative diet for obesity in children is banana tubers and mango leaves. Banana stems and mango leaves can be processed into flour which can reduce damage and increase added value. Banana hump flour and mango leaves can be processed into various snacks, one of which is The Angel Pastry. The higher fiber and antioxidant content by substituting banana hump flour and mango leaves in the angel pastryhas the potential to be a filling snack. The aim of this research was to determine the level of preference for The Angel Pastry formulation with the substitution of banana hump flour and mango leaves. The experimental design used in this research was RAL (Completely Randomized Design). The substitution formulation for banana hump flour and mango leaves in making The Angel Pastry is 0,15, and 30%. The resulting Angel Pastry will be tested for the level of liking of 30 semi-trained panelists. The results showed that the substitution of banana hump flour and mango leaves had asignificant effect on the parameters of color, aroma, taste and texture preference level. Substitution of banana hump flour and mango leaves in making The Angel Pastry at 15% is the best treatment with a color preference level value of (4.72); aroma (4.89); taste (4.48); texture (4.82).Keywords: the angel pastry,banana flour, mango leaves, sensory evaluation

Abstract

The use of medicinal plants as a complementary therapy or adjuvant treatment is also increasingly popular among people who are looking for a holistic and natural treatment approach. Belimbing wuluh leaves have potential as a natural ingredient for wound healing. Research mapping related to the effectiveness of starfruit leaves in the wound healing process with a bibliometric analysis approach is needed to see how much and to what extent research has been carried out and to find updates that can be carried out for further research. The aim of this research is to explore the trend of the number of publications, which fields are most approved for publication, network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization on the topic of the effectiveness of starfruit leaves and wound healing through bibliometric analysis. This research method uses bibliometric data analysis. The data source used in this study was based on an online search via https://app.dimensions.ai/. Data collection was carried out on July 14, 2023. The literature search used the stages following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses flowchart. A search for publications related to the effectiveness of starfruit leaves and wound healing resulted in 709 articles. After screening through the specified criteria, a total of 23 articles were obtained. Research on the effectiveness of starfruit leaves and wound healing is not only carried out by the fields of medicine, veterinary medicine, public health or nurses but also by other fields. Fields such as chemistry, biological sciences, agriculture, food science, and biomedical sciences. In addition, current trends in the effectiveness of starfruit leaves and wound healing focus on the effects of treatments, traditional medicines and plants in Indonesia.

Abstract

Incidents of clients experiencing sudden cardiac arrest in the inpatient setting or unexpected and unavoidable deaths in the inpatient setting are common. One of the efforts to improve quality related to patient safety in hospitals is the application of the Early Warning System (EWS) to clinical changes in patients in hospital inpatient installations. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of EWS in clients with cardiovascular system disorders, including the risk of seriousness, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, use of oxygen supplements, systolic blood pressure, pulse frequency, level of consciousness, and body temperature. This study is an observational descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents was 48 people, namely clients who were treated with diseases of the cardiovascular system. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The characteristics of respondents obtained in this study showed that the majority of respondents were female (54.2%), the majority of medical diagnoses were congestive heart failure, which was 43.75%, and the average length of stay was 4.63 days. Most of the patient's risk of seriousness was in the moderate category, namely 22 respondents (45.8%). Assessment of clients with cardiovascular system disorders with EWS in this study can predict the level of patient care so that preventive measures can be taken. Recommendations for future research are research on predicting patient mortality using EWS.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit degeneratif dan kronis yang sering terjadi pada lanjut usia (lansia). Hipertensi menduduki proporsi tertinggi dari seluruh penyakit tidak menular sebesar 68,6%. Hipertensi yang tidak ditangani dengan baik akan menimbulkan komplikasi seperi gagal jantung, gagal ginjal, dan stroke. Komplikasi dapat terjadi oleh beberapa faktor seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dan life style yang buruk. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia dalam manajemen hipertensi dengan harapan perilaku pemeliharaan kesehatan meningkat dan tekanan darah menurun. Metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan. Subjek berjumlah satu orang klien dengan kriteria inklusi usia >60 tahun dengan tekanan darah >140/90 mmHg, tanpa komplikasi, dan telah menandatangani informed consent. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yaitu fungsi kognitif 93%, afektif 87% dan psikomotor 66%. Edukasi kesehatan menggunakan media leaflet dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan merubah perilaku pemeliharaan kesehatan dan menurunkan tekanan darah dari 169/97 mmHg menjadi 145/91 mmHg.

Abstract

Hipertensi pada lansia jika tidak terkontrol akan menimbulkan komplikasi, maka dari itu lansia perlu memahami terkait hipertensi dan melakukan self-management untuk menjaga kestabilan tekanan darah. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan metode edukasi audiovisual dapat meningkatkan self-management pada lansia penderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kelurahan Meteseh RW 21 RT 04. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi kasus deskriptif berfokus pada kasus dan dianalisis dengan menerapkan asuhan keperawatan, sampel pada studi kasus ini dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar kuesioner dan alat pengukuran tekanan darah digital, prosedur pada studi kasus ini sebelum diberikan edukasi audiovisual durasi 8 menit, tekanan darah diukur dan mengkaji tingkat pengetahuan terkait hipertensi, setelah 7 hari diberikan penerapan dilakukan evaluasi. Lansia yang mengalami hipertensi mampu meningkatkan self-management, pengetahuan lansia meningkat, serta penurunan tekanan darah. Studi kasus ini yaitu edukasi audiovisual efektif dalam meningkatkan self-management pada lansia penderita hipertensi.

Abstract

This research uses literature study analysis to evaluate the influence of oil and gas exports, non-oil and gas exports and foreign investment on Indonesia's economic growth. The results show that dependence on the oil and gas sector has a negative impact on economic growth, while growth in non-oil and gas exports and foreign investment has a positive impact. Economic diversification through increasing non-oil and gas exports and appropriate foreign investment can reduce dependence on the oil and gas sector and increase Indonesia's economic resilience. However, keep in mind that the interaction between these variables is not always linear and can affect overall economic growth.
