Abstract

As a solution to overcome the problems in the Cost Recovery Production Sharing Contract system, the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has issued Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 08 Year 2017 on Gross Split Production Sharing Contract. This new regulation was issued due to the decline in the discovery of oil and gas reserves and the decline in non-tax state revenue (PNBP) from the upstream oil and gas sector. The Gross Split Production Sharing Contract scheme also aims to reduce bureaucracy in investment to attract investors to conduct exploration and exploitation in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects related to Gross Split regulations in improving the investment climate in the upstream oil and gas sector, as well as to evaluate the role of the Oil and Gas Special Task Force as an institution responsible for controlling and supervising the activities of the Cooperation Contractor in the Production Sharing Contract.

Abstract

In the digital era which is increasingly developing rapidly, information technology and the internet have revolutionized the way humans communicate. One of the impacts is the emergence of social media as the main platform for interacting and exchanging information. Social media such as Instagram has become an inseparable part of human life. This platform is not only a means of obtaining information, but also a forum for sharing and disseminating information to a wide audience. However, easy access to information on social media, including personal data and privacy, opens up opportunities for abuse. This needs to be taken care of so that interactions on social media are safe and avoid danger. Personal data is an important element of human rights, closely tied to personal rights and the right to privacy. This is confirmed in the 1945 Constitution and human rights principles which guarantee security for every individual. In Indonesia, personal data protection is still weak, the personal data law has just been enacted in Law no. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. as one source of leakage of personal data information due to low awareness of users regarding personal data security. This is made worse by the lack of education and training from Instagram.

Abstract

Security Management is a systematic process for managing and protecting organizational assets from various threats, both internal and external. TikTok Shop is a marketplace that is integrated with the TikTok social media platform, which has experienced rapid growth in the number of users and transactions. However, data security and consumer privacy are still key issues that have a significant influence on consumer behavior. This research aims to analyze how big a role security management plays in consumer behavior among users of the TikTok Shop marketplace based on the values contained in Pancasila. This research uses a qualitative method which is carried out by conducting a literature review of scientific articles, journals and books. The research results show that Pancasila has an important role, which refers to security management having an important role in shaping consumer perceptions and trust in TikTok Shop. The dimensions of data security and privacy, as well as ease of access to security information, are the main factors influencing consumer behavior. There are Pancasila values that play a role in Security Management and influence consumer behavior, such as; Security and Protection, Justice and Welfare, Order and Discipline, as well as Cooperation and Unity. By integrating Pancasila values in creating a better environment for TikTok Shop users. Increasing the transparency of security information and easy access to privacy information can increase consumers' positive perceptions of the platform.

Abstract

Pancasila is the basis of the Indonesian state with values ​​originating from Indonesian culture and culture, viewing life as an Indonesian way of life and reflecting respect for human dignity and human rights. As an open ideology, Pancasila has the freedom to follow current developments and introduce it to the behavior of Indonesian society. In the case of correctional institutions, the ideal goal is disciplinary and reform initiatives that are primarily based on the values ​​of Pancasila. Prisoner development is a system that includes various elements such as philosophy, legal basis, goals and system approach. Communication is key to fulfilling the prison officer's mission, especially when it comes to effective safety management. The revitalization of correctional administration is aimed at improving the implementation of correctional tasks, objectivity in assessing changes in inmates' behavior, the role of community leaders, security of correctional institutions, and protection of ownership of evidence. However, challenges remain, including a lack of police training, unsafe working conditions, and inadequate facilities. Therefore, this research aims to identify the causes of conflict between prisoners, assess the implementation of security controls, analyze obstacles in their implementation and find solutions to overcome these obstacles.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and Workload on the Security Management System at PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. Through qualitative analysis with in-depth interviews, this research highlights the importance of good K3 implementation in increasing the effectiveness of a company's security management system. A safe and healthy work environment was found to have a positive impact on employee productivity and reduced risk of work accidents. Apart from that, this study also found that excessive workload can disrupt employee efficiency and affect awareness of work safety practices.The legal basis for Occupational Safety and Health (K3) begins with the 1945 Constitutions (UUD 1945) Article 27 paragraph (2). The influence of K3 and workload on the security management system was found to be simultaneous, emphasizing the need for good management of these two factors to strengthen the success of the company's security management system.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze cyberbullying which includes definitions, aspects, factors, characteristics, impacts and prevention. Cyberbullying is bullying that is carried out repeatedly on purpose, such as making fun of, or activities that intervene and also degrade the target being bullied on social media, for example Instagram. This act of cyberbullying has a negative impact on victims of bullying, especially teenagers, who dominate the use of social media. According to a 2018 survey in Indonesia, 49% of internet users experienced cyberbullying and only 3.6% reported incidents of cyberbullying. Cyberbullying can be interpreted as a variety of offenses regulated in general criminal law in Indonesia, namely those contained in the Criminal Code (KUHP). The articles of the Criminal Code that are relevant in regulating cyberbullying offenses are those listed in Chapter without the right to distribute and/or transmit and/or make accessible electronic information and/or electronic documents which contain defamatory or insulting content. The method used in this research is literature study by comparing theories and previous research then looking at the similarities and differences, where in this research the researcher uses relevant theories then the data used in this research is in the form of journals, articles and books. The results of the research that has been carried out provide information on the impacts experienced by victims of cyberbullying, such as depression, anxiety, and withdrawal from social life. Self-control and ways to prevent cyberbullying behavior are: having ethics when using social media, not just talking and being able to make the right decisions, and being able to choose a good environment so that we don't avoid cyberbullying behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of National Values Sourced from the 1945 Constitution and NKRI in Comparison of Shopee Online Shop Features that Affect the Decision of the State Commercial Sector. And also aims to find out the security features of a Shopee E-commerce application whether the security system is good, safe, accurate or not. because user data security is a major factor affecting the trust of application users. Users will be reluctant to use the application and choose to make purchases elsewhere if they feel their personal data is not safe. Internet users' fears have grown as a result of increased cyberattacks and data leaks in recent years. Therefore, better and more secure security management is needed for user data management. Additionally, the data from this study will be used to inform future investigations that will be conducted to establish relationships between different variables. The following is how the results of the literature study are presented in this article: 1. Shopee for e-commerce, 2. perceived security, 3. security, and 4. security management.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has made it easier for users from time to time. Social Media has become a part of everyday life to get, share and disseminate information. One of the negative impacts of using social media is the leaking of personal information and the loss of privacy of social media users. Information system security is an asset that needs to be protected. Especially in Indonesia, laws related to this issue need to be implemented properly. Indeed, there are some scattered provisions on privacy and personal data protection in various laws and regulations in Indonesia, which are not enough to facilitate the development of Indonesia's digital economy. The method used in this study is to use literature studies and descriptive analysis this study aims to clarify the concept of law enforcement in Indonesia and the application of law to the security of data privacy of social media users.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of oil and gas exports on the Indonesian economy using the national values approach based on the 1945 Constitution. This research is motivated by the strategic role of the oil and gas sector in the national economy and the importance of implementing national values in the management and utilization of the oil and gas sector for the welfare of the people. The methodology used is analysis with data obtained from literature studies related to Indonesia's oil and gas exports. The results showed that oil and gas exports have a significant influence on the Indonesian economy, both in terms of state revenue, trade balance, and contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, the management of the oil and gas sector still faces several challenges, including fluctuations in world oil prices, declining production, and environmental issues. The implementation of national values based on the 1945 Constitution in this analysis includes the principle of benefits for the people of Indonesia, sustainable management of natural resources, and equitable distribution of welfare. This study suggests that Indonesia's oil and gas export policy should be more directed towards strengthening national energy security, economic diversification, as well as implementing the principles of sustainable development and social justice in accordance with the values contained in the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Indonesia in carrying out obligations and daily activities. Both in personal life, social life, and even the wealth that exists on earth. The 1945 Law as a legal basis for the impact of state revenues on oil and gas industry activities in Indonesia is expected to be implemented in aspects of the oil and gas industry. This regulation is contained in Market 3 No. 22 of 2001 which regulates the objectives of implementing the oil and gas industry. State income is a crucial concern in the development and economy of a country as well as in improving the quality of life of citizens as a whole. As a country that has abundant natural resource wealth, especially oil and natural gas, Indonesia relies on oil and natural gas income as a form of income for the development and welfare of the people. The implementation of national values in the 1945 Constitution is reflected in the government's efforts to ensure that oil and gas industry activities contribute maximally to state income, while still paying attention to environmental sustainability and community welfare. The impact of state revenues from the oil and gas industry in Indonesia is greatly influenced by regulations and policies implemented by the government, including in terms of natural resource management, distribution of production results, and tax and royalty revenues. Apart from that, protecting consumer rights and environmental sustainability are also main concerns in implementing national values in the context of the oil and gas industry.
