Abstract

Latar belakang :Gangguan mual muntah biasanya berlangsung hingga minggu ke dua puluh kehamilan yang ditandai dengan mual tidak terkendali serta muntah-muntah hampir sepuluh kali tiap hari, hal ini lebih dikenal dengan istilah hiperemesis gravidarum. Stres dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya hiperemesis gravidarum dimana stres ini merupakan bentuk psikologik yang memegang peranan yang penting pada penyakit. Data yang didapatkan peneliti di BPS Ny. Sayidah Kendal menunjukkan terdapat 110 ibu hamil dengan keluhan mual muntah sebanyak 57 ibu hamil. Tujuan : mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester I di Bidan Praktik Swasta (BPS) Ny. Sayidah Kendal. Metode :Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil trimester I yang melakukan kunjungan ANC di BPS. Ny. Sayidah Kendal pada Juli 2011-Juni 2012 yang berjumlah 387 orang. Teknik samplingnya adalah quota sampling dengan jumlah 79. Hasil : penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar tingkat stress yang dialami oleh ibu adalah dalam kategori ringan (79,7%) yang ditandai oleh seringnya merasa kesulitan untuk tenang setelah sesuatu yang mengganggu, sebagian besar tidak terjadi hiperemesis (78,5%). Simpulan : hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat stress dengan kejadian hiperemesis pada ibu hamil tri mester I di BPS Ny. Sayidah Kendal.

Abstract

Directional Drilling is a drilling method that is used if there are obstacles so that the well cannot be drilled vertically. The first step in carrying out directional drilling requires planning a trajectory as a guide or reference when carrying out directional drilling. In this report, trajectory analysis was carried out to determine the parameter values used as a reference for the MST-01 well, where the results obtained from trajectory analysis on the MST-01 well were KOP 200 ftMD with a maximum inclination of 50.01°, horizontal drilling direction, namely N60 .2E, EOB length of 1667 ftMD with a total path length of 3212.19 ftMD. The trajectory model for the MST-01 well is Build and Hold with a radius of 1909.86 feet. By comparing the results of manual analysis and software, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the two.

Abstract

Operasi anjungan akomodasi offshore di lingkungan lepas pantai merupakan kegiatan yang kompleks dan memerlukan fokus khusus pada aspek manajemen mutu, pengendalian risiko, dan keselamatan kerja. Dalam upaya untuk mengoptimalkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan operasi, pendekatan yang holistik dan terintegrasi diperlukan. Manajemen mutu menjadi pondasi utama dalam memastikan bahwa seluruh tahapan operasi mencapai standar kualitas tertinggi. Pengendalian risiko, sebagai elemen kritis dalam lingkungan lepas pantai yang penuh tantangan, menjadi landasan untuk menjalankan operasi secara lebih aman dan efektif. Identifikasi dan mitigasi risiko yang cermat membantu dalam mencegah potensi gangguan serius. Penerapan Analisis Keselamatan Kerja (Job Safety Analysis/JSA) menjadi langkah proaktif untuk mengidentifikasi risiko keselamatan di setiap tugas. Dengan menganalisis langkah-langkah pekerjaan, para pemangku kepentingan dapat merancang tindakan pencegahan yang efektif untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman.Quality Assurance (QA) dan Quality Control (QC) menjadi instrumen utama dalam memastikan bahwa setiap output operasi memenuhi standar kualitas yang ditetapkan. QA memastikan kesesuaian proses operasional dengan kebijakan dan prosedur, sementara QC memantau hasil akhir untuk menjamin kepatuhan terhadap standar kualitas.Implementasi integratif manajemen mutu, pengendalian risiko, Analisis Keselamatan Kerja, dan QA/QC bertujuan untuk mencapai optimasi operasi anjungan akomodasi offshore. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga menghadirkan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan andal. Keseluruhan, langkah-langkah ini berkontribusi positif terhadap keberlanjutan industri minyak dan gas di perairan lepas pantai.

Abstract

 Nurses’ work stress must be managed well. Work stress can affect nurses’ performance, reduce service quality, and cause turnover intention. The 2018 PPNI survey showed that 50.9% of Indonesian nurses experienced work stress. A preliminary study at K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Hospital Semarang of 10 nurses in special units stated that 90% experienced work stress. The SAMRY (Stress Adaptation and Guided Imagery) model can reduce nurses’ work stress. This technique combines the application of the concepts of mahfudzat and guided imagery so that it can create relaxation distractions and increase adaptive coping patterns. This research aims to determine the effect of the SAMRY model on nurses’ work stress. The research method uses a pre-experiment with a pre-post-test one-group design. The population is 223 nurses who work in special units. Sample of 35 respondents using a purposive random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by assessing work stress pre and post-intervention. The research instrument used the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) questionnaire. The results of the study reported an average pre-intervention work stress score of 114 and post-intervention 78.26. Data analysis using the paired sample t-test obtained p-value=0.000 (p0.05). It can be concluded that there is an influence of the SAMRY model on nurses’ work stress.

Abstract

Anemia defisiensi zat besi adalah masalah serius remaja putri, dipicu oleh minimnya asupan gizi, terutama zat besi. Prevalensi anemia ini tinggi di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia, dengan risiko seperti menstruasi dan pola makan tidak sehat. Pemberian tablet penambah darah adalah salah satu solusi, tetapi kepatuhan remaja putri masih rendah. Dukungan keluarga sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan ini dengan memberikan motivasi, pengawasan, dan dukungan. Penelitian memiliki tujuan menganalisis dukungan keluarga dalam kepatuhan minum obat anemia untuk remaja putri. Penelitian menerapkan metode deskriptif korelasi menerapkan pendekatan cross-sectional serta total sampling, melibatkan 101 remaja putri kelas X di SMA N 1 Mranggen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan rank spearman. Rata-rata usia responden adalah 15,56 tahun dan kadar Hb rata-rata 9,905 g/dL. Sebanyak 61 responden (60,4%) tidak patuh mengonsumsi tablet, dan 51 responden (50,5%) mendapat dukungan keluarga buruk. Hasil menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan dukungan keluarga dan kepatuhan konsumsi obat anemia (p 0,000).

Abstract

Cost Recovery is a vital element in production sharing contracts (PSCs) within the oil and gas sector, allowing contractors to recover costs incurred during exploration and production through revenues generated from oil and gas production. This mechanism has a direct impact on the sustainability of operations and the management of natural resources, which in turn plays a critical role in supporting the national economy.This study aims to analyze the role and contribution of the cost recovery scheme in enhancing Indonesia's economic development, focusing on optimizing state revenue, increasing both foreign and domestic investment, and promoting the development of sustainable energy infrastructure. The method used in this study is a literature review, which includes data from journals and published articles.The main findings of the study show that the cost recovery scheme not only functions as an instrument to ensure the sustainability of upstream oil and gas operations but also has a significant impact on other economic aspects. In the context of national economic development, this scheme contributes to increasing state revenue through taxes and royalties, creating jobs, and supporting local economic development in oil and gas-producing regions. Moreover, cost recovery opens up opportunities for technology transfer and enhances human resource capacity in the energy sector.

Abstract

Oil production from a reservoir will naturally decrease or even not be able to produce at all. This condition does not necessarily indicate that the oil reserves in the reservoir have run out. If we only rely on primary production methods (primary recovery), it is likely that there is still a lot of oil left in the reservoir, so advanced production methods are needed to be able to drain the oil that is still left in the reservoir. Advanced oil recovery technology or Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) continues to develop to overcome the challenges in increasing oil production from reservoirs that have entered the secondary or tertiary production stage. One method that has attracted attention is Miscible Gas Flooding (MGF), which involves injecting certain gases into the reservoir. This method allows the creation of perfect mixing conditions (miscible) between the injected gas and the oil in the reservoir, thereby increasing the efficiency of oil transfer and maximizing recovery results. This technology is a solution to maximize the potential of oil wells that have experienced decreased productivity. The main principle of Miscible Gas Flooding is to reduce the interfacial tension between oil and gas, and reduce the viscosity of the oil, so that the oil can flow more easily to the production well. Commonly used gases include carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrogen (N₂), or light hydrocarbons such as methane and ethane. With the right pressure and temperature, these gases can mix homogeneously with oil, resulting in higher displacement efficiency compared to water or immiscible gas injection methods. These advantages make MGF one of the most effective approaches to increase oil well productivity in complex reservoirs. Although promising, the implementation of Miscible Gas Flooding requires careful planning and a comprehensive evaluation of reservoir conditions. Factors such as the minimum pressure to achieve miscibility, the type of gas used, and potential disturbances such as fingering or channeling must be carefully considered. In addition, operational costs and the infrastructure required are also aspects that need to be taken into account.

Abstract

The formation of a strong identity is a complex process involving the harmonisation of cognitive, affective and conative aspects within the individual. This research aims to examine how the concept of ‘cipta, rasa, karsa, and self-control’ in Javanese philosophy can be a relevant framework in building a strong identity in the modern era. Through literature study and qualitative analysis, this research reveals that ‘cipta’ refers to the ability to think critically and creatively, ‘rasa’ is related to emotional intelligence and empathy, ‘karsa’ refers to the will and goal-oriented actions, and ‘self-control’ relates to the ability to regulate emotions, thoughts, and behaviour. These four aspects are interrelated and mutually reinforcing in forming the foundation of a strong identity. The results of the study show that the integration of creation, rasa, karsa, and self-control can equip individuals with high adaptability, strong resilience, and solid moral values. Individuals with a strong identity tend to have clear life goals, are able to make wise decisions, and are able to establish positive social relationships. This research also highlights the importance of cultural context in the formation of identity. The concept of ‘cipta, rasa, karsa, and self-control’ derived from Javanese philosophy can provide a unique and relevant perspective for Indonesian society. However, further adaptation and development is needed so that this concept can be effectively implemented in the context of modern life.

Abstract

Currently, oil and gas still play an important role as fuel in the industry. The 'TI' field is located in the Jambi Sub Basin, South Sumatra, which is one of the hydrocarbon-producing areas. The research area focuses on the Baturaja Formation. The processed data is in the form of wireline logs from 4 wells, core data and also mudlog data from TI-1 well. In the analysis of facies and depositional environments there are 3. In the subarcose interval in the off reef depositional environment on the open shelf. Furthermore, the second is foraminifera facies with limestone characteristics containing fine sand grains. This facies is found in the reef core depositional environment. Third, there is a coral mudstonedolostone facies with characteristics of few siltstones to fine sand grains found in the outer lagoonal depositional environment. Based on petrophysical calculations, the cut off value of Vsh is 40%, the cut off phie is 3%, and the cut off sw is 70%. From the results of the analysis and comparison of each well, it can be concluded that the TI-1 and TI-2 wells in the reef core depositional environment and also the outer lagoonal have the best quality with good hydrocarbon content. So that in the future further exploration and development can focus on these facies to increase the effectiveness of field development.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia berubah dari tahun ke tahun, menurut data dari Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. Ekspor dan inflasi adalah dua komponen yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), artikel ilmiah, serta sumber lainnya yang dikumpulkan adalah meliputi data pertumbuhan ekonomi migas di Indonesia. Jangka waktu yang digunakan adalah tahun 2019-2023. Jenis data adalah time series (runtun waktu). Data time series adalah data yang menggambarkan suatu perkembangan dari waktu ke waktu atau periode secara historis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur review. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada sektor migas 5 tahun terakhir dari rentang 2019-2023.
