Abstract

Leptospirosis is an infectious disorder of animals and humans and the diseases produce high morbidity and substantial mortality in in tropical and subtropical regions. It is characterized by a broad spectrum of clinical manifestations, varying from asymptomatic infection to fulminant, fatal disease. In cases involving both icterus and acute kidney injury (AKI), timely diagnosis and appropriate management are crucial, especially in resource-limited settings like district hospitals. A 19-years-old man was referred to dr. H. Koesnadi District Hospital emergency department with fever, nausea, and jaundice six days prior to admission. On Physical examination, he was found to be febrile (38,5oC), icteric with conjunctival injection but no suffusion, hepatomegaly, and jaundiced skin. Laboratory tests demonstrated leukocytosis, thrombocytopen, elevated trasminase levels, hyperbilirubinemia, hyponatremia, as well as elevated renal function. IgM Leptospira was positive. He was successfully treated with antibiotics and supportive therapy. Leptospirosis in human infection occurs after exposure to environmental sources, mainly animal urine, contaminated water or soil, or infected animal tissue. In its mild form, leptospirosis may present as nonspecific symptoms such as fever, headache, and myalgia. Severe leptospirosis, are characterized by jaundice, hepatorenal failure, encephalopathy, and pulmonary hemorrhage. Leptospires are highly susceptible to a broad range of antibiotics. Penicillin IV is the main treatment for sever leptospirosis but ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, or doxycycline is a satisfactory alternative. With timely intervention, even severe cases involving icterus and AKI can be managed effectively, reducing morbidity and mortality in district hospital.

Abstract

It is undeniable that the presence of MSMEs has a positive impact on the people's economy. Of course, with this positive impact, MSME actors must be aware of the importance of implementing an accounting system in running their business. This article wants to discuss the extent to which the application of the accounting recording system is carried out by MSME actors in Pela Mampang Village. This article uses accounting theory or concepts. This article also uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques from primary sources by interviewing several MSME actors at the research location and secondary from books and journals. This article concludes that there are still many MSME actors in Pela Mampang Village who do not realize or understand the importance of an accounting recording system in running their business. They only do simple recording. There are several obstacles faced by them, including limited understanding, the accounting recording system is considered complicated and unimportant, the low level of education of MSME actors, and no initiative to take part in recording training according to accounting standards.

Abstract

Analisis Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat Oleh: Suharto NIM 21020023 Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana motivasi kerja pegawai Kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat, dan upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai. Tujuan peneliatian ini adalah untuk menganalisa motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat, serta untuk mengetahui upaya apakah yang dilakukan untuk bisa meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisa data yang dipakai adalah analisa kualitatif yaitu menalarkan variabel yang diteliti secara kualitatif berupa informasi yang didapat dari informan kualitatif tanpa memakai statistika. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat. Dari penelitian ini dimana informan penelitian yaitu Bapak Camat, Sekcam, Kasi kesos, pegawai di kantor Camat Merapi Timur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat di kategorikan masih kurang baik, oleh karena itu penulis mengharapkan agar Camat Merapi Timur supaya bisa meningkatkan lagi kerja pegawai supaya lebih baik lagi dengan didukung dengan pemberian motivasi yang sesuai supaya para pegawai di kantor camat Merapi Timur bisa meningkatkan motivasi kerjanya secara baik dan maksimal. kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah motivasi kerja pegawai kantor Camat Merapi Timur di kategorikan masih kurang baik itu disebabkan karna adanya pegawai yang bermalas-malasan dalam bekerja dan dari tingkat kedisiplinan para pegawai tersebut. Saran dari penulis yaitu di harapkan kepada pimpinan di kantor Camat Merapi Timur agar bisa meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kualitas kerja para pegawai di kantor Camat Merapi Timur.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan promosi produk dilaksanakan di kampus Universitas PGRI Jombang berupa pelatihan luring bagi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi pada matakuliah praktek kewirasuahaan untuk memasarkan produk sendiri secara khusus sebagai latihan produk makanan ringan. Kegiatan pelatihan berbagai materi pemasaran produk aspek-aspek desain konten produk, cara memasarkan produk secara langsung dan dan memasarkan produk dalam media social. Langkah pertama, kegiatan dengan menggali kendala dan usaha produk makanan ringan yang sudah ada dipasaran, proses sosialisasi pada mahasiswa yang berminat mengikuti pelatihan, dilakukan pelatihan berupa teori dan praktik, melakukan pendampingan promosi produk dalam media social. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, beberapa produk makanan ringan telah dibuat oleh mahasiswa sebagai wujud reatifitas, desain konten produk dipasarkan melalui social media. Proses pelaksanaan pelatihan mendapatkan respon positif dari mahasiswa dengan harapan akan dapat membentuk wirausaha baru yang kreatif bagi mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Jombang .

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terdapat pada tempat ibadah di lokasi Griya Kebraon Karangpilang, mencari kemungkinan solusinya dan menindaklanjuti solusi tersebut sehingga masyarakat muslim setempat meningkat semangat ibadahnya. Berdasarkan data dan informasi dari masyarakat dilakukan analisis SWOT untuk menemukan solusi dan mengimplementasikannya. Dari hasil analisis ditetapkan bahwa tempat ibadah tetap hidup dan meningkatkan semangat beribadah bila dibentuk pengurus ketakmiran yang mengelola. Setelah terbentuknya pengurus ketakmiran tempat ibadah di lokasi Griya Kebraon Karangpilang, masyarakat merasa tenang dan senang untuk dapat beribadah di tempat ibadah yang disediakan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ditempat tersebut dilaksanakan karena belum ada lembaga atau masyarakat yang melaksanakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lokasi tersebut dan melaksanakan program solusi atas permasalahan yang ada di lokasi tersebut.

Abstract

Research Aim: This research aims to develop a conceptual framework that bridges the green economy paradigm with local wisdom, thereby achieving sustainable development. Design/Method/Approach: This conceptual research employs a constructivist approach, utilizing critical literature analysis and conceptual synthesis to develop a framework. Research Finding: The research findings present a conceptual framework that integrates green economic principles—namely, resource efficiency, emission reduction, and social justice—with elements of local wisdom, including traditional values, customary practices, and local ecological knowledge. The framework emphasizes the importance of integration mechanisms, including dialogue and collaboration, recognition and reward, adaptation and innovation, as well as justice and equality. Theoretical contribution/Originality: The theoretical contribution of this research is to offer a new perspective on the green economy by including a dimension of local wisdom, which is often overlooked in the mainstream literature Practical/Policy Implication: By practical implication, this framework can guide policymakers, development practitioners, and local communities in designing and implementing sustainable and inclusive green economy initiatives. Research limitation: The limitation of this study is that the conceptual framework developed is theoretical and requires further empirical validation.

Abstract

The development of a village into a tourist village is increasingly becoming a trend in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Especially village tourism related to nature tourism, agriculture, plantations, heritage sites and culture. It can be said that from the market theory, the village is the supply side and tourists are the demand side. As the supply side, the village continues to grow with the construction of infrastructure, cultural development, and trainings. In the era of modern management, the role of knowledge management and innovation has encouraged villages in Indonesia to realize the village as a tourist village. Thus there will be a multiplier effect to increase the income of rural communities. The research sample is a rural communities and local goverment officials Sunten Jaya village  as many as 150. The methods used are correlation analysis and regression to find out the relationship between knowledge management with innovation to rural tourism development. This paper will examine the relationship of knowledge management with innovation and its implications in the tourist village of Pasir Angling, Sunten Jaya Village, West Java, Indonesia. Besides, this paper also discusses the role of the University in participating in developing tourist villages.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal framework of the Draft Law on Cybersecurity and Resilience (RUU KKS) in ensuring the protection of national strategic infrastructure and data, as well as to identify potential legal issues that may arise. The background of this research is driven by the growing threats of cybercrime in Indonesia, which have significant implications for national security, economic stability, and the protection of personal data. The research method employed is normative legal research using a conceptual approach and a statute approach. The data were collected from laws and regulations, academic literature, and relevant court decisions. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive, interpreting legal principles and assessing the coherence of existing regulations with the needs of national cybersecurity protection. The findings indicate that Indonesia’s current cybersecurity regulations remain fragmented across several sectoral laws, resulting in overlaps and weaknesses in ensuring legal certainty. The RUU KKS is expected to serve as a comprehensive legal instrument that strengthens the protection of critical infrastructure, prevents cyber misuse, and balances state interests with the protection of individual rights. Anchored in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, this regulation is essential to reinforce Indonesia’s digital sovereignty.

Abstract

The phenomenon of Indonesian migrant workers’ children (APM) in Malaysia affects not only their education and well-being but also the formation of cultural identity and national character. This study aims to analyze the role of social da’wah as an instrument of Indonesia’s soft diplomacy in Malaysia, focusing on moral–spiritual development, cultural preservation, and the strengthening of national identity among APM. A qualitative case study approach was employed to explore social da’wah activities within Indonesian diaspora communities, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis of programs conducted by religious instructors, da’wah institutions, and community groups. The findings indicate that social da’wah effectively shapes positive character, preserves Indonesian cultural values, and fosters a positive image of Indonesia in Malaysian society. Integrated social da’wah strategies aligned with soft diplomacy efforts have proven to strengthen bilateral relations between Indonesia and Malaysia while also enhancing Indonesia’s position through cultural diplomacy. The study recommends strengthening collaboration between the government, Indonesian embassies/consulates (KBRI/KJRI), da’wah institutions, and community organizations to expand program outreach, improve the quality of da’wah content, and maximize the use of digital media as an effective tool for cultural diplomacy.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of work experience on employee performance, 2) determine the effect of incentives on employee performance, 3) determine the effect of work experience on motivation, 4) determine the effect of incentives on motivation, 5) determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, 6) determine the indirect effect of work experience on employee performance through work motivation, 7) determine the indirect effect of incentives on employee performance through work motivation. The research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Area Gambir with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) there is an effect of work experience on employee performance, 2) there is an effect of incentives on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of work experience on motivation, 4) there is an effect of incentives on motivation, 5) motivation has an effect on employee performance, 6) work experience has an indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation, 7) incentives have an indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation.
