Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile embodies Indonesian students as lifelong learners who have global competence and behave according to the values of Pancasila. The Pancasila Student Profile can be achieved through folk songs. Banjar folk song, as one of the art forms produced from the culture originating from the South Kalimantan region, has an appropriate meaning and can be used to realise the Pancasila Student Profile. The purpose of this research is to analyse the needs of Banjar songs to obtain data and information about: (1) Banjar songs that are relevant to the Pancasila Student Profile; (2) The needs of students in shaping the character of the Pancasila Student Profile through banjar songs; (3) Character values presented in banjar songs. This research was conducted in stages: planning, data collection, reduction, and conclusion drawing. Data analysis used a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that: (1) Banjar songs have values and meanings that are relevant to the character building of Pancasilais students; (2) Students need Banjar songs in growing the character of Pancasilais students; This finding has confirmed that Banjar songs are a product of mass culture, namely works of art produced from the cultural ecosystem. Thus, Banjar songs can be an alternative in shaping the character of Pancasila students; (3) Banjar songs have character values of noble character, global diversity, cooperation, independence, critical and creative reasoning that are relevant to the elements of the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Iklan yang mampu mengerakan dan menumbuhkan solidaritas dan kesadaran masyarakat adalah Iklan Layanan Masyarakat (ILM). Dalam perancangan komunikasi visual tidak hanya sekedar memecahkan masalah melalui konsep kreatif dalam menyusun unsur visual dan verbal, melainkan mampu memilih media yang tepat dan relevan dalam membangun komunikasi dengan masyarakat ataupun pemerintah. Fokus utama dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis komunikasi persuasif pada ILM pencegahan stunting pada anak Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah melihat empat aspek komunikasi persuasif yakni menumbuhkan kesadaran, memberikan informasi penting, sikap dan keyakinan yang kuat serta tindakan. Metode riset menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui forum group discussion (FSG) dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan yang sudah dirumuskan. Hasil dari FSG tersebut bisa dijadikan acuan dan pedoman dalam proses analisis yang dilakukan. Sebagian besar hasil diskusi tersebut memberikan argumen bahwa video ILM pencegahan stunting pada anak yang berdurasi 60 detik sudah memiliki nilai komunikasi persuasif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari tema, alur cerita, dan unsur visual dan verbal yang digunakan. Target dan capaian dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan sumbangsih dalam perkembangan disiplin ilmu Desain Komunikasi Visual.

Abstract

Indonesia's music industry is rapidly growing, with various genres and artists attracting musicians from various groups and organizations. The development of this industry has made it a highly sought-after and valuable sector for both musicians and the music industry. Major Labels are companies that manage and promote their music, promoting and preserving the rights of their artists. The success of a company can be attributed to the quality of its employees, which can be influenced by various factors such as education, skills, competencies, work ethics, motivation, health, work environment, social issues, work environment, climate change, technology, production, management, and performance. Competencies are essential for individuals to perform their jobs effectively and improve professional quality in their field. Quantitative research methods, such as data collection, analysis, and interpretation, are used to study populations and gather data. The analysis of job performance variables reveals that most employees at PT Media Music Proaktif believe that the indicators of job performance are based on job quality, quantity, performance, and performance. The most significant contribution to job performance is the importance of understanding and implementing these variables for individual and team performance, building relationships between employees and management, and creating a healthy work environment. The most significant contribution to job performance is the quality of work facilities, which can lead to job satisfaction and satisfaction, as demonstrated in the case of AC in the same area.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Analyze the effect of mutation on employee performance, 2) Analyze the influence of Career Development on Employee Performance. 3) analyze the influence of Work Morale on Employee Performance 4) How does Mutası and career development influence Performance with the mediating variable Work Morale of SMPN 193 teachers. This research was conducted on employee teachers at Pertana Negeri 193 Middle School, East Jakarta Administrative City. The sample in this study was 49 people. The sampling technique uses random analysis techniques with analysis methods using descriptive analysis methods and path analysis. The results of this research show that : 1) there is an influence of mutation on employee performance. 2) there is an influence of career development promotion on employee performance. 3) there is an influence of Work Morale on Employee Performance. 4) There is an influence of mutation and career development on performance with the mediating variable work enthusiasm

Abstract

This study investigates the role of arts and culture teachers in fostering student learning interest in the digital age. Arts education is crucial for shaping the character and creativity of the younger generation amidst rapid technological developments. As educators and mentors, arts teachers have a significant responsibility to connect advances in digital technology with traditional cultural values. This study conducted qualitative research involving observations and in-depth interviews with arts teachers in schools and arts education institutions. The results indicate that dance, visual arts, and music teachers not only teach arts skills but also encourage students to use digital technology for innovative artistic expression and to appreciate and preserve local culture. Furthermore, teachers are responsible for developing digital platforms that enable students to access arts resources from around the world. They are also responsible for creating learning environments that are more in line with technological advancements. This research demonstrates that enhancing digital skills for art teachers is crucial for enhancing the effectiveness of teaching and the relevance of traditional arts in the digital age. Furthermore, the results are expected to provide insights into creating arts education curricula that are more adaptive to changing times, particularly considering the challenges of increasing globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze regulations related to fake reviews on e-commerce platforms based on consumer protection laws, examine platform policies in preventing fake reviews, and identify obstacles to law enforcement. The method used is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach, using secondary, primary, and tertiary data that are analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The results of the study show that the regulation of fake reviews has been covered in the UUPK and the ITE Law, although it is not explicitly mentioned. Platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada have prevention policies, but law enforcement is constrained by the burden of proof and low consumer reporting. It is recommended that the government and e-commerce platforms develop automatic detection technology and make it easier for consumers to return goods.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) activists in Tirem Village, Sittingsampeyan District, Gresik Regency focuses on enriching literacy in order to develop the businesses of MSME activists so that they play an active role in expanding employment opportunities, increasing competitiveness and being export-oriented, meanwhile business elaboration The micro scale is aimed at leveraging community income, especially those with low incomes, especially in agricultural and fishing areas in rural areas. This service activity was held offline, involving 37 participants, including MSME activists in the Tirem Village environment. This activity was carried out smoothly according to schedule. Training and discussion are the methods chosen in this activity, with material on business permits, finance and business marketing for MSME activists. The output of this activity is an increase in the participants' understanding of how to independently apply for a business permit (NIB), manage business finances appropriately and analyze business marketing, so that business continuity and income can increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran Bank Syariah dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah. Konsep yang digunakan untuk menganlisis menggunakan STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning) dan SWOT untuk melihat keadaanpada Bank Syariah. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan sumber data yaitu data sekunder, kemudian jenis penelitiannya berupa kajian kepustakaan, selanjutnya teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu mencari literaturliteratur yang berkorelasi atau sejalan dengan inti bahasan penelitian yang berupa buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, serta analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deksriptif dimana data-data yang terkumpul dideskripsikan, kemudian dianalisis dan ditarik kesimpulan dari anlisi yang dilakukan tersebut. Analisis SWOT strategi pemasaran untuk memberikan alternatif strategi untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran pada produk Bank Syariah. Strategi SO untuk meningkatkan harmonisasi yang sudah terjalin, melakukan kerjasama kepada lembaga pendidikan. Strategi WO untuk membuka kantor cabang atau kas, meningkatkan jumlah marketing. Strategi ST, menentukan harga yang kompetitif, strategi WT untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM, pelayanan yang terbatas.

Abstract

Pemasaran bank adalah suatu proses untuk menciptakan dan mempertukarkan produk atau jasa bank yang ditujukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan nasabah dengan cara memberikan kepuasan. Bauran pemasaran merupakan kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan secara terpadu. setiap elemen tidak dapat berjalan sendiri-sendiri tanpa dukungan dari elemen lain. Elemen-elemen yang ada dalam bauran pemasaran adalah produk (product), Harga (Price), Lokasi (Place) dan promosi (promotion). Implementasi marketing mix sangat mempengaruhi tingkat pemasaran perbankan syariah. Strategi bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) perbankan suariah di dalamnya meliputi kebijakan produk, harga, promosi, tempat dan saluran distribusi, pelayanan pegawai, proses pelayanan, dan bentuk fisik kantor Bank Syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kajian dan analisis mengenai strategi bauran pemasaran dalam persepktif ekonomi islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, data dikumpulkan dengan mengadakan studi penelaan terhadap jurnal-jurnal penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dengan adanya Peningkatan minat generasi milenial di era serba Digital, serta pengenalan Bank Syariah di dalam era Digital. Setiap bank syariah memiliki beragam produk dan layanan syariah yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam mempromosikan produknya selalu ada kerjasama antar bank, maka dari itu perlunya strategi di dalam pemasaran masing-masing bank. Dunia digital selalu dikaitkan dengan pemasaran.
