Abstract

Dalam mempelajari BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing), aspek budaya Indonesia menjadi hal yang penting untuk diintegrasikan. Bahasa Indonesia berfungsi sebagai media untuk memperkenalkan keragaman budaya Indonesia di kancah global. Kemendikbud telah menerbitkan buku untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran BIPA. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengungkap komponen budaya yang terkandung dalam buku tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif deskriptif sebagai metode penelitiannya. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui pemanfaatan metode dokumentasi serta pendekatan menyimak dan mencatat. Data yang terkumpul dikaji menggunakan pendekatan agih, yang memanfaatkan bahasa itu sendiri sebagai alat penentu melalui teori kombinasi. Metodologi penyajian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pemberian penjelasan terperinci yang dilengkapi dengan penggunaan tabel dan ilustrasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa buku ini berisi total 10 unit berbeda yang mencakup empat keterampilan berbahasa. Dari total 10 unit, terdapat delapan unit yang secara khusus membahas atau mencakup tema budaya. Unit-unit ini diberi nomor 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, dan 10. Unit 5 dan 9 tidak menyertakan komponen budaya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi kemajuan pemahaman komponen budaya dalam konteks BIPA. Lebih jauh lagi, penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi pembelajar BIPA dalam memilih buku ajar yang tepat.

Abstract

This study reviewed the role of positive emotions in elementary school students that can be used to optimize the use of positive reinforcement techniques in learning. The research method used is the study of libraries using a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection related to theoretical surveys and references related to cultures, values, and norms relevant to the situation being studied. Data collection method using electronic books, scientific journals, and other scientific literature. In the context of neuroscience, positive emotions of students can affect the activity and balance of the limbic system, including parts of the brain that are associated with emotions, motivation, and learning. Positive emotions have a beneficial effect on the nerve pathways involved in mood regulation, motivation and cognitive function. A good mood such as being happy, confident, proud, building a positive learning environment can be formed from a variety of positive reinforcement techniques that teachers give to students. The use of this positive reinforcement technique is able to highlight the motivation, and student learning achievement because this technique can cultivate positive emotions of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa kelas II B pada materi bilangan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media PALANG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari 28 siswa dan obyek penelitiannya adalah peningkatan pemahaman matematis. Desain penelitiannya menggunakan model Spiral dari Kemmis dan Taggart meliputi 4 tahap dalam setiap siklusnya, yaitu tahap perencanaan (plan), tahap tindakan (act), tahap pengamatan (observe), dan tahap refleksi (reflect). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan tes pemahaman matematis. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menelaah seluruh data kualitatif yaitu dari observasi dan wawancara, untuk data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan persentase kemampuan pemahaman matematis yaitu hasil tes pemahaman matematis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bawa penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media PALANG dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa kelas II B pada materi bilangan. Kemampuan pemahaman matematis mengalami peningkatan, yaitu pada tes prasiklus presentase ketuntasan kemampuan pemahaman matematis sebesar 32%, pada tes siklus I presentase ketuntasan kemampuan pemahaman matematis sebesar 68% dan pada siklus II presentase sebesar 89%. Dapat dilihat bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media PALANG dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman matematis kelas II B SD Negeri Bendungan sebesar 21%

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IIA SDN Bendungan pada materi mengurutkan gambar  melalui model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan media Visual. Peneltian dilakukan selama dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Tahapan PTK terdiri dari empat tahapan yakni, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IIA SDN Bendungan berjumlah 26 peserta didik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan tes evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PBL berbantuan media visual mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IIA pada Materi mengurutkan gambar . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar. Pada siklus I diperoleh presentae rata-rata klasikal hasil belajar aspek kognitif sebesar 76% kategori baik, pada diklus II mengalami peningkatan rata-rata klasikal hasil belajar sebesar 92%, kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan pada aspek psikomotorik siklus I diperoleh rata-rata klasikal sebanyak 80% kategori baik, pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan peorlehan rata-rata klasikal 96% kategori sangat baik,

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang abstrak dan tidak mudah dipahami oleh anak sekolah dasar dan siswa masih menganggap matematika sebagai mata pelajaran yang sulit dan hal ini mengakibatkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Sehingga guru perlu menerapkan media pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat menjadikan siswa lebih aktif dan antusias dalam pembelajaran matematika, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan media papan penjumlahan (papena) pada materi tentang penjumlahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa kelas II A SDN Bendungan pada pembelajaran matematika penjumlahan dua bilangan dengan menggunakan papan penjumlahan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas II A SDN Bendungan yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis ketuntasan hasil belajar dan teknik deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa dan guru kelas II A SDN Bendungan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terlihat dari hasil observasi siswa sangat aktif dan antusias selama proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media papan penjumlahan. Sedangkan penerapan media papan penjumlahan (papena) mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II A SDN Bendungan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar dari pra siklus tuntas sebanyak 10 siswa (38%) dengan Siklus I tuntas sebanyak 16 siswa (62%) dan siklus II (77%) tuntas sebanyak 20 siswa.

Abstract

A good learning process is a driving factor for success in education. In the learning process students are required to be active so that learning is effective and interactive, but basically teachers are still focused on worksheet books and do not involve students and teachers do not use learning media, so that student learning outcomes are less than optimal. This research aims to determine the influence of media images of Pancasila symbols in improving PPKn learning outcomes for students at SDN Siwalan. This research uses a quantitative Pre-Experimental Design approach with the One Group Pretest Posttest type. The sample used was 27 grade 1 students at Siwalan Elementary School. The results of research that have been tested for normality in the pretest and posttest are normally distributed. Judging from the pretest results, the SPSS output has a value of 0.093 α (0.05), which means the data is normally distributed. From the SPSS output posttest results in the sig column. which has a value of 0.090 α (0.05) which means the data is normal. From the results of the paired sample t test, sig results were obtained. (2-tailed) 0.000. If sign. (2-tailed) 0.000 α (0.05) then Ha is accepted which means that there is an influence of the media of pictures of Pancasila symbols in improving the PPKn learning outcomes of class 1 students at SDN Siwalan and in the Normalized Gain test based on what has been done it is calculated using SPSS 26, the integration results are high.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction, work motivation and performance of hospital employees involving all hospital staff. Through the application of non-probability techniques, especially the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 142 respondents was obtained who met certain criteria. The data collection process requires distributing questionnaires. The purposive sampling method was deliberately used to ensure participants met the predetermined criteria. Analysis of the collected data uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction was determined to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, work motivation is also recognized as having a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

Entrepreneurship is currently experiencing significant and dynamic development. The growth rate of entrepreneurship is a sensitive issue and challenge that attracts public attention in the middle of increasingly tight competition. The development of entrepreneurship is driven by various factors, including rapid technological development and globalization. However, with the development of technology, entrepreneurship also needs to have good preparation to face increasingly tight levels of competition and can maintain and create increasingly successful entrepreneurship. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the sustainability resilience and survival of MSMEs. A quantitative method was used in this study, and incidental sampling was used to select 238 MSMEs as respondents. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out openly to MSMEs through associations that oversee the performance of MSMEs. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis software version 3.0. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive effect on the sustainability resilience and survival of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and insignificant effect, and technological progress has a positive and insignificant effect. This study provides new contributions and knowledge that an entrepreneur must be able to know what preparations must be made and how they can manage MSMEs in the midst of competition to anticipate conflicts that will occur in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on employees of the Department of Education and Culture of Cilacap Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. The population consisted of 120 employees, all of whom were selected as samples using a saturated sampling technique combined with purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study indicate that work-life balance, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction, in turn, has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Moreover, job satisfaction is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between the three independent variables and employee performance. Enhancing work-life balance, strengthening a positive organizational culture, and developing employees' emotional intelligence can improve job satisfaction, ultimately leading to better employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of creating a balanced work environment, fostering a supportive organizational culture, and developing emotional intelligence to improve employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Cilacap Regency. This research is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management in government institutions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning difficulties experienced by third-grade elementary school students in solving multiplication problems based on the Structure of the Observed Learning Outcome taxonomy. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving thirty students as participants. Data were collected through written tests, observation, and interviews to identify the level of understanding and the types of difficulties encountered. The analysis technique categorized student responses into conceptual levels, namely prestructural, unistructural, multistructural, relational, and extended abstract. The results showed that the students’ average score of 2.77 out of five indicated a moderate ability level. Approximately 36.7 percent of students answered three questions correctly, while only 6.7 percent answered all correctly. Most students were found at the multistructural to relational levels, reflecting partial conceptual understanding, while only a few reached the extended abstract level, showing complete integration of ideas. These findings reveal that students still face challenges in connecting conceptual and procedural knowledge in multiplication. The study concludes that the development of conceptual thinking in multiplication occurs gradually, emphasizing the importance of learning strategies that foster integration among concepts and structured problem-solving to enhance students’ mathematical reasoning
