Abstract

Sistem pendidikan pada saat ini diharuskan bisa mengakomodasi perbedaan karakteristik peserta didik sehingga diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan belajar setiap individu peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya belajar siswa. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan karakteristik dan kebutuhan masing-masing peserta didik sehingga diperlukan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk memfasilitasi keberagaman karakteristik tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya belajar peserta didik meliputi faktor emosi, faktor fisik, faktor lingkungan, dan faktor sosiologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek yang digunakan adalah semua siswa kelas VB SDN Kaligawe tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas VB memiliki gaya belajar yang beragam. Terbukti bahwa gaya belajar siswa menunjukkan 40,7% visual, 33,3% auditori, dan 26% kinestetik. Perbedaan inilah yang menjadi tantangan guru untuk menerapkan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 yang berkembang semakin pesat membuat penyelenggaraan pembelajaran lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengatur proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penggunaan media papan kebutuhan digunakan dalam proses belajar Pendidikan Pancasila kelas IV di SDN Kaligawe. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dua kali pembelajaran. 27 peserta didik dari kelas IV SDN Kaligawe adalah subjek penelitian ini. Hasil belajar peserta didik diamati selama proses pengumpulan data. Hanya 25% ketuntasan yang dicapai pada pembelajaran awal tanpa menggunakan media, dengan nilai hasil belajar rata-rata 67 dan ketuntasan di bawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Ini menunjukkan bahwa belum tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran menggunakan papan kebutuhan individu meningkatkan nilai rata-rata peserta didik menjadi 84 dengan ketuntasan mencapai 81%. Menurut hasil penelitian, pembelajaran kedua memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) dan terdapat peningkatan sebesar 56%. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa papan kebutuhan individu sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di SDN Kaligawe.

Abstract

The tight competition for market share forces network providers to continue to innovate in terms of speed, coverage, and price of internet services. One of the network providers that continues to improve its quality in Indonesia is Indosat Ooredoo. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price, promotion, and brand image on Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative research methods and focuses on people who live in Purwokerto. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Respondents used in this research sample were 106 according to the criteria involved in Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty. The data collection method is through a questionnaire survey measured by a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that price has a positive and significant effect on Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty, promotion has no effect and is not significant to Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty, and brand image has no effect and is not significant to Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembangkan serta mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis HOTS pada subtema Indahnya Keragaman Budaya Negeriku sebagai buku pendamping siswa kelas IV MI Al-Huda Kebonsari. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian penembangan R&D (Research and Development), dengan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV MI Al-Huda yang berjumlah 14 siswa. Dari 14 siswa tersebut digunakan untuk uji coba terbatas (4 siswa) dan luas (10 siswa). Proses kelayakan modul ini diperoleh dari hasil analisis data kevalidan dan kepraktisan. Kevalidan diperoleh dari validasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli media terhadap modul pembelajaran berbasis HOTS, diperoleh hasil rata-rata 3,37 atau > 2,50 sehingga dikategorikan dalam kriteria sangat baik dan penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,00 atau 3,50 sehingga dikategorikan dalam kriteria sangat baik. Dari kedua hasil ahli media dan ahli materi dapat diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 3,68 atau > 3,50 atau dikategorikan sangat baik. Kepraktisan diperoleh dari angket respon siswa terhadap keterbacaan menggunakan modul pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Kepraktisan dalam uji coba terbatas menghasilkan 3,53 atau > 2,50 sehingga masuk dalam kategori praktis dan kepraktisan uji coba luas, menghasilkan 3,68 atau > 3,50 masuk kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa modul pembelajaran berbasis HOTS dinyatakan sangat layak dan sangat praktis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial knowledge, financial behavior, financial attitude, dan financial skills terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi dikalangan mahasiswa di lima perguruan tinggi purwokerto. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Populasi penelitian adalah lima perguruan tinggi di purwokerto dengan jumlah 69,993 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 122 mahasiswa dari lima perguruan tinggi di purwokerto. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Software yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah SmartPls 3.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh financial knowledge, financial behavior dan financial attitude yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, sementara financial skills tidak menunjukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Implikasi penelitian ini merupakan pentingnya peningkatan literasi keuangan untuk mengelola perilaku konsumtif generasi. Temuan ini penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan terkait keuangan dan perilaku konsumtif yang sedang terjadi pada Gen Z.

Abstract

The study aims to study the impact of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance, with motivation as an intervening variable. The study analyzed data from 105 respondents using quantitative approaches and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). In addition, although compensation has a significant impact on work motivation, work discipline also strongly affects work motivations. Work motivation has been shown to mediate the relationship between compensation and employee performance. These findings suggest that in addition to competitive compensation, improving employee discipline and motivation can be an effective strategy for improving performance. The results of this research can serve as a benchmark for managers to formulate more effective compensation policies and develop human resources.

Abstract

A good learning process is a driving factor for success in education. In the learning process students are required to be active so that learning is effective and interactive, but basically teachers are still focused on worksheet books and do not involve students and teachers do not use learning media, so that student learning outcomes are less than optimal. This research aims to determine the influence of media images of Pancasila symbols in improving PPKn learning outcomes for students at SDN Siwalan. This research uses a quantitative Pre-Experimental Design approach with the One Group Pretest Posttest type. The sample used was 27 grade 1 students at Siwalan Elementary School. The results of research that have been tested for normality in the pretest and posttest are normally distributed. Judging from the pretest results, the SPSS output has a value of 0.093 > α (0.05), which means the data is normally distributed. From the SPSS output posttest results in the sig column. which has a value of 0.090 > α (0.05) which means the data is normal. From the results of the paired sample t test, sig results were obtained. (2-tailed) 0.000. If sign. (2-tailed) 0.000 < α (0.05) then Ha is accepted which means that there is an influence of the media of pictures of Pancasila symbols in improving the PPKn learning outcomes of class 1 students at SDN Siwalan and in the Normalized Gain test based on what has been done it is calculated using SPSS 26, the integration results are high.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach in Pancasila Education subjects in class 1B SDN Kaligawe Semarang. TaRL is a learning method that emphasizes grouping students based on their ability level, rather than age or formal class. This study aims to describe the application of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach in Pancasila Education subjects in class 1B at SDN Kaligawe Semarang. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through class observation, interviews, and documentation. The background to this research is the difference in abilities each student possesses. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of TaRL can help students actively participate in learning and improve their understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference in applying the Problem Based Learning model assisted by audio-visual media to the cognitive abilities of students at SDN Kaligawe Semarang. The method used is a quantitative method of the pre-experimental type with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was all students of class VB at SDN Kaligawe for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 27 students with 11 male students and 16 female students. The data collection technique was through a cognitive learning outcome test. The average pretest score was 64.07, while the average posttest score was 85.00. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the pretest and posttest data yielded a value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Then, the average N-gain value of cognitive learning outcomes was 0.6031 with moderate criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the P5 theme of local wisdom of Wayang Kulit in class IV of a private primary school in Purworejo. Qualitative descriptive research was used. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Data sources included the principal, facilitator team, grade IV teachers, and student samples. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion stages. The results showed that the P5 design of private primary schools in Purworejo includes three main stages: (1) Planning: The principal forms a team of facilitators, identifies school readiness, determines dimensions and themes, allocates time in weekly blocks, and develops project modules; (2) Implementation: Activities include an introduction, contextualization, real action in the form of making Wayang Kulit, and celebration of learning outcomes through class presentations; (3) Evaluation: Conducted through reporting results in the form of student project report cards and evaluating activities through reflection and two-way discussions between teachers and students. In the real action of P5, parents of students in private primary schools in Purworejo play an active role by providing resources in the form of tools and project materials, accompanying students at home, and actively participating in school meetings. It can be concluded that the implementation of P5 on the theme of local wisdom of Wayang Kulit in class IV of private primary schools in Purworejo is carried out systematically, integrates local wisdom, and involves the active participation of parents.
