Abstract

Digital transformation has driven major changes in payment systems. Although Bank Indonesia has implemented QRIS since 2019, its adoption is still hampered by the dominance of cash transactions, low user trust, and limited digital literacy. This study aims to analyze the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and trust on the intention to use QRIS with perceived value as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used through an online survey of 200 students in Indonesia, and the data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS. The results show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, trust, and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS. Conversely, facilitating conditions do not have a significant direct effect on the intention to use, but have a significant effect through the mediation of perceived value. These findings indicate that perceived value is the main mechanism that bridges technological, social, and psychological factors in shaping the intention to use QRIS. This study contributes theoretically by expanding the UTAUT model and provides practical implications for regulators and digital payment service providers to increase the perceived value of users to encourage the adoption of QRIS.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Variety Seeking on Repurchase Intention among Wardah lipstick customers in Indonesia, with Customer Satisfaction as a mediator. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative approach. The population of this study was Indonesian women who have used Wardah lipstick. The sample size was 225 people, using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method and processed using SEM-PLS 4.0. Theoretically, this study contributes to enriching the literature and simultaneously provides practical benefits as a reference for Indonesian cosmetics manufacturers in formulating strategies to increase repurchase intention by optimizing customer satisfaction. The results indicate that Brand Image has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and Repurchase Intention. Variety Seeking has a significant negative effect on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention. Customer Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention. Furthermore, Customer Satisfaction significantly mediates the influence of Brand Image and Variety Seeking on Repurchase Intention. These findings emphasize the importance of creating sustainable customer satisfaction to foster repurchase intention.

Abstract

The digitalisation process in public procurement, which includes systems such as e- procurement, electronic government procurement, digital tendering, online auctions, and the use of analytics with risk modelling, has received considerable attention as an approach for improving transparency, enhancing operational efficiency, and reducing corruption. This systematic literature review aims to synthesize empirical evidence as well as conceptual findings on how the digitalisation of procurement affects four key areas: (1) transparency and accountability; (2) outcomes related to integrity, including anti-corruption measures and fraud prevention; (3) operational efficiency and value for money; and (4) competitive dynamics and supplier participation levels. The PRISMA 2020 protocol was followed for the review. Keywords such as "public procurement," "e-procurement," "transparency," and "efficiency" were used in Scopus searches, which were filtered by discipline relevance, English language, and open-access criteria. Out of 561 initial records, 23 studies met the inclusion criteria. The review found, through thematic synthesis, that digitalisation generally improves transparency by creating digital audit trails. Integrity is also strengthened through the implementation of control indicators and the use of risk-based analytics. Operational efficiency also improves. However, effects on supplier competition remain inconsistent. The success of the digitalisation of procurement systems depends heavily on the quality of institutional governance, the design of the systems, and the adequacy of national digital infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of social pressure, product features, and brand image on brand switching from Android to iPhone among Generation Z consumers, with attitude serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected from 362 Generation Z university students who had previously used Android smartphones. The respondents were selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that social pressure, product features, and brand image have positive and significant effects on attitude. Furthermore, attitude has a positive and significant effect on brand switching from Android to iPhone. The mediation analysis reveals that attitude significantly mediates the relationships between social pressure, product features, and brand image with brand switching. These findings contribute to the consumer behavior literature by providing a deeper understanding of the factors influencing brand-switching decisions in the smartphone industry. The study also offers practical insights for smartphone marketers in developing strategies that strengthen consumer attitudes and enhance brand attractiveness to encourage switching behavior among Generation Z consumers.

Abstract

Safety climate and turnover intention have become critical issues in organizational research due to their significant impact on employee well-being, operational effectiveness, and workforce sustainability. These issues are increasingly relevant in border areas, where workers face complex working conditions, including cross-border security threats, illegal activities, infrastructure limitations, and high psychological stress. The main objective of this study is to review and synthesize the literature on the issue of safety climate and turnover intention in border areas. There is a lack of research that focuses on border regions in particular, since most previous studies have focused on more conventional sectors like construction, hotels, and manufacturing, and have separated the impacts of safety climate on turnover intention. This study employs SLR models search reputable databases throughout the globe for relevant articles. The review focuses on studies addressing safety climate, leadership, organizational support, burnout, psychological well-being, and turnover intention in high-risk work environments. The results indicate that a positive safety climate significantly contributes to reducing burnout, emotional exhaustion, and turnover intention, while simultaneously enhancing employee well-being, organizational commitment, and safe work behavior. Leadership, organizational support, and digital transformation were also identified as key factors influencing workers’ perceptions of workplace safety. Furthermore, the border area environment exacerbates work-related stress due to geopolitical risks, security pressures, and technological challenges. This study concludes that strengthening the safety climate through adaptive leadership, organizational support, and digital safety systems is crucial for reducing turnover intention and supporting workforce sustainability in border areas.
