Data were collected from respondents working in various SOEs at PT PLN, PT TASPEN, PT Telkom Indonesia, PT Pertamina, and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques and AMOS software. The results of this study are positive and significant. The variables of work-family conflict, work overload, and jobs tress have a positive influence on turnover intention. The variables of work-family conflict and work overload positively and significantly influence job stress. Results of the mediation analysis reveal that job stress plays a mediating role in the correlation between work-family conflict and work overload, and has an impact on turnover inetntion. Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital leadership and organizational culture on employees’ digital behavior, with digital adoption serving as a mediating variable. The research is grounded in the increasing demand for public institutions, particularly the Department of Transportation of West Kalimantan Province, to strengthen digital readiness in response to ongoing technological transformation in public services. A quantitative survey method was employed, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on both digital adoption and digital behavior. Organizational culture also demonstrates a positive effect on digital adoption; however, its direct influence on digital behavior is weaker compared to its mediated effect. Furthermore, digital adoption significantly mediates the relationships between digital leadership and organizational culture with digital behavior. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening digital-oriented leadership and cultivating an adaptive organizational culture to enhance productive digital behavior within government institutions.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in promoting economic growth, particularly in border regions where digital literacy among business actors remains low. In Dalam Kaum Village, Sambas Regency, most MSMEs have not yet utilized digital payment systems such as QRIS due to limited understanding and lack of technical assistance. In fact, QRIS can improve transaction efficiency as it is easy to use, secure, and integrated with various digital wallets. This community service program was implemented in three stages: (1) identifying MSMEs that had not yet adopted QRIS, (2) providing assistance in creating DANA Business accounts to obtain QRIS, and (3) conducting post-implementation evaluations. A total of 15 MSMEs successfully obtained QRIS, with 80% of respondents stating that the system facilitated transactions and enhanced business professionalism. Reported benefits included faster transactions, more organized bookkeeping, and the elimination of the need for cash change. The results indicate that with proper guidance, MSMEs can adapt to digital payment technologies. Therefore, QRIS implementation should be continuously developed through collaboration among government, service providers, and academic institutions to strengthen MSME competitiveness in border areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT Ichiko Agro Lestari in Terentang District. The background of the study is based on the characteristics of the agribusiness sector which demands high work intensity, uncertain working hours, and limited time flexibility that have the potential to affect employee well-being. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal design. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to all 34 employees (total sampling). Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple linear regression with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25 software. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while work-life balance did not show a significant effect partially. However, both variables simultaneously proved to have a significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 41.8%. This finding indicates that proportional workload management plays an important role in increasing job satisfaction, while the implementation of work-life balance still requires more adaptive policy support.

Abstract

Employee retention remains a critical challenge for Islamic-based organizations, where value congruence and ethical climate strongly influence employee attitudes. Drawing on Social Exchange Theory, this study aims to examine the effect of Islamic Job Satisfaction on Intention to Leave, with Organizational Commitment as a mediator and Islamic Work Ethic as a moderator. A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted among 165 employees in Islamic-based organizations in Indonesia, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLSc) in SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that Islamic Job Satisfaction significantly reduces Intention to Leave both directly and indirectly through Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment also shows a strong negative effect on Intention to Leave. Furthermore, Islamic Work Ethic moderates the relationships between Islamic Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment and between Organizational Commitment and Intention to Leave by weakening these effects. These findings highlight the crucial role of spiritual and ethical values as internal regulatory mechanisms that strengthen employee retention and provide important managerial implications for sustaining workforce stability in Islamic-based organizations.

Abstract

The phenomenon of consumer boycotts against global brands is growing stronger as public attention to corporate ethical and humanitarian issues increases. This study aims to analyze the influence of Consumer Animosity and Boycott Campaign Intensity on Boycott Participation with Boycott Intention as a mediating variable on Unilever Indonesia products. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 332 respondents in Indonesia who had consumed Unilever products and were aware of the boycott campaign. Data were analyzed using covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) through AMOS. The results showed that Consumer Animosity and boycott campaign intensity had a positive and significant effect on Boycott Intention. Furthermore, Boycott Intention was proven to be the main determinant that drove Boycott Participation and significantly mediated the influence of both independent variables on boycott participation. These findings conclude that boycott behavior is influenced by emotional factors and social mobilization simultaneously, which strengthen consumer involvement in collective action. This study provides strategic implications for companies in managing their reputation and responding to public ethical issues.
