ABSTRACTThis research discusses the influence of individual spirituality and workplace spirituality on employee engagement of digital marketing agency employees. Quantitative analysis is processed using structural equation modeling with the alternative method of partial least square. The results showed that individual spirituality had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, the higher the individual spirituality, the increased employee engagement. Workplace spirituality has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, the higher the workplace spirituality, the higher employee engagement will be. This research shows that to improve employee engagement of employees of digital marketing agencies, the majority of whom are millennials, can be done by paying more attention to their spirituality. Keyword: Individual Spirituality,Workplace Spirituality, Employee Engagement ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh individual spirituality dan workplace spirituality terhadap employee engagement para pegawai agensi pemasaran digital. Analisis kuantitatif diolah menggunakan structural equation modeling dengan metode alternatif partial least square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa individual spirituality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement semakin tinggi individual spirituality maka employee engagement akan meningkat. Workplace spirituality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement semakin tinggi workplace spirituality maka employee engagement akan meningkat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan employee engagement para pegawai agensi pemasaran digital yang mayoritas adalah generasi milenial dapat dilakukan dengan lebih memperhatikan sisi spiritualitasnya. Currently, the industry in Indonesia is experiencing very rapid growth. Rapid industrial growth must balance efforts to control the possibility of potential hazards in the workplace. In Indonesia, occupational safety and health have a solid legal basis. All parties must implement them, whether workers, organizations or other related parties, to protect all parties. One of the efforts made to prevent hazards in the workplace is to improve occupational safety and health standards by implementing hazard identification and risk assessment. The study aims to analyze risk management to improve employee performance. It uses the direct observation method, namely by obtaining data directly at the company, and the literature study method, which gathers information by collecting literacy and reviewing the literature results based on the facts. When the risk is successfully suppressed as small as possible, it can reduce the potential danger posed and provide a sense of security and improve employee performance and productivity in working in the company. Risk Management on the employees' performance in PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk, Cilacap-Central Java, has a substantial and significant influence. It is hoped that further researchers can use the study result as reference material for research related to job satisfaction and information or complementary studies.

The aim of this study is to findings to prove significance value of the implementation of SAKIP that occurred in PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung. And urgency to mainstream bureaucratic reform at the work unit level needs to be supported by all the pillars of the embodiment of good governance, including the evaluation of bureaucratic reforms that are evaluative in measuring the implementation of the Government Agencies Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), especially in PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung. As a form of the strategic plan of an accountable work unit, PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung need to evaluate the extent to which this has been implemented. Novelty : Different form previous research that conducted the research with independent variables, this research analysing descriptively for led and findings to prove the significance value and direct influences each indicators of the implementation of SAKIP. Research Methods : This research was carried out through participation with 115 people or 89.1% of the population who were willing to participate through filling out online questionnaires due to the Covid-19 pandemic on Google form and analyzed through a semantic differential scale. using two models, descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS software. Finding/Results : The result of this study shows that the SAKIP implementation variable in HR PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung was influenced by the influence of Performance planning (32.4%), Performance data management (10.6%), Performance reporting. (15.3%), Performance measurement (13.4%), review of performance reports (13.4%) and Performance evaluation (10.6%) of SAKIP implementation in PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung. Conclusion : Based on these findings, it can be concluded that performance planning is the dominant factor affecting SAKIP implementation in PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung. Performance planning is one of the indicators that has the most significant effect in improving SAKIP implementation. The better the role of performance planning, the more SAKIP implementation will be in the PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung.

This article aims differ to solve student problems in tax material economic subjects using the problem posing method. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Ciwidey, Bandung Regency. The subjects of this study were students of class XI majoring in Social Science. The method to be used is quasi-experimental to find out the treatment effect. The results of the data show the influence of the ability to solve issues by using problem solving methods on tax material. Based on these results, it is recommended that using the method of problem posing to improve students' problem solving abilities.Keywords: problem posing, problem solving ability, economic subjects.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di Indonesia khususnya Kabupaten Cianjur. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran online dan tatap muka pada mata pelajaran ekonomi yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama (guru, waktu belajar dan penilaian akhir). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menyebar kuesioner secara online melalui Google-Form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Bojongjati yang berjumlah 160 siswa dengan sample 110 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling. Tingkat efektivitas diukur melalui satu indikator objektif yaitu nilai UTS dan tiga indikator subjektif (kahadiran, keaktifan dan kepuasan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran online kurang efektif daripada pembelajaran tatap muka (face to face).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kritis pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Pusat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dimana data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan observasi, mengambil tes, dan melakukan wawancara. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memilih tiga kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di SMA Ngeri 1 Cikarang pusat masih rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil siswa dalam mengerjakan soal yang merujuk pada tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis C4 dan C5 pada skor 20-60. Dari tiga kelas yang diamati, tidak ada siswa yang mendapat skor 80-100. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Pusat secara khusus pada mata pelajaran ekonomi perlu ditingkatkan.

The readiness of HR in welcoming industry 4.0 is a very important thing to pay attention to. Pertamina itself is now trying hard to support vendors who have technology, inventories or industries to synergize with educational institutions to assist the government in preparing human resources that are able to compete in welcoming industry 4.0. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of talent management and digital innovation capabilities on employee performance. The sample of this research is 150 employees of PT Pertamina RU-VI Balongan. This research design uses quantitative research with data analysis using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the results of the analysis, the structural equations model equations are Y = 0.44X1 + 0.60X2, these coefficients indicate that there is an influence of talent management and digital innovation capabilities on employee performance with a determinant coefficient (R2whichmeans 55% of management variables. talent and digital innovation capabilities can explain the performance of employees at PT Pertamina RU-VI Balongan. While the remaining 35% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internalization of soft skills and entrepreneurial interest in the formation of the entrepreneurial spirit of students in MAN in Kuningan Regency. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to students of MAN in Kuningan Regency. The research instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The population of this research is all students of MAN in Kuningan Regency as many as 2,123 students, while based on Slovin calculation, the sample is 355 students. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) the level of internalization of soft skills, entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial spirit of students were in the high category. 2) internalization of soft skills has an effect on the formation of an entrepreneurial spirit. 3) interest in entrepreneurship affects the formation of an entrepreneurial spirit. 4) internationalization of soft skills and entrepreneurial interest have an effect on the formation of an entrepreneurial spirit. These findings indicate that to form an entrepreneurial spirit, it is necessary to increase the internalization of soft skills and interest in entrepreneurship.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai terhadap OCB, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja melalui kinerja terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas X Universitas Negeri Padang dengan jumlah populasi penelitian yaitu 59 orang pegawai. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Kuesioner dalam penelitian ini meggunakan skala likert 1 sampai dengan 5 dan diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows 25.0. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dibuktikan dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, OCB juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Akan tetapi kepuasan kerja dinyatakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB dan pengaruh tidak langsung antara Kepuasan Kerja melalui kinerja terhadap OCB lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung antara kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB. Maka secara tidak langsung dapat dinyatakan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja melalui Kinerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB.

Selama pandemi COVID-19, perubahan signifikan dalam operasi bisnis mengharuskan peningkatan daya saing global. Sebagai akibat dari pandemi dan kemajuan teknologi yang dibawa oleh globalisasi, para pekerja berada di bawah tekanan yang meningkat untuk berinvestasi dalam karir mereka. Hal ini menyebabkan perlunya studi untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kelelahan kerja (job burnout) pada pegawai dalam kurun waktu 2 tahun terakhir di Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan pustaka atau tinjauan literatur. Peneliti menemukan 12 artikel jurnal peer-review dalam kurun waktu 2 tahun selama masa pandemi (2020-2021) yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian kemudian dideskripsikan secara analitis dan deskriptif. Temuan studi menunjukkan beban kerja merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kelelahan karyawan sebesar 66,7% (8 dari 12 studi) menunjukkan bahwa. masa kerja berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan kerja dengan presentase 33,3% (4 dari 12 studi). Oleh karena itu, peneliti menganggap penting untuk memonitor dan mengevaluasi beban kerja dan masa kerja karyawan untuk mencegah masalah kesehatan dan keselamatan pekerja serta dapat meningkatkan prestasi serta kinerja perusahaan.
