Abstract

Teaching factory diperlukan dalam pelaksanaan kerjasama SMK dengan Dunia Usaha/ Dunia Industri/Dunia Kerja yang baik dan saling menguntungkan sangat penting untuk menunjang tercapainya program pengembangan pembelajaran model teaching factory berbasisis industri. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan model pembelajaran teaching factory berbasisi kelas industry di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan kajian Pustaka dan konten analisis. Data diperoleh melalui instrument obserbvasi dan wawancara pada guru, siswa, dan seluruh pihak terkait yang ada di SMK Wahidin Cirebon yang melakukan kegiatan pengembangan model pembelajaran teaching factory kelas industri program keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran yang bekerjasama dengan Dunia Usaha/ Dunia Industri/Dunia Kerja dengan membentuk kelas industry sebagai model pembelajaran teaching factory. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMK Wahidin Cirebon telah menerapkan program kelas industri pada program keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran yang mana ini dimaksudkan untuk memadukan pelajaran yang akan diajarkan, dengan kebutuhan industry, namun, belum melaksanakan evaluasi implementasi kurikulum kelas industri dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah bersama pihak industry

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the impact of career development and employee engagement on employee performance, either separately or simultaneously. The survey methods used in this study are descriptive and explanatory. The research was carried out on 87 employees PT Indonesia Pos (Persero). The saturated sampling technique was used for sampling. Multiple Regression Analysis was used to analyze the data. According to the study's findings, career development and employee engagement have a combined or partial impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the determinant value is 0.800, indicating that career development and employee engagement can account for 80% of employee performance. Other factors accounted for 20% of the variance. Abstract

Di masa pandemi Covid-19 muncul banyaknya kebiasaan baru yang disebut dengan new normal, dimana semua sektor mau tidak mau untuk beradaptasi dengan segala perubahan yang ada, tak terkecuali dunia kerja. Salah satu yang menjadi bagiannya adalah WFH (Working from Home) atau bekerja dari rumah sendiri. Dalam pelaksanannya tak sedikit muncul masalah seperti pada komunikasi, penyelesaian tugas dan lainnya, maka konsep WFH ini diindikasikan memiliki hubungan dengan employee engagement. Maka penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membandingkan bagaimana employee engagement saat WFO dan WFH. Penelitian komparatif ini akan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan diolah dengan alat analisis yaitu SPSS 26, dengan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Objek penelitian ini adalah populasi karyawan SMP Tarbiyatul Aulad II Cikajang Kabupaten Garut, yang berjumlah 34 orang terdiri dari guru dan staf. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada Employee engagement  saat WFO dan WFH, dan menggambarkan menurun dengan tanda vigor, dedication, dan absorbtion karyawan menurun disaat WFH.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis training seperti apa yang didapatkan oleh karyawan TVRI Jawa Barat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan data sekunder dari web. Berdasarkan jawaban responden dan pembahasan mengenai training yang diberikan oleh TVRI Jawa Barat kepada karyawan dapat disimpulkan bahwa training yang diberikan kepada karyawan TVRI Jawa Barat belum maksimal sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan rating TVRI Jawa Barat secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai terhadap OCB, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja melalui kinerja terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas X Universitas Negeri Padang dengan jumlah populasi penelitian yaitu 59 orang pegawai. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Kuesioner dalam penelitian ini meggunakan skala likert 1 sampai dengan 5  dan diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows 25.0. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dibuktikan dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, OCB juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Akan tetapi kepuasan kerja dinyatakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB dan pengaruh tidak langsung antara Kepuasan Kerja melalui kinerja terhadap OCB lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung antara kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB. Maka secara tidak langsung dapat dinyatakan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja melalui Kinerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB.

Abstract

Background - Job satisfaction is a happy emotional state or positive emotion that comes from evaluating one's work or experience. With high job satisfaction will increase employee performance against the organization where they work. Lack of satisfaction with the company can lead to low employee performance. In this study related to job satisfaction of BSI Bandung Branch employees. Aim - The aims of this study were to identify and analyze the influence of spiritual leadership and psychological contracts on employee job satisfaction at BSI Bandung Branch. Design / Methodology / Approach – This study used descriptive and explanatory survey methods. The research was conducted on 90 BSI employees. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Findings – The results of this study show that spiritual leadership and psychological contracts partially or jointly have an impact on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, a determinant value of 0.938 was obtained, this means that spiritual leadership and psychological contracts are able to explain employee job satisfaction of 93.8%. Meanwhile, 6.2% was caused by other factors. Conclusion - The leadership of the BSI Bandung Branch must be able to implement spiritual leadership for employees and build a strong psychological contract for employees within the company. Job satisfaction needs to be improved again to improve organizational performance. Research implication - To increase employee job satisfaction, it is necessary to pay attention to the attitudes and behavior of leadership shown by leaders to employees besides strengthening the psychological contract between employees and the organization. Limitation - The scope of this research is limited to one particular company, so it does not reflect the situation of other institutions in the same study regarding spiritual leadership, psychological contract, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment on turnover intention, by employing the mediating role of job satisfaction and work engagement. A poor work environment is more likely to increase turnover intention, and our study aims to mitigate this effect by using the effects of job satisfaction and work engagement. The study was conducted on hotel employees in Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia. The analytical technique used is the partial least squares method to test the significance of the relationship between research constructs. The results showed that supportive work environment has positive effects on job satisfaction and on employee work engagement. In relation with the effect of job satisfaction, the findings demonstrated its positive and significant influence on employee work engagement. Regarding the turnover intentions, the results found a negative and significant effect of work engagement on employee turnover intention. Mediation analysis reveals the important role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between work environment and turnover intention. The conclusion of these findings underscores the role of supportive work environment, increased employee engagement and satisfaction as important antecedents in minimizing turnover intention in the hotel industry. The practical implication for hotel managers is to ensure the active and participatory engagement of employees while remaining focused on creating a supportive and satisfying work environment. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of work life balance on employee turnover with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and the data obtained is primary data by distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the company. Based on the data obtained, it can be seen that the phenomenon is the turnover rate at PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia which is caused by work life balance problems by increasing job satisfaction must be further investigated to find a solution so that it is not in the high category.

Abstract

Leadership is not only about ordering or giving instructions but also involves motivating, inspiring, and influencing others to achieve common goals. Leadership can occur in a variety of fields, including business, politics, and education, and plays a critical role in the success of an organization or community. This research aims to identify publications related to leadership in Islamic education and describe the characteristics of this research. The bibliometric analysis method was used in this study. The research results show that publications about leadership in Islamic schools have increased yearly from 2019 to 2023—meanwhile, the largest number of documents come from Indonesian authors. Proceedings of the ICECRS hold the top position as an institution or publisher with the most four documents. In contrast, the author with the most citations is Firman-Mansir, with a total of 3 published documents and eight citations, followed by the writer Eugenie A Samier with a total of 3 and 5 citations of published papers and followed by writer Fitriyah with a total of 3 published documents and two citations. Keywords that appear a lot in joint events are Education, Islam, Institution, Approach, Leader, Development, Activity, Quality, Teacher and Problem. The new theme keywords are Strategy, Community, Skill, Creativity, Facility, Decision, Generation, Innovation, and Prophetic Leadership. Therefore, these new themes can become new material for further research that addresses this field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze sustainability's competitive advantage in the face of technological change mediated by knowledge management and organizational culture. The method used in this study is descriptive verification with model 6 analysis tools from Hayes's theory. The unit of analysis is six private universities that have accreditation A, with 204 respondents consisting of top management, middle management, and low management. The results obtained from the research show that technological change is affecting the university's sustainability competitive advantage, which is mediated by knowledge management and organizational culture. Technological change mediated by knowledge management has a major influence on and contribution to the university's sustainability competitive advantage as compared to organizational culture.
