Realization of investment in Indonesia is dominated by foreign investors where capital intensive sector such as mining industry is the primary focus. To strengthen their roles in national economies, foreign investors should be directed to plantation sector since it has huge role in labor absorption and positive trade balance. According to MP3EI, realization of investment in plantation sector has reached 2.29 percent in march 2013 which was still below of target. This research aimed to analyze determinants of foreign direct investment conducted vector error correction model analysis and formulated strategies by using SWOT matrix to increase Indonesia plantation sector. Variables used in this model were foreign direct investment, exports value, exchange rates, domestic interest rates, interest rates in United State of America, consumer price index, gross domestic product and crisis as dummy variable. The strategy alternatives were formulated by SWOT model based on the questionnaire and respondents interview designed in analytical hierarchy process framework. The result from model suggested that in the short term exchange rate, value of exports, United States interest rates, gross domestic product and consumer price index had positive impact to foreign direct investment. On the other side crisis had negative impact. Meanwhile in long term, domestic interest rates, gross domestic product and consumer price index had positive impact but crisis had negative contribution. The strategy priority to increase foreign direct investment in Indoensia plantation sector can be undertaken through harmonization between central and local governments regulations.Keywords: Foreign Direct Investment, Vector Error Correction Model, SWOT Matrix

Sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia adalah perairan laut dengan luas meliputi dua pertiga luas wilayah negara. Survei hidrografi menggunakan multibeam dinilai lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mengeksplorasi laut terutama kondisi dasar laut apabila dibandingkan dengan single beam echosounder. Perairan Teluk Jakarta yang dangkal dengan kegiatan maritim yang padat terutama arus lalu-lintas pelayaran memerlukan pemahaman yang kritis dan spesifik untuk menjaga keselamatan navigasi di laut. Untuk itu diperlukan standar survei dalam pengambilan dan pengolahan data multibeam yaitu aturan standar berdasarkanInternational Hydrographic Organization (IHO) yang memuat kalibrasi patch test, kalibrasi offset statik, koreksi pasang surut, dan koreksi kecepatan rambat suara dalam air dan uji kualitas data. Data multibeam yang diperoleh telah dikalibrasi dan dikoreksi dengan hasil uji kualitas pada orde spesial sebesar 97.47%. Pengukuran multibeam menghasilkan data kedalaman maksimum perairan Teluk Jakarta sebesar 10.92 m, kedalaman minimum sebesar 5.84 m, dan rata-rata kedalaman 8.26 m. Interpretasi morfologi dan topografi dasar laut membentuk alur cekungan seperti parit dengan asumsi hasil pengerukan atau erosi. Analisis data kedalaman menunjukkan terdapat area pendangkalan di sisi barat daya cekungan dengan diperoleh adanya dua titik kedangkalan.

Copepods is one of the important elements in the food chain in aquatic ecosystems. Its role in the food chain for energy transfer from producers to first-level consumers, namely as food for small fish in the larval phase. Observations were made by purposive sampling at 3 research stations (river estuary area, fishing area, and residential area). 7 species of copepods were identified including Callanus sp., Lucicutia sp., Macrosetella sp., Nauplius sp., Oithona sp., Rhincalanus sp., Scolecithricella sp. The abundance of copepods in Pengudang Village waters is an average of 188.14 ind/L. Of the 7 types of copepods found, types of copepods were Callanus sp., Macrosetella sp., Nauplius sp., Oithona sp., Rhincalanus sp., and Scolecithricella sp. which has generally been developed for use as natural food.

In 2014 the E.R service of PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital should be suitable with the service standard of III level/ B type hospital. It, however , cannot be analyzed whether the E.R of PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital has started to adjust the hospital E.R standard that has been appointed based on Health Minister Decree of Republic of Indonesia No. 858/Menkes/SK/IX/2009 about the principal hospital E.R standard in the emergency service. To bring it into reality, strategies are needed in order that the adjustment of the E.R standard to B type hospital can run well. One of the ways is by measuring four dimensions of transformational leadership in the fulfillment process of the B type hospital E.R standard. Assessing the leadership readiness of Emergency Room in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital in fulfilling the E.R standard of B type hospital, by assessing four dimensions of transformational leadership, i.e.: (1) idealized influence, (2) inspirational motivation, (3) intellectual stimulation, (4) individualized consideration. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study. The data collection is carried out through observation and interview. The primary data is obtained from the answer results and observation from the research questions and the secondary data is obtained in form of the service standard of the emergency room in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital type C, SOP, books and Director Decree. The research was held on June, 2011. The emergency room service standard of PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital type C, based on Indonesian Health Minister Decree has been fulfilled. To go to B type hospital, it needs 100% service type category, human resources category 66,7%, facility 60%, medical and non-medical facility 50%. Nine quality indicators of the emergency room in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital has been fulfilled as a whole and the leadership readiness of the emergency room in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital to B type has not been ready since the first year of the hospital strategic plan (renstra) was determined. The service standard of the emergency room of PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital type C based on Indonesian Health Minister has been fulfilled, to go to B type, there is still a gap, but it has been anticipated by the working program and the leadership readiness of the emergency room is not ready as a whole in the first year since the hospital strategic plan (renstra) was determined

Kualitas pelayanan sebagai konsep yang secara tepat mewakili inti dari kinerja suatu pelayanan, yaitu perbandingan terhadap excellence dan sales counter yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Terciptanya kepuasan dapat membuat hubungan pelanggan dengan Institusi menjadi baik. Pelanggan akan melakukan pembelian ulang dan akan membuat pasien loyal terhadap Institusi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien rawat jalan RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif, dilaksanakan di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 67 sampel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan univariat, bivariat, uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian dari uji bivariat Koefesian P-Value dengan jumlah nilai 0,016 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien. Pasien merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau.

Kuat dan aman merupakan syarat mutlak berdirinya suatu konstruksi, semua kontruksi yang direncanakan akan ditopang oleh tanah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui sebrapa besar daya dukung tiang pancang tunggal dan kelompok yang bekerja pada fondasi Tangki Panel 16 m3. Perhitungan untuk daya dukung fondasi tiang pancang kayu galam menggunakan data Sondir dengan 2 metode yaitu metode deRuiter & Beringen dan Metode Schmertmann dan Nottingham (1975) dan untuk menghitung beban yang bekerja pada bangunan menggunakan perhitungan manual. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan bebean struktur atas yang bekerja sebesar 21,0325 ton, dapat disimpulkan menggunakan metode Schmertmann-Nottingham fondasi aman terhadap beban yang bekerja dikarenakan Qgroup lebih besar dari beban yang bekerja, sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode deRuiter & Beringen fondasi tidak aman terhadap beban yang bekerja dikarenakan Qgrup lebih kecil dari beban yang bekerja.

Kasang Kulim Zoo is the only zoo located in Riau province. This makes Kasang Kulim Zoo have great potential as both a tourist destination and an animal education tourism. To maximize both aspects, effective communication is crucial in the management of Kasang Kulim Zoo. The aim of this research is to determine the strategies for selecting communicators, selecting communicants, composing messages, and communication channels for Kasang Kulim Zoo. This research utilizes a qualitative research method. The research subjects consist of six individuals selected through purposive technique. The informants include 6 individuals: 1 manager of Kasang Kulim Zoo, 2 zoo guides at Kasang Kulim Zoo, 1 MC at Kasang Kulim Zoo, and 2 visitors to Kasang Kulim Zoo. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis involves data reduction, data conclusion, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and evaluation using data validity techniques such as prolonged engagement and triangulation. The results of this research indicate that the communication strategy implemented by Kasang Kulim Zoo in managing the tourist attraction involves selecting communicators who have credibility and good communication skills. The selection of communicants is done only by guides and the MC, based on the visitors' age. The message composition strategy involves delivering informative and persuasive messages. The communication channels chosen by Kasang Kulim Zoo include face-to-face interaction, the use of speakers, information boards inside and outside the zoo area, as well as social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The existence of a silver man has become a phenomenon, in almost every red light in Pekanbaru City there is a silver man in action. Working to become a silver human for some people is a form of maintaining life in poverty. Even though you have to take a dangerous risk because painting your whole body with paint has dangerous risks. That's because the paint commonly used on silver humans is a textile dye. Which can cause itching and irritation and even cancer of the skin. This study aims to find out how the motives, meaning of work as a silver human being, and the communication experience of someone who works as a silver human being in Pekanabru City. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The research informants consisted of 5 people who were silver people in Pekanbaru City who were selected using a random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses interactive data analysis techniques which include three stages, namely data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be seen that Silver's human motives consist of because motives which include demands to meet needs and entertain. And in order to motive is for the economy and solicitation of friends. Next is the meaning of silver human work is a source of income (main job) and as a part time job. And the silver human communication experience is divided into the first 2 tangs of pleasant (positive) communication experiences including getting good friends, getting family support and getting a good response. Unpleasant (negative) experiences include being chased out and looked down upon, often almost having accidents and being caught in raids. Keywords: Enomenology, Symbolic Interaction, Silver Man

This research was conducted in the Pematang Pudu Village with the aim of knowing the things that influence behavior resulting from playing the higgs domino island game and to find out the impact caused by playing the higgs domino island game. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subjects in this study were 5 teenage informants in the Pematang Pudu Village who actively played the online game higgs domino island. As well as using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data sources used consist of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that there were things that influenced the higgs domino online game to occur, namely internal factors, namely lack of activity or boredom, stress or depression, and diversity of choices and external factors, namely the environment of peers and family. As well as having a positive impact, namely online higgs domino game players are addicted because the profits are in the form of money and the negative impacts are addiction, health problems, having debt, lazy to study, irregular sleep patterns. This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of service, price, and quality of womenswear products simultaneously to consumers to buy. (2) to determine the effect of the service, price, and quality of womenswear products partially on consumers to buy. Sampling technique are used snowball sampling. Total sample were 60 respondents who transact womenswear products through BlackBerry Messenger (BBM). The analysis used multiple regression. The results showed: (1) service, price, and quality of womenswear sold online through Blackberry messenger group simultaneously significantly affect consumer buying interest. (2) Partially, only price variable that significantly influence the consumers to buy.
