The long road of economic and political modernisation of democracy in Indonesia has transformed Indonesian society into an industrial community that has not empowered the people's economic sectors. The ups and downs of democratic politics remain far from the culture of deliberation mandated by Pancasila. The combination of development politics that has hit collective economic, cultural wisdom with political liberalisation in the past 15 years has negatively impacted Indonesian cultural identity. The following study seeks to reconstruct the local knowledge and political values of Indonesian ethnic groups and communities to demonstrate the potential of social capital to improve our democratic politics. The object of the study consists of two types: the first is ethnic groups, with a focus on Wajo and Minang, the second is the communities of several urban parks in Java. The theoretical perspective used is the theory of consultative democracy. From the point of view of political anthropology, this study is a case study in the context of qualitative research with qualitative-interpretive methods.

Metode six sigma digunakan untuk mendukung kualitas produk yang dihasilkan oleh suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan yang berfokus pada pembuatan botol plastik. data historis reject produksi menunjukan adanya permasalahan pada hasil produksi botol untuk produk personal care yang telah melewati batas toleransi dari target sebesar 2 %. fokus penelitian ini adalah pengurangan defect botol tipe personal care 500 ml. Keseluruhan defect digunakan sebagai penentu dari Critical To Quality (CTQ). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi reject produk, jenis reject produksi, perhitungan nilai six sigma dan pemberian usulan perbaikan. hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode DMAIC menunjukkan angka sebesar 4.40429377 dengan DPMO sebesar 1840.413. Perbaikan dilakukan dengan menganalisis penyebab permasalahan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat. hasil analisis diagram sebab akibat adalah adanya pemberian usulan perbaikan dilakukan terhadap defect CTQ menggunakan 5 W + 1H. Kata Kunci: Botol Plastik, DMAIC, SIPOC, Six Sigma

From the preliminary observational data made by the researchers before conducting the workshop, more or less 99% did not understand the 2013 curriculum assessment system. This was due to (1) the teacher did not have a teacher's PAI handbook and student handbook because the school focused more on thematic books (2) teachers reluctant to change the mindset of a scientific approach, along with their learning models, (3) teachers are reluctant to understand the concept of assessment which is very complicated and is considered to increase the work of teachers such as providing attitude assessment instruments and others (4) teachers lack mastery of computer use (5) teachers assume schools have provided assessment application. In this study researchers used the Supervisory Action Research (PTKP) method. The School Action Research was conducted on PAI teachers assisted by researchers who were in Lubuk Dalam sub-district of Siak district. The study aims to improve teacher competency in carrying out the 2013 curriculum assessment process. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2017/2018 academic year for approximately three months from January to March 2018.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between the variables (1) ofemotional intelligence on the performance of teachers, (2) the culture of work on teacherperformance, (3) emotional intelligence and cultural work together on teacher performance.Respondents are public elementary school teachers in the district Mempura Siak totaling 107obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data collected through questionnaire as a researchinstrument. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis andhypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculated using Cronbach alpha. Partially,the results showed a positive relationship between emotional intelligence on the performance ofteachers by 0,303, and there is a positive relationship between workplace culture on teacherperformance of 0.347. While together is a positive relationship of emotional intelligence andworkplace culture on teacher performance amounted to 0,414.

This research aims to analyze the benefits of Japanese Occupation Material-based Learning Video in Indonesia as a Digital History Learning Object whose problem formulations include :(1) How can Japanese Occupation Materials in Indonesia become objects of historical learning? (2) How can the use of material-based historical learning videos in Indonesia become objects of digital history learning? To answer both problems, the authors used a qualitative approach with a literary study method that collected several articles from previous research results as well as related to research themes. From the results of the research obtained that japanese occupation materials in Indonesia can be used as objects of historical learning because it corresponds to the needs of core competencies and basic competencies of history learning in high school, as well as to improve the nationalist attitude of students, by herding students to imagine the material of occupation in Indonesia through learning videos so that students can see the events of japanese occupation in Indonesia directly. Then based on previous research also explained that the results of the study using video learning based on japanese occupation materials in Indonesia is in effective value to be used as a medium of historical learning.

This study aims to find out the influence of Brand image, product quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Revlon lipstick products in Pekanbaru City. The samples in this study were 114 people with the condition, consumers who were in Pekanbaru City, consumers who were over 17 years old and who had used Revlon for at least 6 months. The determination of the number of respresentative samples is dependent on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 to 10. Based on the calculation above obtained for a minimum sample using 114 samples of respondents. This research uses data analysis method using path analysis processed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 2.0.m3 that is run with computer media. The results showed that: 1) the better the Brand image will increase customer satisfaction and vice versa, the worse the Brand image of customer satisfaction will also decrease.2) the better the product quality, the better the customer satisfaction and vice versa, the worse the quality of customer satisfaction products will also decrease. 3) The better the brand image will increase customer loyalty and vice versa, the worse the brand image then customer loyalty will also decrease 4). Product quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Lipstick Revlon products in Pekanbaru City. 5) The better customer satisfaction will increase customer loyalty and vice versa, the worse customer satisfaction then customer loyalty will also decrease. 6) Customer satisfaction is able to mediate brand image relationship to customer satisfaction 7) Customer satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship Of product quality to customer satisfaction.Keywords: Product, Revlon Lipstick, Brand Image, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

The rapid development of the culinary business in Indonesia has resulted in tougher competition in the culinary business. This makes culinary business people must be able to attract and retain customers by improving product quality and service quality. One of the famous and long-lasting restaurants, Pondok Patin H.M. Yunus Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Pondok Patin H.M. Yunus Pekanbaru. Primary data retrieval was carried out using questionnaires to 100 respondents who had been selected using the Incidental Sampling technique and then the primary data was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis method with SmartPLS version 3. The results showed that: 1) Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction had positive results. positive and significant. 2). Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction has positive and significant results. 3). Product Quality on Customer Loyalty has positive and significant results. 4). Service Quality towards Customer Loyalty has positive and significant results. 5). Customer Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty has positive and significant results. 6). Customer satisfaction partially mediates between Product Quality and Customer Loyalty with positive and significant test results. 7). Customer satisfaction partially mediates between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty with positive and significant test results. An important question in this paper is how is paradigm construction of critical theological thought. To understand its construction, this paper shows paradigm shifting of thought of Islamic theology since classic era to contemporary. The shifting is since Khawarij growth that discuss about big sin, unbeliever, believer, heaven, and hell. Now, theological thought had grown and entered in various scientific paradigm. These themes are very variational too, even new thing that is nothing before. Critical theological thoughts belong to paradigms or new world views that is important for contemporary era. Critical theological thought in Indonesia had been stated by critical intelectuals such as Abdurrahman Wahid, Muslim Abdurrahman, Masdar F. Mas’udi, and Kuntowijoyo. Paradigm of critical Islamic theology is an emancipatory thought on modern culture and society, for example critique of economics, politics, and structure. This thought starts from reaction of unjust social system. This thought starts from point of suffering in praxis. Its objective is to build social structure that freed human being from every oppression. Critical theological thought did not separate theory and practice, knowledge and action, theoritical rationality and practical rationality. This thought reflects critically something practice in historical sosial life.
