This study examines in depth the communication model of the Islamic Shari'a Service in implementing Islamic Shari'a policies in Langsa City, the themes that are communicated and the communication barriers faced. This research was designed with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected by in-depth interviewing 11 informants who were taken purposively. Repeated observations of the location are also part of the data collection which is then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that; First, there are two communication models commonly used by the Langsa City Islamic Shari'a Service in implementing Islamic Shari'a policies, namely the SMCRE (Source, Message, Channel, Receiver, Effect) communication model, and the chain and bitang communication model. Both of these communication models are practically applied in the form of interpersonal communication, group communication and mass communication. In the end, this study argues that a communication model that is relevant to the socio-demographic situation and condition of the community can support the effectiveness of the messages conveyed so that the community can support the implementation of Islamic law in Langsa City.

This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of firm size, operating diversification, and geographic diversification on financial distress. The research sample is Textile and Garment Sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria, to obtain a sample of 15 companies with four periods and a total of 60 observations. Data analysis used logistic regression analysis with SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that company size, operating diversification, and geographical diversification had no effect on financial distress.

This study aims to examine the effect of stakeholder pressure on the transparency of sustainability reports. This study uses secondary data in the form of corporate sustainability reports contained in GRI for the 2016-2020 period. Based on the purposive sampling method, this study used 52 companies as samples. The independent variables in this study are stakeholder pressure from environmentally sensitive industries, industries close to consumers, investor-oriented industries and employee-oriented industries which are measured using a dummy variable. The dependent variable in this study is the transparency of the sustainability report, which was obtained using principal component analysis based on four factors, namely reporting frequency, application level, level statement, and assurance of sustainability report. The results show that the influence of stakeholder pressure on environmentally sensitive industries and employee-oriented industries has a negative effect on the transparency of sustainability reports. The pressure of industrial stakeholders close to consumers has a positive effect on the transparency of sustainability reports, while the pressure of investors-oriented industrial stakeholders has no effect on the transparency of sustainability reports.

The aim of this research is to find out whether there was a correlation of learning interest and learning readiness with geography achievement at the first year students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013. Method of this research was correlation, the population are 181 students and the sample of this research are 75 students. Data collecting technique are test, questionnaire and documentation. Based on the data analysis the result of this research showed that: (1) There was a positive and significance correlation between learning interest with learning Geography achievemnet class X the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013 (: 0.682). (2) There was a positive and significant correlation between physical readiness with learning Geography achievement class X the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013. ( : 0.524). (3) There was a positive and significant correlation between mental readiness with learning Geography achievement class X the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013.( : 0.652).(4) There was a positive and significant correlation between the readiness of the media with learning Geography achievement class X the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013.( : 0.577). This study aimed to see how environmental awareness, environmental knowledge,and environmental awareness affected attitudes and their impact on green productpurchase intentions at The Body Shop in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study isthe people in Pekanbaru City who know the existence of The Body Shop's green products.While the sample is 200 respondents who live in Pekanbaru City who know The Bodyshop's green products and are over 17 years old. Sampling used non-probabilitysampling method and purposive sampling technique. This research instrument uses aquestionnaire and data analysis method using a Structural Equation Model (SEM)approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The resultsshowed that environmental awareness, environmental knowledge and environmental carehad a significant effect on attitudes towards green products at The Body Shop inPekanbaru City. Then environmental knowledge has a significant effect on the purchaseintention of The Body Shop's green products in Pekanbaru City, but environmentalawareness and environmental care have no significant effect on the purchase intention ofThe Body Shop's green products in Pekanbaru City. And then attitude has a significanteffect on the intention to buy green products at The Body Shop in Pekanbaru City.Meanwhile, attitude mediates the influence of environmental awareness, environmentalknowledge and environmental awareness on purchase intention through attitudes togreen products at The Body Shop in Pekanbaru City. Sistem Informasi ini adalah untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi secara cepat dan tepat. Sistem yang dibuat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan dan memperluas area pemasaran produk Pada Toko Master Computer Makassar. Metodologi pengumpulan data menggunakan metode : interview yaitu cara mengumpulkan data dengan mengadakan tanya jawab langsung dengan bagian yang berhubungan dengan obyek yang diteliti. Survei yaitu pengamatan langsung mengenai sistem penjualan manual yang sedang berjalan di Toko Master Computer Makassar. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan, bahwa dengan membangun sistem informasi penjualan aksesoris komputer ini, maka proses pengolahan data yang dihasilkan lebih akurat dan cepat serta sangat membantu pihak perusahaan dalam penjualan maupun laporan karena data yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan hasil yang dilakukan secara manual.

Realitas pendidikan Aceh hingga kini masih belum membanggakan. Merombak paradigma untuk mengusung tekad pendidikan Aceh bermutu, masih sebatas tataran wacana. Komitmen mencetak output yang life skill dan “siap saing” belum berkorelasi di tataran aksi. Banyak hal telah membuat realitas pendidikan di Aceh berada pada rating terendah secara nasional. Mulai mutu belajar dan mutu guru/dosen, minimnya sarana, dana pendidikan yang diselewengkan, manajemen tanpa visi, hingga political will pemerintah yang belum memihak dan terukur. Bahkan, orientasi sektor pendidikan masih berkisar pada “proyek” bukan “profit”. Dalam konteks ini, penulis menawarkan pandangan dalam bentuk sebuah makalah tentang “Upaya Penyelesaian Pendidikan di Aceh (Tinjauan Terhadap Tantangan dan Solusi)”.

Diabetes mellitus is a type of chronic disease that is non-transmitted. Aceh province is the province with the seventh-highest prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia at 2.4%. People with type 2 diabetes mellitus are at risk of various complications and can cause death. Self-management of diabetes is one of the things that can be done by people with diabetes mellitus in controlling various complications. This study aimed to find out the relationship between diabetes self-management and blood glucose control of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Ulee Kareng Subdistrict, Banda Aceh. This type of sampling method in this research was cross-sectional with the number of samples in this study as many as 88 respondents. The study was conducted using the DSMQ questionnaire filling method to assess diabetes self-management level and blood glucose level value when respondents assess blood glucose control. The results of the study obtained are 30.7% of respondents have a good level of diabetes self- management, 44.3% enough, and 25% bad. As for blood glucose control, 65.9% of respondents had uncontrolled blood glucose levels, and 34.1% controlled. The results of the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.000 and the spearman correlation test obtained a p-value of 0.000, as well as a correlation coefficient of 0.492. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between moderate and unidirectional levels between diabetes self-management and blood glucose control of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Ulee Kareng Subdistrict, Banda Aceh.

The gut microbiota has a major contribution in human physiology and influences disease pathogenesis, including in tuberculosis (TB) lung infection. Gut-lung axis has demonstrated the interplay of these two organs, mediated by metabolites produced by the gut microbes or derived from host molecules transformation. Tryptophan (Trp) is one of the essential aromatic amino acids catabolized as kynurenine, serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine), and indole derivatives, including indole propionic acid (IPA), via 3 pathways. The latter was microbiota-derived Trp catabolism, which has known to have an immunomodulatory role, as ligands for Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor (AhR). Intriguingly, Mycobacterium tuberculosis required Trp as a nitrogen source, especially in CD4+ T cells-generated stress, to survive in the phagosome of macrophage and to cause disease. Recently, IPA is identified as a new anti-mycobacterial compound, which is specific and has broad spectrum of anti-mycobacterial activity. The structural similarity of this gut microbiota-derived metabolite and Trp allows IPA to inhibit the TrpE anthranilate synthase in Trp biosynthesis pathway in Mtb. In this review, we summarize findings from recent work by focusing on the role of Trp metabolites in host cells in TB infection. A better understanding of this chemical signal could potentially serve as a novel strategy for managing this chronic inflammatory disease.
