Abstract

This study aims to test the model whether attitude towards, subjective norms, perceived behavior control in the theory of Planned Behavior have a positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors of private university female students in Klaten Regency. The research design was carried out using a quantitative method which explains the causal relationship between one dependent variable which is influenced by three independent variables and one mediating variable. Hypothesis testing is formulated in the model using the multivariate test. The population in the research were all university students in the Klaten Regency area who had started the initial ultra-micro business. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling as many as 180 respondents of female students as initial business actors.The final result of the quantitative model test using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) shows that there is a positive influence on attitude towards entrepreneurship and perceived behavior control on entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors. Meanwhile, one variable in the form of subjective norms does not significantly influence it. Future research can expand the model through testing the antecedents of intention to behavior by developing research designs through experimental research.

Abstract

Red spinach is one type of extracted spinach that has a special characteristic that is red plants. Known as one of the highly nutritious vegetables because it contains a lot of protein, vitamin A, vitamin C and mineral salts that are needed by the body and contains anthocyanins that are useful in curing anemia. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of liquid organic nutrients from various organic materials on the growth of red spinach in the hydroponic cropping system. This research was carried out in the Win Hortinurs (Unlam 1) greenhouse using a single randomized complete design (CRD), namely by control treatment, P1, P2, P3, and P4. With control treatment using commercial AB Mix as much as 5 ml / L, the dose of liquid organic nutrition P1 is given at a dose of 20 ml / L, P2 as much as 25 ml / L, P3 as much as 30 ml / L, and P4 as much as 35 ml / L. Results research shows that liquid organic nutrition significantly affects the growth and development of red spinach plants. Furthermore, there are liquid organic nutrients, Pseudomonas fluorescens which have the ability to help plant development and reduce pH to near the standard pH value for hydroponics.

Abstract

Tantangan yang harus dihadapi Indonesia saat ini berupa penerimaan sektor pajak yang menyumbang lebih dari 80 persen dari total penerimaan negara. Amanah UU no 25 tahun 2009 tentang pelayanan publik mengamanahkan seluruh instansi pemerintah wajib memberikan pelayanan yang optimal dan berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis model indeks kepuasan masyarakat dari mutu layanan Kantor Pajak Pratama X dengan menganalisis gap setiap unsur layanan. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan berupa riset kuantitatif uji gap/ kesenjangan antara harapan dan persepsi mutu layanan. Responden yang diambil sebanyak 120 orang wajib pajak dengan teknik sampling purposive. Uji kuantitatif dilakukan berupa uji gap Servqual. Hasil akhir diperoleh semua dimensi masih memiliki nilai kesenjangan dengan nilai gap terbesar pada dimensi responsiveness. Pihak pemangku kepentingan harus memperbaiki mutu layanan dengan prioritas dari nilai negatif terbesar sehingga tercipta optimalisasi mutu layanan yang bermuara pada meningkatnya kepuasan masyarakatKata kunci: Servqual, harapan, persepsi, kepuasan

Abstract

Changes in the world economic system that occurred in late as a result of globalization will affect Indonesian economic and legal system. A number of studies have examined the discretionary accrual, and this study also takes this topic. It investigates the impact of highly ownership concentration on discretionary accrual. The researcher is interested in Indonesian companies that their ownership concentrates on a few owners in form of institution with the majority of Limited Corporation. Samples in this study are firms listed in the Jakarta Stock Exchange 2006-2011. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypotesis. The dependent variables are discretionary accrual and the independent variables of the ownership proportion by institutions are measured with the first biggest ownership by institutions. The control variables are leverage, size and return. The result of this study suggests that the companies owned by institutions do discretionary accrual in income decreasing to avoid political cost. Keyword: earnings management, institution ownership, and discrenionary accrual.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis dalam menentukan keputusan ekspansi ditinjau dari beberapa kriteria investasi. Agar dapat menghitung secara benar maka peneliti menggunakan analisis metode least square dalam data berkala. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada perhitungan payback period (PP) didapatkan nilai 3 tahun 1 bulan 16 hari. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari umur maksimum bisnis. Nilai hasil ARR nya > dari tingkat keuntungan yang diisyaratkan yaitu sebesar 100 %, yaitu sebesar 1749,10% maka proyek ini diterima. Pada hasil Net Present Value (NPV) menunjukkan hasil Rp 10.778.358.768 NPV nya bernilai positif dan nilainya > 0. Berarti rencana pengembangan yang akan dilakukan dapat diterima. Pada hasil Internal Rate Return (IRR) Sebesar 317,1% dan Profitability Index (PI) sebesar 14,63 yang artinya usulan untuk ekspansi usaha layak dilakukan karena syarat PI diterima adalah >1.Analisis metode least square menunjukkan bahwa ramalan penjualan dan pendapatan dimasa yang akan datang mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 21.939.457.955 dengan penjualan 172.933.537 pack. Itu menunjukkan bahwa least square merupakan metode yang sering digunakan untuk menghitung data berkala. Kata Kunci : Kelayakan Investasi, Studi Kelayakan Bisnis, Ekspansi

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of the rust, website usability, and the risk of online shopping on intentions to buy in social media. The analytical tool used in this research was a multiple linear regression with SPSS. The result shows that trust, website usability, and the risk of online shopping have a simoultaneously and partially influence on intention to buy. The practical implication is the F irm should provide more attention to trust, website usability, and the risk of online shopping. Its could be increasing sales and the consumer F eels safe and comfortable in the process of online shopping transactions.Keywords: trust, the easy of service operating, the risk of online shopping, purchase intention.

Abstract

This article discusses two existing different, contradicting views of Muslims about Hadith and offers a solution for this. The first view maintains that Hadith may contain local or temporal meanings that reflected the life of the Prophet in the seventh century of Arabia. In this view, Hadith should be seen as a historical narrative that waist closely related to its contexts. The second view holds that Hadith is the second source of Islam after the Qur’an and has become the religious reference for Muslims since early time of Islam until today, even up to the end of day. This article proves that both views are valid. It, however, proposes to find a method to understand best Hadith in contemporary Muslim’s lives. By contextualizing Hadith from its temporal meaning to its universal meaning, Hadith will be always meaningful for Muslim’s contemporary lives.

Abstract

Abstract: HIV/AIDS is a disease which attacks the immune system and becomes pandemic in the entire region of Indonesia. The disease, in the last few years, shows the worrying increase of incidence number.The reported cumulative number of HIV by December 2013 is 127.416, while AIDS is 52.348 cases and the number of deaths caused by HIV/AIDS is 9.585 cases (Kemenkes RI, 2013). According to the cause of world population death in 2030, generally, the death caused by infectious disease decrease, while the death caused by HIV/IDS is continuous to increase. AIDS is still a scary thing to many people. In addition to medical reason, there are also many stigma attached to AIDS patients. Stigma towards AIDS patients also occurs in health service because the officer is afraid of getting infected by HIV when he/ she is treating the patients and it becomes an obstacle to the patients in getting the critical treatment and service treatment. The aim of this writing is to observe several references about the factors that influence the stigma towards HIV/AIDS patients.Some of the factors are being underestimated and getting bad judgment, the patient are not given the guarantees to obtain another facility, labeling to the patients, the excessive use of personal protective equipment to the patients, the incomplete HIV test, the inadequate pre and post counseling, there is no confidentiality guarantee of the test results to the family and medical staff who do not treat the patients, and the rejection of treatment.The efforts that can be done to decrease the stigma are assessing and increasing the knowledge and attitude towards HIV to the whole medical professionals, creating a secure working environment for medical staffs, using the participation and partnership approach, and conducting researches.

Abstract: Smoking is an substance additive threaten because inside contain subtance danger body . world healty organization (WHO) and some articles scientific explain in every smoke contain ± 4000 scientific poison and between 43 character carsinogenik ( stimulate grown of cancer ), behave that , eventually more controversial about smoke circle on student. Be based on the top , reseacher take title “ relationship level knowlage student impact about healty and attitude smoking student in High School PGRI Bolo “. purpose for identification level relationship student knowlage about impact of smoking about healty and attitude smoking student in High School PGRI Bolo and using design reseacher descriptif analitik approacment method cross sectional , with 40 totaling sample respondent in accordance with the inclusion criteria ware taken by total sampleing technique . the experiment was conducted for 4 days on 6–9 march 2015 using a questionnaire. Based on the result of statistical test of pearson correlations with the aid of computer equipment (SPSS system), where the value of the proposed α < 0,05 significance of test result obtained value r = 0,887 significant value p= 0,0000, that is to say α < 0,05 (0,0000 < 0,05) , it means there is a strong relationship between the level of studance knowlage about the impact of smoking on healt and smoking bahavior of student in High School PGRI Bolo. Conclusion that respinden knowlageable anough about  smoking behavior in the medium category, this means the better the student level of knowlage about the effect of smoking on health , the more negative behavior of student smoking in High School PGRI Bolo.

Abstract

Abstract:  Tuberculosis is a public health problem entire world and becomes the third largest cause of death after cardiovascular and respiratory ailments, and the first largest infection diseases catagory. This research is intented to improve self-care behavior of pulmonary tuberculosis patients through the implementation of family nursing care. Methods: the method used in this study was randomized control group and pretest posttest design, this research involved two groups of subjects, namely the experimental group and the control group which were randomly determined. The population in this research were families with pulmonary tuberculosis patients which were registered and were undergoing tubercolosis treatment program in Bima, a number of respondents were 40 people who were divided into a control group and the experimental group. The sample used in this study was cluster random sampling technique. Moreover, analysis data was statistical test of Wilcoxon signed rank to examine the pre-post’s differences within the group and the Mann-Whitney test to examine the significance of differences between groups in significance level α ≤ 0.05. Results: Statistical tests Wilcoxon signed rank test indicated the difference of pre-post self-care demand (p = 0.000) and self-care agency (p = 0.000) in the treatment group, whereas there was no significant difference in the control group. There were differences in self care and self-care demand angency between groups at post test results (p = 0.000), whereas in the pre-test results there were no differences between the groups (p = 0.570 and p = 0.225). Conclusion: the application of family nursing care effectives in improving self-care behavior of patients with pulmonary  tuberculosis  through the increasing of patients’ conciousness of the need self-care demand as well as improving the ability of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in self-care agency.
