Abstract

The utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning has become a promising innovation in enhancing students' religious understanding in the digital era. This research aims to explore how AI is used in PAI learning, the challenges faced in its implementation, and its impact on students' religious understanding. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method and descriptive analysis of various studies and practices that have been implemented in technology-based Islamic education. The research results show that AI can provide a more interactive, adaptive, and personalized learning experience according to students' needs. However, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, such as dependence on technology, lack of understanding of ethics in the use of AI, and limitations in adapting learning content to Islamic values. Although there are positive impacts such as the increased understanding of religious concepts through interactive media, we must also be wary of the risk of reduced direct interaction between teachers and students. This can affect the affective aspect of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. Therefore, the use of AI in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) must be balanced with appropriate policies, so that it remains in line with Islamic values and provides maximum benefits for students.

Abstract

Technology and digital media have transformed the world of education, including PAI learning. The purpose of this research is to examine how the utilization of technology and media in PAI learning in the modern era. This research conducted a literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research shows that although technology and media can enhance the quality of learning, they can also present problems such as a shortage of educators and infrastructure imbalances. The use of technology in Islamic Education (PAI) can be an innovative way to improve the quality of Islamic education by optimizing the right strategies.

Abstract

This study conducts a systematic literature review drawing on 38 peer-reviewed articles to explore ICT-driven pedagogical innovation in Islamic Religious Education (IRE). The research addresses the following questions: How can ICT be effectively integrated to enhance IRE pedagogy while preserving Islamic ethical values? Using thematic analysis, 28 selected articles were analyzed to identify key themes including e-learning platforms, interactive media, teacher digital literacy, and digital content credibility. The findings highlight both opportunities for personalized, engaging learning and challenges such as infrastructural gaps and misinformation risks. The study contributes an original framework emphasizing the integration of Islamic digital ethics in ICT pedagogy. Limitations include the focus on English-language sources and the exclusion of empirical case studies. Future research should develop and test practical models of ethical ICT integration in diverse Islamic educational contexts.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The researcher’s interest in this study began with observations regarding students' difficulties in remembering English vocabulary. This study aims to analyze the impact of using Duolingo on English vocabulary mastery and the role of the Duolingo application in vocabulary acquisition among fifth-grade students at MIN 1 Bandar Lampung. The originality of this study is found in the application of the Duolingo app for mastering vocabulary. This research employs a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design. The chosen design for this study is the Post-Test Only Control Group Design. The findings reveal that the average pretest scores of students were 50 for class A and 43 for class C before the intervention. Following the treatment, the posttest scores rose to an average of 86 for class A and 83 for class C. Based on these results, it can be concluded that all students in classes A and C effectively mastered English vocabulary. Therefore, the Duolingo application has been proven to be highly effective in English language learning, especially in vocabulary acquisition.Keywords: Duolingo, English, Vocabulary. ABSTRAK Peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini berdasarkan observasi terhadap kesulitan siswa dalam mengingat kosakata bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Duolingo terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris dan peran aplikasi tersebut dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata siswa kelas V di MIN 1 Bandar Lampung. Fokus utama penelitian ini terletak pada penggunaan aplikasi Duolingo sebagai alat untuk memperbaiki penguasaan kosakata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kuasi eksperimen, khususnya Post-Test Only Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretes sebelum perlakuan adalah 50 untuk kelas A dan 43 untuk kelas C, sedangkan setelah perlakuan, nilai rata-rata posttes meningkat menjadi 86 untuk kelas A dan 83 untuk kelas C. Berdasarkan uji tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua siswa di kelas A dan C berhasil menguasai kosakata bahasa Inggris. Dengan demikian, aplikasi Duolingo terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa menguasai kosakata bahasa Inggris. Kata kunci: Duolingo, Bahasa Inggris, KosaKata

Abstract

The perioperative process can cause stress and anxiety of the patient which triggers negative physiological changes. Lack of information and therapeutic relationships between nurses and patients can worsen emotional responses. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of preoperative nursing visitation on perioperative anxiety, IONV/PONV, and postoperative pain in elective surgery patients undergoing spinal anesthesia. The research design was a Quasi Experimental Pretest Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group with Block Random Allocation.

Abstract

The transformation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum into a strategic approach to prepare a strong and relevant generation in the digital era. This study analyzes changes in the design and implementation of a competency-based PAI curriculum to meet the demands of 21st-century competencies, such as critical thinking skills, creativity, digital literacy, and strong religious values. This research investigates how competency components can be aligned with holistic PAI principles to shape students with spiritual, moral, and social awareness. This is done using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research results show that a competency-based curriculum can provide a flexible framework to integrate technology, innovative learning approaches, and a structured Islamic values approach to prepare a generation that is not only knowledgeable in science but also moral and character-driven. With this change, the role of teachers as creative facilitators and continuous evaluators is very important to ensure that the competencies taught align with the needs and challenges of the times. According to this research, PAI teachers must be continuously trained to master the use of technology in teaching and the comprehensive development of their students' competencies.

Abstract

This study explores the transformational leadership experiences of women academic leaders in Islamic higher education institutions in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, within the context of Society 5.0. Employing a phenomenological qualitative method, the study conducted in-depth interviews with five leaders and an Information Technology expert. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with five women academic leaders serving as Vice Rector, Dean, Head of Study Program, and Secretary of Study Program. An additional interview was conducted with the Information Technology expert as part of expert triangulation, enriching the study’s perspective on the implications of technological integration in academic leadership. The results indicate a consistent tendency towards transformational leadership, which is considered the most adaptive and sustainable model for addressing rapid social and digital changes. Participants emphasized the importance of emotional connection, ethical foundations, and collaborative innovation as key components of effective leadership in the Society 5.0 era. Furthermore, this study shows that transformational leadership enables institutions not only to adapt to technological advancements but also to maintain a humanistic and inclusive academic culture. These findings have significant implications for leadership development in Islamic higher education, underscoring the importance of vision, moral integrity, and empathy in navigating future complexities.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology continues to influence education. Advanced technology can be a solution or even a challenge in education.This study aims to understood and describe the solutions and challenges of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic Religious Education Learning. The results of the study indicate that the use of AI in Islamic religious education learning has great potential in Islamic religious education learning. However, there are also challenges related to the use of AI in learning activities. In the long term, AI can be a very valuable tool to support Islamic religious education learning, as long as it is used wisely and well integrated into the learning system. Personalized learning, automated assessments, virtual tutoring, intelligent content, and presentation translation are some examples of the benefits of AI for education. AI can be a solution, but by paying attention to the challenges of using AI in Islamic Religious Education learning.

Abstract

Perasaan tempat memiliki peran dalam partisipasi sosial, pengaruh negatif yang dapat ditimbulkan oleh partisipasi sosial, salah satunya adalah peningkatan kinerja individu, sedangkan siswa dituntut untuk dapat mencapai indeks prestasi tertentu (IP), jika perlu sosial yang dikembangkan oleh siswa baru Bukan tidak mungkin bagi para siswa yang tidak dapat bertahan. Para siswa baru tidak dapat membantah dari interaksi dengan Lingkungan mereka, di mana interaksi ini akan membentuk perasaan khusus terhadap lingkungan atau rasa tempat mereka. Bagaimana individu menaiki Lingkungan akan memengaruhi psikologis individu.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  pengaruh model pembelajaran dan konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Penelitian eksperimen ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 24 Kota Bandar Lampung dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) hasil belajar IPA kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan model Learning Cycle lebih tinggi daripada kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan model Contextual Teaching and Learning; 2) ada pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar IPA; 3) pada kelompok yang memiliki konsep diri positif, hasil belajar IPA siswa yang belajar menggunakan model Learning Cycle lebih tinggi dari siswa yang belajar menggunakan model Contextual Teaching and Learning; dan 4) pada kelompok yang memiliki konsep diri negatif, hasil belajar IPA siswa yang belajar dengan model Learning Cycle lebih rendah dari siswa yang belajar dengan model Contextual Teaching and Learning.
