Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Brand Personality, Brand Experience, and Brand Love on Brand Loyalty at Starbucks Sidoarjo. The approach used in this research is quantitative with descriptive methods, involving all Starbucks customers in Sidoarjo as a population, and a sample of 100 people was taken. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of men and women who were more than 17 years old and made direct purchases at Starbucks Sidoarjo outlets. Data were obtained through a questionnaire, and responses were rated using a Likert scale. To analyze the data, the PLS-SEM method was applied with the help of SmartPLS 3. 0 software. The findings of this study indicate that Brand Personality has an effect on Brand Loyalty of Starbucks products in Sidoarjo, Brand Experience also contributes to Brand Loyalty of Starbucks products in Sidoarjo, and Brand Love has an influence on Brand Loyalty of Starbucks products in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student activity and learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the application of the Market Place Activity (MPA) learning model combined with Migami (Miniature Origami) media. The background of this study is the low interest and involvement of students in PAI learning which is often considered monotonous and uninteresting. Classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were grade X students of SMAN 1 Peukan Bada. The instruments used included activity observation sheets, field notes, documentation, and learning outcome tests. The results showed a significant increase in student activity and involvement. In cycle II, students were more active in moving, discussing, exchanging information, and showing courage in explaining the material to peers. Migami media has been proven to help students understand concepts visually and concretely, so that the learning process becomes more interesting and meaningful. The increase in learning achievement is also seen from the increase in the final test scores of the cycle compared to the pre-cycle and cycle I. These findings confirm that the application of the MPA model with Migami media is effective in creating active, creative, and enjoyable PAI learning. This method is recommended for use in other Islamic Education materials and subjects that require collaborative and experience-based learning.

Abstract

Background: Pendampingan pengelolaan zakat dan infak dalam mewujudkan pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan di kalangan masyarakat Muhammadiyah dilakukan sebagai bentuk kontribusi terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) 8: Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh potensi dana zakat dan infak Muhammadiyah yang besar namun belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan secara produktif. Tujuan utama program ini adalah mengembangkan strategi pendampingan yang efektif untuk mengubah pengelolaan zakat dari pola konsumtif menjadi produktif, sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Metode: pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus pada program pendampingan Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah Muhammadiyah (Lazismu) Sidoarjo. Kegiatan dilakukan selama tiga bulan melalui pelatihan manajemen keuangan, perhitungan HPP, pemasaran digital, dan sertifikasi halal terhadap 20 UMKM binaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan evaluasi pra-pasca pelatihan. Hasil: pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: 85% UMKM telah mampu melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, 70% menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital, dan 40% telah memperoleh sertifikat halal. Selain itu, pendapatan rata-rata UMKM meningkat 25% dibandingkan sebelum pelatihan. Kesimpulan: Pendekatan holistik ini membuktikan bahwa pendampingan terstruktur mampu mentransformasi mustahiq menjadi muzakki, memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat, dan secara langsung mendukung pencapaian SDGs 8.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, sosial media marketing, perceived value, dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Kedai Re Ramen Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Kedai Re Ramen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan kriteria responden berusia >13 tahun, berdomisili di Sidoarjo, serta minimal pernah membeli produk Re Ramen satu kali. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Kedai Re Ramen Sidoarjo. Sosial media marketing juga terbukti berpengaruh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Kedai Re Ramen Sidoarjo. Selain itu, perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Kedai Re Ramen Sidoarjo, word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Kedai Re Ramen Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Aceh is an Indonesian province with a persistently high prevalence of stunting. Spatial analysis of the prevalence of stunting and the performance of specific nutrition interventions provides essential evidence for identifying priority areas for action. Mapping intervention coverage enables local governments to determine strategic measures tailored to district needs. This study aimed to map and analyze the relationship between stunting prevalence and the coverage of specific nutrition interventions, including (1) supplementary feeding for pregnant women, (2) iron–folic acid supplementation for pregnant women, (3) iron supplementation for adolescent girls, (4) exclusive breastfeeding, (5) supplementary feeding for underweight children, (6) growth monitoring, and (7) basic immunization. A cross-sectional design was applied to 23 districts/cities in Aceh. Secondary data were obtained from the 2022 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (INSS) and Aceh Provincial Health Office profile. Spatial mapping was conducted using overlay techniques, followed by linear regression analysis to assess the association between intervention coverage and district-level stunting prevalence. Supplementary feeding of pregnant women was significantly associated with stunting prevalence (p= 0.040). No significant associations were observed for iron folic acid supplementation in pregnant women (p= 0.961), iron supplementation in adolescent girls (p= 0.066), exclusive breastfeeding (p= 0.559), supplementary feeding for underweight children (p= 0.347), growth monitoring (p= 0.318), or basic immunization (p= 0.219). In conclusion, supplementary feeding for pregnant women is significantly associated with stunting prevalence, underscoring its critical role in specific nutritional interventions and its relevance in developing targeted regional policies

Abstract

Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian studi kasus dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian studi kasus dan peneliti lapangan bermaksud mempelajari secara intensif tentang latar belakang keadaan sekarang, interaksi sosial, induvidu, kelompok, lembaga dan. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Inpres Tente Desa Nisa Kecamatan Woha Kabupaten Bima. sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 macam sumber data, yaitu, Person, merupakan sumber data yang dapat memberikan data berupa jawaban lisan melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: Efektivitas Penerapan Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu. Penerapan pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas IV SD terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan materi IPA siswa. Hasil tes pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen yang menerapkan pembelajaran tematik terpadu mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dalam penguasaan materi IPA dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Peningkatan Keterlibatan dan Motivasi Siswa Pembelajaran tematik terpadu juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa. Hasil observasi dan angket kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih aktif dan termotivasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran ketika menggunakan pendekatan tematik terpadu dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis pre- experimental Design dalam bentuk one- group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis pre- experimental Design dalam bentuk one- grup pretest–posttest design. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan satu kelas yaitu kelas IIIA yang akan diberikan perlakuan media audio visual.Temuan penelitian bahwa pada pre tes dapat dilihat bahwa sedikit sekali siswa yang tuntas lebih dari 80% siswa tidak dapat menyelesaikan hasil tes dengan baik. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa siswa memiliki masalah dalam memahami materi pembelajaran IPA. Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Inpres Tente Kecamatan Woha Kabupaten Bima. Hasil Kemampuan Pemahaman Siswa Dengan Penerapan Media Audio Visual Pada Kelas III di SDN INPRES TENTE Pada pre tes dapat dilihat bahwa sedikit sekali siswa yang tuntas lebih dari 80% siswa tidak tuntas dan setelah penggunaan media audio visual dengan menggunakan video jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat sekitar 75%. Pengaruh Media Audio Visual Terhadap Kemampuan Pemahaman Siswa Kelas III di SDN INPRES TENTE Berdasarkan t hitung atau t kritis maka diperoleh t= 3,712 1,746 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05% dinyatakan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan media audio visual terhadap pemahaman siswa. Artinya media audio visual sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of using Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing and Online Advertising Marketing on Purchasing Decisions on E-Commerce Tik-Tok Shop. This study uses a quantitative research method, the data is obtained from 96 respondents by distributing questionnaires given to respondents in the form of a list of questions and then processed using SmartPLS software. Respondents in this study were Tik-Tok users who used the Tik-Tok Shop service. This study shows that there is a strong and significant influence on the effectiveness of using Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing and Online Advertising marketing on Purchasing Decisions on E-Commerce Tik-Tok Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of E-WOM, Brand Trust, and Promotion on the purchase decision of The Originote products through Tiktokshop. The study uses a quantitative approach with a population of users of The Originote products who shop at Tiktokshop. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, referring to the Rao Purba formula, resulting in 96 respondents. However, this abstract does not clearly explain the purposive sampling criteria used, so further explanation is needed to improve the clarity of the methodology. Data were collected through a questionnaire with interval and Likert scale measurements, but the constructs or items measured, such as E-WOM dimensions, Brand Trust aspects, and types of Promotion, were not detailed, making it difficult to assess the reliability and validity of the measuring instrument. Data analysis used the SmartPLS 3.0 application, and the results of the study showed that E-WOM had a significant positive influence on the Purchase Decision of The Originote Products at Tiktokshop, e-WOM on the e-commerce platform increased the perception of product quality and influenced consumer purchase intentions.  Brand Trust also has a significant positive influence on The Originote Product Purchase Decision on Tiktokshop, brand trust increases customer loyalty and encourages repeat purchases. Promotion also has a significant positive influence on The Originote product purchase decision on Tiktokshop, promotion on e-commerce platforms can significantly increase consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

Stroke is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide, and mortality in acute intracerebral hemorrhagic (ICH) stroke is influenced by many factors, and early identification of high-risk patients is crucial for guiding clinical management. This study aimed to evaluate the role of blood pressure, blood glucose level, and Glasgow coma scale (GCS) on admission as predictors of 10-day in-hospital mortality and to develop a predictive scoring system in patients with acute ICH stroke. A cross-sectional study was conducted at Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital, a provincial referral hospital in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, in 2025. Patients with acute ICH were consecutively recruited. Clinical parameters on admission, including systolic and diastolic blood pressure, random blood glucose level, and GCS, were recorded. Associations with 10-day mortality were assessed with a Chi-squared test, and a predictive scoring system was developed based on independent predictors. A total of 62 patients were included in this study. Higher systolic blood pressure (≥140 mmHg), diastolic blood pressure (≥90 mmHg) and GCS <9 on admission were significantly associated with 10-day mortality (p=0.031, p=0.023 and p<0.001, respectively). Multivariate analysis identified that GCS <9 was the only independent predictor. A predictive scoring system assigned 8 points for GCS <9, 5 points for systolic ≥140 mmHg, 4 points for diastolic ≥90 mmHg, and 1 point for random blood glucose ≥200 mg/dL, estimating patient-specific mortality risk, highest when all risk factors were present. This study indicates that GCS <9 and elevated blood pressure on hospital admission are key predictors of 10-day mortality in acute ICH. The developed scoring system may assist in early risk stratification and management, and further exploration of predictive models is warranted to optimize clinical outcomes.
