Abstract

Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian studi kasus dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian studi kasus dan peneliti lapangan bermaksud mempelajari secara intensif tentang latar belakang keadaan sekarang, interaksi sosial, induvidu, kelompok, lembaga dan. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Inpres Tente Desa Nisa Kecamatan Woha Kabupaten Bima. sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 macam sumber data, yaitu, Person, merupakan sumber data yang dapat memberikan data berupa jawaban lisan melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: Efektivitas Penerapan Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu. Penerapan pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas IV SD terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan materi IPA siswa. Hasil tes pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen yang menerapkan pembelajaran tematik terpadu mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dalam penguasaan materi IPA dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Peningkatan Keterlibatan dan Motivasi Siswa Pembelajaran tematik terpadu juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa. Hasil observasi dan angket kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih aktif dan termotivasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran ketika menggunakan pendekatan tematik terpadu dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis pre- experimental Design dalam bentuk one- group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis pre- experimental Design dalam bentuk one- grup pretest–posttest design. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan satu kelas yaitu kelas IIIA yang akan diberikan perlakuan media audio visual.Temuan penelitian bahwa pada pre tes dapat dilihat bahwa sedikit sekali siswa yang tuntas lebih dari 80% siswa tidak dapat menyelesaikan hasil tes dengan baik. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa siswa memiliki masalah dalam memahami materi pembelajaran IPA. Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Inpres Tente Kecamatan Woha Kabupaten Bima. Hasil Kemampuan Pemahaman Siswa Dengan Penerapan Media Audio Visual Pada Kelas III di SDN INPRES TENTE Pada pre tes dapat dilihat bahwa sedikit sekali siswa yang tuntas lebih dari 80% siswa tidak tuntas dan setelah penggunaan media audio visual dengan menggunakan video jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat sekitar 75%. Pengaruh Media Audio Visual Terhadap Kemampuan Pemahaman Siswa Kelas III di SDN INPRES TENTE Berdasarkan t hitung atau t kritis maka diperoleh t= 3,712 1,746 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05% dinyatakan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan media audio visual terhadap pemahaman siswa. Artinya media audio visual sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of using Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing and Online Advertising Marketing on Purchasing Decisions on E-Commerce Tik-Tok Shop. This study uses a quantitative research method, the data is obtained from 96 respondents by distributing questionnaires given to respondents in the form of a list of questions and then processed using SmartPLS software. Respondents in this study were Tik-Tok users who used the Tik-Tok Shop service. This study shows that there is a strong and significant influence on the effectiveness of using Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing and Online Advertising marketing on Purchasing Decisions on E-Commerce Tik-Tok Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of E-WOM, Brand Trust, and Promotion on the purchase decision of The Originote products through Tiktokshop. The study uses a quantitative approach with a population of users of The Originote products who shop at Tiktokshop. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, referring to the Rao Purba formula, resulting in 96 respondents. However, this abstract does not clearly explain the purposive sampling criteria used, so further explanation is needed to improve the clarity of the methodology. Data were collected through a questionnaire with interval and Likert scale measurements, but the constructs or items measured, such as E-WOM dimensions, Brand Trust aspects, and types of Promotion, were not detailed, making it difficult to assess the reliability and validity of the measuring instrument. Data analysis used the SmartPLS 3.0 application, and the results of the study showed that E-WOM had a significant positive influence on the Purchase Decision of The Originote Products at Tiktokshop, e-WOM on the e-commerce platform increased the perception of product quality and influenced consumer purchase intentions.  Brand Trust also has a significant positive influence on The Originote Product Purchase Decision on Tiktokshop, brand trust increases customer loyalty and encourages repeat purchases. Promotion also has a significant positive influence on The Originote product purchase decision on Tiktokshop, promotion on e-commerce platforms can significantly increase consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

Stroke is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide, and mortality in acute intracerebral hemorrhagic (ICH) stroke is influenced by many factors, and early identification of high-risk patients is crucial for guiding clinical management. This study aimed to evaluate the role of blood pressure, blood glucose level, and Glasgow coma scale (GCS) on admission as predictors of 10-day in-hospital mortality and to develop a predictive scoring system in patients with acute ICH stroke. A cross-sectional study was conducted at Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital, a provincial referral hospital in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, in 2025. Patients with acute ICH were consecutively recruited. Clinical parameters on admission, including systolic and diastolic blood pressure, random blood glucose level, and GCS, were recorded. Associations with 10-day mortality were assessed with a Chi-squared test, and a predictive scoring system was developed based on independent predictors. A total of 62 patients were included in this study. Higher systolic blood pressure (≥140 mmHg), diastolic blood pressure (≥90 mmHg) and GCS <9 on admission were significantly associated with 10-day mortality (p=0.031, p=0.023 and p<0.001, respectively). Multivariate analysis identified that GCS <9 was the only independent predictor. A predictive scoring system assigned 8 points for GCS <9, 5 points for systolic ≥140 mmHg, 4 points for diastolic ≥90 mmHg, and 1 point for random blood glucose ≥200 mg/dL, estimating patient-specific mortality risk, highest when all risk factors were present. This study indicates that GCS <9 and elevated blood pressure on hospital admission are key predictors of 10-day mortality in acute ICH. The developed scoring system may assist in early risk stratification and management, and further exploration of predictive models is warranted to optimize clinical outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of e-service quality, trust, and convenience on customer loyalty of Facebook e-commerce marketplace. The population used is Facebook marketplace users in Sidoarjo City who have made purchases more than twice. Based on the calculation results, the sample in this study amounted to 96 participants. The analysis technique used the SmartPLS application. The results of this study prove that e-service quality, trust, and consumer loyalty have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Facebook e-commerce marketplace in Sidoarjo City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada CV. Teguh Karya Mandiri Scaffolding. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap seluruh perusahaan pelanggan yang berjumlah 100 responden melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk juga terbukti mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, di mana peningkatan pada kedua aspek tersebut berasosiasi dengan peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki kontribusi yang kuat dalam menjelaskan variasi kepuasan pelanggan, dengan kemampuan penjelasan model berada pada kategori tinggi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan pada industri jasa persewaan scaffolding tidak hanya ditentukan oleh aspek operasional seperti ketepatan layanan dan mutu peralatan, tetapi juga oleh efektivitas strategi pemasaran dan pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan.

Abstract

Objective: The development of digital technology and the rapid growth of e-commerce have changed people's consumption patterns, especially among Generation Z, who are known as active users of the Shopee platform. The phenomenon of consumptive shopping behavior is increasing along with low self-control, a practical digital lifestyle, and the strong influence of influencer reviews on social media. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-control, lifestyle, and influencer reviews on the shopping behavior of Shopee consumers in Gen Z. Method: The research approach uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire distributed to 153 respondents who meet the criteria: Gen Z aged 17–28 years, active Shopee users, and have seen influencer reviews. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Results: The results showed that all independent variables, namely Self-Control, Lifestyle, and Influencer Reviews, had a positive and significant effect on Shopping Behavior. Novelty: This study contributes to understanding Gen Z consumption behavior and supports efforts to achieve SDG point 12 on sustainable consumption patterns.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Emotional Branding on Customer Satisfaction in IKEA Indonesia customers. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 108 respondents who had purchased and used IKEA furniture products, using purposive sampling techniques. Results: The results of the study show that all independent variables, namely Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Emotional Branding, have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. These findings indicate that trust in the brand, strong brand image perception, and emotional engagement of customers in the shopping experience have an important role in increasing customer satisfaction levels. In practical terms, this study provides implications for IKEA to strengthen its marketing strategy oriented towards emotional experience as well as consistency of product and service quality. Novelty: The value of this research's contribution lies in affirming the role of emotional aspects and brand perception in shaping customer satisfaction in the modern furniture industry.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) hadir sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan memperoleh data yang berbentuk angka. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Desain ini melibatkan 2 kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan model Contextual Teaching and Learning, sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah kelas yang diberikan pembelajaran dengan model Konvensional yaitu Direct Instruction. Sebelum adanya perlakuan pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, perlu diadakan tes di awal yang disebut pretest.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Inpres Lodu dengan menggunakan 2 sampel kelas, kelas IV sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V sebagai kontrol. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Inpres Lodu Kecamatan Lambitu Kabupaten Bima. Penulis ingin melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning yang ditunjukan dengan perbedaan peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dimana perolehan skor rata-rata N-Gain kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,73 dengan kategori tinggi sedangkan kelas kontrol dengan perolehan skor rata-rata N-Gain kemampuan berpikir kritis sebesar 0,55 dengan kategori sedang.
