Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas konselingkelompok gestalt dengan teknik pembalikan untuk mengurangiinferioritas remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimenmurni menggunakan model Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design.Subjek penelitian ini dipilih secara random. Sampel yang diambildalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 remaja terdiri dari 5 remajasebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 5 remaja sebagai kelompokkontrol. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunaanangket inferioritas remaja. Metode analisis data yang digunakanpada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis StatisticParametric One Way Anova dengan bantuan SPSS For Windowsversi 24. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa konseling kelompokgestalt tenik pembalikan efektif untuk mengurangi inferioritasremaja. Hal ini dibuktian dari hasil uji Statistic Parametric One WayAnova dengan probabilitas sig. (2-tailed) 0,007 < 0,05. Berdasarkanhasil analisis dan pembahasan, terdapat perbedaan skor rata-rataangket inferioritas remaja antara kelompok eksperimen 33,91% dankelompok kontrol sebesar 8,35%. Hasil dari penelitian dapatdisimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok gestalt dengan teknikpembalikan efektif untuk mengurangi inferioritas remaja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas masalah tentang rendahnya interaksisosial yang terjadi pada remaja tingkat sekolah menengah pertama diDusun Cangakan, Desa Gandusari, Kecamatan Bandongan,KabupatenMagelang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas konselingkelompok cognitive behavior therapy (cbt) dengan teknik pengelolaandiri dan kontrak perilaku untuk meningkatkan interaksi sosial remajasekolah menengah pertama di Dusun Cangakan, Desa Gandusari,Kecamatan Bandongan, Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian inimenggunakan desain randomized pretest-posttest comparison groupdesign. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 remajaterdiri dari 5 remaja sebagai kelompok eksperimen I dengan teknikpengelolaan diri dan 5 remaja sebagai kelompok eksperimen II denganteknik kontrak perilaku. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknikrandom sampling. Metode pengumpuan data dilakukan denganmenggunakan skala perilaku interaksi sosial remaja. Metode analisisdata yang digunakan yaitu analisis parametrik One Way Anova.Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknikpengelolaan diri dan kontrak perilaku efektif untuk meningkatkaninteraksi sosial remaja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji StatisticParametric One Way Anova dengan probabilitas nilai sig (2-tailed)0,025< 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, terdapatperbedaan skor rata-rata angket interaksi sosial remaja antara kelompokeksperimen I dengan teknik pengelolaan diri sebesar 12,22% dankelompok eksperimen II dengan teknik kontrak perilaku sebesar 13,54%.Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompokdengan teknik kontrak perilaku lebih efektif untuk meningkatkaninteraksi sosial pada remaja dibandingkan dengan teknik pengelolaandiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Talking Stick model assistedby the Question Box media on the science learning outcomes for fourth grade students at Mojotengah Village, Kedu District, Temnggung Regency. This research is a type of Pre-Experimental Design research, with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. Samples had taken as many as 20 students used as an experimental class. The samplingtechnique used saturated sampling. Data collection used the test method. This test is usedto test the extent to which students experience changes in science learning outcomesbefore and after being treated. The analysis used in this study is the Wilcoxon Signed RankTest with SPSS version 16.0. The results showed the Talking Stick model assisted by theQuestion Box media on the science learning outcomes. Evidence of an increase in studentsscience learning outcomes is a significant difference between the pretest score and theposttest score, the average pretest score 0f 62.45 while the posttest score is 80.3. This issupported by the existence of a hypothesis test conducted with the Wilcoxon Signed RankTest, the Z obtained score -3.729. with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.005). basedon the results of the analysis and discussion there was an increase of 17.85 from theaverage results of the preest and posttest. The results of this research can be concludedthat the use of Talking Stick model assisted by the Question Box media has a significanteffect on the science learning outcomeson the theory style and motion

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of of Teams Games Tournament (TGT)learning model with monopoly game media on mathematical logic intelligence in grade VStudent of SD Negeri Keji 2, Muntilan District, Muntilan Regency.This type of research is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design.The sample taken in class V SD Negeri Keji 2 with a total of 18 students.The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Test data analysis usingprerequisite test or normality test and hypothesis testing. Data retrieval through multiplechoice test questions was then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test in the SPSS 23.00 programfor windows.The results showed that the Teams Games Tournamnet learning model withmonopoly game media had an effect on students mathematical logis intelligence. This isevidenced by the results of the analysis of the Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis of-3.732with Asymp. Sig 2 tailed is 0,000 < 0,005. So that Z output < mean rank or 3,732 < 9,50 Hais accepted and Ho is rejected. The data identify the data points are smaller than theaverage. Based on the result of the analysis the and discussion, there are differences inthe in the results of the average value, namely the initial measurement (pretest) of 41,3and the final measurement (posttest) of 73,1. From the results of the study it can beconcluded that the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model with monopoly gamemedia has an effect on students mathematical logic intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of group counseling with the Reversal Technique and the Staying With The Feeling technique to improve the organization of adolescents.This study uses a design using the pretest-posttest control group design method. The samples taken in the study were 12 people consisting of 6 experimental group 1 with the Reversal Technique and the experimental group 2 with the Staying With The Feeling Technique. Sampling using random sampling technique. The method of data collection was carried out using a questionnaire on organizational activity. The data analysis method used the One Way Annova Parametric Statistical Test.The results of this study indicate that group counseling with the Reversal Technique and the Staying With The Feeling technique are effective in increasing organizational activity in adolescents. This is evidenced by the results of the One Way Annova Parametric Statistics test with a probability significance value of .001. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, there are differences in the average score of the two groups' organizational activity questionnaires. The experimental group 1 had an increase of 22.38% while the experimental group 2 had an increase of 1.56%. The conclusion in this study is that group counseling with the Reversal Technique is more influential in increasing organizational activity than group counseling with the Staying With The Feeling Technique.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of behavioral approach group counseling with modeling techniques on improving student learning discipline. This research is animpure experimental research (Pre-experimental Design (non design)), with the experimental form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this study was selected by purposive sampling. The samples taken in this study were 5 students or teenagers as the experimental group. The method of data analysis was confirmed by using a disciplinary questionnaire in learning. Test the validity of the disciplinary questionnaire instrument in learning by using the product moment formula while the reliability test using the Cronbach alpha formula with the help of the SPSS For Windows version 24.00 program. The analysis prerequisite test consists of a normality test and a homogeneity test. Data analysis used parametric statistical techniques, namely the Paired Sample T-Test test with the help of the SPSS For Windows version 24.00 program.The results of this study indicate that behavioral group counseling Modeling techniques have an effect on increasing discipline in student learning. This is evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test by showing the asymp probability. sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted, whereas if the probability is asymp. Sig. (2-tailed)> 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. In the table above, it can be seen the probability value of asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 or H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, then according to the basis of decision making in the paired sample t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the pretest and posttest scores in filling out the discipline questionnaire in learning, so that group counseling services with a behavioral approach to improve student learning discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling on cognitive restructuring techniques to reduce student interpersonal communication anxiety. This type of research is a quantitative research with a pre-experimental design research method with a one group pretest-posttest design model. The sample in this study was 15 students of FKIP Muhammadiyah University of Magelang who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool used is a student interpersonal communication anxiety scale. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the paired sample t-test with a significant (2-tiled) probability of 0.000 <0.05. And based on the results of the analysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score of the student interpersonal communication anxiety scale questionnaire by 25% from the pretest results and the posttest results of the student interpersonal communication anxiety scale questionnaire.

Abstract

Building a learning organization can be done by maximizing five models of learning organization systems that are interrelated, namely learning, organization, people, knowledge, and technology. Each of the learning organization's five components actively supports each other to get maximum results, be sustainable, and achieve organizational goals. A strong leader is a leader who always tries to learn and build a learning culture in his organization. In the current era of globalization, the concept of a learning organization is very important to adapt to the dynamic changes of the times. This study aims to analyze the extent to which AB Home Education as an educational institution has implemented the concept of learning organization and applied it in teaching and learning activities. The research method used is qualitative research by conducting interviews and researchers are directly involved as facilitators at AB Home. AB Home Education has applied the concept of learning organization, namely (1) personal mastery, (2) mental models, (3) shared vision, (4) team learning, (5) system thinking through a curriculum that is structured based on community-based education and talents management in education. The curriculum is designed with a composition of 60% activity and 40% academic.

Abstract

Regulasi emosi yang dimiliki akan memengaruhi pemahaman seseorang pada situasi sosial tentang bagaimana bersikap dan berperilaku secara tepat.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  hubungan orangtua-anak terhadap pembentukan regulasi emosi dengan menggunakan metode scoping review. Pencarian artikel menggunakan databased dari Scopus dengan waktu penelitian antara Januari 2020 sampai September 2023. Pencarian literatur dengan menggunakan Booleon operators “AND”. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian yaitu “parent-child relationship” AND “emotion regulation” dan menghasilkan 17 artikel terpilih. Hasil studi ini merangkum temuan tentang bagaimana hubungan orangtua-anak  yang dibangun dalam berbagai tahap perkembangan kehidupan serta faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap regulasi emosi anak. Simpulan studi menunjukkan bahwa hubungan orangtua-anak berperan terhadap pembentukan regulasi emosi anak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Temuan ini menguatkan peluang dalam membantu orangtua untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membangun hubungan dengan anak agar memiliki kemampuan meregulasi emosi.

Abstract

This article examines the role of principals as instructional leaders based on Weber's theory (1996), which emphasizes five main dimensions in instructional leadership: school mission, curriculum and instruction management, learning climate, support for professional development, and monitoring and evaluation of learning. The study uses a qualitative approach and literature review to identify concrete steps that principals can take to build a quality educational environment that is responsive to the needs of students and the community. The findings indicate that implementing these five dimensions plays a crucial role in improving student learning outcomes and teaching effectiveness in schools. Principals who can effectively manage pedagogical, managerial, and social competencies can create a conducive learning climate and foster collaboration. This article recommends that principals strengthen their data analysis skills, encourage continuous professional development, and involve the entire school community in data-driven decision-making to achieve more optimal educational goals.
