Abstract

This study aims for know the influence of e-service quality and complaint handling of BSI Mobile banking on satisfaction office BSI customers Asia Afrika branch, Bandung. Type research conducted is study associative causal. This study conducted at Bank BSI Asia Afrika branch which is located at JL. Asia Afrika No. 107, City of Bandung. Data used in study this is the primary data collected through questionnaire. The sample used in study this are 30 customers of BSI Asia Africa. Deep data analysis techniques study this is analysis multiple linear regression with use IBM SPSS version 25 software assistance. Research results this disclose that good in a manner Partial nor simultaneous there is positive and significant influence from e-service quality and complaint handling on satisfaction customers of Bank BSI Asia Afrika branch, Bandung.

Abstract

Viral marketing is a tactic used in digital marketing to spread information about a product over the internet. MS Glow For Men uses viral marketing tactics in its inclusive beauty campaign through the hashtag #alljugabisa and appoints brand ambassadors who are considered eccentric. The purpose of this research is to see whether the viral marketing conducted by MS Glow For Men is able to influence consumers' purchase intentions either directly or through brand equity mediation. Data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed to 120 respondents of customers and prospective customers of MS Glow For Men through purposive sampling. The results of data processing show that the direct effect of viral marketing on purchase intention (0.491) is greater than the indirect effect of viral marketing on purchase intention through brand equity (0.399)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out eiger's segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies in fulfilling the needs and desires of consumers in doing outdoor activities. The research method used to achieve the research objectives was a qualitative method, the data collection method used systematic literature review. The results showed, (1) Segmentation, Eiger's market segment is consumers who are happy with outdoor activities and consumers who are happy with the adventurous style, this is for clothing products. For products from Eiger Coffee, the segmentation is focused on consumers who are looking for coffee with good quality but at a low price. (2) The target market targeted by Eiger is consumers who like adventure, and or consumers who like the style of an adventurer, this is for clothing products. For products from Eiger Coffee, Eiger coffee targets its products for coffee lovers who are looking for the best taste and quality (3) Positioning, positioning according to benefits. As mentioned above, Eiger products provide comfort when worn, besides that Eiger products have good material strength so that Eiger products are resistant and durable. Second, Eiger has clothing and coffee products that are relatively more expensive than competitors in the same industry.

Abstract

The consumer adoption process is a process in which consumers assimilate information, use it, and verify what has been done. The many innovations implemented in the PT. PLN company will certainly have an impact that has value in front of customers. In carrying out the process of consumer adoption of schemes or innovations imposed by PT. PLN. With the innovation carried out by PLN, namely the use of the PLN mobile application, will there be a problem between the previous habit becoming a new habit, of course PLN customers must get used to adapting to this habit. This research certainly wants knowledge between the researchers' assumptions namely product quality, product design and product benefits in the adoption process of the PLN influencing customer assessment. Correlational Research Methods where researchers change qualitative data into quantitative data by using primary data and using the slovin method as a sample data selection. The analysis technique using structural equation modeling rather obtains accurate hypothesis results and uses validity and reliability tests using variance extract and construct reliability. As well as this research confirms the model suitability test by using the Goodness of fit test and finally the researcher gets the results of the regression weight for the results of determining the hypothesis. The results obtained by the researchers in this study were that product quality had a significant and positive effect on customer ratings, while product design had no significant relationship with customer ratings and product benefits/usages also had no significant relationship at all with PLN product ratings.

Abstract

The specific purpose of this study is to provide an overview to the food sector SMEs in the city of Bandung, that the influence of education level, gender roles, and information technology has a significant influence on their income. This study used 59 samples of food sector MSME business actors in the Bandung City area. The sampling technique chosen in this study was incidental sampling technique and data collection using questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely MSME owners. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of education level, gender roles, and information technology on the income of MSME actors in the food sector in the city of Bandung. Hopefully this research can provide input to the food sector MSME administrators in the Bandung Raya area, especially the food sector MSME actors to continue to improve the quality of education both through formal and non-formal education, increase the existence of gender roles by not leaving their nature as women, and continue to upgrade information technology. which is useful for marketing the results of his business. Because based on research conducted by researchers, these three variables can increase the income of MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview and influence of relationship quality on ISP First Media customer loyalty survey on ISP First Media membership in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive and verifiative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 16,300 people with a sample of 200 respondents who joined the first media user community facebook forum using simple random sampling techniques. The data is processed statistically by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings of this study found that relationship quality has a significant influence on customer loyalty, this is indicated by a large critical ratio value that is greater than the minimum meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between relationship quality variables on customer loyalty simultaneously. The statement can be concluded that the better the relationship quality built by the company, the higher the level of customer loyalty felt by customers to the company. The result of the contribution given by the highest relationship quality variable in forming customer loyalty is the satisfaction dimension and the lowest in forming customer loyalty is trust.

Abstract

In an era of rapid growth in user demand for smartphones, there are many well-known mobile phone brands, such as Apple, Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi, OPPO and VIVO in the smartphone market. Competition in the mobile phone market is fierce. In addition, In recent years, Huawei has been subject to technical blockades and trade restrictions from Western countries such as the United States. The situation of Huawei mobile phone is extremely difficult, but Huawei still achieved sales revenue of RMB 454 billion in the first half of 2020, a year-on-year increase of 13.1%, and a net profit margin of 9.2%. The reason why Huawei mobile phones can achieve such impressive sales results is largely due to Huawei's unique marketing strategy. This article uses the SWOT analysis method to specifically analyze the strength, weakness, opportunities and threat faced by Huawei's mobile phone business marketing, and uses the 4P principles of product, price, channel, and promotion to analyze its current development stage, and then use the theory of Michael Porter’s generic competitive strategies analyses and chooses the competition strategy, and then draw conclusions from Huawei’s experience and problems, and provide suggestion for the development of Huawei and other companies

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of e-service quality on e-loyalty in millennial women followers of Instagram Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak. A total of 200 respondents were using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analisis technique used is a verification technique using of structure equation model (SEM). The research shows that e-service quality has an influence on e-loyalty.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pertumbuhan industri fashion yang semakin pesat, hal tersebut menimbulkan persaingan pada bisnis fashion di Indonesia. Adanya persaingan yang ketat tersebut mengharuskan para pebisnis atau yang memiliki bisnis di industri fashion harus selalu memperhatikan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, hal tersebut guna tercapainya competitive advantage di tengah ketatnya persaingan di industri tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan strategi yang digunakan oleh Clothessure. Untuk memenangkan persaingan dagang bersama kompetitor lain, Clothessure tentunya harus memiliki strategi pengembangan yang tepat untuk keberlangsungan perusahaan. Strategi pengembangan yang dimaksud dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa beberapa analisis diantaranya adalah analisis faktor internal dan eksternal, analisis IFE Matrix dan EFE Matrix. Jenis metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis data primer yang didapat dari pihak internal perusahaan bisnis Clothessure.Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT, IFE, EFE Matrix, Industri Fashion

Abstract

This research focuses on BreakMacks Brand Business Plan Analysis in the Beakfast Food Business. The research method used is the study of literature, data collection methods and methods of analysis and planning. The data collection method is by conducting field surveys, collecting documents related to business processes, interviews and also benchmarking. The method of analysis and planning used is the Enterprise Architecture approach. The results achieved are Producing system strategy planning and technology that is useful for increasing the company's competitive value in future business competition.
