Abstract

Abstract :  The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline, occupational health, work safety, and work stress on work productivity of the nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta. The research method was a quantitative using the PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SMART PLS software. This study is a census research with a total of 78 respondents. Data collection tool was in the form of a questionnaire about work discipline, occupational health, work safety, work stress and work productivity of the nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, occupational health and work safety have a positive effect on work productivity of the nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta, while job stress has a negative effect on work productivity of the nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta. Abstrak : Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kesehatan kerja, keselamatan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap work productivity pada perawat Rumah Sakit XYZ Jakarta.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quantitative dengan menggunakan pendekatan PLS-Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) menggunakan Software SMART PLS. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 perawat. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between price fairness, brand image, and perceived value on Satisfaction and Word of Mouth of Go-Jek Customers. The survey method was applied in this study. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire (google form). The target population in this study were all Go-jek customers in JABODETABEK within October 2021. The sampling technique was done by convenience sampling. In this study, the number of samples was 184 respondents. Data analysis with partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with the help of SmartPls 3.0 program. Based on the data analysis, it was found that price fairness has a positive effect on satisfaction, brand image has a positive effect on satisfaction, perceived value has a positive  effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has a positive effect on Word of Mouth. The perceived value variable gives the greatest contribution to satisfaction

Abstract

The growing retail business of coffee shops in Indonesia makes retail companies need to be able face big competitive competition in the market in order to maintain their existence. The purpose of this study is to find out whether customer value and service quality could have positive influence to customer satisfaction, and to know whether customer satisfaction have positive influence to customer loyalty of Maxx Coffee Benton Junction Lippo Karawaci. Data collection was done by using questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were the customer of Maxx Coffee Benton Junction Lippo Karawaci. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with convenience sampling technique. In performing statistical analysis, PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling) was used with using SmartPLS 3.2.7 as the software. The results showed that customer value and service quality have positive influence to customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction have positive influence to customer loyalty of Maxx Coffee Benton Junction Lippo Karawaci.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the ease of use variable is a positive predictor of purchase intention, to analyze the ease of use variable is a positive predictor of customer satisfaction, to analyze whether trust is a positive predictor of purchase intention, to analyze whether trust is a positive predictor of customer satisfaction and to analyze whether customer satisfaction is a positive predictor of purchase intention. The population used in this study were all users of web sites or Tokopedia applications in Indonesia. Considering the number of web site users or Tokopedia applications, the researchers took samples from the population to be respondents in the study. The research sample was collected from customers who use the Tokopedia website or application and are domiciled in the Greater Jakarta area. Hypothesis testing is done with the main data of 300 respondents. The technique in sampling in this study uses probability sampling techniques. The type of probability sampling used is the simple random sampling method. Data analysis tools were analyzed using SPSS ver 23 to measure the ease of use and trust variables of purchase intention through customer satisfaction in the Tokedia application and found that ease of use is a positive and significant predictor of purchase intention, ease of use is a positive predictor and significant to customer satisfaction, trust is a positive and significant predictor of purchase intention, trust is a positive and significant predictor of customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction is a positive and significant predictor of purchase intention.Keywords : ease of use, trust, purchase intention, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and test: 1. Whether Website Design Quality from Tokopedia.com has a positive effect on Trust, 2. Does Website Design Quality from Tokopedia.com have a positive effect on Satisfaction, 3. What is Service Quality from Tokopedia .com has a positive effect on Trust, 4. Whether Service Quality of Tokopedia.com has positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, 5. Does Satisfaction have positive effect on Trust, 6. Does Customer Satisfaction have positive effect on Repurchase Intention, 7. Whether Trust have a positive effect on Repurchase Intention. Survey methods are used in this study. Data collection was done by using questionnaire instrument. The target population of research is all of the UPH students. The sample size was determined for 93 samples. The sampling technique is done with convenience sampling. Partial least Square-Structural Equation Modeling approach with SmartPls program is used for data analysis. The results show that web design quality has no positive effect on trust. Similarly, satisfaction has no positive effect on repurchase intention. Then, web design quality and service quality have a positive effect on satisfaction. Service quality and satisfaction have a positive effect on trust. Finally, trust has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Keywords—Website Design Quality, Service Quality, Trust, Kepuasan, Repurchase Intention. Jumlah sampel ditentukan sebesar 93 sample. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan convenience sampling. Pendekatan Partial least Square-Structural Equation Modeling dengan program SmartPls digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa web design quality tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap trust. Begitu juga, satisfaction tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention. Kemudian, web design quality dan service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction. Service quality dan satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap trust. Abstract

The objectives of this study is to know: 1) Is work environment has positive effect on organizational commitment, 2) Is job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, 3) Is work stress has negative effect on organizational commitment. The data collection in this study is done using questionnaires to the kindergarten and elementary teachers in school X at West Jakarta. Teachers at School X were recruited as participants using saturated sample method. Partial Lease Square analysis was conducted using SmartPLS3.0 Program to analyze the data. The finding of this study are that work environment, job satisfaction have positive effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, work stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment. Contribution of this study can provide input to school X management to maintain and manage work environment, job satisfaction, and work stress to make it better in order teachers can give better contribution on their performance and decide to work in the same school for the longer period time. Keywords—Work Environment; Job Satisfaction; Work Stress; Organizational Commitment Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) Apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, 3) Apakah stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada guru TK dan guru SD di sekolah X di Jakarta Barat. Guru di Sekolah X direkrut sebagai responden menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis partial lease square-structural equation modeling (pls-sem) dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS3.0 untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Di sisi lain, stres kerja memiliki efek negatif pada komitmen organisasi. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada manajemen sekolah X untuk memelihara dan mengelola lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja lebih baik agar guru dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dari kinerja mereka dan mutuskan untuk tetap bekerja di sekolah yang sama dalam periode waktu yang lebih lama. Abstract

The objectives of this study are to know: 1) Is perceived value has a positive influence towards customer loyalty, 2) Is perceived value has a positive influence towards customer satisfaction, 3) Is customer satisfaction has a positive influence towards customer loyalty, 4) Is customer satisfaction has a positive influence towards trust, and 5) Is trust has a positive influence towards customer loyalty. This study took 100 Management students from ABC university who have ever visited XYZ Restaurant in Tangerang as respondents. This study is using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling) to do data processing. The finding of this study showed that perceived value has a positive influence towards customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study also showed that customer satisfaction has a positive influence towards customer loyalty and trust. However, from this study, it was found that trust has no positive influence towards customer loyalty. This study can be used as input for the management of XYZ restaurant to give better service to the customers so that they do not only trust the restaurant but also has loyalty to it.   Keywords: perceived value, customer satisfaction, trust, customer loyalty

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Transformational, Digital Leadership Terhadap Kinerja Family Business Melalui Mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan alat pengolah data menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.0. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner elektronik online yang didistribusikan secara online menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Responden penelitian ini adalah 120 karyawan senior dan manajer perusahaan famili Business di Banten. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pada hubungan secara langsung OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja usaha, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja , transformational leadership berpengaruh  tidak  signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja , OCB berpengaruh tidak  signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, Transformational Leadership  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel , Komitmen Organisasi  berpengaruh tidak  signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Pada hubungan tidak langsung disimpulkan OCB berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja melalui mediasi komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja melalui mediasi komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of customer experience on customer satisfaction, the effect of utilitarian benefits on customer satisfaction, the effect of hedonic benefits on customer satisfaction, the effect of customer experience on intention to recommend, the effect of utilitarian benefits on intention to recommend, the effect of hedonic benefits on intention to recommend, the effect of customer satisfaction on intention to recommend. This research was conducted using the incidental sampling method, from consumers of Kopi Janji Jiwa Belitung, Indonesia. This research was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of the Smart PLS program in testing the validity and reliability, as well as testing the hypothesis from the questionnaire used that has been distributed to 400 respondents. The results of this study indicate that customer experience, utilitarian benefits, and hedonic benefits affect customer satisfaction, then utilitarian benefits and customer satisfaction affect intention to recommend, but customer experience and hedonic benefits have no effect on intention to recommend.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACTPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh customer experience terhadap customer satisfaction, pengaruh utilitarian benefit terhadap customer satisfaction, pengaruh hedonic benefit terhadap customer satisfaction, pengaruh customer experience terhadap intention to recommend, pengaruh utilitarian benefit terhadap intention to recommend, pengaruh hedonic benefit terhadap intention to recommend, pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap intention to recommend. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penarikan sampel incidental sampling, dari konsumen Kopi Janji Jiwa Belitung, Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan program Smart PLS dalam pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, serta menguji hipotesis dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada 400 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa customer experience, utilitarian benefit, dan hedonic benefit berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction, lalu utilitarian benefit dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap intention to recommend, akan tetapi customer experience dan hedonic benefit tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to recommend.
