Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know the impact of trust on intention to shop in Sayurbox Application. Target population are consumers that have used Sayurbox Application. Total samples consists of 407 respondents. Data are collected using questionnaire. Sampling technique using convenience sampling method. Data are analyzed using Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smartpls 3.0 software. The study results show that Perceived Effectiveness of Food Traceability Mechanism, application quality, food safety assurance, and vendor reputation have positive impact on trust. Trust has positive impact on intention to shop.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari trust terhadap intention to shop pada pengguna Aplikasi Sayurbox. Target populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah menggunaka Aplikasi Sayurbox. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 407 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode convenience sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smartpls 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Perceived Effectiveness of Food Traceability Mechanism, application quality, food safety assurance, dan vendor reputation berpengaruh positif terhadap trust. Variabel trust berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to shop.

Abstract

The objective of the research purpose is to analyze if there is an effect of the Leadership Style, Trust, and Work Ethic, towards Engagement especially to the service department. Due to the fact that complaints increased from customer and impact to less satisfactory. A quantitative approach, with path analysis, and survey research designs using a questionnaire used to test hypotheses for employees in the service section from the labor level to the Supervisor position. Total samples 78 people taken from 100 populations. It was discovered from the results, that work ethic has a positive and important influence on working engagement that decrease the level complaints, which makes this research special since no related research has been done so far.Cara Mengutip:Sihite, O. Abstract

This study aims to determine factors attracting customers to a shopping mall, especially the potential customers to AlamSutera Mall. It was done in a quantitative manner, empirically testing a conceptual model consisting of convenience, tenant variants, internal environment, leisure mix and promotions as the variables. The data were analyzed through structural equation modelling (SEM) on a sample of 105 visitors. The results showed that the convenience and leisure mix had a positive influence on frequency of visits, and the frequency of visits had a positive influence on purchase intention. However, the tenant variant, promotions and internal environment in the shopping mall did not have a positive influence on the frequency of visits. This study provides input to shopping mall managers to understand how to attract potential customers.

Abstract

Abstract:  The objectives of this study were to 1) analyze and test the effect of financial incentives on job satisfaction, 2) analyze and test the effect of non-financial incentives on job satisfaction, 3) analyze and test the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, 4) analyze and test the effect of financial incentives on work motivation, 5) analyze and test the effect of non-financial incentives on work motivation. Data collection was done on 141 nurses at Gunung Maria Hospital Tomohon with saturated sampling method/census technique, using questionnaires. The tool used to analyze the partial least square – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is the SmartPLS version 3.3.3 program. This study found that financial incentives as well as non-financial incentives have a positive effect on work motivation and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction..Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif non finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan, 4) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif finansial terhadap motivasi kerja, 5) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif non finansial terhadap motivasi kerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan kepada 141 perawat Rumah Sakit Gunung Maria Tomohon dengan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh/sensus, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis partial least square – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) adalah program SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa insentif finansial dan insentif non finansial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to find the effect of shepherd leadership and organizational trust on work motivation and school commitment. This study was directed at Ketapang Christian Schools (SKK), located in Jakarta and Cibubur (West Java). This research used a saturated sample technique, which means the entire population became sample. The total number of respondents is 100. The Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was selected as a statistical analysis technique. The conclusion showed that shepherd leadership and trust in the school are essential factors that positively impacted teacher’s work motivation. Shepherd leadership and trust in the school also have a positive influence on the commitment to the school. Shepherd leadership has a supportive influence on trust in the school, and work motivation has a supportive impact on the commitment to the school. The finding is expected to provide input for the school in considering policies, especially those related to school organizational structures, to build up trust, work motivation, and teachers’ commitment to the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the positive influence of website design quality, perceived value, e-trust on repurchase intention in e-commerce Beauty Haul. The sampling technique in this research is convenience sampling. The number of samples collected using a questionnaire instrument in the form of google forms is 191 Beauty Haul consumers who have made transactions on the Beauty Haul website more than 2 (two) times. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach. The results showed that there was a positive influence between all independent variables, namely website design quality, perceived value, e-trust on the dependent variable of repurchase intention. Keywords: Website design quality, perceived value, e-trust, repurchase intention, e-commerce.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to know: 1) Is work environment has a positive influence on employee performance, 2) Is competence has a positive influence on employee performance, 3) Is motivation has a positive influence on employee performance, and 4) Is job satisfaction has a positive influence towards employee performance. This study took 50 staff from XYZ company who were still actively working until May 30th. This study is using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling) for data processing. The finding of this study showed that the work environment has no positive influence on employee performance. This study also showed that competence, motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive influence on employee performance. This study can be used as input in the management of XYZ company to enhance their employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, continual usage, and the moderating effect of monetary costs on Halodoc users in Indonesia. This research is included in correlational research. The population of this study was all Halodoc users in Indonesia from April to May 2021, and the sample of this study was 190 Halodoc users from all over Indonesia who filled out a questionnaire via a google form. The sampling method used is convenience sampling that is included in the non-probability sampling. The data were analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on continual usage, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on continual usage, and monetary costs do not moderate the relationship between satisfaction and sustainability of use. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that increasing sustainability is positively influenced by service quality and customer satisfaction, increasing service quality can increase customer satisfaction and there is no moderating effect of monetary costs.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine: 1) Weather E-security from E-commerce Tokopedia has a positive effect on E-satisfaction. 2) Weather E-service quality from e-commerce Tokopedia has a positive effect on E-satisfaction. 3) Weather E-satisfaction from e-commerce Tokopedia has a positive effect on E-repurchase intention. 4) Weather E-security from e-commerce Tokopedia has a positive effect on E-repurchase intention. 5) Weather E-service quality from e-commerce Tokopedia has a positive effect on E-repurchase intention. This research was conducted in the Jabodetabek area. With a quantitative type of research using 200 respondents. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire survey, conducted by using Google form, with a non-probability sampling. Data analyzed method using SmartPLS software. The results of the concluded study are E-security and E-service quality affect E-satisfaction positively and significantly, then E-satisfaction, E-security, and E-service quality affect E-repurchase intention positively and significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of employee performance in XYZ’s Company, one of the indicators is to see the attendance data. As the attendance data of XYZ’s employees in 2017-2019 has decreased, that phenomenon underlies this research. So, the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational support on employee performance of XYZ’s Company. This research is quantitative’s type that using survey methods. The data collection in this research is done using questionnaires to the whole employee of XYZ. So sample for this research is a saturated sample. The number of respondents in this research is 40 employees. Partial lease square-structural equation (pls-sem) analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3.0 program to analyze the data. The result showed that motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational support have a positive influence on employee performance of XYZ’s Company. Through this research can provide input to the company’s management to maintain and manage the motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational support to make it better in order employees can increase attendance and can give better contribution on increase their performance at XYZ’s Company.
