Abstract

The Internet advancement in Indonesia has created significant opportunities for digital business, particularly in marketing. Digital marketing encompasses promoting products and services through online platforms, such as social media, which facilitate connections among individuals globally. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are anticipated to play a crucial role in bolstering economic growth, especially within the food and beverage sector, alleviating unemployment. Despite many MSMEs needing to leverage social media entirely, they are progressively adapting their promotional strategies and discount offerings in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This community service initiative employs digital marketing as a strategic approach to facilitate market penetration for MSMEs in the culinary field, thereby enhancing sales. It is anticipated that this initiative will address the difficulties encountered by culinary partners, particularly the lack of marketing innovation due to inadequate skills in managing social media marketing. Furthermore, the pursuit of business volume targets is complicated by escalating competition within the culinary sector. The proposed short-term solutions include promoting the use of social media for product marketing and encouraging product innovation.

Abstract

Batik has long been known as a work of the Indonesian people. Judging from the source of the textile dyes obtained, it is divided into two, namely synthetic dyes and natural dyes. From now on, referred to as Bakau, Mangrove Batik is a batik that uses natural dyes because the mangrove parts used as dyes are waste or unused plant parts. The main problem faced by Batik Bakau, our target partner in the home industry, is the need for more awareness of the products produced by the producers to their consumers. The next problem is the less-than-optimal use of the existing marketplace platform to market products that the Batik Bakau home industry has made. Creating a good and attractive social media design for consumers is also necessary to empower this home business. The methods used are counseling and socialization of community partnership programs, Training in the formation of a mindset for the potential use of digital marketing, Strengthening digital platforms to facilitate mangrove batik business actors in marketing their products, Branding and packaging training to improve the quality of human resources for mangrove batik home industry business actors, Digital marketing training through the digital platform that has been provided to increase awareness, interest, and sales of mangrove batik. The results obtained are in the process of improving entrepreneurial skills through the use of e-commerce as a business startup media carried out in stages: (1) IbM method, namely training in registration and management of e-commerce profiles; (2) Managing e-commerce accounts periodically until sales occur; (3) Selling and making reports on online businesses that have been run.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of work-life balance, job autonomy, effective communication, and social support on employee well-being among Generation Z workers employed at digital agencies in Semarang City. The research background stems from the high workload in the digital creative industry, which can affect the psychological and emotional state of young employees. A quantitative approach is employed via survey method, with data collection conducted through questionnaires distributed to selected respondents based on specific criteria. The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique, yielding 123 respondents qualified for analysis. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the interrelationships among the research variables. The analysis findings reveal that all independent variables—namely work-life balance, job autonomy, effective communication, and social support—exert a positive and significant influence on employee well-being. Among these, social support emerges as the most dominant factor, underscoring the vital role of support from supervisors and colleagues in enhancing the well-being of Generation Z workers. These results also indicate that adequate provision of work resources can sustain and boost employee well-being even amid intense job demands, while offering practical implications for digital agency management and a foundation for future studies.

Abstract

Digitalization of Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) governance is an urgent need to address the challenges of transparency, accountability, and professionalism in village economic management. The Sumber Kamulyan BUMDes, which manages the Umbul Pelem tourist destination in Wunut Village, still faces obstacles in manual administrative records, the lack of an integrated data management system, and a suboptimal digital branding strategy. This study aims to develop the Wunut BUMDes Information System (SIBUMDes Wunut) as an effort to modernize administrative governance while strengthening the digital branding of the tourism village. The method used is Business Model Canvas analysis to formulate institutional and business strategies, and the application of the Waterfall Model in the system development process, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. System testing was conducted using blackbox testing to ensure functional suitability. The results show that all key features, such as tourist data management, financial transaction recording, statistical report preparation, and social media content management, can function properly. These findings confirm that SIBUMDes Wunut not only improves administrative order but also serves as a sustainable digital promotion instrument. Thus, this system is declared feasible to be implemented and has the potential to be replicated by other villages as a model for BUMDes digitalization in order to encourage local economic independence.
